Dear Sir,

Please note that I have been recently purchased a LG make LCD-LED monitor of size 18.5 inch, model-LG E1942C. The monitor was offered with a McAfee Antivirus, absolutely free for a year. Accordingly, LG confirmation mail received from [protected]@india.com copy of which is given below for yr reference and record.

LG Confirmation mail sent to Mr. <[protected]@rediffmail.com on 20/07/12 and the same was forwarded to me on 30/07/12:

Dear Mr. tanmay,

As a privileged LG customer, you are entitled to a McAfee AntiVirus, absolutely Free for a year.

Your McAfee key is: W4K62-PJJG9-T5X5M-G8Q87-ABHBH

This is how you can download it:

Step 1: Go to http://www.mcafee.com/lge/mav

Step 2: Enter your product key / registration number received from the LG India website and click submit.

Step 3: Create your new McAfee account or log in to your existing account.

Step 4: Follow the instructions to download and install the product.

Now I have been informed by McAfee that the subscription for McAfee Antivirus offered by LG will be expired on 29th August 2012.

I cannot understand when LG has confirmed that the above monitor is provided with one year absolute free MacAfee antivirus, how it will be expired on 29th August 2012.

Please could you clarify and resolved the matter as soon as possible.

I greatly appreciate your help and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
