my first complaint was 45 days back. still not rectified .service person replaced a new motor, still it is not working .another person came and said capacitor is not working.but nobody turned up yet. so Registered my grievance in no [protected] .complaint no3969255 ..ccno 1481018.Even after calling them thrice, i can hear polite and soothing words of promises only.I HAVE NOT EXPECTED SUCH A POOR CUSTOMER CARE FROM an international brand like IFB .pl arrange an expert hand, if possible..please avoid consoling phone calls dr nanu nelliyoora mukkom calicut [protected]
I had purchased new digial sx 6 kg washing machine on sunday 10th jan delivery also done on same day by dealer. But till date(14th jan) no personnal from ifb came for demo, and the machine is lying idle.

my washing machine is out of warrenty, since the renewal of contact was too high priced we decided not to opt for it
however, when a customer service person visited us (after 10 days of complaint) he didn't even touch the machine and asked us for a service charge.There is a difference in visit charges and service charges this should have been informed to us prior to his visit,
Now the customer service reps call us for this small amount and are rude and totally unprofessional, I said considering the competition you shouldn't speak to your customers in such a rude tone, but their tone didn't change.
I will be making a police complaint against them for harassment

i've taken amc contract with ifbwashingmachines bangalore i've made a complaint on16 1 2010.my complaint no is 4026083.they have not attended despite constant remainders. what action can i take

My complaint no. 3975166 dated 06.01.10 for IFB machine under Warranty is not being attended, I have reminded them everyday and call center says it will be attended today but nobody comes. What action can we take?

My IFB washing machine is not working for last one month. IFB Customer service is the worst service i have ever come across and i think that should be the worsest ever in my life, 3975976 thats my complaint no, Actually thats my lastest complaint no raised on 6 th Jan 2010 where as the problem started on october 2009 itself, My machine is vibrating and so far 6 technicians have visited my home and no one had solved the problem, Each of them have changed different spare parts and the problem is still there. I have called call centre and blasted them several times but they seem to be dumb and deaf i do not get a proper responce. Oh god pls save my machine from those lazy

i am from uttarakhand. my executive plus washing machine is not working properly. as per the advertisement given i have called the customer care. they told that they will respond me within 48 hours but till now they havent.
Service industry especially the ones involving 3rd party / franchisee have become a non-sense in india.
