I booked one Tatkal Train Reservation Ticket (PNR No. [protected]) on 15-02-13 for 16-02-13 From VISAKHAPATNAM - MUMBAI CST, Which was Waiting Listed - 3. I inquire through internet and mobile sms. I got information from both side (Internet&Mobile) that PNR Status WL-3 and chart prepared. Today on 17-02-13 I went to Reservation Counter for Refund the amount with Reservation/Cancellation Requisition Slip No. 00596 dated 17-02-13. After coming my No. at Counter No.4, they refuse to refund, saying that ticket is confirmed (S6-45). I went to supervisor and shown him the Ticket&mobile messages, then he re-check and corrected it to WL-3. Again I went to Counter No.4. He refuse to refund saying that Time is out for refund. I waste my valuable time around FOUR HOURS for refunding Non-Confirm Tatkal ticket. I already lodge a complaint in Indianraiways.gov.in, Complaint No. W/EO/WAT/[protected]. It is my humble request kindly take necessary action.

Ticket — About the black ticket
HIHere i got one bad experience of black ticket in alpana theater. The theater try to black ticket over that they all shouted to sold the ticket in black. There no police to help people and stop it. so, It is not fair with customer who come to see movie.
