With reference to refrigerator complaint. We have sent the mail last two times dated 05.09.2012 and 10.09.2012 but not reply reply at your end.

It is inform to you that my complaint have been attended Dt. 07.09.2012 by Amit Porwal, local service provider. But he can not rectify the complaint. He has already been confirming to Mr. Ahmad customer dt 09.09.2012 and he has registered the new complaint for visit Sr. Engineer.
We have already requested to you previous mail and customer care that visit by Sr. engineer for rectify the problem. Because Mr. Amit Porwal is not handle the complaint. He has attend the same complaint four times but fault is not find. We are suffering from more than one month.

Our complaint have not attended the before 10 days dated 23.08.2012. you are provided the mobile no Sh. Vivek kumar than I have talk to Sh Vivek Kumar. He told that your complaint no. send to SMS my mobile no. but no response to till time.
Kindly provide the Sr Engineer regarding for the complaint and rectify the problem.

Ltrs dt 08/12/2008 from Vijay Electronics, Sadar Bazar, Home Ganj, Auraiya.
(Copy enclosed) My refrigerator complaint is water leakage in fridzer.
Complaint has been noted to LG Customer care Dt. 02.08.2012. Complaint has
attend by Mr. Irshad LG Representative dt. 03.08.2012, invoice no. 00750 (Copy
enclosed), I have paid Rs. 225/- but problem has not resolve. I have called
your local LG Representative Mr. Irshad and attend the same complaint three
times but complaint has not rectified,
When complaint has not resolve by Mr. Irshad, again we have noted the same
complaint to LG customer care Dt. 20.08.2012, but complaint has not attend,
again we have noted the complaint to LG Customer care Dt. 23.03.2012. Technician
came and attend the complaint same day but problem has not resolved. Again we
have noted the complaint dt. 25.08.2012. Customer care told that he is send the
fast reminder to service section and complaint will be attend with in 24 hours
but complaint have not attend till time.
You are requested to that the send the Senior representative LG Refrigerator as
early as possible.

Lg Microwave — MICROWAVE NOW REPAIRED STILL AFTER 2 MONTH
I HAD GIVEN MY MICROWAVE TO LG SERVICE CENTER FOR ITS REPAIR, THEY TOOK IT AND TOLD ME IT WILL TAKE 7 DAYS TO MEND IT.AFTER FIFTEEN DAYS THEY SAID THAT THEY DONT HAVE MACHINERY TO OPEN IT.AGAIN AFTER 5 DAYS THEY SAID THAT THEY HAVE ORDERED FOR THE PARTS IN NOIDA AND WHEN THEY GOT THE PARTS THEY STILL COUDNT REPAIR IT.THEY DIDNT INFORM US PROPERLY NOR CALLED ANY COMPANY OFFICIALS OR TECHNICAL PERSONS HAVING BETTER KNOWLEDGE THAN THEM.IS THIS KIND OF SERVICE THEY ARE TOLD TO GIVE THE CUSTOMERS?MY MICROWAVE IS STILL NOT REPAIRED NOR ANY COMPANY OFFICIALS HAVE RESPONDED TO US.WE ARE NOW PREPARING TO SUE THEM AND ARE ADVISING PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM LG.I have punched LG microwave in march 2009. Now I want to use but I got problem in using .I made my compliant to LG care(helpline no [protected]) on date[protected].further four time compliant .But I got no result .My compliant is N9C81812166.

I bought 1 microwave of LG and from the time i bought that it did not work well .
I made complaint many times and they repaired the microwave but still it is not working.
Now i want my microwave to be replaced. i don't want to get it repair again.
even they have changed the hole cabinet of the microwave but it is not working.
so now i request you to please get it replaced ..

provided by dealer/company. For one year no complaint about functioning of product. Immediately after expiry of warranty period the product stopped working in Dec.2010. The technician attended & advised to replace the spares for which I paid Rs.2600/- besides his visit charges. Again as per his suggestion I opted the extended warranty for two years with additional payment of Rs.2000/- Thereafter up to Sept 2013 the product functioned without any problem. Again in Sept.2013 immediately few days after expiry of extended warranty period trouble started & it stopped working. The technician as usual attended & changed spares i.e. Maghtron & Transformer costing Rs.2100/- in addition to visit fees Rs.300/-
Now from Dec.16, 2014 the product is not working. From above chain of complaints it is clear that your product can not work continuously for more than one or two years without putting the customer into loss financially as well as mentally every year. You will appreciate that no common man can afford such recurring losses. It was expected from the reputed companies like you to take the corrective steps for quality of product on the basis of feedback from your authorised (?) Technicians. The reason for the trouble all the time is given about crocroaches.We took all the steps & actions to control the interference of crocroaches & also followed the instructions given by the Techniciaans. But in the world no house is totally free from nuisance of these insects. Our strong feeling is that your products are faulty we have been put in loss all the time. This time we resist to pay any charges including visit fees as a result complaint remains unresolved.The complaint No RNA [protected] is still unattended.You are requested to take the issue seriously & give the services good quality to the customers. More over I raise my the claim of Rs. 21000/- totally spend on this faulty product with in short period o 3-4 years or provide guaranteed services forthwith without any charges.
