I have purchased IFB senorita plus(sl no 89442) washing machine on 5/9/2007 in madurai from meenakshi fan house. it is giving trouble from the day it was purchased. we informed to the service centre. your service engineers were not able to identify the fault. after a month they have rectified partially and asked us not to operate @ 60 deg. After that it worked properly. Now once again the heater is giving problem . We called service engineer. they came and asked us to joined in AMC and collected rs 2000.Now they are telling it will be rectified after a month ONLY. What will we do for one month?.why your service engineers are working irresponsibly. kindly advice your service engineers to rectify it immedietly.

I have purchsed IFB Senorita DX washing Machin 23446 from M/S Anugrah Electronics & Appliances, 21-23, Harlal Mkt, E-1, Pocket, Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi. Ph. [protected], [protected], against Bill No. 82/4063 Dtd 13.03.2009. As informed earlier also the machine received was Wet. I mean Water was coming out of the machine. The top of the machine was broken. It seemes that it is a second hand machine. M/S Anugrah Electronics & Appliances said that it is IFB customer care's responsibility. Your representative came and made a justification that the machine was wet becouse, it is being washed to test before delivery. He did'nt made any demo till date. After repeated reminders, no reply received till date. Should I take a legal action against M/S Anugrah Electronics & Appliances, Kindly look into the matter. I shall be highly obliged. For the first time during this AMC on[protected] I lodged a complaint (No. 3782417) at your customer care centre.
It is almost ten days that I lodged the complaint, despite my numbers of telephone calls made to your service centre and to your local service centre at Faridabad where I talked to Mr. Manoj, Mr. Deepak & Mr. Prem, no one have come to solve my problem.
Every time I called their no. they have a new excuse. For the last four days they even told me that the technician is already out for my job and shall be reaching my place any time,
but wonder it's already four days that he left the office and is yet to reach my house.
I also tried to contact Mr. Ajay Kumar (Regional customer service executive) on his mobile no. [protected] and also Mr. Miland on his mobile no. [protected]. but both are too busy to pick the customers phone. Despite my number of call made to them they never cared to answer my calls even once.
Sir, now I don't want to continue my Annual service Contract with such a company who makes thousands of promises but actually does nothing.
So you are requested to return my full amount, paid for this Amc with in seven days or I shall be left with no other option but to take legal action against the company.
But before that you need to take serious action against such people who are responsible for bringing the company's reputation down.

I have IFB washing machine. It is giving more noice and vibration while working. I went in person to the IFB service center and booked complaint. Its been 22 days now and the service person keeps telling us some excuses for not coming. They dont bother for the customers and take the complaints so casually. I think I need to claim them the charges for the phone calls that I have made to them. I would strongly recommend not to buy IFB products. Their after sales service is THE WORST.
the service of ifb in chennai is very poor i have lodged a complaint on 14.11.09. nobody responded till now .i have contacted ccare 40 timees gurumoorthy 25times raviprasath 15times. nobody is responding.i have to put my ifb in the scrapper shop then i have to move the consumer court. i am in chennai and my ph no 42819840

