Dear Sir/Mam
I want to file a complaint against the Indian Railways,i very often travel in the Uttar Sampark Kranti, Train no. 15035, time- 16:00, A/c CC from Delhi (DLI) to Kashipur (KPV), Uttrakhand. This time however, when i travelled on the 27-06-13, C3 Coach, the train arrived late at the station, around 15:58, it departed from the Delhi Station at 16:20, which is twenty minutes later. Although the sweepers had good twenty minutes to mop and clean the coaches, no one appeared on the scene, all the passengers travelled in the dirty C3, where i was sitting as well, but i assume that the entire train was not even broomed. When i talked to the TTE, Mr. J. P. Yadav failed to provide me with an appropriate answer.
I really felt disappointed and so did my co-passengers.
Kindly register my complaint and do the needful.

Luggage — luggage
I have travelled in you jet airway from Bagdugra to Delhi and fromDelhi to Dubai on 12 march but i did not recive my luggage in the Dubai airport and i have make complain over there but no response and i am leaving Dubai on 15 march 2010 and i should get my luggage in Dubai before 15 march because i am going to Kandhar on 15 march what a sameless responsible from your Airlines is this a good service to the customer and i had to spend the hole two days with same cloths what a same less service.
