[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — Service persons not attending

i had bought washing machine oct 2009 . Got problems on 9.jan.2010.

from 9 jan 2010 i am complaining mor, afternoon, evening, night to the toll free number. today is 13.jan 2010 no one has come or called,

what do i do . Go to the consumer court.

my first complaint was 45 days back. still not rectified .service person replaced a new motor, still it is not working .another person came and said capacitor is not working.but nobody turned up yet. so Registered my grievance in no [protected] .complaint no3969255 ..ccno 1481018.Even after calling them thrice, i can hear polite and soothing words of promises only.I HAVE NOT EXPECTED SUCH A POOR CUSTOMER CARE FROM an international brand like IFB .pl arrange an expert hand, if possible..please avoid consoling phone calls dr nanu nelliyoora mukkom calicut [protected]

I had purchased new digial sx 6 kg washing machine on sunday 10th jan delivery also done on same day by dealer. But till date(14th jan) no personnal from ifb came for demo, and the machine is lying idle.
What is the customer satisfaction from ifb?

my washing machine is out of warrenty, since the renewal of contact was too high priced we decided not to opt for it
however, when a customer service person visited us (after 10 days of complaint) he didn't even touch the machine and asked us for a service charge.There is a difference in visit charges and service charges this should have been informed to us prior to his visit,
Now the customer service reps call us for this small amount and are rude and totally unprofessional, I said considering the competition you shouldn't speak to your customers in such a rude tone, but their tone didn't change.
I will be making a police complaint against them for harassment

my suggestion matches with several customers : DO NOT BUY IFB products even though I was happy with my earlier IFB machine and used it for over 5 yrs. but their customer service is the worst !

My IFB washine machine is not working due to bad shock absorber from last one month.. Iam complained throuh e-mail . but no any possitive words from IFB>> I want to go to serious actions ...not attendining my problem.. This is for ur information...

i've taken amc contract with ifbwashingmachines bangalore i've made a complaint on16 1 2010.my complaint no is 4026083.they have not attended despite constant remainders. what action can i take

sir, pl inform me the spares purchase address in chennai to correct my washing machine belt replacement.
i am not interested to call your service for this known fault.

We did hear any thing in respect of amount of Rs. Rs. 4640/- to be refunded to us by the company

My complaint no. 3975166 dated 06.01.10 for IFB machine under Warranty is not being attended, I have reminded them everyday and call center says it will be attended today but nobody comes. What action can we take?

My IFB washing machine is not working for last one month. The complaint lodged with the service centre at Mehmoorganj, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh has not bothered to send service man to fix it despite the machine being under AMC and several phone calls everyday.They may pl.be asked to attend to the job today itself.

IFB Customer service is the worst service i have ever come across and i think that should be the worsest ever in my life, 3975976 thats my complaint no, Actually thats my lastest complaint no raised on 6 th Jan 2010 where as the problem started on october 2009 itself, My machine is vibrating and so far 6 technicians have visited my home and no one had solved the problem, Each of them have changed different spare parts and the problem is still there. I have called call centre and blasted them several times but they seem to be dumb and deaf i do not get a proper responce. Oh god pls save my machine from those lazy

iam in chennai my ifb washing machineis under 2 YEARS AMC is not working 3 months we have informed in valasaravakam office nobody have come so please cancell my AMC and refund the amount

I lodged a complaint on 12-Jan, the next day somebody called and fixed appointment for 13th Jan. since then nobody has turned up.

The call center has absolutely no clue of my complaint and does not know the status of the same at the moment.

I HAVE CALLED THEM REPEATEDLY BUT NOT GETTING ANY CORRECT RESPONSE FROM THEM. I ENDORSE ALL OF THEM HERE, AND SAY THAT

IFB SERVICE IS ONE OF THE WORST.

i am from uttarakhand. my executive plus washing machine is not working properly. as per the advertisement given i have called the customer care. they told that they will respond me within 48 hours but till now they havent.

Service industry especially the ones involving 3rd party / franchisee have become a non-sense in india.

i faced similar problems with Godrej and took oath not ot buy a Godrej appliance even for free!

my ifb washing machine now in garentee period. the door was broken i complaint
so many times but no response from him. then i called to head from coimbatore.

but he told we are no responsible for doors only motors.
im not bought that machine for oc.
i pay totally 23, 000
i need proper response.. reply me..
