    Sir, I am right now traveling in Tvm Rajadhani train (12432)on 3 November 2013 from Delhi to Ernakulam South (ERS)along with my wife.Both o[censored]s are Senior citizens I had an RAC ticket for seat 71(B6 coach). On 3 November, Sunday night we both had to sleep in the same berth 71 although berths were alloted to the WAITING LIST passengers by TTE(Train ticket examiner) Co-passengers informed that the agents have arranged berths for waiting list people by accepting a bribe of 1000 Rs.       Dear Team, I have done IRCTC e-ticket booking on 07.10.2013 PNR number [protected] and the transaction Id was: [protected], DOJ: 25.10.2013 this train was cancelled and I called 139 customer care they told me that If train is cancelled then no need to cancel the ticket or file any TDR the refund will automatically come within 3 to 5 working days, hence, I didn't do anything, after waiting around 1 week again today I called then and they are telling me some different thing they have given me the wrong info. Requesting you to check and refund the concern amount at earliest. Not able to attached screen shot due to technical issue but, if anything is required I could provide the same.         Dear Central Railway, I travel daily from nerul to Kurla via harbour line & Kurla to Dadar via central Line. In morning peak hours, Rush on FOBs in Kurla staion is deadly tremendous & it causes inconvenience to passengers mostly, ladies, elderly people, handicap person. Sometimes molestation of women takes place by some anti social men during this time. Often it causes fights between passengers. It takes almost 5-8 mins to cross one platform to oter via FOBs during such rush hour. So most people do prefer to cross the tracks which causes several accidents. There is urgently need to widen the FOBs and also required a new broad FOB like dadar station is currently having. KURLA is one of the main station on Central line in Mumbai. How Central Railway is not doing anything to control rush on FOBs?? Is Railway waiting for a major accident to take action? Please look into this matter asap. regards, A Daily commuter..

          Due to some unavoidable circumstances I could not travel in the ticket I booked for 5 persons out of which only 4 could travel. The TTE has provided the confirmation of me not travelling in the prescribed departmental form. Unfortunately I took the Xerox copy of the ticket and went to the booking counter along with my id proof but I was denied to refund the fare because of two reasons: (I) I was delayed, it seems within 10days I had to submit my request. (ii) The original ticket was not there with me. The original ticket was left at the destination where the ticket was for and my niece who was among one of the passenger did not bring the original ticket along with her while coming back and as she took nearly 15days as she took 15days off from her college. I left the hope of getting my refund amount but, today while going through this site I could gain some hope. The incident took place on 22.08.2013. Please let me know if it is possible to get back my refund and if so how can I get it? Raju Roy

            This is Suman Trivedi, traveling with my wife Mrs. Anusuya Trivedi, in a train named Amaravati Express (18047) dated on 21/10/13 from Howrah Station to Toranagallu station. Since we have a RAC seat, we have fixed seat no 15 (side lower) in coach no: B2 (AC 3-tier). We had total 3 luggages, out of that 2 are trolley (1 trolley is American Tourister – Purple color, 1 trolley is VIP – off-white color) and 1 are laptop back-pack. At 5am on 22/10/13 we have checked that entire luggage, that time it was not reached Cuttack, then while the train reached at Bhuvaneshwar at around 6.45 am that time we found that the American tourister – purple color trolley was missing. The incident was occurred between just before Cuttack to Bhuvaneshwar. We checked here and there but failed to find any trace for that. After this incident I immediately inform attender and TTE for the same but no one take any further steps, even no body guide us to my future action. Then when the train reached at Khurda Road, I personally reached at RPF where an officer was not present and due to shortage of time I return from there. Again while the reached at Vizianagaram I gave the details of my luggage and my personal mobile no: to the RPF but again due to shortage of time again failed to lodge any written complaint for the same. Most Pathetic was that we did not get any kind of help from any of the railway counterparts of that train, no one take any action and everyone try to escape from there actual duty. Lastly we got an FIR copy from our destination station i.e. Toranagallu, but they also refused to take any action by saying that this was not there area. Sir, we are very simple aam admi and totally faith on our system, but every time our trust on the system got hampered by this kind of incident taken place. This is our kind request to you that please take some necessary action to find my bags with my belongings.                 To whom it may concern, I am a student of Jadavpur university and have to cross the railway line at jadavpur station everyday. After the construction of the subway i opted to use it. But after few weeks i found out that the tube lights over there are not working and adding to it the drain overflows during heavy shower making it very dirty since it is not cleaned regularly. After what happened to one of our professors few months back i fear of crossing the railway track and really want to use the subway. There are many people who wants the same and facing these same problems everyday. So please give your kind attention to the condition over there because if it continues there will be more accidents.                 Dear Sir/Madam,
                I Would like to give attention through this mail that we are the daily passenger of Naihati - Bandel section and from last few month's we are facing a man made created problem by the railway controller of this section and some of railway officers in Bandel station . Every one know that the people from the suburban areas moves towards kolkata in morning time and back in evening time but in this section trains from sealdah to Burdwan, katwa, Jangipur, Rampurhat, Muzaffarpur passanger are moves in opposite direction means in morning from sealdah and back in evening . In morning Intercity express is our train from Asansol - Durgapur - Burdwan to sealdah but from last few manth's the officials are telling that there was no right of daily passenger for travelling in this train we don't know who will inventing this system, we are agree to pay more for this but there was no option in monthly ticket . The ticket collectors in bandel station are using this rule like a golden spoon . We don't have any other way and we are picking the earlyer train, The new drama comes in evening local from Naihati to bandel schedule in 5.18 P.M. after that 6.32 P.M. but everyday around 6.20 to 6.25 P.M. the goods train (Malgari) starts from Naihati and the local from naihati delay by 20to 30 minutes everyday . We all know that 5-7 P.M. is the official pick time and the maximum movement are done in this time, when we go to the station master of Naihati and Bandel with this they are telling all of this are done by the controler of this section and they have nothing to do . They are also telling us that this is Goods section and if we want to changing this system we have to make the blocking in railway track for the long time . The public relation officers in Eastern railway please check the problem and allow the daily passenger in Intercity Express only in between this sections .

