I have complaint 3 weeks ago & and after attended by a service personel it have passed 2 weeks but the defected body parts are still not changed. they answer on phone-call that the parts are not send from company, i'm facing a lot of problem in my daily life please do the needfull as early as possible so that the machine become usefull. my customer code is 2054499 & complaint no is 3635545 .
before few days we purchased ur product from Lucknow, but no one installed the device .
i had installed ur device by hook or by crook .
but few problems r arising & the dryer is not working .
so, plz. send any engineer to attend me .

IFB Digital, 7kg — poor service and faulty machine sold
i'm an unfortunate owner of your machine, from the day one, there has been some problem or the other, and each time i 've to beg your service people to come and do the repairs.iI feel that IFB has cheated me of Rs.29000 , and sent home a junk which just stands in a corner and does nothing.
your service people are all rude, uncortuous, mannerless.
They send some illqualified person first just to say that they have attended to the call and ultimately take one week to get the problem rectified,
A new machine, so called the highest version is not working and your officer are having fun over it.
I give u two options either u take back your faulty machine and replace me with a fresh and good machine or send me my money back.
Sir, we have one washing machine IFB Senorita plus model. It is not working last three months. We have called the service centre daily. But there is no response from there. What can we do?

27th same local service person said pl call toll free no so & so, only then we will do it
Complaint registered with call centre.
31st oct one service person turned up and upon enquiring details he said inlet valve has to be replaced and will do in 2/3 days. ( Note : he started selling some attachment - aqua - to avoid descaling )
Today is 9th Nov No body turned, inspite of reminders to call centre, service manager - Shanker, local service person Sathis

IFB Washing Machine Senator 6 Kg Sr 48913 — Loud noise during rinsing
Had purchased the said WM from AK Gandhi Nagpur on 20.10.08.The machine is not giving satisfactory service from inception.In June 09 the fan was found broken.The same was replaced.Again the similar loud noise is coming during rinsing.Pl attend after 15.11.09
My earlier complant of June be closed.
New complaint be lodged.
We are not satisfied with the product.

I am owning Elite front loading washing M/C, and the same is under AMC. M/C is under breakdown since last one month and complaint is registered through customer care. I am in constant touch with your customer care executive and reminded several time for not attending the problem. Presently I am stationed at Ahmedabad (Gujrat) and response from local IFB service center is hopeless. Every time false commitments are made to resolve the problem at the earliest. The spare parts are not available in the center and from their efforts it do not appear that they are serious. Can I hope a better and immediate service from IFB.
We bought IFB Serena 5.5kg from Surindra Visions Chandigarh.The so called Engineer named Rajan Batra which came to install the machine did not install it correctly as the machine vibrated and a part from inside it came out. On calling the authorities they sent some other person on the next day . He came and got the pieces of thermocol out of the machine which was left by the previous one. now the machine is not at all working and nobody is attending inspite of our repeated calls
I have bought a digital 5.5 kg machine last december. the machine is under warranty. i have had close to 5 or 6 breakdowns within 10 months. though the service people respond, yet they are unable to fix the problem on a permanent basis. each service technician blames the previous technician for not fixing the problem properly. needless to say, im pretty much frustrated and would like to take this up at options available to me.

.IFB is not worth being in the indian market . ..My machine is not working and i called them atleast 10000times in a weeks time .after a week one of the mechanic comes to my house says the motor is not working, we will get the motor tomm and replace it next day they didint turned uo .I called them again after shouting on them one mechanic came with the motor and checked the machine.After checking the machine .If we all can be together and fight for our rights then we may get justice .if everyone agree with me do call me so that we can take this issue ahead .I dont want to keep this machine and atleast i want my money back for this piece of junk.

i bought a IFB washing machine at chandigarh in 1997. Now I have shifted to chennai. Yesterday my machine did not work and I call the IFB general helpline and registered my complaint with them. My customer ID is2096257
they promised to send my their personnel for repair within 24 hrs. Now it is more than 26 hours and I still do not get a word from them.
I tried to call the helpline again but the abrupt answer I receive is ' sorry your call cann't be processed'.
what does it mean? Like 'Children's letters to God'. these is oneway traffic. I cann't even know I can still wait for their personnel to attend or I should try elesewhere?

