Sir, With due respect I like to submit that I am holder of Season Ticket Vide Id No. 406C9F90C7 since 28.11.2008 vide my Identity Card attached herewith where in my age mentioned as 32 years. On 05.09.2013 I have renewed my Season Ticket from Shasan Road Station and during renewal concern Data Entry Operator of Ticket Counter wrongly mentioned my ID as 40609p9078 and age as 52 instead of 406C9F90CF and 32 respectively which was also remained unnoticed by me. On 30.09.2013 at about 11.00 am just after getting down from Train at Sealdah Station two of your T.T.E asked to show ticket and accordingly I have produced my above season ticket along with my ID card but concerned T.T.E told me that this is not a valid ticket because both ID and age found as different and considering it as a cheating case they unilaterily imposed a fine of Rs.260/= only upon me and collected from me against EFT No. 813674 dated 30.09.2013. It may be noted that being a PSU employee I have shown my official ID Card to them as well as tried my best to convince them that it is the gross mistake of Railway Personels and not of me but rather to realize the reality they even threatnd me to arrest on the charge of cheating and travelling without ticket. Being aggrieved, though I have paid the ransom but approach before your good selves seeking justice of my humilation and unjustified fine imposed and collected against valid season ticket and arange to refund the unjustified collection against above EFT to me and also seek justice against their rough and rudeless behaviour to common passengers en masse.     indian railway is profit making organization i was traveling with my mom dad there is no public toilets on station...and in a.c waiting room and at all waiting room they are taking money to use the toilet and bathrooms...ahmedabad station has given contract to some " akhil bharatiya paryavaran sanstha" who can it is possible??? this is against law..they have to provide this service free to public...

I have called customer care and have received only rude replies from them.         To Whom It May Concern

        Train no. 32411 was extended to Baruipara in the year of 1986.That time local trains in the Howrah Chord Line were inadequate. According to passengers demand the said train was extended. At present the particular train may be depart from Dankuni again at 15-10 or 15-30 hours as there are connective trains from Bardhaman reaching Dankuni at 14-47 hours.Moreover train no 32413 was also extended to Baruipara for welfare of Baruipara bound passengers few years ago.But after introducing train no 36849 leaving Howrah at 20-48 hours previous extension of train no 32413 is useless at present.On the other hand there are huge gap between train no 32248 & train no.32250 and little gap between train no 32250 & 32414. Beside this two new trains should be introduced between train no.32222 & 32224 and train no.32245 & 32413 as the maximum offices shifted at Salt Lake City. Large number of passengers are travelling from Howrah,Hooghly and Barddhaman districts.Children and aged persons have been suffering a lot.
        I humbly pray before your honour to kindly survey over the matter and pay reddressal to the general passengers.

          Greetings:

          I am a regular traveler in the Western railway of the Mumbai local.
          It gets very tiring to stand in the line, so i try to avoid it by buying the ticket through the wending machine.
          I get to travel in the Andheri - Naingaon route quite often, but it gets very inconvenient to buy the ticket as the smart card ticketing machine is broke.

          With this, i also request you to look in to the indicators of the same station. With full confidence I can guarantee you that none of the indicators (either on the platforms, or on the booking office or even on the bridges); none of them will be performing completely.

          The station is getting more used day by day. I believe that it is essential that all the aminities should work properly.

          Hope it will be looked in to.

              There is a tea stall just outside the 1st class waiting room on 1st floor of eastern side of Howrah Station. It is surprising that the mineral water sold at the tea-stall is not properly cooled. While asked for the reason the stall keeper says since we have not been supplied with the fridge, we are unable to provide you properly cool water however the price of the 1 litre bottle ( RAIL NEER) was Rs 15/-. Even, the water cooler installed beside the stall is also not functioning properly and therefore, not providing the cold water. Is not this funny that the 1st class passenger having been given the facility of AC but not the facility of properly cool drinking water even after paying the money??? May i request the authority to look into the matter and arrange for proper supply of water at the stall meant for providing good services to the passenger. A line of action will be solicited. Arun.

