I bought a LG washing machine (FL WD -80490NP) serial numbered:W-80490NP on 1.12.2010 at VASANTH & CO ,T.Na gar , Chennai BILL NO:2153 in the name of DIVYA .
I have registered complainant on 25.05.2012 to LG Customer Care, LG service engineer attend call on 29.05.2012. He analysis and suspected drum may be faulty due to that water leakage and noise occurring in washing machine, then he logged an request to LG service centre (contact no:[protected].

LG service people came and collected washing machine on 29.06.2012 to service centre by providing Job sheet - AC, Job No:[protected], product serial no:707PN-312,Model:WD-80490NP.

They have delivered the machine on 3.7.2012 without any change in machine with the same faulty machine.

After my complaint the service engineer came to my home.. He did something. After that there was no water leakage.

But after that, the washing machine is not taking water to wash and rinse the clothes.(taking very little water aroung 2 ltrs) We told the engineer about this.. He came and changed the board. We put the singnature in the form with the comment "under observation" (he didnt come after that)

Till now the problem continues. We are complaining again and again. But they are not properly responding.


Problems are coming frequently.
In the past one and half years we registered complaints so many times (different problems). We are not happy with our washing machine.
We want replacement of our washing machine.


Please do the needful.

    We are unhappy with the service and response provided by LG so far with reference to the below incident. We never received a response from LG for complaints so far inspite of several requests and complaints, kindly look into the below series of compliant:

    21 Jul 12: RNA[protected] LG engineer confirmed that panel needs to be changed, no response further from LG.

    03 Aug 12: RNA[protected] we had confirmed and requested LG to replace the panel, no response further from LG.

    09 Aug 12: LG informed that panel is not available and LG shall provide the replacement or refund for panel (necessary documents for valid ID proof was provided to LG), until 05 Sep 12 no response from LG and after contacting, LG informed that no panels are available.

    05 Sep 12, evening - RNA[protected], LG informed that old complaint has been cancelled as new compliant # provided by LG. On 05 Sep 12 LG informed that they have panel available, however this was rejected by another customer. Since this was rejected, we don't trust the quality of panel.

    Mr. Manish/Mr. Jameel, service center in charge at Borivali, Mumbai has never provided proper response to our concerns in this regards. Hence, we request you to provide refund or replacement for the product that we have purchased from LG.

    LG/LCD Tv — Poor service by LG

    I had a terrible experience with your service.

    On 13-Feb I complained about my LG LCD (power going off while watching). My complaint number is: RNA[protected]

    Within couple of hour I got a call from Sunil ([protected]), so I was happy about the quick action. But now, after receiving the service from this guy, who seems to be a quack, I seriously have serious doubt about the service you are offering. I was not home (my parents were at home) and this guy came and did nothing. He just pressed few buttons on our LCD TV and said that it was set in some incorrect mode. He took away Rs 650/- and said that he gives warranty of 3 months.

    I got another call from a number [protected] (some Rawat) and the guy was only interested in how much money we have paid to Sunil. He is demanding Rs 4000/- to fix some power stabilizer now.

    The problem in the TV is still there (as it was never resolved). I am trying calling Sunil since yesterday, but he is cutting his phone.

    Now when I again called Rawat ([protected]), he says Sunil won't fix it. And when I asked for what did he charge us Rs 650/-, he says he will "adjust". DOES THAT MEAN THAT WE HAVE TO KEEP ADJUSTING, For the mistake that we bough LCD from "L.G.". I seriously doubt the integrity of the company and its service. After this terrible experience, I am never going to buy or recommend any product of LG

        Myself Tarun Sachdeva. I have logged a complaint (No: RNA[protected]) regarding My LG Flattron color TV sound problem on[protected]. The sound started increases sometimes automatically. Their technician (Name: Chetan) visited our address & he told us that there is problem in function IC, so need to be replaced. He has replaced the functional IC & charged around Rs.890 for that & assured us that problem has been resolved. On the same day after sometime the problem started again. Then i again called the technician. He came on 02-09-12 & do something in PCB & told us that now problem will not come. Once he left, then problem started again. I called him again & he told me that he has to carry the PCB for 2 days for proper testing. I said Ok, you take it & do tesing on that. After two days Me & my wife called again, then he told that he found something, so he will come next day. I called him again on 3rd day, then he said he will come in the evening. I came in the evening around 08:30 pm.We said ok but please be ensure problem will not come again. He assured that problem will not come now. Then next day morning the problem started again. I called him, but he is not picking my call now.
        I am totally fed-up with this. Kindly help me to resolve this matter as soon as possible. I shall be very thankful to you.

