[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Prepaid — deduction of money without customers knowledge

my mobile no. is [protected], i activated an offer of Rs.57 ie call charge reduced to 40ps&60ps on 14.05.09..they activated rs1to all calls at the time i recharged but not activated 40ps till Date.i call cust.care sevaral times but they asked me to wait.i am waiting for 15 days.so take immediate action.

Idea/Prepaid mobile service — Regarding free calls

sir,
1. I was a customer of Spice telecom since 13th Nov 2008. This company has recently undergone change of ownership and is now run by Idea telecom services.
.
2. The previous company offered me 100 free calls from spice to spice and 100 free calls from spice to other mobiles per month in addition to their regular tariff of 30 paise for spice to spice and 60 paise for spice to other mobiles.

3. This facility was offered to me for a period of two years which expires on 13 Nov 2010. However the new ownership (Idea Telecom Services) has terminated the free calls though they have continued on the older tarriffs.

4. On calling the customer care services, I was told that the offer has been terminated without giving me a valid explaination. Their responce to my querry was unsatisfactory and the free services were stopped from 26th Mar 09 by a SMS on 24th Mar 09 without any explaination. The message also stated to call 50005 which on calling has no relevant information regarding the free calls.

5. It is therefore requested that this matter be looked upon and the company be forced upon to resume the previous facility offered by Spice Telecom.

IN SPITE OF MANY REMINDER REGARDING MY PREPAID NO [protected], WHICH WAS PUT ON HOLD OR I CAN SAY BLOCKED FOR NO REASON . ASKING THEM I GOT THE INFORMATION THAT IT HAS EXPIRED BECAUSE OF IN SUFFICIENT VARIFICATION ETC. iASKED THEM TO SHOW THE PROOF OF ENQUIRY DATE BUT THEY ARE UNABLE TO DO SO . recently i have taken a idea sim with good offer.

I 60Ps per minute & after 3 months we have to recharege 30 rs coupen,
i have recharged 50 rupee, and suddenly gprs offers came by sms .but
ihave not activated, tommarrow morning i try to see my balance its 35 rs
deducted for gprs service, & even not yet tried to down load anything & its
not providing service also .than i spoke to the custermer care than they have telling iam activated
a gprs service pack rs 50 per day .and still they have not yet stopped that service so pls stop taking our currency, try to give us ok, , , what an idea sir jeee ... so here onwartds let them do the proper service & custermer satisfocation. and pls stop all the nonsence thing.

Idea Cellular — Deactivated my number without my knowledge

Dear Sir,

This is Naif, My idea number is[protected], I have been using this number past 4 years..it was postpaid initially but later i converted to Prepaid since i came down to Qatar for some business purpose, I use to get international roaming here...Just before one and half months i was not getting roaming and it was showing that the sim registration failed.Today i called up customer care from here to know what the problem was and the customer executive was saying that the connection is not in my name now and its been used by someone else and he told it has been deactivated since i did not recharge. I had recharged for 1 year validity before i came down to Qatar since i did not want to loose my number and i have the validity till July 2009. If i dont get my number back it will be a big loss for me since all my business deal was through this number. Please do something about this matter sir.

Please... I want my number back at any cost.Thanks.
