In all the pantry cars of Indian railway pantry car ,they are nit providing biscuit with tea.The qulity of food is aldo extremely bad.

Indian Railways Jets Services — misbehave and cheating with passengers

i m an advocate from Varanasi. i purchased 4 and 1/2 tickets from JRTS counter , orderly bazar, varanasi, (u.p.) on 25may 2010 at 13.44. its details are , ticket number[protected], 12 &13 according R9339/[protected]/13.44 BSB W 52.
the ticket prited prices are Rs 205/- but the counterboy charged Rs 230/ from me. He told that this counter belong to Iqubal Bhai.and he collect Rs 5/ extra for per ticket. he scrolled me that if i would not pay these cast to him he will see me.
there is no any board or information displayed in that centre about these extra charges. i felt very humiliate and embrassed by this happenig.i called to DRM varanasi on his phone [protected],at 1.44pm , he advised me to call on 139, but there is no any services or facility for this complain or any complain on this number.
i would request to Madam Railway minister about these JRTS services.
-is there any rules and regulation about charges by JRTS?
- is there any norms for providing services about JRTS?
- to whom i complain about this misbehaviour?

I have traveled so many times in Simhapuri express (2709) from Bapatla to Secendrabad in sleeper Class. Every time I was disturbed in that train. Because everyone like General passengers & Railway employees are travel in Sleeper Class from warangal, kazipet to secundrabad. So at that time existing passengers are disturbed to their sleep. Please look in to this matter on top priority and give us an amicable solution.

Is there anyone reading these letters, my god its India dear no one is going to do anything here its full or corruption. I am trying to book a ticket in tatkal quota from last 5 days and its really unbelivable that its showing Service Unavailable from 8:00 AM - 8:15 AM and after then when it will be opened till that time all tickets are booked already. I can't believe that then entire country have started booking ticket online even if this is the case then why not load sharing on different servers is done. I have seen news on Aaj Tak on 27th May, 2010 about corruption in Tatkal Reservation. all these are happening in tenure of Mamta Banerjee. Travelling from train will become a dream for the people who don't want to pay to brokers to buy a ticket. This is really sad.

THERE IS A BIG PROBLEM IN OUR CITY RAILWAY COUNTER, ALL THE DALALS BOOKED ALL TATKAL AND RESEVATION QUTOA IN ADVANCE , AND SUM OFFICER OF RAILWAY ARE HELP ING THOSE DALAS,IN TATKAL THE FROUMS ARE ALREADY GIVING THE FORUMS 1 DAY BEFORE NIGHT .AND THOSE WHO STANDS ON LINE 1 ST THE OFFICER SAID THAT SYSTEM ERROR OR WAIT THE OTHER FROUM IN MY HAND. so do it fastly about this corrupt people .
Dear Sir/Madam,
My brother in law currently travelling(4-june-2010) on train no-2801(Purusottam Express) in the sleeper class - SE1. Just now he called me and said there is no power supply on that coach and also no food supply. They complained to Train driver but no result. What you say about this service? Who will be responsible? Please do not play with people's life.

I made a reservation and due to traveling without ID proof in train i had payed the whole amount again to TT but when i filed complained to IRCTC for refund the rejected it. although there is provision for refund .

Kindly suggest me what to do.

Atleast Minister can think of changing the return date from saturday to friday. I dont think bus lobbies will allow to do this also.

Being a citizen of India and regular passenger of this Railway faced lots of problem during travel from NDLS to GHY by 2436 Rajdhani Express at S3 on 13.06.10. The following problems are :-
1. The bath rooms were very dirty. Pressure flash were not working.
2. Compartments were also dirty.
3. No room freshner was used.
4. Bed rolls were worn out and so dirty.
5. Bad quality and unhygenic food.
Also for your kind infomation that the condition of 2424 Raj. Exp. is also same.
At last I would like to request you to rectify the above complains immediately so that travel through Raj. Exp. can be maintain peaceful.

Indian Railway — reversal of coach no than which on indicated on station board

i my self manish mehta has a complaint against Indian railway

my mother was travel through Ahmedabad puri exp(on17/6/2010 seat 65 S1 Name B K Mehta) from bharuch to raipur when my mother and my father reach the station, station board indicate the coach no. on digital Board my parents reach the place of S9 indicator. when train reach the station where there was S9 indicating there reach the coach S1 as there was a stoppage of only 2 minute my mother climb in S1 with his luggage.

when my father complain to Mr surendra singh at bharuch station above mention mismanagement. he miss behave with my father.

My mother is heart patient any thing happiness to him the Indian railway will be sole responsible for the same

above mention reason some time converted in stamped.

I had booked a ticket from Sini to Bhubaneswar on dtd.22.01.2010 vide PNR No. [protected] Class - 3AC an amount of Rs. 570/- Train no. 8478. Hence the train was 10 hrs late, I didn't catch the train. As the train was running at midnight, ticket could not cancelled at station. I had filed TDR locally and applied to Kolkata S E Railway office on dtd. 29.01.2010 by registered post no. RL C 7018 dtd. 30.01.2010.

no.[protected] journey dt 06/03/2010 of amt-rs 120 from haridwar to ludhiana . i hav

What is your position in CR, that you order lot of times and division officers cancelled same for their personal profit. As you order to transfer Mr.P.R.Meena TTE to KJT but with in 6 months he came back to CSTM same with Mr.Shaha Nawaz Hussain he also working at CSTM and earning money out of turn.
Your VI taking party from Mr.Ramesh Nair (Baboo) on the ocassion of house ceremony this Baboo is involve in one of Vigilance case, how can you stop corruption with this lame battle.

Now yor department put Mr.Satish and Mr.Bahal on grounding position at CSTM away from cash but they are working at CSTM and earn money blindly under your thumb and you...
Mr.Ravindra Bahot Sr.T.C. wotking in Anti Fraud Squad who ps involve lot of bribe cases and you allow him to work in this useful Squad as wel as Mr.S.K.Dubey angage in Hafta with their own station mate now a days he is trying to pull all RTSA under their nob and they start with Sandeep Travels with the help of Mr.R.J.Sing ERS TNA who is having shelter of CRMS. As Mr.Dubey also belong from CRMS the pair is perfect.
Hope so you will take necessary action to keep your pride?

how can a train chart is prepared before 8 hours?I want to know the reason behind.
