Dear,

We had registered a complaint on Sep. 5th for the Microwave which had stopped functioning. Accordingly, we were alloted servicing no. RNA[protected]. Your technician Mr. Diwakar ([protected]) visited our house and and on inspecting the microwave, he informed us that there was an issue with the PCB & Control Pannel and told us that the same will be replaced within 2 days.

After continuous follow-ups with him for 10 days, your technician Mr. Omkar ([protected]) came with a Control Pannel which we suspect was not a our microwave parts. After another couple of days, he brought a Control Panel. At this point he told us that the microwave control panel will need to be taken to the service centre and the same will be repaired there. We had no choice but to hand over the microwave control panel. It was clear that your technicians had no idea what was wrong with it.

We are not getting any response or update from them & He never informed to Head office. We having doubt he changed our control panel from other old one, please arrange verification for our microwave parts.

    cooling system not working

    Cooling system not working- complaint registered on[protected]ID No RNA[protected]. Company Technician attended only on 08/09/2012 and found gas leaked out fully due to the corrosion of pipe.On 10/09/2012 technician came and filled the gas, but still it is not working. I had reported this complaint your "customer care" & your dealer" Nandilath G Mart-"Kollam many many times but no fruitful response till this time. It caused mental tension and many hazards to my family's day to day programmes.

    I purchased the commodity on 10/08/2011 with a warranty of 6 yrs. Just after one year it became default. I purchased your product with a view that your company is a world famous one. But with my experience I realised the mistake of purchasing your product. I also invite your attension about very poor approach of your customer care & your dealer. So I humbly request your immediate attension to resolve my complaints.

    LG refrigerator: Model GL258VE5 — LG Refrigerator: Faulty product, poor service

    My LG refrigerator model number is GL258VE5. This is less than a two years old and now cooling is not working. Already complained but no result. Please take this product and refund my money. Very bad product and very poor service.

I have come to know that the Model GL258VE5 is Faulty. LG should rectify the product and pay compensation to its valued customers.
    I cooling system of gl258 is pathetic. Same problem I am facing.. We
    Will go to consumer court for this faulty product. I am in media industry.
    If lg will not refund i will publish and telecast life is hell . [protected]

      Hi ,

      We had purchased L.G. Split AC model number # LSA5KR2A from Ranchi , Jharkhand on dated 22-Feb-11. After 15 days , AC not given cooling and immediately we contact LG customer care , after two days LG company’s engineer came to our residence and check the AC and said , there is no gas in the AC, he fill the again the gas and AC functioning properly . After 1 month around the problem came again ( no cooling ). We filled complain to customer care and same engineer came and fill the gas. This type of repetition happened almost 5-6 times since we purchased the AC.

      Last 30 days again we are facing the same no cooling and gas leakage problem. But engineer came and they said , they will replace the compressor soon but they haven’t replaced since they visited. We contact customer many times but they are not providing any positive response. Now we are very upset with LG after sale service .

        It is inform to you that my complaint have been attended Dt. 07.09.2012 by Amit Porwal, local service provider. But he can not rectify the complaint. He has already been confirming to Mr. Ahmad customer dt 09.09.2012 and he has registered the new complaint for visit Sr. Engineer.
        We have already requested to you previous mail and customer care that visit by Sr. engineer for rectify the problem. Because Mr. Amit Porwal is not handle the complaint. He has attend the same complaint four times but fault is not find. We are suffering from more than one month.

        fast reminder to service section and complaint will be attend with in 24 hours

          My Television is not working(no display) and i registered my compliant on[protected] in LG customer service and my REQUEST id IS
          RNA[protected].But their is no responds from them till now.My product purchased on[protected] and extend the warranty every year and last time i extend my warranty on[protected] so the warranty period only ends at[protected].

            painful experience with LG TV service in chennai

            We had a fault with our LG 29 inch TV and had called the LG customer care.They took down our request and gave a ref

            no. The next day a technician representing LG came to check the TV. LG has outsourced their service to third party

            agencies and are not undertaking serice on their own....

