[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Prepaid — deduction of money without customers knowledge

1.Why money reducted for Network incoming call while roaming ?
2.why in station incoming call reduction?

Idea Prepaid — Not received talk up

Today from Ankleshwer city (gujrat) I ve recharged an amount of 100 rs/- (agent no [protected])to my family no which was based in UP jhansi on [protected] but till evening after confirming with the family they have not received any talk up, I have follow up Local idea cc
here and found the information that recharge has been done sucessfully, which is not understandable plz do it on urgent basis
bcoz through this the reliability of these company will demolish

Hi everybody ! am murali worked as cust care executive for an idea cellular from da past 6 months. daily i use to take 200+ calls. most of da call r bcoz of da bleady balance deductions. customers use to scold me like hell. finally, one day came to an end. i've lost my patience n just argued vth customer. finally, i was terminated. u know? each n every call will b recorded n barges a live call for da day. i use to get 97%. no one in da floor does'nt know abt da connecting pc to mob n start browsing. idea prepaid does'nt have a seperate bpo. Aegis Bpo pvt ltd handles each n every call for da prepaid cust's. a small suggestion:- kindly activate do not disturb service. its free service. to activate send an sms:----- START DND send dis to 1909 (toll free). da service vl b activated after 45 days. so guys jus for 45 days it wil b like hell, then after u'll nt receive any promo msg's.
note:- plz kindly make a calls at 6 pm to 8 pm bcoz agents hav to answer well coz, da live bargng vl b done at dat time.
dont activate any services. but truely am saying family n friends service is awesome coz for da particular idea num da call charges vl b 10 ps/ [protected]@[protected]@ rental/mnth.
to activate :- *120*91(mob num whch u wants to activate 10 ps)#, instantly it will b activated.
so ladies n gentle men's any queries jus mail me. hope i can solve it. bye

Postpaid Connection / Sim — Idea's abusive cutomer care executives

On 27th Nov. '08I dea people called up and requested me to convert my prepaid to postpaid connection without changing my prepaid number. They said that I would be saving a lot on my STD and local calls and as per their requirement I furnished all the requisite docs on 27th Nov 2008 itself and made the cash payment of Rs. 500 to avail their postpaid services. I was told that within 24 hrs my prepaid sim would be blocked and I will have to use the new sim (provided by them after making the payment of Rs. 500) to continue with the same number but on Nov 2nd both the sims have been blocked by Idea people including my prepaid sim connection and I can no longer use my no. [protected]. I kept calling up IDEA customer department on [protected] but everytime my call use to land up in their depatment and the executive were very rude while dealing with me as they failed to resolve my queries. One of the executive name Shehjad (i dont know whether its a true identity) who was from Idea's prepaid department went to an extent of calling me on my other number (which he got when I was discussing my peoblem with him) from his mobile number [protected] and abused me a lot just because I was annoyed with IDEA executives for not helping me at all and come up with some solution to my problem. His even said that he will ensure that I don't get the positive response from idea at all and he will take all necessary step to create more and more trouble for me. This kind of behaviour from an executive is not acceptable at all and now I don't want to use Idea services anymore and want the complete refund from them. Kindly advice me as to how to proceed in terms of taking a legal action against them.

This executive is calling me contineously and abusing me... my next step would be to lodge a complaint in the area police station. I can't this no more.

Kindly e-mail your suggestion on [protected]@hotmail and let me know how I can teach a lesson to this executive so that he think twice before abusing anybody for that matter.

My name is sireesha.I have idea prepaid account. yesturday night ( around 11 pm)I rechared with 50 . But in next day moring when I checked my balance it's showing as 18.30. that to it's telling my last rechare was done on 11th dec 2008 with 0(zero) rs. how it was. I recharged on 17/12/2008.Why and how my balance was dedicted?

I have idea prepaid account. when I am trying to call out side, it's telling as no balance. then If i checked bal with sms (*111*) . it shwoing actual balance. after that If i tried to call out side. then it's ok. But first time it's not going

My problem is ...a default idea massage is activated without my knowledge...and some amount is charging for that tone...i want to deactivate this service first.

Plz note i am working in Jubilant Pune.my cell number is [protected].I have complaint so many times in custumer care about my dialer tone.i never applied for dialer tone because My senour does not like at all.all are scoclding me.nobody is listning my complaint.plz get it resolve as soon as possible.

last day i.e. 09/01/2009 at.4.00 pm around i recd. a message, in my cell no. [protected] is Idea Prepeared, your account is debited Rs. 30/- for dilertone & my balance is debited. I Was not applied for the same. & same time we call to customer care he repplied to me, your transaction not to updated in our system. so u call me after 4 hrs, i dial after 9.00 pm & today early in the morning 7.00 am, he was same repply to me,

pl do need ful action & credit me my balance 30/-

I am having Prepaid IDEA Connection. there was deduction of 26 rupees from my balance on 9 jan evening from 6 onwards, i talked to superviser mr manpreet but he could not give me satisfactory ans,

idea prepaid my gang — they charged 20 netconnect recharge without my permission

they charged me with 20 rupees for 2 days with any thing they called me for giving me info ten suddenly i got msg that they charged me

I am satisfied user of Idea. Recently we have taken another connection in my wife's name i, e. Kamla Bhalla ([protected]). Without her asking she had been given dialer tone and money has been deducted from her prepaid amount. Further she is getting unwanted calls from your office regarding your dialer tone and other services which may kindly be stopped.