Yes- i am also affected and i have made the compliant on 09.08.09 and tkt no 3355151 and still not attended my issue. but in system they are closed the complaints.

IFB / Washing Machine 5 Kg Digital — Washing Machine not working properly
I have purchased this washing machine on dtd.-30/08/07. I am suffering very much since I have purchased this washing machine regarding performance of this machine & servicing of the company concers.IFB people are not giving any attention for my problem after severel calls made by me.I am really very disappointed by the IFB brand name.For your convenience this is to informing you that current time period is running as in the extended warranty of two years.This extended warranty was offered to me by the company concerns under condition of paying Rs.1500 additional.Servicing of this company is very bad.They have never provided satisfactory services to me even currently machine is running on warranty period.Presenty machine is lying in my home as a scrap only after investing Rs 25000.Therefore I am compelling to complaint you regarding all this happened..Now I am hoping to your side for justice.Kindly help me & do the needful as soon as possible.IFB WASHING MACHINE — person not attending after complain regestred
respected sir,my amc expired on september,in spite of calling them more than four times no body turned out.if i ask for complaint no they reply server is down.each time when i call they treat my complaint as new where there will not be any reply.my machine rubber is worn out which has to be replaced immediately.almost one &half month over it is not changed now they say after amc they need 45 days to replace it.if they have not turned outon time it is not my mistake.i need justice

I, Deepak Sanhotra, residing at Nigdi, Pune is using your machine . My machine went defective i.e the belt was broken. Service engineer came and replaced Belt and also the control card. ( Why control Card, not known.) Card Cost Rs. 1800/- After one day again it went defective, same engineer was called He again replaced the card (may be the original one) . Now after using 7 day again it is out of order. When contacted the service engineer, he say lodge the complain again.
Now, why the card was repleced? Service engineer said, Belt was broken due to defective card. Not understood how defective card can break the belt. Actually the belt was broken due to ageing.
If the card is faulty only it will not drive the motor and finally the drum. What I understand is the control card controls all the functions, i.e solonoid valves, motor speed, Motor directions, timers, heaters etc .
I request you to please do the needful to service my machine

washing MC — NOT ATTENDING THE SERVICE
IT IS PATHETIC WITH YOUR CHENNAI SERVICE CENTRE TO FOLLOWUP FOR SERVICE . WE HAVE BEEN WITH IFB FOR SO LONG TIME AND WE HAVE ASKED OUR RELATIVES AND FREINFDS ALSO TO BUY IFB.BUT THE SERVICE IS THE WORST AND THE BRANCH INCHARGE NEVER COMES IN THE LINE AFTER FOLLOWINGUP SO MUCH THEY SEND SMOMEONE AFTER A WEEK AND THEY SAY THAT SOMETHING IS TO BE GOT THEN ONE MORE WEEK THEY TAKE.
Last year also we had the same problem and this year when the service office at chennai SAI ENTERPRISES INCLUDING Mr.ELUMALAI , we specially told them the services were bad and this year they promised they would attend in 24 hours . Never it is happening earlier than one week.
IS THIS THE WAY IFB IS TUNED FOR SERVICE WHILE ALL OTHER BRANDS ARE SO ATTENTIVE IN ATTENDING THE COMPLAINTS.
I NEED A FIRM ADVICE HAVING GONE AHEAD WITH YOU FOR THE SERVICE CONTRACT. IT IS THE MISTASKE WE DID THIS YEAR AFTER KNOWING THE ATTITIUDE.
HOPE YOU WOULD APPRECIATE AND ATTEND AND SET RIGHT BEFORE A MAJOR DAMAGE HAPPENS TO YOUR PRODUCT SALES.WE DO NOT WANT WASTE HOURS OF FOLLOWUP IN FUTURE FOR SERVICE COMPLAINT.