            I purchased a double door frost-free refrigerator from an LG retailer this January. Till about 2 months ago, it seemed to be working OK. However for past 2 months it suffers from over-cooling. Most vegetables need to be thrown out before we can use them. We have been raising complaints through their customer support num :[protected] since end August. But everytime a technician comes and changes the temperature settings, all seems to be ok for about a week, then the problem starts again.

            Last time we raised a complaint on the 3rd Sept and someone came in on the 5th. That genius told us not to keep anything in the first shelf !!! We asked him what is the use of a fridge then if we are not to use a shelf or 2??? As it is a fridge has 3 shelves !!! To that he went back on his reply and said dont keep any items that are likely to freeze !!!! Eventually he said if this too doesnt work the thermostat might have to be changed. This for a product that is not even 1 year old.

            We gave up and observed for a week and again the vegetables have started freezing and rotting. I called up customer support this morning and they gave me a fresh complaint number. The person I spoke to, Vijay, was most discourteous and not even ready to hear out my woes. Like a parrot he kept repeating that he has raised a complaint and someone will contact us. I had to shout at him to make him listen, to which he went completely quiet and stopped acknowledging my comments. I promptly banged the phone down!!

            I am so put off now with the kind of service I get from such a renowned company like LG. Is customer support there to only generate complaint numbers by the dozen and talk parrotted lines? Who will hear us? I am a retired person and we spent a fortune on this fridge, only to be told the thermostat needs to be replaced within 9 months o[censored]se????
            Added to that they send half-baked technicians who contradict the last person who inspected and yet offer no solution. At the price for which the common man buys provisions and vegetables, it is pathetic that refrigerators cause them to rot instead of preserving them.
            I wish companies spent more on technical know-how and after sales than hiring high-end personalities for their ads.

              I have purchased LG/ LCD TV model no.- 26LH20R from Bihar 2-3 years earlier. Now i am setteled with my family in Maharashtra. I want to be fitted my TV on wall. for that i have called lg customer care and get replied that i will charged 6% extra service tax for this service, after that i have given my current address.                 We bought a LG Oven Model # mc8083mlr on 2nd Oct 2007 bearing serial no- 707ABSK000206 in Bhubaneswar
                The Oven is not used that often and now we are struggling with some technical error and we are unable to use the Microwave.
                When the local engineer visited instead of giving a solution he has started confusing us and also with a statement saying this can’t be repaired and needs to be dumped.

                Post our complaint there has been no proper response from LG customer care, and there is no solution for their own product

                LG — Not good service and no proper response

                I had registered complaint with Lg in month of Oct-2010 regarding my LCD remote was not working, In this 4 months i come to know that i did mistake by purchasing LG product. This is 4th month that this people dont have stock or they dnt have 1 remote with their warehouse. Its very shocking that they dint gave me proper update with my complaint. only customer have to follow with them other wise they dont care about the customer. LG not good in service. I will Never buy LG product againe.

