In all the pantry cars of Indian railway pantry car ,they are nit providing biscuit with tea.The qulity of food is aldo extremely bad.

flyingrani express train aur valsad fast passenger train me pass holders ajnabi aadmi ko baithne ko jagaha nahi dete balki jagaha khali hone ke bavajud baithane nahi dete, agar vo aadmi baithne ko jagaha mangata hai to use kaha jaata hai ki aage ki dibbe me jao, yaha mera dost aanewala hai aur vo aadmi agar jagaha ke liye kuch bole to vo log us aadmi pe hath utha the hai vo bechara kuch nahi kar sakta hai aur unke khilaf kuch mooh se ek shabd bhi nikala to unka pura ka pura group us ajnabi aadmi ko buri tarah se pitna shuru karta hai, train me RPF POLICE rahe kar bhi uska kuch fayda nahi hota, yeh kya dadagiri hai yaar, agar jagaha khali he to dusreko baithane dena chahie na uske alava vo use pitna shuru kate hai, vo log bombay central station se puri sit pe let ke aate hai lekin agar koi bich station me us train me jaata hai to use kaha jaata hai mera dost borivali me aanewala hai uske liye yeh jagaha rakhi hai, agar us ke liye jagaha rakhi to vo bombay central se kyu nahi travel karta, is taraha ke kitne kisse in dono train me daily hote rahte hai, lekin sarkar ka iske upar koi dhyan nahi hai kya.jo chal raha he vo sahi hai kya, ye to nainsafi hai, mante he agar ticket holder passholder ke dibbe me jaaye to galat baat hai, lekin agar flyingraini express surat se mumbai ki aur aati hai to kaha passholder dekha jata hai, sab ticketholder pass holder ke dibbe me subha so kar aate hai tab ye chalta hai kya, yaha par sarkar ka dhyan nahi hai kya.
aur to aur train me ye log juva khelte hai aur agar RPF police aaye to use 100 Rs. ka not deke bhaga te hai ye kaun si duty hai, aur uske saath train me sigrate pina ye sab kuch bhi chalta hai, phir bhi RPF police chup baithti hai, is pe koi kanuni karvaiee kyu nahi kiye jaati.

I am "Mohd Salauddin", Sr. Software Development Engineer,Hyderabad hereby wants to

complain you regaring miss behaviour of ticket issuing office at general ticket booking counter at khiratabad Railway station.



Sir, On Thursday 17 Dec at 6.40Pm when i went to khairatabad railway station ticket counter for getting ticket for mmts to begumpet after standing for 20 minutes when my turn came i found ticket issuer issuing tickets to other passengers who are not in Q.



When, I ask Mr. officer Why he is doing so and i am supposed to get the ticket first, he got angry on me and started shouting at me and asked "Don't try to be oversmart" and even refused to issue ticket to me and asked me to stay away from Q and used abusive language.



So, I am bringing this issue to your notice, and hope you will take approprate action against the office and bring justice for passengers who are facing anger of so called officer.

in lucknow railway reservation counter no.608, date 18/12/09, time-14:00. A lady whose name was Radha behaved very badly to me .she abused our respective prime minister and don't make my ticket also. I am a handicap person and poor also so plese take strict disition against her.

Indian Railways — Diets asked me for bribe of Rs. 200/-

I am writing this complaint from the train where I am being harrassed and made to pay Rs. 200/- as bribe for getting the ticket in the train. I was late to the Current Reservatio Counter for travelling on Patna Rajdhani from Patna to Delhi on[protected]. I was guided by the Chief Ticket Inspector office to take a first class ordinary ticket and ask the TS/Dy TS at the platform for th eseat in the train as tehre are vacant seats in the train as per chart.

I did the same way and bought the First Class Ordinary ticket for Rs. 818/- approached Mr. M S Khan Dy TS and he told me to board A4 coach and wiat fr him there. On coming over there he first allotted me berth no, 29 and while making the ticket he asked me Rs. 1100/- and I told him I did not have so much money with me then he told me either to pay Rs. 1000/- or get down at Mughal Sarai.

