IFB — Service engineer not attending
The drum of the machine is not rotating &Drier not working. Complaint lodged on 11th dec'2009 has not been attended till today inspite of number of telephone calls made to the co. as well as their service agency. Such a pathetic condition of the company whose associated people do not understand that a utility item like washing machine is needed every day by a house hold & cannot wait for such a long time. I would like to share my worst experience with the IFB washing machine services.
We own a washing machine which is under AMC.It has even become a habit for our family members to call them everyday.Everytime we call they used to give us a service engineer number and contact them.But from my experience i found that nobody is responsible at all.Even i spoke to higher officials but they failed to meet their promise.I really can't understand their attitude towards customers.Do they want us to beg them to attend a complaint?

vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv bad support. None of the techical person are trained to identify the problem & give a permanent solution. With severe followup service personnel had come thrice in the last 1 month & could never fix the problem.
i have 4 contact nos, but none of the them will pickup the phone or the mobiles are switched off, i strongly condemn the attitue of company towards customer support.
MY sincere suggestions is company should run a massive campaign to solve all pending complaints or the issue had to be taken on the concerned formum & recommed for ban the company to sell further machines in our country.

The chennai centre of IFB does not respect its service contract . My machine is under AMC. Its more than 18 days and I have made several calls to them but no one has the courtesy or decency to either reply or attend. On 5 occasions during these last 15 days, they have said that a service personnel would either come or call on us but not respected this.IFB Washing Machine — NOT ATTENDING THE FAULT
MY WASHING MACHINE SENORITA PLUS BOUGHT IN THE YEAR2006(12.06.06).WITH AN ADDITION WARRENTY UPTO 10.06.2010 .THOUGH WITH SMALL REPAIRS THE MACHINE ENCOURED, IT IS RUNNING GOOD TO SOME EXTENT.BUT SINCE LAST MONTH IT DEVELOPS LOT OF PROBLEM.AFTER LODGING MY FIRST COMPLAINT ON LAST WEEK OF NOV"09( CUSTOMER COMPLAINT NO:3809326)TO M/S CLASSIC ENTERPRISES,CHENNAI .THEY CAME AFTER TWO DAYS AND DONE SOME ADJUSTMENT ON THE MACHINE .THEN THE MACHINE COME TO HALT WITH IN 24Hr OF ATTENDING THE FAULT.ONCE AGAIN I COMPLAINT TO THE CUSTOMER CARE ON FIRST WEEK OF DEC'09(C.C NO3837115).FROM THEN ON WARDS SO FAR SOME 3 TO4 SERVICE PERSONS VISTED ON REGULAR INTERVAL AND DONE SOME EXPERIMENT ON MY MACHINE .WHEN EVERY TIME THEY VISIT , PERSONS TELL ABOUT ONLY ABOUT CURRENT FLUCUATION ,WATER CONTAMINATION ect.AND NOT FINDING THE REALITY OF THE PROBLEM AND I FOUND NO ONE FOUND IN COMPETANCE LEVEL OF HANDLING THE MACHINE MAINTANANCE.SO FAR THEY TOLD THAT PART SUCH AS TIMER,EXHAUST BACK RUBBER TUBE,ONE MOTOR ,ect ARE WORN OUT HENCE KINDLY ARRANGE TO CHAGE THE MACHINE OR MAKE THE MACHINE TO GOOD WORKING CONDITION AT THE EARLIEST.
My IFB washing machine is under AMC from 10.12.2009.My machine was repaired on 29.11.2009. The technician Mr.Gnanaraj from M/s Shrine Engg. B4/2, H.B.Colony, Anna Nagar, Madurai-625020.attended our premises on04.12.2009 and found the problem.He said bearing of the machine should be changed and told that the parts are not available.
Further I inquired to the office they are not responding and Ms.Priya in that office has not giving any reference for follow up and simply she is saying please contact to the no[protected].
So, Now My Machine is not yet repaired.

I have purchased IFB senorita front loading washing machiner in Feb 2009. Machine is under warranty. on 4th December 2009 there was proble with the machine. We called Delhi branch office for complaint. Delhi office said the complaint will be lodged by Noida office as i am resident of Noida. We called Noida office for complaint and no one was attending the calls. At last on 8th December complaint was lodged by Noida office and promised to send someone for checking. After lot of calls and reminders they sent a boy on 14th December 2009. Boy said mother board is not working and needs replacement. He promised on 15th he will change the mother board. After again lot of calls and reminder boy came on 19th December and changed the mother board and did not check machine whether its working or not. after 3 hours we again called the boy and complained that machine is not working. He promised to come and check the machiner again. After that i called him 8-10 times but he was not picking up the phone.
Tell me whether purchasing a IFB machine was wrong thing done by me as there is no service at all after sale. I dont know how IFB can survive with this attitude.

I purchased a washing machine model Exe Elite.From the date of installation on 28th June, 08 the machine is leaking.I find it very difficult to get their technician service centre.Everytime I have to route the complaint through their call centre and follow with local service centre. With frequent attempts I could manage to get the technician three times during the last 3 months, still they could not identify the defect and the machine is not useful My complaints to local marketing person is not useful and he is trying avoid the complaint calls. I am also having annual service conact, but no use.

washing machine making more noise during the time spinning and drying sir there was problem for the past 8 month, they made 5 service but same problem, but the last problem is on1 st nov i made more than 15 calls but till now now no one came and repair it, if it goes means i wll tell to my friends and relatives not to buy your product here after i wll not also buy your product . the big mistake i made is been buyed your product

the service persons are not responsible. We have called them several times but they have not yet responded. If this continues we will be forced to change our brand.
I am facing the same problem. my machine is under AMC and i have faced three issues with the machine already. this time, every ones attitude is so casual that they do not even think twice before making a false commitment.
I am in Pune and the IFB service centers here are spoiling the companies name and image.

IFB Washing Machine Automatic 5.5 Liters Capacity — No one attending to complains promptly
I bought a IFB washing machine from reliance digital retail limited Hyderabad on 11 oct 09. The machine developed problem on 2 dec 09. I called IFB complain at tele no 42300040. some mechanic came but could not repair the machine however he took signatures and went off. The machine started giving trouble by making lot of noise and shaking badly. again on 5 dec 09 complain was made no one is coming. and they keep on saying that they will send some one. today is more than a week. what is the use of buying such a costly machine.