                  I PURCHASED A MICROWAVE OVEN ON 01 SEP 2011 FROM GOENKA ENTERPRISES, DALHOUSIE ROAD, PATHANKOT. THE PRODUCT MADE BY LG ELECTRONICS & HOME APPLIANCES (INDIA) LTD, AND THE SELLER ALSO AUTHORISED DEALER OF THE ABOVE COMPANY. BEFORE THREE DAYS THE PRODUCT ACCURED A MINOR PROBLEM IN COOKING FUNCTION AND THE GRILL FUNCTION IS WORKING PROPERLY. IN THIS CONNECTION I PRODUCE THE PRODUCT BEFORE GOENKA ENTERPRISES ON 10 SEP 12 FOR RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. THE DEALER'S MECHANIC CHECK THE PRODUCT AND SAID THE MAGNETRON IN MWO WAS IN FAILURE CONDITION AND SAME MAY BE REPLACED. AND THE COST OF THE PART WAS 1500.00 + SERVICE CHARGE 250.00. AFTER SOMETIMES HE SAID THAT IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO REPAIR THE SAME DAY AND THE PRODUCT WILL BE DEPOSITED IN THE DEALERS WORKSHOP. AND THE OTHER THING WAS HE DOES NOT SUPPOSE TO RETURN MAGNETRON WHICH WAS FAILURE. I ARGUE WITH HIM HOW HE DID NOT SUPPOSE TO RETURN A FAILURE PARTS TO THE CUSTOMER. HE SAID THAT HE WAS READY TO RETURN MY PRODUCT WITHOUT REPAIRING. BUT HE ALSO CHARGED AMOUNT OF RS. 250.00 TOWARDS SERVICE CHARGES. I ASKED HIM THAT FOR WHICH PURPOSE YOU COLLECT THE SERVICE CHARGES FROM A CUSTOMER WITHOUT ANY SERVICE. BUT HE REPLIED ME THAT WE IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM OF THE PRODUCT AND THIS ALSO A KIND OF SERVICE. I ACCEPTED HIS CONDITION AND PAID THE ABOVE AMOUNT. I COMPELED HIM TO MAKE A RECEIPT FOR THE PAYMENT. BUT THE DEALER DID NOT ACCEPT THAT AND ARGUED WITH ME WITH VOLGURE WORDS. BEING A SERVING PERSON IN INDIAN ARMY I FEEL VERY DISTRESS AND I NEED A VALUABLE RESULT AGAINST THIS COMPLAINT AND AGAINST THE DEALER ALSO.

                    We have 26 inches LG LCD TV make: 2008. 26LC7R-TS.
                    We purchased AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) from LG in 2011 for 3 year (exp 2014).

                    AMC Start Date : 03/07/2011
                    AMC end dat1 : 02/07/2014

                    In Aug 2012, TV stopped working. The technician informed us that the screen of the TV has problems but the company has stopped manufacturing the screen. The only solution according to them was that we will get a depreciated amount.

                    We want the product in working condition, we do not want money.The AMC promises that each and every part of the TV is replaceable. So LG should delivered what it has promised.



                    For the last one month we have been continuously requesting LG to find a replacement but it has been of no use. It is very easy for a MNC to say that it can not replace a product but it us consumers who have to suffer financial loss(in this case rs 20000.00 atleast) and stress.

                      i bought a LG MICROWAVE on Oct,2011 with a warranty of 1 year. Due to some technical problem it stop working so i issued complaint about it on Aug,2012 next day they come to our home and check that complaint and said that they will repair it soon. From that day they dint respond than i went to the dealer office from where i bought that microwave he said that within 2 days he will sent someone to repair that fault but i am not getting any respond from them nor they are sending anyone to repair my microwave.. and next month its warranty will expire. please tell me what action can i take against them.

                      I am Prakash.I have bought a Reliance LG 6150 handset on 24.07.2010 having bill no.17 from P.R.ELECTRONICS,Balasore.But now that phone is under bad condition.That is not keeping charge for a long time.The mobile unable to charge the battery.Although it is kept for a long time.Now that phone is partially unserviceable.I went to local LG servicing center(Raghunath IT solution,Balasore) for repair.They told me there is no more AMC for reliance LG set.When I went to the Reliance outlet(P.R.ELECTRONICS,Balasore).They told me to repair it from Bhubaneswar servicing center with own expenditure.And also they told if they receive the set for onward despathch.They will not take any risk for damage or lost.Now you suggest me shoul I take this set worth Rs.2500 to Bhbaneswar servicing center for which my expenditure would be Rs.1000 excluding my pain and absent from my duty.Actually I have decided to take judicial action.But I thought first I should consult with you.

                          I bought a LG washing machine (FL WD -80490NP) serial numbered:W-80490NP on 1.12.2010 at VASANTH & CO ,T.Na gar , Chennai BILL NO:2153 in the name of DIVYA .
                          I have registered complainant on 25.05.2012 to LG Customer Care, LG service engineer attend call on 29.05.2012. He analysis and suspected drum may be faulty due to that water leakage and noise occurring in washing machine, then he logged an request to LG service centre (contact no:[protected].