                  I would like to draw your attention to following grievance Harassment, Misbehavior & Illegal Demand for Money to provide accommodation in Train from Falna to Jodhpur Ticket No.41010430 Receipt No. 337491 In Train Event at Falna Railway Station On Duty TTE(Marwar Junction Staff Ahmedabad Division) in coach wanted extra money(Rs100/-) i.e. over & above difference(General Ticket converted to Sleeper Class Rs75/-)for which he shouted, used improper language & later asked me to get down in case I do not fulfill his greedy needs. Another TTE of S1 coach supported him in this unhealthy practice, due to which I faced humiliation in front of public who was watching as spectator. I am thankful to senior TTE of adjoining A/C coach who helped me in such difficult situation. I request you to take hard action against the culprits for the offense to leave a message in community so that no one can dare to use his position for unethical activities.                     My question is that:
                    For 291.24 rs ticked if we pay 500 rs extra to TC means
                    Is this the way of treating the passengers?
                    nothing was mentioned like the in tatkal rules that if our tickets were not confirmed in tatkal means we shd not travel on that schedueld train why?
                    Atleast tatkal people shd get the chance sit and travel in urgency.

                    आपने इन्टरनेट से टिकेट बुक किया है तो और यदि आपका टिकेट वेटिंग लिस्ट में रह गया है तो आपका टिकट रद्द हो जाता है... और आप यात्रा नहीं कर सकते हैं...यदि आप यात्रा करते हैं तो आपको बिना टिकट मन जायेगा...उन्नाव से सतना का बिना टिकेट का चार्ज न्यूनतम 295+250= 545 होता है...TTE ने आपसे 545 रूपये देने को कहा होगा...TTE ने कुछ गलत नहीं कहा... कृपया गलत शिकायत न करें...

                        this is to inform you about an emergency when we all who are travelling in the Up Purva Express (12303) via Patna are facing over the last 6 to 8 hours continuously. There is no TTE available for the same period, nor was any RPF or CRP visible. There were rowdies and hooligans without any ticket who forced their way into the AC 3 tier B2 compartment. In all this ruckus, our belongings are being stolen away. Passengers are being given threat for their lives by the rowdies travelling without ticket. People who wish to have their RAC confirmed did not have the opportunity to do so as none of the TTEs has ever appeared after the train passed Chittaranjan, West Bengal. Some such people are even drinking alcohol in the train and used starkly foul languages with elderly people and women, and even got physical with them. All this happened mainly around when the train passed through the whole of Bihar. Upon repeated query, the the other railway staff refused to divulge the whereabouts of the TTEs. This is causing tremendous harassment and enough unforeseen inconvenience to the passengers, including threat to their lives.

                          I tried posting the same on web site under section Letters to the editors, but in vain, hence rewriting it here. These are the certain issues observed by me and some of the fellow commuters: Am the daily traveller to Mumbai by 6.25 DRD-BVI local train, Inspite of launching the complaint of local running late every single day there seems to no action taken on the same. The train is delayed everyday by taking it on siding track (either at Palghar or Kelve Rd) for atleast 20-25 mins for passing the Garib Rath exp. The amount time for which local is made halt on either of the stations can easily cover the distance till Virar without effective the speed of Garib Rath exp. To add more to it Local runs fast Between VR-BSR-BHY-BVI, hence should not affect the speed of other express trains/Garib Rath running behind it from VR onwards as well. Fail to understand the logic of such stupid reasons/methods used by railway control department to unnecessary delay the trains and harass the passengers in our region. The locals running in suburb (CCG-VR) are always been given first preference delayed the fewer trains that are available for the VR-DRD region to commute. 19143 down, lokshakti express is delayed every day for irrelevant reasons. In past when the scheduled time of the train was at 21.30 at palghar, it somehow use to manage to reach Plg stn atleast by 21.40, however ever since it is rescheduled to 21.20 (10 mins early) have never since it arriving at palghar station before 21.50. Whenever checked with the railway control department, it is always said the delay is due maintenance work that is carried out at Vaitarna bridge (which is being due since 2011, and have seen no one working on it), but it has never reached till the said bridge on time yet. It is always that the slow locals are made run ahead of the express trains till Virar which do not have any stoppage at the stations between VR-BVI. The locals running in suburbans (Between VR-CCG) are never taken on siding tracks/slow tracks for any of the trains running behind these locals, infact many a time slow local is made run ahead of fast/Express trains on fast tracks between VR-BVI, whereas when there are less trains been provided to our region still our trains are always delayed for more than 30 mins. The south end foot-over bridge (which is mostly used by commuters at Plg stn) of railway has been carried out for repair work just few days before the monsoon started and currently left unattended leading to no roof on bridge when it is most needed. The ceiling fans of newly introduced local in our region seems to rotating just for the sake of it, most of it rotating in reserve direction resulting the upward flow of the air i.e. towards train’s roof.

