Idea prepaid connection — Deducting of amount without approval from customer

I have a prepaid connetction no. [protected]. On 7/04/09 I got it renewed for life time validity by recharge amount of Rs.99/-. After my recharge the validity has been extended to 2012 & balance was Rs. 65/-. Day before yesterday I got a call from your customer care executive saying that your local call rate has been slashed to 60 paise per minutes without paying any money as I have won a lucky number draw as my number has won this reward.Today when I checked my balance it was showing only Rs 11/- while I have not made any call. So you are requested to kindly look in to this matter I am a old Idea user.

This for your kind information that how best Idea cellular is cheating their customer.Recently i got a call from your customer care executive for subsidizing the call rate if i am choosing one of their plan, i disagreed with the plan and said no.But after a few seconds i got a call that i am already enlisted in the so called plan which i disagreed.Suddenly i contacted your C.C.executive for getting the explanation whether is it a mistake or purposeful action, but unfortunately i got a hesitating action from their putting me in trap.I dont know what tactics you are teaching them for safeguarding you in this game.This i am sending to you that i will get a right and better response for solving my problem and so many other customer who is suffering the same problem.

An Idea can change your life, absolutely right. I am planning to change all my corporate connection and personnel connections due to Idea local office irresponsible attitude.

My father Mr.Radhakrishnan have an IDEA prepaid connection No .[protected], which is taken from Alappuzha, Kerala region almost 1.5 years back.Immediately connection disconnected due to some identity proof issues. we surrendered all related documents to the local dealer 4 das back and still not able to activate.

My parents are frequently contacted Alppuzha Idea Office No. [protected] and no proper response.

I am working as a National Manager for a reputed MNC based in Kerala. We have connections with Vodafone and Idea.But we are totally upset with your support.

Please look into this issue very seriously, hence there are many new offers and providers.

Idea Cellular Pune — Not getting money back after cancellation of the pre - post request

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is Deep Pratap Singh. My mobile no is [protected].
I has applied for pre-post connection but it was not done.
I deposited 500rs for that but i didn't get that money back while more than 6 months have gone.
I have asked for written letter mentioning reason of the delayed but they refused.

The details are given below..

I have also made a recharge of 125Rs but was unable to get balance which was done on 2nd of Dec 2008.

I am an idea pre-paid customer for the past 2-3 years. But now I am thinking of switching over to some other services for the following reasons.
1. 8-10 calls every day from idea with some offer or the other which are a big nuisance amidst my busy schedule.
2. Without my consent some amounts are deducted for some promotional offers.
3. None of my friends or collegues recommend idea coneection for some reason or the other.

Idea Cellular Prepaid — offer not activated till 15 days

my mobile no. is [protected], i activated an offer of Rs.55 ie call charge reduced to 40ps&60ps on 13.04.09.On 25.04.09 i recharge for rs.22 for an offer ie 20ps to one idea no &rs1 to other calls.they activated rs1to all calls at the time i recharged but not activated 20ps till 10.05.2009.i call cust.care sevaral times but they asked me to wait.i am waiting for 15 days.so take immediate action.my complaint no is 54442788.

I recharged my number [protected] in accordence with an SMS, informing that there is Rs 62 Idea to Idea Calls free with a flexi recharge of Rs 100 valid for 10 days, and Rs 88.7 Regular talk Time.. I recharged In the same day itself. it was on 29th April 2009.. I got the regular talk time, But even after 17 days I didn't get the Offer Talk time Of I2I Calls, registred many complaints.
