We are unhappy with the service and response provided by LG so far with reference to the below incident. We never received a response from LG for complaints so far inspite of several requests and complaints, kindly look into the below series of compliant:
21 Jul 12: RNA[protected] LG engineer confirmed that panel needs to be changed, no response further from LG.
03 Aug 12: RNA[protected] we had confirmed and requested LG to replace the panel, no response further from LG.
09 Aug 12: LG informed that panel is not available and LG shall provide the replacement or refund for panel (necessary documents for valid ID proof was provided to LG), until 05 Sep 12 no response from LG and after contacting, LG informed that no panels are available.
05 Sep 12, evening - RNA[protected], LG informed that old complaint has been cancelled as new compliant # provided by LG. On 05 Sep 12 LG informed that they have panel available, however this was rejected by another customer. Since this was rejected, we don't trust the quality of panel.
Mr. Manish/Mr. Jameel, service center in charge at Borivali, Mumbai has never provided proper response to our concerns in this regards. Hence, we request you to provide refund or replacement for the product that we have purchased from LG.

LG/LCD Tv — Poor service by LG
I had a terrible experience with your service.On 13-Feb I complained about my LG LCD (power going off while watching). My complaint number is: RNA[protected]
Within couple of hour I got a call from Sunil ([protected]), so I was happy about the quick action. But now, after receiving the service from this guy, who seems to be a quack, I seriously have serious doubt about the service you are offering. I was not home (my parents were at home) and this guy came and did nothing. He just pressed few buttons on our LCD TV and said that it was set in some incorrect mode. He took away Rs 650/- and said that he gives warranty of 3 months.
I got another call from a number [protected] (some Rawat) and the guy was only interested in how much money we have paid to Sunil. He is demanding Rs 4000/- to fix some power stabilizer now.
The problem in the TV is still there (as it was never resolved). I am trying calling Sunil since yesterday, but he is cutting his phone.
Now when I again called Rawat ([protected]), he says Sunil won't fix it. And when I asked for what did he charge us Rs 650/-, he says he will "adjust". DOES THAT MEAN THAT WE HAVE TO KEEP ADJUSTING, For the mistake that we bough LCD from "L.G.". I seriously doubt the integrity of the company and its service. After this terrible experience, I am never going to buy or recommend any product of LG