                          LG service people came and collected washing machine on 29.06.2012 to service centre by providing Job sheet - AC, Job No:[protected], product serial no:707PN-312,Model:WD-80490NP.

                          They have delivered the machine on 3.7.2012 without any change in machine with the same faulty machine.

                          After my complaint the service engineer came to my home.. He did something. After that there was no water leakage.

                          But after that, the washing machine is not taking water to wash and rinse the clothes.(taking very little water aroung 2 ltrs) We told the engineer about this.. He came and changed the board. We put the singnature in the form with the comment "under observation" (he didnt come after that)

                          Till now the problem continues. We are complaining again and again. But they are not properly responding.


                          Problems are coming frequently.
                          In the past one and half years we registered complaints so many times (different problems). We are not happy with our washing machine.
                          We want replacement of our washing machine.


                          Please do the needful.

                            We are unhappy with the service and response provided by LG so far with reference to the below incident. We never received a response from LG for complaints so far inspite of several requests and complaints, kindly look into the below series of compliant:

                            21 Jul 12: RNA[protected] LG engineer confirmed that panel needs to be changed, no response further from LG.

                            03 Aug 12: RNA[protected] we had confirmed and requested LG to replace the panel, no response further from LG.

                            09 Aug 12: LG informed that panel is not available and LG shall provide the replacement or refund for panel (necessary documents for valid ID proof was provided to LG), until 05 Sep 12 no response from LG and after contacting, LG informed that no panels are available.

                            05 Sep 12, evening - RNA[protected], LG informed that old complaint has been cancelled as new compliant # provided by LG. On 05 Sep 12 LG informed that they have panel available, however this was rejected by another customer. Since this was rejected, we don't trust the quality of panel.

                            Mr. Manish/Mr. Jameel, service center in charge at Borivali, Mumbai has never provided proper response to our concerns in this regards. Hence, we request you to provide refund or replacement for the product that we have purchased from LG.

                            LG/LCD Tv — Poor service by LG

                            I had a terrible experience with your service.

                            On 13-Feb I complained about my LG LCD (power going off while watching). My complaint number is: RNA[protected]

                            Within couple of hour I got a call from Sunil ([protected]), so I was happy about the quick action. But now, after receiving the service from this guy, who seems to be a quack, I seriously have serious doubt about the service you are offering. I was not home (my parents were at home) and this guy came and did nothing. He just pressed few buttons on our LCD TV and said that it was set in some incorrect mode. He took away Rs 650/- and said that he gives warranty of 3 months.

                            I got another call from a number [protected] (some Rawat) and the guy was only interested in how much money we have paid to Sunil. He is demanding Rs 4000/- to fix some power stabilizer now.

                            The problem in the TV is still there (as it was never resolved). I am trying calling Sunil since yesterday, but he is cutting his phone.

                            Now when I again called Rawat ([protected]), he says Sunil won't fix it. And when I asked for what did he charge us Rs 650/-, he says he will "adjust". DOES THAT MEAN THAT WE HAVE TO KEEP ADJUSTING, For the mistake that we bough LCD from "L.G.". I seriously doubt the integrity of the company and its service. After this terrible experience, I am never going to buy or recommend any product of LG

                                Myself Tarun Sachdeva. I have logged a complaint (No: RNA[protected]) regarding My LG Flattron color TV sound problem on[protected]. The sound started increases sometimes automatically. Their technician (Name: Chetan) visited our address & he told us that there is problem in function IC, so need to be replaced. He has replaced the functional IC & charged around Rs.890 for that & assured us that problem has been resolved. On the same day after sometime the problem started again. Then i again called the technician. He came on 02-09-12 & do something in PCB & told us that now problem will not come. Once he left, then problem started again. I called him again & he told me that he has to carry the PCB for 2 days for proper testing. I said Ok, you take it & do tesing on that. After two days Me & my wife called again, then he told that he found something, so he will come next day. I called him again on 3rd day, then he said he will come in the evening. I came in the evening around 08:30 pm.We said ok but please be ensure problem will not come again. He assured that problem will not come now. Then next day morning the problem started again. I called him, but he is not picking my call now.
                                I am totally fed-up with this. Kindly help me to resolve this matter as soon as possible. I shall be very thankful to you.

