IFB!!!the worst company in the world...it has no respect for its customers...wheter u call and complain for months no response is got...even on visitin the office personally...the people are not bothered...my advice to all in this country is NEVER BUY AN IFB PRODUCT!!!its like jumping into a well knowin the consequences...
i have been complaining for the past one month or so...met the higher authorities personally too...but still no action has been taken...its a shame on such a company...such companies will never do well in the long run...every person...from the top to the bottom is a corrupt and loot!!!
am sure many of the ifb users are facing the same problem...some action needs to be taken...we cannot let our money wasted like this!!! we spend[protected] for one product and all we do is keep it as a piece of junk...people who are unhappy with the companys service..kindly contact each other so that we can do something to utilize our rights well...

this attitude to be challenged in consumer court to spoil and eradicate their business

I had purchased the IFB washing machine SENATOR(p20) on 1.5.07. for With in six month it sarted give the problems. The service personnal from the company came and repaired again within three month the problem started. This was goes on repeated and the service personal delays in attending so that the warranty time gets expired. Now the machine is giving so much of trouble that some time the motor gets unserviceable and the circuit card gets gone. The authorised person from the IFB has been called he charges twice 4000/- for change of parts. I regret for purchasing the IFB. I should have gone for some cheaper model so that I get get rid of machine and can go for new one after 2 years. WIth this I want to send the massage to IFB stating that please do not fool by selling the faulty machine to the customer so that the customer always curse them self for purchasing your machine. I feel your warranty and guarantee is all a eye wash. You are more interested in going for making money in after sales service. Not in selling the good machine to the customer.

I am located in Coimbatore, My IFB machine under AMC and booked complaint two weeks before and nobody is not being attended and not even a phone call, I have reminded them everyday and call center says it will be attended today but nobody comes. What action can we take?

We have registered our complaint at Delhi on Contact no. [protected] and complaint no. is 4066443 for lock of the door to be changed on chargeable basis. No one is responding i a sincere way and being told that pasrt will come from factory. May I request IFB's After Sales Service / Customer Care Department Head to look in for providign the requested service please.

Senior People.My Name is Sunil & I am having Executive Plus Model with me which is under AMC .the problem is for last couple of weeks machine started making noise while rinse and spinning to an unavoidable extent....after an irritating chain of phone calls to customer service numbers Person come fromAggarwal Agency Laxmi Nager but with the solution and commit us to come back again with the componect to repair., the customer server Cell has given me the No of Mr. Yograj [protected] whos never take call at all., might be a busy person or not intrested to lisen the customer complaint call agents Sr. Person Mr. Aggarwal also don't want to come on his cell and the cell was picked by some lady with the promise to call back with the solution, but.............. never called back.

Again lot many calls have been wasted and no response....this is the last option i am trying to get my machine a 'genuine' service;finally i expect to be listened in CUSTOMER FORUM.
Very bad service and attitude, Has kept a compliant pending for more than 2 months.Waste of time calling them daily and waste of money and energy.
I purchased an IFB Elena Dx. Model washing machine and since then the problems were started. Presently the machine is under warranty and the water is not being drained out after wash. The same has been complained over online service opn[protected]. with a docket no. 4006540. Fortunately on 13th itself a mechanic has turned up and inspected the machine and left stating that the drain motor has to be changed and will be done in couple of days. Later in 16th another service engineer had come and once again inspected the machine and he told that the ser.enggr. who attened previously doesnt' know anything and he is the senior to him, but he INVENTED same and the motor willbe changed in couple of days and he has gone. Since then I have to call up them dauly for replacement of the motor but my calls gone invain. Since then as on today I have spoken several times to their on line service booking personnel for rectification of this problem and at last after 2 weeks they have given their Warangal branch number to speak about this. But their Warangal branch head will not be able to cath and after thousands of calls I finally achieved to get him on line. He listned to me and simply told that he will call me back.But after a week only I able to once again get him over phone and he told that the part has been received from Hyderabad and wl be sent shortly. Even after waiting a week the problem persists still and I have contacted their helpline and then they have given the Hyderabad branch numbers.On 2-2-10, There the great people simply told that another part has been sent instead motor and the motor wl be sent on that tday.But so far the same has not been received and we are facing the problems with these lethargic service teams the GREAT IFB had.

IFB Washing Machine — Service Personnel not attending call
My IFB washing machine is under AMC in my wife's name (Manjula Rani) and I am in Hyderabad (Cust Code:1688723). I have lodged a complaint on Customer Care No.[protected] on January 18, 2010 (Complaint No.4036897) that my washing machine is leaking when in operation. I have called again on January 22, 2010 and again on Janaury 27, 2010. Each time they are answering that the service person will call and come to attend to the call but no one has attended to the call till date. Today when I am calling their office there is absolutely no response.I am thoroughly disgusted with the poor response and my entire schedule is going haywire as I am forced to wash my clothes by hand. I leave home for work around 8.15AM and reach around 8.30PM and the utility of the washing machine plays a major part in my day-to-day life.
What is the point in entering into an AMC if they cannot honor the committment?
In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine. I am not able to understand the reasons for this casual attitude.