IFB Washing Machine — service calls not honoured
We recently serviced our IFB washing machine from one of the so called autorised service agents of IFB at Bangalore (Ace Machinary Services,Ulsoor). We paid Rs.3500/- to replace the drum and were given a receipt that cover 12 months warenty. Within three months we are back to the same state.The machine has the same problem and even after several calls the company has not fiixed the problem. Will IFB take care of it. Else it should be posted at all IFB sales centers where they will be promoting agressive new year sales. I am in Pondicherry.. I have purchased a IFB wahing machine . Now it is under repair. I informed the service person through supplier. Immediately a person came and examined the machine and told me that drum to be replaced. Since then I have tried more than 50 times to contact over phone but very rearly i use to get response that to it will be done the next day/ next week. the person is Mr. Murali, Pondicherry .I will strongly recommend not to buy IFB products. because "IFB HAS THE WORST SERVICE STANDARDS".
we hav a supremo ex model machine, when ever we cal ur service agency they r never in time and they give wrong information to family members and they do some repairs and make a large amount of bill, on 5th may09 they did some repairs like frnt balance weght bearing set and etc the bill was RS 4109 the agency is shree services, rajarampuri kolhapur maharastra.. they dont send a tecnical person or a proper one who will explain u, two of the workers r there and after few days the machin is under repair, the service agency is not good, hope next time we get a proper service or tecnical person but not from this shree sevices as they r really spoiling ur name thank u
I have bought IFB washing machine on 25.10.2008 .The machine is not working for last 2 months . i gave compliant compliant no . 3737632 they said to change board but they says there is no stock .. The stock will come with in a week . i have reminded them everday but there is no respones...
The service is pathetic. They hardly attend to calls. I have an Executive Plus machine, it is under AMC. I am facing lot many problems like water overflow, with door lock. Every time I have called them they promised to attend in 48 hours. Now it has been months my problem has not been solved, Every time the engineer visits he changes some part or promise to come back the next day to change one(and they dont turn back) but the problem remains I didnt had any other option but to go for a new one. I have committed a sin by puchasing IFB machine
I have given complaint since 3 months they attended eariler but are not able solve the problem. just temporery rectification work they done. the problem is " when machine is in off position the indicator bulb is blinking". Again I have given a complaint, over phone they are booking my complaint and giving the complaint no. and when I am calling after 2 days for enquiry of my complaint they are telling that the complaint is already colsed, again they are giving the complaint no. new. this is happening since two months when I asked who has singed how it can be closed ? then they are not having any answer. simply they telling that they don't know anything about it. they only can provide new complaint no. they have given local office tele.no. but they are telling to-day they are sending the technician before 4p.m. but no body will turn up. they are not resposible people. IFB WASHING MACHINE — washing machine made idle by the service team
I am having a IFB Washing machine. I rasied a complaint on 29-Sunday-09 saying there is diffrent sound comming during its operation. The complaint number is 3800289. The service team came to my house next day and found that there is a problum in the washing machine motor and they removed it and taken away saying it needs to be replaced. Till today no one has attened it and when i call them they are telling that the parts are out of stock and it will be comming today or tomorrow.Till today their tomorrow has never cam and till today my washing machine is idle.
A 20 year old Videocon semi auotmatic m/c of my parents works better and gets better service than my four year old IFB washing m/c. What a joke!

I kept asking him about what was done to rectify the problem, how can he assure that the problem won't come again. No answer from him.
As i feared, the problem came back the next day, i complained again and nothing happened ever since. No one came, talked to the supervisor who cannot communicate at all! Nothing happened!

Finally one day service engineers attended for the newly opened ticket 3566441 -dated 01/10/2009.We understood there is problem on the board and they told that they will replace the board with in twodays by first week of October. No response.Then i went in to IFB care Nanganullur Agency they hold IFB is runningout of supply of Board for Senorita DX model.They promised, It will be closed in November Third week.Still nor Response.Finally i end up with waste of Money and time on buying this washing machine and followups with the customer care and agencies even the machine is warranty
Do they sell their product and wah off hands

I hv an IFB executive model which ran for 10 + years. This is under AMC and last month we registered a complaint for some noise. The service person came, ripped open the machine and left. Machine lying open at home for past one month and today the response from IFB is again poor. The call center has given the nos. of service incharge, area manager and chennai manager (name not to mentioned) and they are responding according to their levels. the local incharge is saying it is late now and he will go back to office tomorrow and then only he can give a reply, without knowing my cust complaint no. how will he know and how he will respond. the area manager said promptly he will call in five minutes and never attended to the phone calls afterwards. the senior chennai manager is lifting the phone and saying repeatedly hello, hello only as though he is not hearing anything. good company, good service long live IFB with the AMC money
