I booked ticked for jammu from panipat (up & down). Due to late arrival of train I cancelled the ticket. But very less amount I received. Please reFund the balance amount. The detail of ticket is as unDer:-

IRCTC — Less Refund

Hi,

I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to Chennai for travel on 12-Sep-08 in Chennai Mail, but the train was late more than 10 hrs and the railway department told us to cancel the ticket and we will get the full refund.

So I filed a TDR for the same. The refund status has updated on 28-Dec-08, in that I can see only 50% of the ticket is mentioned, please let me know what is the reason for this. I have to get 100% refund for this ticket.

I am Rakesh Kumar Srivastava. I am an agent with Done Card Utility Limited. I have booked a ticket of PNR No.([protected]) on 20th of July at 21:28 P.M. The Customer told me to cancel the tkt today. I purchased the tatkal tkt of Rs.647/-for journey from N.Delhi to Guwahati.exluding 10/- irctc booking charge online. After cancellation before two days of journey got refund on my account 124/- only. Pls do something as per your rule. Thank you.

I have cancelled irctc e ticket on date 22.12.11 and now it has been more than 4 days but i have not received my refund amount in my bank a/c through which i have purchased my ticket. when i looked at the cancellation status of this particular ticket in mine irctc id it is not mentioning specific refund date on it.please look at the matter and do the necessary procedure for refund of the amt as quickly as possible.

I booked ticked from HOWRAH JN to PUNE JN on 18th August'19. Due to some personal reason I cancelled the ticket 19th Aug'19. But very less amount I received. Please Refund the balance amount. The detail of ticket is as under:-

    eticket TDR Filed, No Refund
    E-ticket booked through IRCTC on 07/11/2011 with PNR number : [protected] , for journey date :09/11/2011 from BDTS TO SIBO. The reasons for filing the TDR were : 1) The ticket is under wait list wait list only one ticket is conformed and all other three ticket is in wait list
    2) So only one pasanger is travalled other three not travelled .
    The TDR was filed on 15/11/2011 as per the rules but I have not received any refund against the filed TDR.
    they reply that
    "Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note your PNR No. [protected] has been Regreted by Railways saying that "TDR not filed within time limit of the actual departure of the train."

        I had booked ticket by Punjab Mail Express for travel on 13th August 2011 by 3 AC class for travel from New Delhi to Khandwa. PNR no was [protected] and this was booked through my IRCTC account.

        I had some urgent work and hence I had filled TDR on 12th August 2011.

        After 3 month and several communications with IRCTC I got a mail that my TDR is rejected by Railway saying that "As per chart Passenger has travelled. The case is repudiated File No 641/Y/36454/11/12/E3

        I had shocked with reply as I had not travelled. Either the ticket checker by mistake made an entry that I travelled or he sold the seat unofficially.
        I have no proof that I have not travelled as my office was closed on that day (Saturday) where the attendance electronically registered with CCTV camera.

        I know my money will not be refund by Railway as i have no proof but this situation shows that what will happen with a common man who have no evidence and if the ticket checker writes he has travelled when the passenger has not travelled.

        This system should be modified by railway as dishonest persons are using it as income tools from common man.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I, Mr. Santoshkumar had filed TDR for the PNR [protected] on 5th of September 2011 in view of delay in the train for more than 3hrs at the departure station because of which myself & 2 of my friends had to travel by another train with full fare.. ..

          It's been more than 3 months since the TDR filing & i haven't got the refund money yet...

          I have been calling irctc customer care for the past few days without much success.

          So please look into the matter & arrange to refund the amount ASAP.

            Dear sir,
            IRCTC deducted Rs. 10 extra on 17/04/2013 without any detail, from my account without any confirmation after making online reservation of my ticket.

            Any transaction either can make bank or by confirmation of owner of account . otherwise it is "illegal".

            and this transfer of money is not fulfill legal requirements, and without any notice so it is cheating and fraud to customers.

                we travelled by PURSHOTTAM EXP Train NO 12802 from MUGHAL SARAI JN(MGS) To BHUBANESWAR(BBS) on 26-11-11 PNR NO [protected] and booked Tatkal ticket to RAJAHMUNDRY by PRASHANTHI EXP Train NO 18463 as a connecting Train from BHUBANESWAR on 27-11-11with PNR NO [protected] in 3A at the cost of Rs 2700. The Scheduled Time of ARRIVAL of PURSHOTTAM EXP at BHUBANESWAR is 03.00 HOURS and the ScheduledDEPARTURE of Train NO 18463 is 05.45 HOURS. But the PURSHOTTAM EXP arraived at BHUBANESWAR at 13.50 HOURS by running late by 11.00 HOURS. SO we missed the connecting Train and Travelled by another Train on purchasing another ticket.                       I had booked Indigo Flight for Delhi to Patna for 15th November,2011. Booking was done through IRCTC account. The same was cancelled through Indigo customer care on 12th November,2011. However, as on date i have not received the refund. This is despite assurance received from IRCTC on investing the matter.

                        Since morning I am trying to get my tickets cancelled with PNR number: [protected], but the website irctc.co.in is not responding to my request. Moreover, the numbers given on the website are either busy or they are picking up the calls. Furthermore, I have sent a mail to which no one has responded. The train is plying today, and if it doesnt get cancelled, then i have to pay for the fare, I did not travel for. Already, I have to borne higher expenses due to the duration which passed before the scheduled arrival of the train, which is not my fault again. Please help !!!!!

                          I have made 3 transaction of 950 Rs each with IRCTC on 9th Apr 2011.
                          My two traction was failed and one is success but amount is deducted
                          for 2 transaction. I was contact with Bank executive and IRCTC
                          executive both to refund of failed transaction.

                          When I contact to IRCTC executive they said we received only one

                                  i booked E-ticket on[protected] and at the time of booking my ticket was in wait list Train No 11019, dt of journey:[protected], From Vskp tp Kur, Cls- 3A, 3 passengers. After preparation of chart on[protected], my ticket is confirmed but I could not travelled and immediately i filed for TDR but online TDR not accepted since that day I am trying everyday but till now no information is getting about that ticket. Kindly see the above problem and let me know what about the TDR.

Again and again i submit ( five times) finally i got only one time ticket.                                     due to server problem for confirmation against booking i clicked the submit button for five times. i got the one ticket for which i filled the details, but the amount transacted towards my account is five times the actual rate for one ticket i.e 1031 X 5 = Rs 5155
                                    please refund my extra money in my account as early as possible.
                                    I had cancelled my tickets on 25th february 2011 and irctc site shown money was refunded on 26th February 2011 but money is not credited in my account as of now. i have sent many mail to irctc mail id [protected]@irctc.co.in but no reply received from irctc. i have tryed many times on custmer care no but no body pick the phone. this is realy pathetic behaviour of irctc and i think it is so bad for irctc consumer.

                                      I had booked ticket thrugh IRCTC website portal on 14 March ;11, but some how due to the gurjar rites train has been cancelled by the railway. I try to cancel my ticket thrugh website but i am unable to do the same. Immediately i mark mail to irctc customer complaint desk.
