Respected sir fifth time i am sending this E-Mail to u and also the vigilance officers of kolkata whose name is in COPY TO.

Sir i have already posted 4th times all the hard copies regarding corruption done by a candidate in R.R.B kolkata. Exectuly he has passed the board examination two times with different name and different date of birth and using the both certificate for railway.

Sir regarding this i have sent all the hard copies of both certificates to Sri Sukumar Sanki Vigilance Officer kolkata and Sri Swapan Kumar Das, Chief Vigilance Officer kolkata with a application of all correct information.

Sir, but According to vigilance officers kolkata, i have to declare my name and address. sir i want to know, if any person will inform to VIG. railway about any corruption, it means he has to declare himself, but as i heard that VIG. railway interests to take information about the corruption, not about informer. And sir i said earlier that the candidate know me very well and if i will declare my name he mat disturb me in future. If vigilance officers wants, again i can post all the documents, then way railway wants to know who am i.

Sir i have received 3 E-Mails by Sri Sukumar Sanki Vigilance Officer kolkata and Sri Swapan Kumar Das, Chief Vigilance Officer kolkata. in all E-Mails they wants to know about my self, but not interested in hard copies which i have sent 4th times.

Sir i am waiting for any press conferences conduct by ministry of railway and then i will ask the same question to RLY officers, that if any one want to inform about corruption in railway, then is it necessary to declare his name or can it is possible that any person inform to railway about corruption without declaring his name. if the answer will be no, it is not necessary, than i will show this E-Mail, and i will ask, why VIG officers kolkata wants to know who am i. And i will published all this events as articals in news paper.

Sir again am requesting u please take the proper action against this corruption. i will give you all correct information through E-Mail which u will wants. please go to ATTACHMENTS.

Indian Railways — corrupt & illmannered T.T.E

I was about to travel in Avantika Express(2962, coach no. - B2, berth-0044) from nagda jn (M.P) to Bombay Central, I was not having identity card so i talked to T.T.E (Mr Malhotra) of the train, whose behavior was abusive , he didnt told me the name correctly and was not in uniform without any name batch.when i told him that i was not having my I-Card he told me to buy a new ticket and also give him Rs. 700 as bribe then he will adjust me into train, when i said NO to him he given my seat to other passenger without any legal slip, he took Rs. 1000 with him as a bribe and he didnt allow me to get in the train.i was having an important meeting next day in office and iam in a big loss due to that person. i am shocked with his actions and language. please look into the matter and take proper action against him.

Yes, its going on in RRB Kolkatta, Position:Ticket Collector, recruitment is done now by collecting whole sum amount from each candidate at present November 2009. But the officials are corrupted. How can you expect help from them?

Respected Sir,

I want to inform you sir that Shri K.L.Mina DEE (electric) of Bhavnagar Division Taking So much money from outsiders in various contracts. Sir I hard that Shri Mina has large amount of money in his different Banks accounts. He get these money from different contract like changing hall electric wiring of Railway colonies taking money from contractors, he have expensive home products at his home. Even he saves his black money using his wife Bank accounts and other relative accounts.

He is misusing his power against innocent Railway staff those who speak against him and he gives punishment (Giving Major penalties). He deducting huge amount of money in pay of lower level Railway staff like he did for Jetalsar and Porbandar staff.

As proof please check his work which he did at Bhavnagar in Last two years.

My life in dengue, only you can stop this corrupted person.

I don’t know show sir weather you believe or not but it is real fact. I humbly Request to you sir please take fast steps to stop this officer whose using his power against innocent Railway servant like me.

I want to draw your kind attention that i, Partha, belongs from Pundooah, west bengal, today i saw a suspicious man who turned arround me and doing some mischevious work in Rampurhat local train (Ma Tara). i am satying watch that man and i reported to Railway master Mr.Ashim at 8.45am in Bandel station.But i am shoked to get a very rude behave from Railway master.He told me "why are you come here?i dont take any step from our side, just go, we cant help u." no supported type of word given from his side.Pls tell me, we, the general people, where should to go.If Railway master did not support us than we are unable to convey the msg.If any type of accident would happen there, than who will be the responsable for that? I am a daily passenger and working in private company.so if you take any proper step against him, than i will be happy to know atleast someone is response my mail or responsbility.