          I purchased LG CTC 21" Ultra Slip TV S.No. 061483 on[protected], vide Invoice no. 650 of M/s Nirmal Vedio Vision Electronics, 78, Jail Chubgi, Meerut. After some day Remote Control supplied with TV sets started showing malfunctioning. Channel started automatically changed when Remote is placed before TV.

          As mentioned in booklet supplied with TV, complaint was lodged at no.[protected] on[protected]. It was told that complaint will be attended at the earliest maximum within 24 hours.. I got a call in the evening of[protected] from a person telling himself as service engineer and asked me to press all the buttons of Remote simultaneously and problem will be solved. I asked him to visit my residence and attended the complaint himself. He refused and assured me to visit me in the morning. When no body visited my place, i called at no.[protected] and asked about the complaint. Person attending call told me that service engineer will call me soon. No body attended the complaint. I once again called on the said number at 4.35 pm. but no body attended the complaint. I once again called at help line number at 6.35 pm. Some Mr. Rahani talked to me but failed to help me and just gave me a no.[protected] and asked me to call on this number to get my complaint redressed. I called on this number but no body attended the call despite making various calls. At 6.45 pm I once again called on help line number and talked to some Sushil who told me that reminder has been sent to service provided at Meerut at 4.40 pm and 6.49. He also told me that office of service provided closed by 6.00 pm and complaint can not be attended today.
          Despite assurance to attend the complaint with in 24 hours LG failed to provided the assured service. Help line is helpless to provide solution except registering the complaint.

            I have purchased a washing machine from Neelam Electronics, Ghatsila. Now it is under warranty period and not working properly. I have informed the dealer several times to check the matter and solve the problem. but they are not responding till today.             Washing Machine — Not working in warranty

            LG — WASHING MACHINE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY

            hello!! iam really fed up complaing so many times in the service centre to repair my machine. they have taken the machine a month before and have give me back after 15 days saying that it is OK. the person have also taken Rs.1375/ .nothing has worked out till date...pls take some major action to mathura service center. my mobile no is [protected].

            I have Purchased LG Washing Machine fully automatic, top loading system, after warranty period machine was repaired not woking condition, purchase date is 01.12.2008.

            I have asked for repair LG Washing Machine Customer Care Centre. vide Customer ref. No:[protected] dt 03.12.2010 & various dates are[protected],[protected],[protected], it is very poor response from your Service centre.

            Service Centre Shreeji Engineering, person came after 13 days from 03.12.10 to 15.12.10, that service person says some push parts can be replaced, he says I will come with material next day.

            I have called on 17.12.10, he says only for your machine repair i will not come, he says that area require another 6 to 7 customer complaint required otherwise i will not attend the same.

            I am daily dialling phone call to Service Centre M/s Shree Engineering, Mr. Amit Bhai, Mobile No: [protected], [protected], [protected] .

            Service attended Person Mr. Kalpesh Rathore Mobil No: [protected] now both are not lifting the phone.

            My question is LG product after warranty period will not work or disposal item, after completion of warrnty period machine is not working.

            In India LG product is very good name & and also Excellent product name, kindly protect the protect, this type of service centre destroy your business very shortly.

            Kindly instruct to Service Engineer to attend my washing machine to be repaired in time.

            Kindly notethat I never expected LG customer care & service centre this much worst attitude having, this attitude going for long time it is very well known that all business man they are destroying his own business without knwoing the customer complaint.

            Without customer satisfaction you can not develop any product in India, LG customer care not taking any issue seriouly and same Service centre also. This activity not at all good for Company development.

            I am following my washing machine repair from 03.12.2010 till today, but nobody lifing the phone nor anybody calling,

            Fully Automatic Washing machine, Top loading, Washing machine no: WF 38019QS. Purchased on 01.12.2008, washing machine completely break down from 03.12.10 onwards,

            My complaint No:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] Mr. Amit Bhai service centre Mobile No: [protected] till date he is any responding nor lifting the phone.

            After 13 days Mr. Kalpesh Rathore came my house checked my washing machine he says some parts should be change he may come another 2 or 3 days, but morethan 10days is over, he finally lifted my phone today on 21.12.10 he says you talk to Mr. Amit bhai- service centre in-charge, but he says only for your machine repair our person will not, he required customer complaint minimum 10 for the my location.

