[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — Service persons not attending

My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in chennai.In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine,The manager at Chennai is not even attending the calls.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.No higher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal.

IFB Washing Machine — replacement of the part or as required

Dear Sir,
Soak Button & Door open Button of the machine is not working properly , it goes inside the machine., we have told the service engg. to replace the part , from last 21 months , we have logged 6 complanits to the service center, person visted ,but he has only repiared the part, not replaced , as my product is under warrenty , details of the product is as under :

No one is attending the complaint..I am having the extended warranty also.I have registered a complaint on 10/11/2009 and two more remainders afterwards...There is too much water leakage vibration and sound.I am staying at Coimbatore.Till (17/11/2009) now no one attended.In my opinion no one should purchase this worst washing machine here onwards.

Water is continuolsy draining from the bottom of the Fluff Flter, hence unable to wash clothes. It is very much difficult for us, please do send an technician as soon as possible regd this.

Mr managing director u sure r smart in cheating ur customer and ur service people follow u and ur thoughts without mistake, i am sure this message will reach to u because of what u have taught your people.my washing machine is not working and i have complaid nearly 25 times which is in warrantyperiod. i am getting words for third class service.
i had puchased ifb automatic washing m/c during ganesh pooja form vedoms nagpur, i was told that there is a surpise gift through scrach card it was confirmed over telephone by one of the company'executive that scrach card will be avilable by next day, but i got scrach card after a long wait of nearly two months, gift is still awitaed.one month back, i had requested local ifb service centre to provide m/c stand and cover, even after long wait, several requests, heated exchanges i am still given promise by mr satdeve that stand will be delivered tomorow, so many such promised he did not keep and i am surprised to hear his answers like the items have been taken by his representative who will deliver it by today, but that day did not come till date.the girl megha seating at front office is high headed she is reluctant even to pick up the phone.
i request all future buyers of ifb not to purchase any ifb product as you will not get any service after sales forget about quality in service.
at least i will not suggest any of my relatives or friends to buy any of ifb product and i will also not repeat the mistake.
I had purchased my IFB Executive Plus model on October 2008. Due to some problems i cant use it immediately. I planned to use it from August 2009. So i need informations about how to use & how to maintain it. I very love & proud about buying the IFB brand. But after i buying it i am disappointed about the service. I had informed about three times to toll free no. They took all details address & contact nos. & mail id and they told that the concerned area technician will come and explain it. But i am disappointed about the service done by your concern. I am staying in Pollachi. But i am working in Coimbatore. My office time is 8.00am to 08.00pm. So i cant meet the service persons at the day time. I informed them please make arrangements as per my schedule. They told surely we will make the plan as per your wish. After 3 times calling also i get disappointed. If the machine gets any defects means you only should response for it. Because i made complaints in the tollfree for three times. If there and problems came you & your service persons are the responsible for it. So atleast do needful to make IFB brand image. My contact no. is [protected].

IFB Dishwasher Zephyr - Ex — Not attending old complaints

My dish washer has been unserviceable since 26 Oct 08 complaint No 2345193. The technician brought the wrong replacement parts and could not rectify the machine. The system computer now says that it was resolved. On 26 Sep 09 second complaint No 3542979 the system computer shows that the customer refused. On 16 Nov 09 complaint No 3747666 no one has contacted so far. The machine continues to be unserviceable since Oct 08.

IFB / Automatic Washing Machine — drum not working

our IFB w/m (elite modle) drum not working. I bought this from Vasanth & Co, Pattukkotai Branch, Tamilnadu last year. I registered my complaints to Vasanth & Co on 17.11.09. But still no service person attended to my complaints. I recalled them many times but they said that they send technician today.., But no such person have come to my house. What is going on? Inform your IFB Thanjavur Service centre to attend myk call immediately. My opinion as for service is concern, really its very worst.
I always get poor response from IFB Chennai customer support. Believe me that I have not used my machine for more than an Month after I purchased due to improper installation. I raised a complaint and people didnt bother even to call me for a week to know more about the problem. Last Saturday I have launched a complaint again and today is Tuesday afternoon and till now nobody bothered to call me again.
"Other brands are providing 24X7 support where as IFB support team clearly mentioned to me that they can provide support only from Monday to Saturday and from 10AM till 6PM."
POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT FROM IFB. I REGRET BUYING IFB MACHINE LOOKING AT THE BRAND WITHOUT INQURING ABOUT THEIR QUALITY OF SERVICE.