                            sir, i g sankararao and v suryanarayana journey dt 29.7.13.i travel nagarsol to secundrabad and secundrabad to rajahmundry .ajanta ex to late 9.45 am .secundrabad to rajahmundry train despatch time 9.35 train miss as a connecting train.iam too suffiring sir.i fild tdr but no refund amount and reject sir.                                   Date 15/10/2013, manner less behaviour, rude behaviour, stubborn nature of. Cashier at khar station counter no. 2 n she does not ready to provide her name though she has taken my name.
                                  Just for the sake of 5 rs change she made stand for half n hour at the counter n then too she didnt give me tickets n after all this she had asked to bring change,
                                  I am not understanding such a big govt corporation why they are not ptovidobg change and after asking change from each and everyone where this change go, by doing this she made 4 to 5 people by ticket which they want to paying extra money it is simply a cheating with passenger n can't b tolerated.

                                  One more thing I am writing this complaint keeping in mind that I will get feedback and solution, which I never get or never seen of getting any responses.

                                    I had a really bad experience with the services I recently received from Indian Railways and thats why I am here. We booked PNR [protected] to travel from Agartala to Kumarghat in 2A AGTL LMG EXPRES on 14th Aug 2013. *My flight landed in agartala arond 12 noon morning wheras the train was scheduled for departure around 4 pm so we requested to the station master if we can get the rest room to which a 2A passenger is eligible for. He said it is alloted only before an hour or two not for so long (4 hrs in our case). We agreed and waited for 2 hours and again went to the station controller room 2 times between 2 pm to 4 pm but he was not there so we had no choice other than waiting in normal waiting room. *To our surprise we came to know that our train has been delayed for more than 6 hours and it will only come after 12 midnight so we immediately boarded the AC chair car train around 5 pm and filed TDR for PNR [protected] to get our refund of money stating the reason "train delayed for more than 3 hrs" *Now after a week I checked the status of my TDR and noticed I got refund less than 50% of total amount! What was the reason I dont know. I am very upset due to the level of service we were provided at agartala Station, Train schedule, TDR refund and I hope my complaint will be addressed and I will be compensated for the inconvenience caused to us. Indian railway really need to improve the services rather than just roaring about it. Thank you and my kind regards.

                                      Sir/Madam, I was booked my household luggage along with one motorcycle( total=08 items) from Itarsi Jn.(MP) to Goalpara Town (Assam) as on 06/09/2013. No any items are reached at the destination till today. I also asked in station (destination+Booking). Nobody help me from railway. At last I was going to ask for help in NF Railway Maligaon, Guwahati-11 NR Cell. They informed me that by mistake luggages are going to the southern railway and at present 07 packges are in Vishakhapattanam railway station. Beaing as soldier from Indian Army, I have no leave to search indivisually. I am fatching so many problems due to unresponse from Ralway.                                         this is a very big problem faced in INDIAN RAILWAYS through out the country that confort of the passengers is not taken care by INDIAN RAILWAYS, as because what ever the laws made but due to corrupt ticket collector and station master people from general category do travel in sleeper class by permission of ticket collector, tc take money from them and make a slip .but i want to know WHAT ABOUT THE INCONVIENENCE CAUSED TO THE CONFIRMED PASSENGERS where in a three seater 6 people sit ???????is this INDIAN RAILWAYS that take good care of passengers??????????? even this problem, is increased due to huge amount of waiting passenges law says waiting passengers should travel in second class unless birth is confirmed but because of our CORRUPT tc and officers nothing is right and nothing is implemented.MANY MANY MANY PASSENGERS SUFFER FROM THIS PROBLEM I WANT TO KNOW IF WE PAY MONEY FOR SAFE AND CONFORTABLE TRAVEL WHY INDIAN RAILWAYS DONT KEEP PASSENGERS CONFORT AND SAFETY IN PRIORITY LIST????WHY TICKET COLLECTOR SHOULD NOT BE CHECKED BY RAILWAY POLICE THOSE WHO TAKE BRIBE???WHY WHY WHY????ALL INDIAN R GONE CORRUPTED?????????????????????????WHY???????