            Sir you are given Order to Service centre for taking care customers compliant, but service centre asking for complaint 10 customers, I can wait for 1 or 2 years for requiring another 10 customers .
            This is very shame of the LG product management. In present In India verygood market for only LG, whirpool, Samsung, Videocon, Godrej is follow on.

            Kindly notethat if customer complaint you cannot solve timely, your business is going to last place. You know that customer can develop your product or destroy your product also.

                  Hii i went for LG show room at malakpet but there is no response from the sales mans and also the manager or superior people of sales men is worst. the don't know how to behave with customers and also says that this shop we don't need to sell its just for advertisement and some its turnover. they said one price in last week and i went with in one week they said no it was changed. the sales man and manager of that branch are willing to give that price only but the SALES MANAGER that worst guy don't know his name but he said no we are giving for that price.
                  so please all o[censored]s what i am saying is DON'T GO FOR LG SHOWROOM AT MALAKPET.

                    We purchased LG LED FULL HD Television from CROMA last year in August and was told that the life of this TV is very long and this is very good television and well in demand. This TV costed us some 40000 INR and now just after 1 year and 5 days...This TV stops working completely..when we call LG customer care..they told us that warranty is of one year only and now that you are out of the period, you will have to pay for service charge..when I asked what would be the warranty of Picture Tube..telecom operator said he is unaware about it and only service people would tell.. Anyhow..the service engineer cost was told 600 rs / visit and was promised that he would come or call within 24 hrs.. 48 hrs passed and no one came...finally today someone came and checked for two minutes and said...parts are not available and we might have to order them and it will take more time...by the way..he said everything in warranty is only for one year...that means..whatever you invest in LG Products..think of only one year and mine stopped working just after one year..

                    WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS

                    1) 40000 investment in TV for one year only...
                    2) why sell products for which you don't have parts ready and it going to cost time and energy
                    3) WHY PROMISE PRODUCT LIFE WHEN IT LAST ONLY WARRANTY LIFE....

                    Either salesman at croma doesn't know about the products or probably LG products are pathetic in quality.

                    what so ever it is...we consumer are sufferer..40000 in TV JUST FOR ONE YEAR...

                      I have bought split AC in 2009 which is under AMC currently.
                      Recently I moved to some other place and LG person (or may be some other person to whom LG hires on contract basis for installation)
                      has reinstalled my AC. From then onwards in every 15 days, I have to get gas refilled in my AC.
                      LG service persons are not able to identify the leakage. Everytime I have specifically told them that there was a leakage and first try
                      to find that and then fill the gas. In the end they always used to come up with an excuse that they have fixed something and gas should not leak.

                      I have got gas refilled in my AC 4 times in last 2 months. Now again cooling is gone. Everytime I have lodged the complaint I have specifically
                      mentioned that the problem was persistent and requested to send someone who could identify the leakage and fix the problem, but all in vain.
                      Is there anyone listening in LG and willing to hear customer complaints.

                      LG india/ Split ac — Noise issue in AC

                      Dear Sir, I bought this AC on 13th april 2009 from the first day it was not working properly. In first complain the company eng told that this is the common problem in this product then I said that why you are selling thi product. After that I booked 5 complains and no of calls to the Jaipur branch off but nobody is looking the issue . I have send four mails . They told me that they will replace the unit but nobody is responding. They totally disturb my life, all 24 hrs i am thinking when they take some action and if they do not take to whom i need to call or what should i write in mail. I am following up with them from last approx two months.
                      pls help me they are now( In Jaipur branch off) taking it personnaly and not giving me proper support.
                      Now I want my money back .

                      It is with deep anguish and pain i bring to your notice that LG customer care and service center people are taking me for a ride. I have raised a complain on 11th October 2010 and have been following religiously with customer support team but felt humiliated by the lack o[censored]rgency and lacklustre attitude shown by company. please refer to my complain. i have mentioned the reference number on the subject line.

                      I have purchased LG SPLIT AC. However, the display screen and the vertical air blades have stopped functioning. I also requested the LG team for providing free service which they have promised at the time of purchase but despite several reminders they have not contacted me. I feel like i have been cheated and i made a mistake of falling in trap to their marketing gimmick.

