[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — Service persons not attending

My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in chennai.In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine,The manager at Chennai is not even attending the calls.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.No higher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal.

I have IFB washing machine and is under AMC.
My complaint number 4507734 dated 14.5.10 and till now no one has attended it inspite of our several follow ups to customer care and local (DELHI ) service center personall Mr.K P. Agarwal, Telphone # [protected].
It seems no one in IFB is bothered after sale service.. They only want to sell the product and then give least priority for customer satisfaction.
My suggestion to all DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT OF THE COMPANY WHO GIVES LEAST PRIORITY TO CUSTOMER'S PAIN .
we had baught ifb fully automatic washing machine... and we have shifted our house recently so we need to install the machine as our plumber is not able to do so and dealer is not attending the calls..
so please help..

IFB / Maxi Dryer — pathetic service/ rude behaviour

ifb has the worse after sales service. PLEASE NEVER BUY ANY IFB PRODUCTS. they dont attend your complaints.mr anil(mobile no:[protected]) doesnt answer calls and is very rude. always they give lame excuses of part not being available. we had complained on 11th may as the belt of our dryer was to be replaced. till date nothing has been done. for few days the part was not available, then they told us they have received the part and the engineer will do the needful. still waiting. its been over a month. and this is not the first time. try to speak to seniors we get one mr anil who is very rude(i.e if he picks up your call) and he has i care a damn attitude.man really regretting buying an IFB machine. PATHETIC AFTER SALE SERVICE
I am from madurai.I too have ifb washing machine and there is a problem with that machine the water is overflowing and we are not able to control it.We called to the customer care, but there is no response.Even the tollfree number is not working.So wat we should do with this reference.Plz help us in this regard.
I am in Bangalore, and i purchased an IFB washing machine last year.i regret the moment i took this decision, for every quarter, there is some problem with it.its an ordeal to get a service person.mother board has been changed and the service people conveniently puts the blame on voltage fluctuation.i have all the other equipments running 100%perfect in my house, how only the washing machine gets affected is a question.moreover i was using a Vidieocon machine in the same place same house for 8 years without any voltage fluctuation!!! complaint has been lodged for the latest quarter still no response.when i tried to contact the area manager he switches off his mobile, or says parts not available.being a working women i cant afford to take leave and sit at home for the machine.
reading the complaints above we should run a campaign against this product and swipe them off market if they cant give service,

IFB Washing machine Top Loading — Service person not attending

Inspite of repeated complaints the service person does not turn up to attend new machine. Water is not flowing into the machine when started. Machine purchased just few months back. To the previous complaint service person has attended after our arund 15 calls and one month time. Pl. help us urgently.
My IFB washing machine which was bought in 2000 started giving trouble in 2010. The matter was reported to the seller Vasanth & Co, Hosur and the service persons came. They disabled heater in the washing machine, changed door switch and water inlet component. Took away all these old and changed parts along with them; collected Rs. 1950(Rs one thousand nine hundred and fifty only) and gave bill for only Rs. 350 which they said was the service charge and no bill for the parts. I feel it is unfair on the part of such a reputed company to authorize mechanics to collect money without receipt and simply take away the damaged one (as per their version).

IFB Washing Machine — NO SERVICE MAN

The person who atten the call , his name is Suman ,he registered the complaint ,but no services person has not visited till now ....... dam waste in service... branded company , but lack of commitement in services to the customer need ............

IFB Finance — Non receipt of Maturitu of FD NoFDR No. LC/C/95/12390

I have also invested Rs. 5000/- and the same was matured on 30/07/2000. I have deposited the certificate for making payment on 30/08/2000 but still on date I have not received any payment. In terms of order datd 12/01/2000 of company law board I am entiteled to contracted interest upto date of maturity @ 12.5% and thereafter 14.5% till the payment made. I have issued a letter to the company office 8/1 Middleton Row, Calcutta 71 but the same has returned with the comments that addressee was not found and left I am now a retired person from Central Government and need urgently the money for the education of my daughter. I therefore request M/S IFB Finance Ltd. to make the payment immediately without any further delay.

