[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — Service persons not attending

My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in chennai.In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine,The manager at Chennai is not even attending the calls.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.No higher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal.

My washing mashine got complaint for more than one and half months.But its not rectified yet.I contacte all available facilities.But I have to say very lazy responsibility.Its not at all good for a brand for this type of lazy responsibility.
Very very worst response from IFB Customer care.I never seen this type approch in any other brands.If IFB Customer care Deal like this the future business will be taken by any other competitors.

IFB — nobody attended my complaint

It was so quite disappointing for me and my hotel in Kumarakom that inspite of purchasing around 04 nos of washing machine and Dryers from IFB, all my calls towards the service and complaints gone for six.Nobody attended and the poor response from your staff even at the managerial level from Cochin upset me very much.All the calls made from me and my team was never honoured at any time and nobody concerned to give a courtousy call or for a site visit.I really wondered if this is the attitude towards an organisation which purchased around 8 products from IFB, what will be the attitude towards a normal deal?

I you are bothered to a minimum level to my concern PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ send a technician to Taj hotel in Kumarakom for servicing the MACHINES.

Regret purchasing IFB washing machine. I was really happy with my old BPL machine that we used for 10 years and just once a service request was made.
I bought IFB washing mashing machine from Best Buy, Malakpet, Hyderabad on 17/10/2009 on full cash down payment. The washing machine was delivered to my house at Malakpet on the same evening. But so far upto this time i.e. 1-45 PM of 20/10/2009, no body from the company has come to instal and Demo the product.

Technicians Wasim and his supervisior Hari Kumar are not able to repar my 7kg digitak washing machine underwarranty for more than a week for want of parts not available with IFB delhi unit. Kindly look into for smooth service.Call centre phone is overbudened to attend even our regisistered compliant.

My washing m/c is too under AMC. Technician from Thane visited my home at Kalwa on 19.9.09 to attend complain. He did a mistake of installing 'rubber gasket in front door without outer metallic ring', causing leakage. Within few hours we informed problem to them. We thought such mistake will be attended on war level. But alas...Even after making hundreds of calls on[protected] / [protected] /[protected]/[protected] no body bothers till 16.10.09. Senior person Mr. Yogesh, Thane never take the calls. Others only give assurances of sending technician 2morrow...My contact No. is [protected].
The companys prior to sell is good responce but after slaes worast condition
before buying the machince the sales departments persons runs after projected customers and after dumping the machince we have to listen from service persons

i purchased washing machine on17th july2009.and immediately after purchasing complaints started .Timer is not working and there is problem with drier also. Timer was replaced twice. I have a Digital 6 kg. washing machine and is under AMC. My machine is out of order since 20.09.09. There is no response from Customer care helpline no.of kolkata.A complaint was also registered on 19.10.09 on website but no action has been taken by the IFB.
I've purchased an IFB front load 6kg and has malfunctioned more than 5 times in a span of a year and no one attends the complaints readily. I repent buying this brand.
The call centre numbers are wrong and the ones provided by your chandigarh office dont work.[protected], is constantly engage and 39004321 you dont get, neither by prefixing self city std code nor by prefixing 0816 as suggested by your offices.
I guess we will have to switch over to MNC like SAMSUNG for all futute products, seeing the callous attitude of your company.
I have bene trying to get in touch with your call centre or office at chandigarh( from Shimla) to lodge complaint about Microwave and washing machine but no one comes.

I have bought on 15th June 2009, a 7 Kg IFB Digital Front Load Washing Machine thru Shree Balaji Digitals, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad and also paid for a two year AMC valid till 23.05.2013, under Receipt cum Invoice No: 2009/10 No. 122 dt. 15.06.2009. On the 18th of October the Machine stopped working and I have lodged a Complaint bearing No: 3643742 on the 19th of October 2009.

Today is 26th of October and inspite of my reminding the Help Line as well as the Service Manager Mr. Kamlakar, no one turned up even to see what the problem is.

I was assured everytime I telephoned that one Mr. Lakshman has been assigned to attend, but he has never turned up.

I will be left with no alternative but to go to consumer court if immediate attention is not given.
