[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Prepaid — deduction of money without customers knowledge

Dear Sir/Madam

I got a service message on my idea prepaid [protected] regarding recharge of Rs 57 RC you will get 64 or 65 STD minutes. Accordingly I have recharged my prepaid account with Rs 57 on 18 Jun 2009 but no balance as declared in your service message has been given to me which is not understood since it is one of the reputed cellular company and the same things are not supposed to be expected. Waiting for your favourable reply.

I faced with same complaint
their toll free no 4444 is always busy and dont respond fast
I was auto deducted for some caller tune which i didnt even activate
i asked for refund they dont respond.
whom to complaint and what is the solution for such auto services that are activated

every time i recharge the money gets automatically deducted for some cricket alert and other packs even if i havent subscribed though this is service man i have lost so much rupees in this please look into this matter

i feel cheated. a huge amount has been deducted without my concent and notice. i will not leave the matter. i want an action as soon as possible else i will have to approach the consumer forum. a service has been activated without my consent and a charge has been deducted. i was in an emergency and i could not make a call. i will report this matter. what are you guys think you are running here, a money extracting racket. whomsoever the employee is i want a strict action to be taken against him/ her. i have specifically told not to bother me with your services or schemes. i am a very long user of idea, probably a decade and its a shame if you guys loose a customer like this. if the issue is not resolved within 48 hrs and i do not get back the refund then i will not only switch my service provider but also lodge a complaint.

To whom so ever it may concern!!!

This is with regards to the deduction. I got a sms on my prepaid mobile number [protected] stating
Rs 30 deducted from the available balance against the "LOVE MESSAGES" however i never interested to avail such kind of services.

Every day i got call's from Idea customer services to avail but i always denied. At last without informing me they deducted above amount from the available balance.

What a ridiculous services they are providing to their customer.Horrible.

I need clarification on the above escalation.

i got a call on my no. from the idea customer care in regard to convert my prepaid no.([protected]) to postpaid on 17-6-09 and on the same day an executive had arrived to my office and collect rs.250 with one photos, xerox of my prepaid sim from me and my voter ID proof on the same day and give me a reciept.of Shaiv Bpo Services but after two days i received a another call from them that i have to submit my id proof and they were asked me to mail my id proof to them so i also mail them my id proof on the same day and i also confirm from them that they got my id proof or not.They acknwoledge me that they got the id proof and my no. will we activate by the evening and they also disconnect my prepaid no.
But until now they had not activate my no., i call them many times but they not showing any responsibility in doing there job. now, i want my money back and the no. remain to be prepaid. i think this bpo is provide the worse service to there customer. i don, t expect the service of such type from idea cellular.