My IFB washing machine was not working since last three weeks. A complaint was registered and a mechanic has attended and advised us to go for AMC for two years. accodingly a sum of Rs. 3500 was paid on 2.06.10 and till now correction has not happened. A new complaint was again registered and nobody has turned up so far. Kindly advice what I should do.

Really I am having very bad experience with ifb washing machine..my machine is under A.M.C...I know plastic and rubber part is not under A.M.C..but the franchise is taking money for opening the machine also by giving the excuse that coin is inside the machine drum..and that will not cover the A.M.C...then which will cover the A.M.C...?Even customer care is also very bad...

IFB Dishwashing Machine — water stagnation

besides my repeated request to the outlit in pathankot,they are not listening to my long standing complaint that the dishwashing machine is not pumping the waste water out of machine so it not usable.
many atome they are approached but no solution to my complaint.
we are working class ,so the very purpose of purchasing this product is defeated.
please help.their tall claims are all falls.they are probably managing the show with nontechnical persons.

Fully agree. I bought (i could have been safe, if i read these complaints), one front load washing machine, which is now full of water inside, without switching on the machine. (now we are using it as water storage tank) I lodged a complaint at customer care (after waiting for 15 min in the phone line) a month ago, till date there is no response from company's side.

I suggest everyone who are willing to buy a washing machine, not to buy any of IFB products. Very poor customer service I ever seen. (There is no service at all).

We have purchased IFB washing machine Model # FL SENORITA DX Serial # WTSENDXB 055612 from Vasanth & Co., (Choolaimedu branch Chennai )Bill no # [protected] Dated on 14th April 2010 in the name of Mr. Arvindh but the material was delivered to us on 4th May 2010. Person from IFB came for demo on 2nd June 2010 and found that the machine is DOA as this machine is used in Vasanth & co as demo unit(this was accepted by Mr.Kuppuraj (Branch Manager Vasanth Co, PH # [protected]). There was no warranty card & user manual guide inside the package. We have complain regarding this in Vasanth & co and also registered complain in IFB site: permanent cust no # 2303550 and complain no # 108913. When Vasanth & co was about to change the machine on 4th June 2010 Mr.Kuppuraj (Branch Manager Vasanth Co, PH # [protected]) has received a call from local IFB service manager Mr.Thirugnanasambatham stating that this issue will be taken care by IFB and not to replace the machine. On the same day Mr. Dhanasekar([protected]) & Mr.Thirugnanasambatham([protected]) visited my home and saw the machine condition and stated that they will replace the machine within 72 hours. But still now whenever we call them daily they are requesting for one more day but we haven’t got any conculsion for this issue yet. As of now we have spoken to 3 persons in IFB Mr.Dhanasekar, Mr.Thirugnanasambatham and Mr.Siva Kumar ([protected]) but very poor response. We have paid the full payment and keeping the unit as dummy. Is this the service support you provide to the customers???? Totally we have lost the impression on IFB. Requesting you to treat this as most urgent and do the needful as soon as possible. Expecting reply from you at the earliest.

I am having a New IFB Washing machine. I rasied a complaint on 14 june'10 saying there is over flow of water and its not working. The complaint number is 4639337. The service team came to my house next day and found that there is a problum in the washing machine and some part needs to be replaced. Till today no one has attened it and when i call them they are telling that the parts are out of stock and it will be comming today or tomorrow from pune.
Till today their tomorrow has never came and till today my washing machine is idle.
I call so many time to Mr.Manoj at pune he is able to give replay about my machine part and its warabout.I aslo talk with Ashvin Kumar who is incharge of Aurangabad.He have also no answer.

IFB Washing Machine (Front Loading) — NOT WORKING

I have given several complaints regarding my washing machine (Senator) (under AMC) in your call centre helpline but no body has come. A mechanic came on 17th june but he was unable to rectify the problem since then I am calling but no body has appeared. If this is the state of your after sale service, then I have to go to consumer court.