                                  I purchased LG CTC 21" Ultra Slip TV S.No. 061483 on[protected], vide Invoice no. 650 of M/s Nirmal Vedio Vision Electronics, 78, Jail Chubgi, Meerut. After some day Remote Control supplied with TV sets started showing malfunctioning. Channel started automatically changed when Remote is placed before TV.

                                  As mentioned in booklet supplied with TV, complaint was lodged at no.[protected] on[protected]. It was told that complaint will be attended at the earliest maximum within 24 hours.. I got a call in the evening of[protected] from a person telling himself as service engineer and asked me to press all the buttons of Remote simultaneously and problem will be solved. I asked him to visit my residence and attended the complaint himself. He refused and assured me to visit me in the morning. When no body visited my place, i called at no.[protected] and asked about the complaint. Person attending call told me that service engineer will call me soon. No body attended the complaint. I once again called on the said number at 4.35 pm. but no body attended the complaint. I once again called at help line number at 6.35 pm. Some Mr. Rahani talked to me but failed to help me and just gave me a no.[protected] and asked me to call on this number to get my complaint redressed. I called on this number but no body attended the call despite making various calls. At 6.45 pm I once again called on help line number and talked to some Sushil who told me that reminder has been sent to service provided at Meerut at 4.40 pm and 6.49. He also told me that office of service provided closed by 6.00 pm and complaint can not be attended today.
                                  Despite assurance to attend the complaint with in 24 hours LG failed to provided the assured service. Help line is helpless to provide solution except registering the complaint.

                                    I have asked for repair LG Washing Machine Customer Care Centre. vide Customer ref. No:[protected] dt 03.12.2010 & various dates are[protected],[protected],[protected], it is very poor response from your Service centre.

                                    Service Centre Shreeji Engineering, person came after 13 days from 03.12.10 to 15.12.10, that service person says some push parts can be replaced, he says I will come with material next day.

                                    I have called on 17.12.10, he says only for your machine repair i will not come, he says that area require another 6 to 7 customer complaint required otherwise i will not attend the same.

                                    I am daily dialling phone call to Service Centre M/s Shree Engineering, Mr. Amit Bhai, Mobile No: [protected], [protected], [protected] .

                                    Service attended Person Mr. Kalpesh Rathore Mobil No: [protected] now both are not lifting the phone.

                                    My question is LG product after warranty period will not work or disposal item, after completion of warrnty period machine is not working.

                                    In India LG product is very good name & and also Excellent product name, kindly protect the protect, this type of service centre destroy your business very shortly.

                                    Kindly instruct to Service Engineer to attend my washing machine to be repaired in time.

                                    I am following my washing machine repair from 03.12.2010 till today, but nobody lifing the phone nor anybody calling,

                                    After 13 days Mr. Kalpesh Rathore came my house checked my washing machine he says some parts should be change he may come another 2 or 3 days, but morethan 10days is over, he finally lifted my phone today on 21.12.10 he says you talk to Mr. Amit bhai- service centre in-charge, but he says only for your machine repair our person will not, he required customer complaint minimum 10 for the my location.

                                    Sir you are given Order to Service centre for taking care customers compliant, but service centre asking for complaint 10 customers, I can wait for 1 or 2 years for requiring another 10 customers .
                                    This is very shame of the LG product management. In present In India verygood market for only LG, whirpool, Samsung, Videocon, Godrej is follow on.

                                    Kindly notethat if customer complaint you cannot solve timely, your business is going to last place. You know that customer can develop your product or destroy your product also.
