I bought a split ac in Feb 2012, I don't remember the model name, by last 1 month I am facing water leakage problem and also water drops with air flow.
I made a complaint (No.RNA[protected] and customer care executive told me to that “Our Engineer will contact you, and will attend your complaint within 24 hours.”
After 7 or 9 days complaint has been attended, he told to my wife that it’s too hot now these days and lot of moisturizers …blah blah blah, it will work fine if temperature goes down.
It rained fine in Last week, but I was facing same problem, then again I made another complaint (No. RNA[protected], now again a engineer visit my place and told to me that there a problem of GAS, tomorrow another engineer will come and refill it.
On Friday a person came to my house and told me to take off the machine to the service center, he uncounted the machine from wall, and put it down and assure me that another person will pick it today evening.
Now it has been 5 DAYS, no one coming to take it, Service Center name is RAJ AIR CONDITIONING, YAMUNA VIHAR, Everyday I used to call at the service center that please take it, and he said yes sir we will pick is today…
Yesterday I told the service center that “OK its to hot now these days, please mount my machine, I’ll manage with the water leakage and when temperature goes down, then you can take back to repair”, again he said we will do it today, but no one came to mount it.
Kindly look into the matter, and provide the solution

Today (31st Aug 2010), I received a message saying that the "Your Service request C[protected] is Closed" and the reason was "Customer will call again" (My concern is why should I call again when I have already raised the issue once). When I called customer care regarding the same I got the information that it is closed because I have not submitted the bill(But I have submitted the required documents when the person from LG came for inspection).
When I called the person who visited for inspection (Number [protected]), he spoke to me very rudely and told me that the issue is still in PENDING , and also he told me that "THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO TALK", but according to my knowledge customer care should be 24/7. and that is not the way to talk to customer.
Because of all this above experience I just want to get rid of all my LG products (TV, Washing Machine , and Refrigerator etc) and go for some othere brand which provides the proper customer care and service .