                      LGINDIA/SPLIT AC — service problem

                      Please ref to the complaint no - RNA[protected] lodged on 10.09.11 afternoon.
                      It was confirmed over phone to me that the problem will be resolved within 24 hours.

                      After lodging the compliant I have recd a call at 6 pm from (CELL no [protected]) your local franchise-
                      Confirming me that they will be sending their service rep. on 11.09.11 to attend the fault positively.
                      As nobody has turned up till afternoon I have tried to contact in the above cell no to find out the position,
                      (to the best of my knowledge I have ranged not less than 10 to 12 times but not responded )
                      Till 6 pm I have been trying to contact in the above CELL no [protected] – but there was no response,
                      I feel the person intentionally avoided to attend my call.

                      Please note- I have purchased one 15A18TWA51 SPILT AC – WHICH UNDER AMC – VALID TILL 18.04.2012
                      On 10.09.11 afternoon it was noticed that trere is no cooling effect, & lodged the complaint as mentioned above.

                      Till now no body from your(after 30 hours of lodging the complaint)service team has turned up.

                      I am helpless- don’t know where to knock.
                      I am very much depressed after getting such type of behavior from your service team.

                        LG INDIA & LG HOME APPLIANCES - "Shame On You"

                        Once you advertised so much on LG Customer Care -121. Here is a sordid story of your 121 -- typical case study..

                        I had purchased an LG Dishwasher and have an active 2 years AMC on it. I live in Bangalore and had put the complaint with your so called Customer Care on 09-Aug-2012 vide ref number: RNA[protected] to corrected. As Service Engineer visited on 11-Aug-2012 and suggested that dishwasher be taken to Service Center. The Service Center Person in Marathahalli took the Dishwasher on 13-Aug-2012 and returned it back after multiple followups on 28-Aug-2012.

                        The same night dishwater again tanked with same errors and problems.

                        I again launched a complaint # RNA[protected] on 29-Aug-2012. One Engineer Calls me on 31-Aug-2012 to fix it. O with a promise to come on next day; but never turned up. Then I receive a SMS on my registered mobile with you last 4 digits - 8771 about the closure of complaint.

                        Is this the way you call 121 Customer Service..?

                        Is this your harassment to the customers..? Why I am made to undergo so much agony to call for more than 50+ times for a small repair with no fruitful result in sight.

                        Is this what you called LG - "LIFE IS GOOD" by harassing your customers..?

                            I have placed an order Order No.270026 with bestdaam.com for LG Microwave Oven Model MC 2841 SPS and have even made payment Rs.150.00 as mentioned in their website. Delivery time mentioned was 2-3 days. I have even received from them payment received confirmation. 9 days have passed by and I have no clue or any information regarding when the Microwave Oven will reach me. I have sent them several e-mails on their e-mail address [protected]@bestdaam.com & [protected]@bestdaam .com but no reply. I even tried to contact them on their telephone number [protected] but it is continuosly swithched off. Kindly help me to get the Microwave Oven or atleast my Rs.150.00 and close the chapter so that I can buy from another reliable source.

                                  I would like to bring to your attention that the LED TV bought from ur local dealer is not working properly .i have complaint about this to customer care
                                  but yet i did not got any answer from ur side ...

                                  . I was told at the time of the purchase that in case of any faults with the LED TV I shall receive free replacement/servicing of the TV. I contacted the dealer for the same, but he told me that I will have to contact the chief executive of the company directly.

                                    i have purchase a washing machine from csd canteen in name of
                                    Sub Ishwar sing malik dated 170808 lg auto model no 850283th cap 5.5.
                                    Same year problem started coming in washing machine . After that the
                                    timer problem came in the machine and water sipage was their. the
                                    machine was sent to your workshop and it was told to us some acid was
                                    will be done it take a whole month time and every thing is conduted
                                    through your lot free no.After that the rust started in the machine.
                                    your enginer ask us to take amc for the washing machine as thier
                                    would be problem in machine as whole machine was open in workshop. the
                                    plan was offer us with comitment that if anything happen in washing
                                    machine it will be cover with rust also.
                                    Regular check will be thier so that it will last long . Their
                                    where no check done by you only when we call tollfree the person comes
                                    . althought in last two year there were six visit were there. every
                                    time it was told to us that it is normal.
                                    On160812 when water stared coming from door . we were surpise to
                                    see that internal area was having whole . we have intimated the same
                                    to your tollfree and enginer came ask us to change the front complete
                                    area will be change and it is not come under amc it cost 1100 rupees.
                                    we have given approval of same after regular follow up 15 day the
                                    person came give excuse the part was not avaiable . They started
                                    changing the part onther surprise came to us the when they ask why
                                    we have put a local wire is fixed . when told them the machine was
                                    sent to your worksop for big repair it may happen.He agreed the same
                                    some time part is not avaiable we put the same.
                                    Big shock he said us that there is no use if chaning as the
                                    interal body is also rusted that need to change . he was blank why
                                    internal area is rusted but we will discuss from our company and
                                    reply .There were no reply again we have to call and answer was no. On
                                    020912 the machne was send to your workshop for change the part.