                I travel daily from Boisar to Mumbai Central in Valsad Fast Passenger (123/124). In this train MST pass holder upto virar is not allowed to travel. But resident of railway employees of Virar travel daily in this train from Mumbai Central to Virar and vise versa. They seat in the train with closing the First class compartment from the inside for their colleges employees. The regular passenger who pay the MST amount to the railway do not get the seat from the Mumbai Central. When they are residence of the virar, then how they can travel in this train, however local train is available for them. The TC also do not take any action because of the railway employees. The Top management of the railway are requested to kindly take the action against the railway employees who travel in this train upto Virar and from virar to borivali, dadar and Mumbai central.

We don’t know and are absolutely in the dark, the reason of this inaction; but the plain reality is that we, the passengers of this line suffer unbearably due to the non-implementation of this most wanted double line railway movement. May I, on behalf of my co-passengers, therefore, on the strength of “Right to Information”, request you to let us know the reason of the unknown truth of this frozen silence and/or when we shall be gifted / benefitted by the most coveted double line running of railway Sealdah to Diamond Harbour?                       Dear Sir/Madam, I (T. Mohan, a resident of Chennai traveled to Vishakapatnam on[protected] along with my Grandmother aged 77. We boarded the train number 12829 – Chennai - Bhubaneswar SF Express in S2 coach (PNR No: [protected]). The coach did not had a drop of water in the Toilets as well as in the Wash basins. I approached the TTE who came to examine our tickets at around 10:00 PM. He said that he did not have the Complaint book/register with him and I have to approach the attendant present in the AC coach which is after S11 coach. But he said that he would inform to the team in Gudur and asked us to use the next compartment. As i have already mentioned my grandmother is aged 77 and i can't drag her from one compartment to another. Even from the Chennai central gate to the compartment we used Wheel chair only to have her boaded till the compartment then how could i take her to another compartment when the train is moving. The water was not filled in Gudur station also, at around 4:00AM we reached Vijayawada and I approached the Station attendants and they came and plugged the water pipes to fill-up. I the mean while I took my Grandmother to toilet and soon after few seconds she was shouting as the water was flowing from the roof top of the toilet. Due to which she got drenched and by the time we got down in Vizag she got fever. Adding to this the Upper berth was very much dirty and my clothes got dirty when i saw after i woke up. Also the under seat was having Tea/cofee cups and other waste paper uncleaned from the previous day's journey. Another worst thing is that inspite of TTE presence the shemales, beggers, private vendors are entering into reserved compartments which makes our journey insecure. All the eatables which are sold inside the compartment are being sold with additional cost (ie., beyond MRP). Why don't you start providing bills for all those things bought in railways? When i approached Customer care in Chennai central one of the personnel listened and seen the video and photo which i have taken and he asked me in return what should i want? This looks like an irresponsible answer. Everywhere we go we could see officials answering very carelessly. We are paying more as and when the charges are raised but the service is not at all rendered properly. Here are my questions: 1. Don't you have people to check the coaches before the train starts. If yes, then why didn't they check this? 2. Why isn't the TTE's do not have the complaint book. 3. What should we do next time if we face such issue while travelling. 4. What action will be taken to avoid such incidents in future. We are very much worried when officials/employees of Railway neglect our feedback. Please see the attached photo and video taken and take necessary action. Encl: 1. Photo of the toilet in which there was issue with the roof. 2. Video of the same. 3.                         On 29.08.2013 at 17.20 at window no.19 at Andheri(East) to buy a ticket from Andheri to Goregaon, the window clerk performance was very poor compare to other counters (windows), the same was brought the notice of clerk, he said i am not your servant i will perform my duty as per my wish. I hope you will take note of the same and action accordingly at your end please.