Atlast I had to pay him the money and My ticket no. is A969455 and G 07837038. I know want a proper action taken againt such corrup people. Earlier he did the same thing with another passenger that he allotted some reserved passenger's seat to another passenger for a bribe. I am frequent traveller in Patna Rajdhani and view these type of scenes frequently.

I have booked an tatkal eticket through a travelling agent. He has inadvertently missed to type my initial in the name. All my ID's have my name with initial. Now, since there is a mismatch in the name will i be allowed to travel in the train. your urgent reply to this email is solicited.

Sub : Complaint against Ticket Checker (TC).

I Kirit C. Maniar, Senior Citizen, age 62, was travel form Borivali(Mumbai) to Ludhiana on 2nd October 2009 by 2903-Golden Temple Mail. When I booked ticket I got Waiting List No. 1 as on 29th September 2009. Thereafter on the traveling date Chart Shows RAC. When RAC Ticket allotted, two people can seat on one berth but the Ticket Checker (TC) dose not allotted any permanent seat to me from Borivali(Mumbai) to Delhi. I was shifted one seat to another seat whole night and whole night I was suffered from non co-operation from your Railway Staff.

Another fact is the Ticket checker (TC) allowed a Waiting Listed person and General Ticket Holder to seat on permanent seat after taking brief of Rs. 500/- from each person. Such seats allotted are seat No. 5, 6, 29, 30 34, 35, 36, 38 & 40. After Delhi Station TC Change to Mr. Bedi who co-operated me and allotted permanent seat to me. I really thankful to Mr. Bedi in that critical situation.

I really frustrated by the behavior of railway Ticket Checker and service given him. I, Senior Citizen who is suffering from health problem never accept such a horrible behavior from a reputed organization. The language used by the Ticket Checker(TC) was very rude and inappropriate.

I humble request you to take an action against such a corrupted Ticket Checker. I also sending this letter to National Human Right Commission, New Delhi

Please do the needful.

I booked my ticket in sleeper class, I found it very difficult to travel, toilets were not cleaned and no water in the coach.it was smelling very bad.Passengers were much disturbed.so i planned to change the coach.After talking to TTE i found one free seat in AC2 tier A1.so i planned to shift to AC 2 Tier but the condition was also worst there even after paying a amount of 1000+.

1. The Bed rolls Provided Were Fully Dirty and Blanket provided was in very bad condition(meals were fallen in the blanket and smells very bad), When asked For, they Replied as they will only wash it once in 15 Days, Please reply is this the way u give service? very terrible.
2.Toilets were so dirty and impossible to use.
3.Train is also not cleaned properly.
4.Train is full of cockroches it newer permitted to sleep.The condition of the train is very pathetic.

With reference to PNR No[protected]. It is submitted that have booked a ticket in AC-III Tier from Jammu to Kozhikode in Navyug Exp on 07 Jan 10. I would like to change my boarding station from jammu to chakki bank. I have submitted my application twice to Stn master Jammu for change of boarding station but, so far my boarding station has not been changed. It is requested that necessary action for change of boarding station may please be taken.

Dear Madam,

I traveled in Train no.7643 Circar express from chennai - kakinada on 24/12/2009 in un reversed compartment. One of the toilet was occupied by rice bags and the person carrying the rice bags paid Rs.100/- for each police who came for checking. By my enquiry with that person this is the regular process carried on in that train. The bags will be unloaded when train waits for signal near gudur junction station (Andhra Pradesh).

If any terriost knows about such a great facility given by railway police people. They will also carry RDX at cheaper transport cost.

When i am coming back to Gudur Junction from Rajamundry in Tirumala Express(7488) my co-passengers are taking hard drinks in the compartment and they were caught by railway police, but they were excused when he came to know that they were from the police department.

