I am S. K. Sikdar, Employee of Eastern Railway, Fairlie Place, Kolkata, I hold a CUG mobile monthly rental connection vide No. [protected]. I have no GPRS facility in the above mentioned CUG connection.

It is surprising that there is so vast lack of communication and coordination between railways and IRCTC and passengers are becoming victim even after having valid ticket and being environment friendly or there is hidden pact to increase income of railway by cheating passengers in this way.
I urge to find the root of this communication gap and demand apology from the defaulter alongwith refund of Rs. 50 charged by unauthorised means.