                          I am follow up since last 11th July'13 about TDS Refund. Many time i follow up irctc contact number but still i m not getting response or refund.                             A senior TTE named C S Kumar, harassed us too much and threatened us to get us arrested by the RPF just because he told us to produce the ID card for all the 12 members travelling and we produced him 8 original ID cards. this happened when we boarded train no. 16590 (Rani Chenamma Exp) on 18th Aug 2013, in LONDA JN and we were travelling till Bangalore City Jn with PNR no. [protected] & [protected] (2 tickets PNR no., where in 12 passengers were travelling) the railway rules clearly states that any one of the passengers travelling in the ticket should produce his original ID. but the TTE accused the other 4 passengers who failed to produce the ID card that they are not the passengers whose name is in the chart and we have committed a crime of TRANSFER of ticket and now he is going to seize the ticket and allot all our seats to other waiting list passengers. inspite of repeated request till HUBLI JN , Senior TTE C S KUMAR did not heed to us. and then he finally showed his real face. he demanded money (bribe). we had no other option but to pay Rs 250 as a bribe to him. Senior TTE C S KUMAR then left the train at HUBLI JN thereby handing over the chart to the other TTE. I request railway officials to take action against him and make sure he is not going to repeat this mistake and please train your TTE's not to act so cheap for the sake of money. Now my question is should I proceed further and report this to Divisional Railway manager of Bangalore, Hubli, Belgaum and Kolhapur ?? And also should I file a case against Senior TTE C S Kumar in District Consumer Forum ??

                              Respected General manager railways,

                              This is a complaint regarding number coaches in Circar express operating from Kakinada to Chennai. There is a heavy demand for this train from West godavari as this is the only train from Bhimavaram. None of the waiting list is getting confirmed for this train as this train is having very less number of coaches to the train.

                              Please provide extra coaches to the train to reduce the heavy rush.

                                Hi, I went to the Banashankari BDA Complex railway counter for reservation from Howrah to darbhanga and vice versa. she spoke to me so rudely , she was telling to me when online booking was there why you come to the counter, i dont know the train no , so i write the train name and i thought throught software they will write it and she was so irritated and shouted like anything. is this the way to speak to the customer? i want her suspension from the post.                                   Myself Deepk khetan.On 9th aug I was travelling with my three friends in 3rd A.c my PNR no was [protected] in train no:-15484 which was aheading from delhi to alipurduar and we boarded in delhi for patna.I pathetically complaining that condition of train were very measerable and worst.There were no cleaness,curtains were untidy and stinking,badly leakage in ceiling of train and same bad conditions were of toilets.Due to leakage our clothes,foods and expensive items got wet and wasted. The whole night we didn't sleep and get disturbed mentally as well as physically.Now my question is,who is responsible for our loss

                                    I had a confirmed Rly ticket booked against PNR No. [protected] , [protected] *Return Tkt from RPH to SDAH on 13188 on 26.10.2012) & [protected] on 13017Up from BDC to RPH.

                                    Gates of D1 were locked and pre-occupied by UTS ticket holders. We sought help from Rly Security (Some Paresh Ram-on Duty) Staff sas well as from the ASM , BDC. No help could come our way. No follow up steps were found to have been taken. Two calls did originate on following days from[protected] & [protected] from some , seemingly, higher Rly Official.

                                    I have now a few points to make --

                                    a) What corrective steps were taken against the written & lodged complaint No. 519615 dt 25.10.2012 ?
                                    b) Was the man (Shri Paresh Ram) booked for his indifferent , haughty & unfriendly attitude ?
                                    c) Why did the Rly Official feel or deem it proper to inform the complainant about the redressal measures taken ?
                                    d) Why no fare was refunded-though applied for ?

                                      Sir, I had booked one bike and two steel boxes in the Indian railway from Jabalpur junction to Barpeta road station on 22 July 2013 vide parcel bill No024213 which have to be reach to its destination station via Patna junction. But till today (10 August2013) same is not reached to mentioned station. Please info me how to know the status of my luggage.

                                      Delhi to Dubai on 12 march but i did not recive my luggage in the Dubai airport and i have make complain over there but no response and i am leaving Dubai on 15 march 2010 and i should get my luggage in Dubai before 15 march because i am going to Kandhar on 15 march what a sameless responsible from your Airlines is this a good service to the customer and i had to spend the hole two days with same cloths what a same less service.

