In all the pantry cars of Indian railway pantry car ,they are nit providing biscuit with tea.The qulity of food is aldo extremely bad.

Sir I had taken Two 2AC Tatkal Ticket on[protected] from Kalyan Jn to Mughal Sarai PNR No [protected] and Mughal Sarai to Guwahati PNR No [protected] on[protected] of Train No 0553. There is only one ticket is confirmed from Mughal Sarai to Guwahati. But the first ticket Kalyan to Mughal Sarai is not confirmed this is known by me when I was in the Train. The TTE force me to take Sleeper Class confirmation at S1-49.But he don't give me any certificate regarding the conversion of 2AC to Sleeper Class. So I dont get the excess amount due to the certificate this is known by me when a TTE of Mughal Sarai inform me. Now how I refund the amount kindly inform me.

Indian Railway — incorrect online railway timing information

your online information of railway inquiry was showing correct arrival timing of 309 passenger at sarsawa on 17 Apr 2010. But when i reached railway station i found train was late was 2 hrs . I also enquired from 139 phone no. . that also gave misled information . what is this . why system is playing with the valuable time of passanger.
iwas travelling on 31st march by guarat mail ticket no B7 23 at 12.30 i got down from upper birth ti go tobathroom i feel down fro m upper birth as the handle was not visible all lights wer off and no handle to catch i am seriously injured and damaged my tail bone noone inthe whole compartment to help me out for 10 min iwas lying seeking for help finally after 10 min AC mechanic mr atul came to help me and was for grt help iam having now bed rest for 2months and still so much pain in my tailbone, i here wants to know why the light s are switch off and wereis humanity gone tohelp people there was nowheeel chair ihad to call for it why the railway not taking anyaction onanyofthe mis mgt

This is regarding harresment done by daily parcel suppliers.
In 139 ahmedabad passenger some of daily parcel suppliers has all his parcel loaded in passengers coach totally illigal & block all passege & also train is always lait becuase the parcel goods was not loaded in the coach the guard is not send the clear signal in the driver. so pl. u r requested to take necessary action regarding this. thanking you
Why didn't you consider registering a complaint in the 'on train complaint book'?..it's available with the Tc/guard.
Incase they refuse to cooperate, you can even lodge it at the station where you get down.

such complaints are inquired into, and you get a chance to present your side in the inquiry.
Mamta bannerji is corrupt.She should be removed.She is not doing anything but to create more problems.
I have faced problem while travelling in bagmati express.

Sir,
I am Santosh Kumar Maharana, loss my valuable VIP suitcase (gray color, Big size, with dark green color cover) in SWARAJ EXPRESS (Train No. 2472, standing train, Coach No S3 Seat No 57,58) at DELHI railway station (Platform No.8) on 04.05.2010 10:10PM. After aware my looseness I have immediately inform to the on-duty railway gun men and also to the patrolling GRP officer. No body was responding me and I got a reply of “THIS IS AN EVERY DAYS ISSUE! To WHOM WE RESOLVE THE ISSUE,”. Finally I lost my suitcase and I reach my destination station Ratlam for write a FIR against my looseness.
Wherever Employees are engaged for the particular job (To help/cooperate the passengers) response and getting salary for that, the result is HELP & HOPE LESS OF THE PASSENGER. Request to look into the matter and take an action on such type of issue please.

Indian Railways — miss using job and taking salary

An indian railway not going to job from many years and getting salary and doing some other business (finance) in working hours but getting the salary,giving finance to railway employees to more interests and keeping there pass books for safety...giving interest to widows and collecting them from there pension money.....he is running an office he running business on his wife's name by taking money lender license but she even don't known anything about finance playing very good role by cheating Indian railway authorities....in this not only he is included he is giving work to two more employees as they were also not working in the working hours not even 1 hour but getting salary's and all other incentives given by Indian government....he was now well settled got more money,lands and buildings already he was once booked again repeating the same...

I had filed for TDR refund through irctc portal on March 17, 2009 & have been following up with the officials through e-mails, telephone calls on the helpline numbers for chasing up the refund process, but the refund is still awaited. Sometimes the behaviour of the concerned officials over telephone are very rude.

I have traveled in Train No 2515 Train Name GUWAHATI EXP on 16th from TVC to MAS. I had a worst exp. In reserved compartment lot of people standing with and with out local tickets.
Reason : Up to GUWAHATI they have only one direct train from TVC. So every one want to travel in that train. They are ready to pay still they do not have seats. I have seen that lot of people payed fine up to 900 Rs. People may think for this only Govt. is not arranging another train. Only 2 UR boxes available in the train. But railway they will issue more than 2000 tickets only for local. So they will come to reserved boxes. Ticket checkers are beating them if they do not have tickets or local who is available in reservation boxes. Still they will travel in the same train. same box. Because they do not have place to travel in UR box.

I do not know which is the correct place update this. If this is the place to update then please take an action for this. Please make the GUWAHATI EXP twice or thrice in a week.
I had been travelling through 2 trains 2652 & 2625 & the service given was horrible The train numbered 2652 had no cleanliness facilites while 2625 had a pantry car but there was no arrangement for something as simple as a tea te service expected in AC 2 tier for far far away than what we actually got the most shocking part of it was that sitting in AC we felt as though it was useless coming There was charging on previte vendored items.. no water facilites ... dirty washrooms... these are really few to mention.. the cleanliness of the train 2652 was horrible.. a passenger who pays thousands of rupees gets service of worth only 10 rupees its worth nothing i dont understand when a customer pays so much isnt the railway in india that weak it cant afford to keep the trains also clean. .. if not the whole then at least the AC compartments ? if a family has to travel through such trains in such conditions am afraid people will stop using trains & start making flight arrangements

Indian Railway — Increase the Frequency of Train

During the last budget session, the Honble Railway minister E Ahamed declared that the Train No:6527/6528 Kannur - Yeshwantpur Express is converted into weekly services with in 2 weeks. But the after the 3 months, the railway minister can't fulfill his word.
Anyone traveling by bus via Kutta road to Bangalore will be knowing the pain and will understand the need of daily train for public.

My ticketPNR No.[protected] dt.19.05.2010 2741/VSG PATNA EXP boarding from Madgaon Jn., at the time of boarding after waiting ending of my journy in Khandwa at the station duty officer (T.T) was not coming in checking the ticket and all reserved bogy is fulley packed local passanger and no seat in there in reserved passenger.
