I.F.B,washing machine — Complaint Pending from 18 days
I boughy ully automatic washing machine some two month ago.On 11 of oct.it got some sparking.i complained on helpline on.My complaint no. is 3614182.After 60 hrs there eng,came..And said its ok.You can use it.Next day m/c got fire.From trere on i m doing complaint again and again ,they are saying tomarrow it will be rectified.Some part is not in stock .i have done almost 50 phones but of no use.Please HelpIFB — No response from the company to repair the Machine
I am in Chennai.My IFB Dishwasher is just 18 months old. This is the second time it is needing repairs with the last repair only about 20 days ago.
The machine is under AMC. Despite 48 hours having lapsed, there is no response from the company.
The manager does not attend the calls.
The last time I had to wait for three days before the complaint was attended, despite the clause that the complaint would be attended in 24 hours.
I am frustrated and do not no where to lodge a complaint for such irresponsive customer service.
Moreover, the company has given me the receipt for the AMC but not yet handed over the AMC (contract doument) till date.
IFB/washing machine senator — machine making too much noise
bought 2 months back since last one month noise level has increased tremendously when the drum rotates especially during spinIFB Washibg Machine (Digital 5.5kg) — service personnel has not attended for installation and demo
Sir, I have purchased one IFB washing machine (Digital 5.5kg) from SHARPTRONICS, No104 Ranga complex Peramanur Main road Salem-7 TamilnadU State on[protected] as per bill No CA/50556 Dated 15/10/2009. I have contacted the service personal Mr. Satish ([protected]) and Mr.Sherif ([protected])for installation and demo. On request Mr Sherif has attended my house and stated me the front door locking system is out of order, the same has to be changed for which a few days time will be required
Even after laps of 15 days no service personnel has not turned to run my new machine. In this connection I also called and informed to [protected]. All my endeavor in this regard is useless so far. Please instruct your service personnel to attend and to run without further delay (Please note this machine is new purchased in deepavi offer)

IFB Washing Machine Supremo Dx — poor service and possible cheating
1. complaint lodged on 18 oct 2009 & machine repaired on 28 oct 2009.2. machine not repaired at home, technician insisted on sending the machine at his shop due to malified intentions.
3. only a small part ie some power filter(name of part may be wrong) got burnt. technician informed us that there is no use replacing the part as the company is wasting money unnecessarily and the machine is working now without the part
4. technician raised a bill of 1250/- for repair of timer(seems highly impossible) and 440/- as call charge
I have logged a complaint last week .But still it was not rectified.
Even I am having problem with IFB DISH WASHER.. I have both Dishwasher and their Washing machine... firstly I would like to say that their CUSTOMER SUPPORT is the worst in INDIA .. they dont know how to communicate and how to handle issues... They never respond to us until 15-20 calls are made.. this makes them feel that yes customer is really having some issue on receipt of compliant we are assured that .. within 24 -48 hours compliant will be handled.. but nothing happens.. their engineers came to my house changed some parts of Dishwasher although in warranty and took 3000 Rs for part replacement stating various reasons like terms and conditions for under warranty service and to great pain.. the dishwasher is still not working...

We bought IFB 5.5kg washing machine on 16 of Oct 2009, After that one person named Mr.Muthu given demo & said that he will get some 4 mtr of extendable pipe & tap, after that incident no Service person returned.. while we called local office[protected] they said muthu resigned, Jagan will take care of those things...again no one turned up after calling of this many service executive/officer( Jagan - [protected], Shankar -[protected], deepika - [protected]) still we are waiting not even used our machine for single time.
Concern person kindly make a note & do the needful...

But till now any service man or Any IFB mechanic are not came in my house for initial installation of washing machine. I personally went to your office and meet Mrs. Nikita Patil (Branch manager of Nasik).But she did not entertain me. I personally feel that IFB has the worst service standards. And the persons and officers of IFB have not knowledge about corporate culture and customers services. When I try to talk with Mrs. Nikita Patil, she doing misbehave with me It is so worst condition. so it is a request to you please look into this matter and give me solution as early as possible .if you are not able to handling your primary responsibility then you take back your washing machine and refund my total money.

so many engineers of the company visited our residence naming Mr Pratik from Ambala and
Mr Sethi and Mr. Vinod from Chandigarh, but no fault is traced so far inspite of repeated reminders of telephone and Also to Mr Sumit. No body is listening the complaint and linger on to repair the machine from last three months.
Please issue the suitable instructions to repair the faulty machine immediately other I will move to honourable coonsumer court as the machine was faulty from last three months due to poor service of the international company.