I had purchased IFB washing machine Executive Plus on 06/11/2000. Faced complaints on several times. On each time on complaints made, technicians reluctant to attend timely. Now also the machine is not working. I have contacted the local service point at Kannur in kerala, but they did not turned up. Hope you will take care of it.

one of the worst thing in getting associate with IFB is that their distributers do not have sense as how to talk with customer.
They misleads the people by by assuring them lots of accessories of the m/c. but as the time passes, they became stood as if they never say anything about free gift.
I strongly recommand you that never by the IFB w/c from the showroom which is located at MUNDDA market (nasik), because this are the worst people associate with IFB. and due to them IFB facing lots of marketing problems

IFB Washing Machine — DEFECTIVE PRODUCT,NO SERVICE

I HAD BOUGHT FRONT LOADING IFB WASHING M/C. I COULD WASH MY CLTHS ONLY ONCE.M/C IS FAULTY AND DESPITE several CALLS AT ALL LEVELS, THEIR RESPONSE IS VERY POOR.IF YOU WANT TO SAVE HARRASMENT PL DONT GO FOR IFB PRODUCTS.
My IFB Elena washing machine experienced a door lock issue & was fixed ( by replacing an electronic part) by mechanics of Saba Air Conditioning, Refrgeration Works of Koramangala- Bangalore. Within less than 20 days, the problem came up again. Repeated calls to the mechanic & the shop are no use. They atten the calls & always promise to come, but never turn up. I am sure they replaced faulty or cheap parts, made quick money & now don't want to handle the complaint. IFB will not survive long in this market if their attitude is like this.
THE WORST SERVICE

I'm in Ahmedabad.My IFB machine is not working. I'm complainig for it continuosly from one week and there is no response. I'm fed-up now. I would always advise people to not buy any IFB product. I WANT THAT MINE AND OTHER'S COMPLAINS SHOULD BE IN NOTICE AND SOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I Purchased IFB topload washing machime. I had a problem in last February 2009. But They came and do the service on April 2009, that is because in April my AMC is going to close. And now in Oct 28th, 2009 I register a compilent. But the compilent was closed by the service person without attend the call. My compilent nos are[protected], 3764767 & 3803343).

When I call the person Mr. Saravanan ([protected]), they told the complinet was closed and he can't do anything. But I asked who closed the complient, he didn't reply and disconnect my phone.

Very worst customer care service.
I totally agree and i am suffering the same problem here in delhi. For on full month the delhi staff is giving one excuse or the other, even demanding money. The AMC with IFB is not recommanded at all. It is basicall to fleece money from customer. Wish there was some law to take care of them.

I am really disappointed with the Service Persons of IFB at Noida, Ghaziabad.

I had made complaint on 26.11.09 (Comp. No. 3784502) of my fully Automatic 5.5.Kg Senator Machine which is under AMC.

The service person visited on 27.11.09 and informed that he will come back on Monday 30.11.09 with spare parts and will fix the machine.

But nobody turned up on 30.11.09. And there was no information from IFB side either by Phone or by Mail.
I contacted IFB Care again and they gave me Mobile no. of Mr. Sanjay ([protected]). This Gentleman did not pick the phone for last 2 days. Today i tried to cantact Mr Sanjay but one Mr. Bhim Singh picked the phone and told that he will call back.He called back after 2 hrs and informed that it will another 2 to 3 days to rectify the machine.

Its really disgusting to receive such treatment from IFB . I tried to contactMr. Milan Chandola, Regional Manager Delhi (Mob.[protected]) but he also did not pick the Phone.m

I am clueless What to do now?

IFB servuce is very poor. Have AMC for my Elena washing machine. My customer id is 1675526. Was told my complaint would be attended to in 24 hrs. Its been 72 hrs no word from IFB guys...woefully pathetic...these guys make tall claims when they make sales pitch for AMCs...This surely is cheating the customer... Called IFB help line again ...they have asked me to get in touch with local Service centre .. if i want to hasten the proceedings...After paying for AMC...IS THAT MY BLOODY BUSINESS TO OIL LOCAL GUYS TO GET THINGS DONE.????????? these guys have left behind even the government organisations...
