[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Prepaid — deduction of money without customers knowledge

I have an Idea prepaid sim connection, from this connection International calls are not connected from my sim. thats why I am having a lots fo problems. please solve this problems immediately.

MY NO. IS [protected]. I HAVE A COMPLAIN REGARDING DEDUCTION OF MONEY 4 FOUR RINGTONES WHEN I HAVE DOWNLOADED ONLY TWO. THAT TO ONE IN JANUARY & OTHER IN FEBRUARY & ALONG WITH ONE RINGTONE THEY HAVR SEND ME OTHER "EMPTY" RINGTONE @ BOTH THE TIME. AND WHEN CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE @ 12345 THE CALL ATTENDERS ARE NOT AGREEING WITH ME & THEY ARE DISCONNECTING THE CALL. VERY POOR RESPONSE IS GIVEN TO ME & THEY ARE NOT AGREEING WITH ME WHEN I SAID "I SENT ONE MESSAGE TO 58888 & GOT ONE RINGTONE WHILE THE OTHER RINGTONE THEY SENT WAS "EMPTY" IN BOTH THE ABOVE MENTIONED MONTHS.

Actually, some bady from LIVE WIRE CALL CENTRE SERVICES (PH[protected]PVT LTD. call me for the new connection, i have asked them to change my prepaid no to post paid connection. I have given them their fees of Rs 500, but still my no [protected] has not been transfer to post paid scheme. Now, i call on the given no but all in vain.I want my money back. Can you pls help me.

Its just a week since the last mail. Now I a facing another problem with idea services.
Yesterday I recieved a message from IDEA regarding submission of documents once again 24 hours.
I did the same, I submitted the documents early in the morning by 10:30AM today at Idea Office, Marol, In front of Star TV office, just avoid inconvinience. And this was the first job I did today irrespective of busy work schedules.

Now what makes you peaple to put the services on hold for this number.
As I mentioned earlier I use this number for my personnel as well as work purpose.

Is this some entertainment to you people who always tend to reaise some problem to me. Now I regret os my decision of taking IDEA service.
Now I want the services to be restored immediately.

Please take immediate action.

I am an old customer of IDEA.I have 2 connections.The numbers are [protected] and [protected].Now my problem is regarding deduction of money from my balance account saying some information that" Your subscription to VAS-PACK 30 has been renewed".Last month also the same thing happened with me. I might have selected or responded to some message unknowingly. My request to you is that I dont required such a survice in future.Now I request to you is that the money deducted from me yesterday be debted to my balance amount and please ensure that the same action not to be repeated in future as I donot want the such service in future.

Last month also the same thing happened with me.Yesterday the money was deducted from the balance amount of my no.[protected].I might have aknowledged to some SMS unknowinly.My request to you is that I dont want to have such service of VAS PACK30 in future and also the money recovered in this month may be credited if possible.