                                      MY MOTHER WAS GOING TO AGRA FROM KOLKATA STATION. SHE HAD A RESERVED BERTH IN COACH NO. S1 IN PRATAP EXPRESS ON 17.12.10 . A PERSON NAMED RAJESH (AGED AROUND 27-29 YRS) ALSO HAD A RESERVED BERTH IN THE SAME COACH ALONG WITH OTHER TWO TILL MUHGALSARAI. THE TRAIN REACHED AT MUGALSARAI AND FROM THEREON MY MOTHER WAS GIVEN SOME KIND OF ANESTHESIA WHICH MADE HER SENSELESS. THE GUY TOOK AWAY THE LUGGAGE SHE HAD BUT SOMEHOW MY MOTHER REACHED AGRA.
                                      I TRIED TO TALK TO KOLKATA STATION MASTER BUT NOBODY IS LISTENING TO ME.

                                      Hello Sir, On 23 june 2007 I board ShramJeevi Ex from New Delhi Station. As train started one person get into the train and start asking about ticket. The man hadn't uniform and name title tag an all. He had simply wearied a kurta, paijam and shandal in feet. But he had one ticket slip book.
                                      My question is: Who was that person? and How did he get that ticket slip book? Who allow him to board the train? Man was Gov Emp or thief?
                                      Aur ha abhi bhi waise log hai.Jab maine usse se pucha to usne, ek fake type ka id dikaya. I was not able to do any thing over there.


                                      2. Catering services are charing very high or directly double. if we ask about that they start arguing with us.

                                      3. Taktak Reservation, they have a contact with agents they finish thier work first then other people's.

                                      Aaj mai 4am se tatkal ke liye line me khada tha mujh se age sirf 4 log the mera turn ate hi WL 80 ho gaya, How its possible. Conter khulte hi, wo log pehle apna kam karte hai tab tak pura waiting suru ho jata hai and thier behavior is not proper.


                                      Sir aaj ham Corruptions ke itne against ja rahe hai, har jagah dharne or pardarsan ho rahe hia, pura desh esko mitane me sath hai. Par en kuch logo ki wajah se Pura ka pura, kare dhare par pani phir jata hai.

                                      Sir really we are facing a lot of problem due to these kind of people.

                                      I think through this site we can do.
                                      yes we can fire these type of people through this site.

                                      its not possible to find all cheater/thief but through this site if every one start pointing the cheaters and government start finish them so we can easily achieve our maximum target.

                                        sir,
                                        I have booked my luggage from BHARUCH (gujrat) to BHOPAL dated on 29/4/13. The receipt no is H 686253 of railway station BHARUCH. Till date I am unable to receive my luggage at BHOPAL. I enquired to bhopal station to enquire about my parcel. They told me to enquire at BHAruch. I approached Bharuch station parcel office. They told me that they had send it on dated 30/4/13. I requested them to enquire about the position of my luggage BUT they refuse saying that once they have booked the parcel in the train it is not their responsibility to search about that. I travelled a distance from BHOPAL to BHARUCH & BHARUCH to BHOPAL but no fruitful result was there. I AM IN SINGLE CLOTH & HAVE NO MONEY TO perchase anything,cloths,books,etc. &SPEND ON RAILWAY Because each & every step of loading –unloading luggage they ask for money.
                                        I had lodge complaint in DPG (REG NO-DPG/R/2013/80183)dated on 3 june 2013. But on 12-7-13 my case was closed by saying that your luggage was dispached. Your information is-
                                        it is to inform you that the said packages were booked from bharuch to Bhopal LT No 686253 dtd 29.04.13 . The same were dispatched in train no 12961 on dtd 01.05.13 rear SLR no 921285 2nd compartment . The packages were booked via Vadodra , Ratlam . Tracing of consignmant is being done. It is requested to approach the destination station for delivery of consignment.
                                        I went to Bhopal parcel office many times, but I was unable to receive my luggage. I WENT to indore, jabalpur & Ratlam also, but I didn't found my luggage. I send letters to Vadodra, ujjain, ratlam, nagada & Bhopal Railway stations. I received call from complain control vadodra with the same information as ABOVE MENTIONED.
                                        I am surprised & shocked to know about INDIAN RAILWAYS service & DPG RESPONSE