Police people can drink hard drinks and normal people can'not please confirm me under what section of the indian railways act it is possible. In this incident the lady police who was traveling along with us supported those people by saying that they belongs to the police department.


See if the railway authorities are not any action against our complaints there is possibility for the private trains to come on the railway tracks.


Please take the necessary action against the above compliant.

I happen to travel from madurai to chennai on 27th by nellai express. We booked the ticket in 3A nearly 21/2 months before and just was looking for the chart to be printed to get the tickets confirmed. After getting into the coach we were just surprised and shocked that many of the tickets were vacant and the Concerned TTR was busy in business with the passengers collecting money to fill those seats. Just askign 300, 250 ...i was not sure if it reaches the railways actually or these people are really making money out of it . please take stern action on those who miss use the public transport this way.
Sir, here Tirur (Malappuram Dt-Kerala) railway stations' telephone is not working properly. If the telephone is working the staffs are avoid the incoming calls. please kindly solve the problems immediately.
We were travelling is garib rath 2213 on 27th night. I am dissatisfied with the house keeping service of garib rath . There was no person to attend the housekeeping services. Also we were not given the blankets and pillows during the journey.
I strongly suuggest, even if this facility is not provided to the travellers, it is the duty of the department to inform the travellers about this, by mentioning it as a note in the ticket.
Kindly consider my suggestion .

Indian Railways — misbehave and refusal for ticket

i was in a immediate need of travelling pass and due to mis conduct of booking officer
I missed my train and he abused me as there was no reason for his refusal to perform his assigned duty.
I am from jodhpur (rajasthan) and this happened to me at mahamandir railway station compter reservation centre.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring in to your kind notice the brutal treament meted out to me by the TTE of KURLA EXPRESS, COAH NO S 11, TICKET NO 66680553 ON 19TH DEC 2009, @ 15.36 PM. I am describing my journey.

I am 64 years old senior citizen of democratic india. I have worked hard in Government concern and paid all the taxes. I boarded train no R 4188 KURLA EXPRESS from Hosur to Bangalore. I freqently use Indian Railway for my travel purpose. I had a bitter experience on dated 19 dec 2009 from the TTE and my Ticket no A66680553 unfortunetly the train happen to departure, I managed to get into the sleeper coach ( S 11) and requested the TTE for me to getting inside the other campartment since the train happen to move., my campartment no was AB917760, I had requested to excuse me, but the TTE refused instantly asked me to get down from the train, since the train was in moving condition, TTE humiliated me in front of other passenger, misbehaved very badly used all kind o[censored]nparliament language and manhandled me though he knew i was senior citizen and also an heart patient.

Later after requesting him he had finally put a penalty to pay Rs. 96 and happen to take extra Rs. 100 total amount paid by me Rs.196.

I have just one query to the department do TTE's have any power to misbehave to passengers, such TTE;s are really damaging railways image. I request the quthorities to wann this TTE's and advice him to be professional enough and also to behave good with senior citizens and public.

So i kindly request the respected department to take an immediate action against such TTE's.

It has been observed that in light of Order from High Court, IR Department has removed extra side bearths on commuters' complaint. But department has not removed side bearth in Garibrath Train viz. 2113 and 2114 train. May I know the reason? Whether the judgement of Court has excluded this train? Whether department has sought exemption for Garib Rath? Whether Department has sought appeal or sought time period for removing these extra bearths?

Kindly, give explanation in this matter and also let us know whether they will end the inconvenience of the commuters.

I Puneet Pushkar Mishra am regular traveler from Bhubaneswar to Hatia. I am Physically Handicapped. So I prefer to travel by Handicapped Coach attached with Tapaswani Express. But now a days I face difficulty due not strict survelience by any authority of railway between Bhubaneswar to Hatia.
General People enter into the Handicapped coach and there is no one to restrict it. Even some Railway police perssonel involves in it.
So it is my request from concerned authority to take some step to stop this malpractice.