                                    My question is this
                                    1what amc means and why local parts are fitted in the machine when it
                                    was under warranty.
                                    2 If it was regularly check and why such huge bill of replacement is my side.
                                    3.what is rust policy as i want to know so that i can persue legally.
                                    4.reason of time taken to resolove the problem for every visit.
                                    5.what company will thing for machine of rs 16495 . I am spending rs
                                    3838+ current bill that means more than 50% with 4 year of life of
                                    your product.
                                    6 It was installedby your person ,Stand was purchase and fix by
                                    person.why it happen.
                                    7. No guidence was given after regular check up and their is no
                                    gurranty that it will not happen. That mean after three year we should
                                    ready for same expenditure.

                                      I feel sad to say that the response which we received from LG service centre is really of poor quality. There is no real responsible person or department who can handle complaints in their office. When ever we call, they divert to another phone number and ends with a person saying either to call back after 10minutes or telling that they will check and call back. But no results always and no body knows the status of the refrigerator.

                                      We are using LG Refrigerator (Model # GR-362MVF) for last ten years and now it stopped working. After contacting LG service center, they wanted us to deliver the refrigerator to their center. We arranged for the delivery on last 16th august and till now we have no clue when we will get our refrigerator back. We have been following up with the service number and other numbers ([protected], [protected]) given from each staff. Initially they took two weeks to identify that the compressor needs replacement. Now they claim that the compressor has to come from Delhi and cannot provide any delivery date. As a follow up, i called yesterday to the service center to check the status and they are asking me if the refrigerator is imported. I am afraid that they have not ordered for the compressor till now.

                                      Kindly consider this complaint considering the difficulty we are facing without a refrigerator.

                                      LG Refrigerator — Regarding the bad service after sales

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      After giving several complaint about the fridge no engineer is able to rectify it. Here are the list of complaint which was lodge in your customer care. If your engineer are not bale to0 solve the problem then straight forward tell us so that we can tell our friends that LG after sales service is very bad and your engineer could not find the problem. OR you have to replace my fridge. I am getting so many calls from your noida office regarding it but no body till today turned out. The first compalint was lodged on

This i am hearing for the first time but i enquired with many people who are working with other brand of companies but they told that it should not happen because for double door the defrost is done automatically and there no need for triping. So please let me know whether your engineer is going to come or not. If not then please replace the fridge and pay the wastage which has happing to items which are kept in the fridge because in this few days we had thrown out all the items from the fridge. So let me know by email what your engineers problem and when they going to come for checking. I hope that you will be sending the person ASAP and its high time to test patience

                                      I had bought a 230 Liter 2-Door White Refrigerator (Model No.GLT242GPD) few years ago. About two months back, the Vegetable Box & its Cover-tray were cracked from many places.When I called up the Helpline, I was told that a representative would visit our house to check the model and do needful for which they will charge Rs.330 as visit charges (The cost of the box and tray will be extra). I am shocked that the company charges for a self-fitting spare part. When I told them that I can collect the Vegetable Box and Tray myself from the service centre to save the visit charge of Rs.330, I was given an address of Digital Care-Rajan Society, Naranpura. I have visited this service center after calling them thrice in last 2 months but everytime I visit them, they inform me to come back after 4 days since they cannot find these parts. When I call the helpline, they tell me that since this model is old now, there are no spare parts available easily. Claims of customer satisfaction and prompt After Sales Service fall flat when it actually comes to delivering the end-user. The models selling today will definately become old few years later, does that mean that parts will not be available ?

