Dear Sir,
I, Chanchal Choudhury, and on behalf of many other daily, regular & bonafide railway passengers / travellers of Kolkata’s Sealdah South Section Diamond Harbour line, find & understand that, under the extended Double Line Project from Baruipur to Diamond Harbour in Kolkata’s Sealdah South Sub-urban Section, the implementation of the project has longsince been kept pending. We don’t know and are absolutely in the dark, the reason of this inaction; but the plain reality is that we, the passengers of this line suffer unbearably due to the non-implementation of this most wanted double line railway movement.
May I, on behalf of my co-passengers, therefore, on the strength of “Right to Information”, request you to let us know the reason of the unknown truth of this frozen silence and/or when we shall be gifted / benefitted by the most coveted double line running of railway Sealdah to Diamond Harbour?

02. No Food / Water served (was not even informed while booking the ticket)
03. No Water in Washrooms / Basins
