[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — Service persons not attending

My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in chennai.In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine,The manager at Chennai is not even attending the calls.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.No higher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal.

i m from kovaipudur...v too hv been facing same problem wit this ifb customercare...v hv got washing machine from ifb...there were lot of problem wit washing machine...the technicians came and broke the lid of washing machine...they told tey wil come and repair soon...till now no one has ATTENDED...v r still under guarentee period but customer care is not aatttending complaints properly... pl see to the problem soon...really so diappointed...try to attend the problem now atleast...

I have already complaint lodged under your complaint No.4698059 through customer care and attended by
one Mr Sathis of your franchise M/s Classic Enterprises. Perambur, Chennai 600 011 and he had informed
that the electric control panel to be changed and I have not agree for the same, since the machine has
purchased only on 18th January 2010 through Messrs Viveks Limited, Purasawalkam, Chennai 600 007.
The machine is installed on 21.06.2010 and I am operating only on 26th June, 2010. At that time the
machine is not working satisfactory to the consumer. Hencse I would request the customer care/
franchisee of M/s Classic Enterprises to-day to replace new one instead of repairing and attended by
Mr Sridhar of your Franchisee and explained to him. He also assured me that he will contact your H O
and intimate the same for replacement before 08.00 p. m. But so far I have not received any confirmation
so far. In the meantime Mr Sathis spoken over phone and informed me that the franchisee wants his
report and he will also submitted the same to-day. Hence I would request you to kindly replace new
IFB Washing Machine Front Load of 5.5 Kgs without any hindrance otherwise you may refund the amount
with iinterest, mental agony, time spent and phone calls utilise for this purpose. I will await your early
reply regarding replacement of new machine with good condition. This is for your kind information and

Service persones not attending

Hi, I booked complaint on my washing on[protected] today date is[protected], till now there is no response for repairing, the technichians selected by coimbatore manager mr.mareswaran is really worthless and speaking lies to the customer and manager, always the they call me and tell we are comin g for service but they never come and in the day sheet they write as they checked the machine, and the manager never care for amc people once if the amc is paid they avoid the customer and go for ready payment customers, iam unhappy with ifb washing machine .
people pls never and ever go for ifb

Its the same problem in Hyderabad. Have never come across such insensitive organization. All they do is to assure that someone will visit within the next 48 hours... which never happens

IFB WASHING MACHINE — reg: washing repair on the first day when we purchased

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I purchased IFB washing on 12/06/2010. I used it only after a week but unfortunately water was leaking. we informed the ifb service in trichy, first a technician came he pasted with fevi quick on 20/06/10. after that also it didnt rectified . then water pours with soap. Then also we informed a ifb service, a chief engineer named Kumarasan came. he promised that he corrected and water wont leak that is by 30/06/2010. at that time itself i told to replace they promised and went. today morning also it continued. really this is torture for us. every one week once a technician comes and promising but fAULT is not rectified. i need solution for this. pls help in this issue. shall i proceed to consumer court.
Spin in the washing machine is not working. Complaint was made before two months but no proper response from the authorities concerned.. no appropriate service is being done... several times complaints were made but requisite actions were not taken by IFB authorities...

IFB WASHING MACHINE — PATHETIC SERVICE under AMC- machine not working in spite of attending to for the past 2 months

My washing machine model:T2900 is under AMC- no 24803 contract dt: 5-1-10 to 4-1-12.
I have been having troubles with the machine regarding its spinning and drying ever since 2 months . U may check the record - for this contract on the name of Mr Prabhudas Gondalia.
The service is absolutely pathetic and after filing this complaint the service centre here has changed hands and it has meant a a further blow to me in terms of absolutely third class service. How can you choose such incompetent people to handle operations of such a big company. The service technicians are rude and do not seem to have the time to properly attend to the complaint and check if their work on the machine has infact been fruitful or not. They seem to be in such a hurry - for god know what.
Your call centre no- [protected] / [protected]/[protected] do not work. We cannot go ahead of the recorded options of choosing the language. I have spent a lot of time and money in terms of phone charges to get through this no.
If you cannot resolve this issue please refund my money paid for the service contract- so that I can atleast buy another washing machine of a different brand and stop this headache.

Inspite of all this I get a call from your call centre about the service quality--- what does this feedback help us--- I still dont get the machine repaired inspite of telling them also that My machine has not been repaired fully for the past 2 months. I have a big household and have been facing lot of problems since the past 2 months as it happens to be rainy season as well. So please do not prompt me to take action against the company and get my complaint resolved immediately.

IFB/7.0 — Not responding the service center

I have given a complaint on[protected].30 PM. complaint number is 4642751.Murali from IFB service center attended the call on[protected].He told that mother board has failed and it is under warranty so we will give replacement. As of today[protected] not replaced. I am calling to service center from past 15 days they were not giving proper response. I have a 15 years experience with electronics goods and shops. But nobody gave such worst response. I have interacted with IFB employees Jabeen, Murali, Anjan, and Babu. They will tell only answer is “Tomorrow”. I think tomorrow never comes. As per my personal experience please don’t go for IFB product. The technical problem is always will be there for electronics machines. But as they are not consider the customers as human beings. They don’t have some responsibility for customers. Also I have lost around 150 rupees for calling them. I am a common man in india I don’t have any options I will wait for their response.

IFB Washing Machine — MACHINE BURNT INTO HUGE FLAMES

IFB WASHING MACHINE WAS PURCHASED AND THE MACHINE WAS UNDER CONTINUOUS MAINTENANCE CONTRACT SINCE THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

THE MACHINE STARTED GIVING TROUBLES FREQUENTLY AND COMPANY'S STAFF VISITED ON RECEIVING COMPLAINTS AND REPAIRED THE MACHINE FROM TIME TO TIME.

FINALLY, THE MACHINE BURNT INTO HUGE FLAMES DAMAGING ADJESCENT WALLS AND CLOTHES INSIDE.

THE COMPANY'S STAFF VISITED THE PLACE AND CONFIRMED THE DAMAGE.

HOWEVER, THE COMPANY DID NOT BOTHER TO COMPENSATE FOR THE DAMAGE IN SPITE OF REQUESTS AND NOTICES.


COMPANY IS REQUESTED TO TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY.

Sub: Regarding the negligence / monopoly of FRIENDS SERVICE, NOIDA
Dear Sir
With ref. to our complaint to you dt. 14/07/2010 for my washing machine Supremo dx 2900
Which is out of warranty, after two / three reminder to you & owner of service provider friends’ service,
Noida, they send a service engineer he advice to change the TIMER and we were agree for that, he was asking for service charge and cost of Timer in advance . I think it’s a cost for after complete the job.
Even after I was ready to give him a post dated cheque but he was not agreed.
When we discuss to Mr. Shuderson (owner) next day for the same he was not ready the provide the service and he was asking for the service charges also for that job which he had not completed the job.
Also we want to tell you the persons who are sending by the service provider are in interested to change the maximum parts more than the damage parts and make money more.
Kindly do need full and provide us the service as soon as possible.