                                      This is to bring to your notice that I`ve a LG Home theater System Serial number 805HZJB032588 May 2008. It developed a problem on 01 Oct 09. A complaint was registered on 02 Oct (Complaint no: - C 09A0200557). There was no response of the repair engineer. I registered the complaint again on 04 Oct 09(Complaint no:- C09A0400552). An engineer came and reported that a part needs to be replaced. However there has been no response from him thereafter. It has been over 12 days and it has not augured well for the after sales service of LG Company. The poor after sales service is highly disturbing. It has however deterred my friends from purchasing a LG product this Diwali season. This may be resolved at the earliest, considering the reputation of the company.

                                      I had purchased LG 1ton AC from Satyam Appliances in Bandra. For installation, I logged a request with LG Customer Care on 6th May 2010. They told me that I would be contacted by their engineer WITHIN 24 HRS. On 7th I called the Customer Care again as I was not contacted, they told me that they would escalate the request on priority. Even then there was no communication from their end. On 8th, I called again, and I also got the contact details of the Service Center (Sai Enterprise in Byculla). When I called, the concerned person told me that the engineer would come at around 2pm, and that I NEED TO REMIND HIM FOR DOING HIS JOB AT AROUND 1.00-1.30 pm. However I called him at 1 and his cell was switched off. I called up the Customer Care again and they told me that my request had been "CANCELLED" and the remarks were "THE CUSTOMER WILL CALL". Who the hell cancelled my request??? and I had been calling for 3 days!!!

                                      Somehow I was able to get in touch with the Service Center, and the same guy (Mr. Sharma) told me that the guy would come by 6pm. No one called will 8pm, and out of frustration and humiliation I called a third-party guy who installed the AC. At around 8.30-9.00, I got a call from Mr. Sharma, so I told him that their service was extremely bad and I had got installed the AC from someone else. And instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, he replies "Achcha, chalo theek hai...Bye.".

                                      I am extremely disappointed at your service. I will not be recommending your products to anyone. And just so you know, the only reason I bought an LG AC is because my whole family uses your ACs. But it doesnt matter if the product is good if your after-sales service is like this.

                                      the lg company has a pathetic after sales service , after sending them repeated reminders with the different references ..they are unable to fix a compressor of the refrigerator by promising a 24 hour get back all the time and its the fourth day today...the senior manager who is the head taking care of it has the same lackadaisical attitude too, she doesn't bothers to pick up the phone call and replies the mail very casually too. hope the person concerned will take care of it.

                                      I had purchased LG32 inch (Jazz) LCD TV a couple of years back.. last November (2010) it stopped working, the engineer visited and changed the power supply board and said the warranty of the board was for 3 month.. Now exactly 6 months down the line the board failed.. I registered a complaint with customer care on June 12, 2011, the engineer visited our place and said he will return with the board......Today is June 23, 2011, I am still waiting.. Called up customer care for escalation.. all I get is a "Sorry Sir" in the most apologetic voice, but no follow-up after that....

Please refer RNA[protected]. i have decided not to recommend any LG product to friends and relatives. Rather i am going to do negative publicity about LG after sales service. Your head supervisor MR Sunil Tyagi phone no[protected],has been handling our complaint very lightly. if a company cannot provide a new spare part of a fridge,you have no right to advertise and dupe the customer. its almost a month me and my family have been suffering because of LG's not so bothered attitude. THE COMPANY TECHNICIAN'S TOOK 2 WEEKS TO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM. NOW WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE THERMOSTAT PART FROM THE COMPANY. BUT COMPANY HAS NO ANSWER AS TO HOW LONG WE HAVE TO WAIT.

                                      In August 2011, your representative replaced the compressor (with the new one) of my refrigerator. Refrigerator works for few days after it starts giving problem i.e. less cooling. On 19.09.2011 complaint was lodged with customer care (Complaint No. RNA[protected]. It was told to me that one engineer will call me within two hours and problem will be solved in 24 hours. But your engineer calls me after 24 hours and checked the refrigerator on 20.09.2011 and told that gas is to be refilled. After so many calls and persuasion, your representative visited to rectify the problem in last week of September. Refrigerator works for few days and again same problem arises i.e. no cooling. New complaint lodged on 25.10.2011. technician visited on 28.10.2011 i.e. after 3 days of lodging the complaint. He told me that engineer will visit on 29.10.2011 but no one has come to rectify the problem till date.

                                      I had suffered a lot since last 3 – 4 months just because of your poor service.

                                      I am sorry to say but your after sales and repair service is very poor and I will not recommend any one to purchase LG products.
