[Resolved]  Irctc — account show invalid

dear sir, my login id for irctc is sthapakkk,which is not accessble.i have got my id and password but when i go to login it shows that the user name and password is not valid. plz solve my this problum.please send the e mail verification code and mobile verification code to regisrer the new password to open the account. i have to urgently get printouts for certain e tickets.......

IRCTC — Ticket not booked but amount deducted date:09/05/2015

Please checked i booked my ticket by interner banking My irctc user id: krishptlkk Pass: klv808 i booked my ticked as on 09/05/2015 but not booked and amount deducted and not received yet kindly provide me solution...
