Sir i want to complain about continious late runing of sampurn kranti express 12393 for last 4 monthz in ald-mgs section Mostly in outers of both station.

i have given all the information about the train. this non ac first class of lalgola entitled no. of passenger is strictly 4. but now chart is prepared for 6 persons at day time. but tt allows 9 persons along with railway staffs in this first class coup for a minimum money....

EVERY DAY 0900 GOREGAON LOCAL TRAIN IS LATE

I am from Jogeshwari & We are lot of trouble everyday due to late arrival of 0900 hrs Goregaon local, due to this we are getting everyday late mark in our office & if it is more than three times then our half day salaries cut. It is almost 20-25 days a month.
Secondly after Mumbai central it will take time 20 to 25 min to reach for Churchgate.

REFUND OF FAILED TRANSACTION-ONLINE BOOKING
I booked one SLEEPER[GENERAL] ticket from khandwa to bangalore(Train no12628) on 19-Mar-2013 ON THE INTERNET but the transaction failed due to system fault at the IRCTC website. The amount of money amounting to Rs. 525/- was, however, debited to my ICICI account . Their Failed transaction ID is- [protected] and transaction ref number [protected] dated 19-MAR-2013

REFUND OF TRANSACTION FAILURE

I tried to book three ticket of Sleeper Class from Delhi to Ajmer JN(Train no 12916) for the Date 03/06/2013 ON THE INTERNET which Costs is Rs. 745/- but the transaction failed due to system fault at the IRCTC website. And the Amount of Rs. 755/- was debited from my State Bank of India account for this Transaction. Their Failed transaction ID is- [protected] dated 07/03/2013.

So please do the refund to my respective account...
