I had purchased my Phone Lg P970 on 6th Oct 2011 , since the past 6 months i have been facing problems in charging the phone as well as no sound in the ear piece while in call.
For this i had my phone (in warranty)checked at your LG Service Centre in Allahabad, after which the problem was solved. but the same problems came up a couple of months back for which the Allahabad LG centre person told me that a part has to be changed which is not available with them and after promising that the part will be available in the next few days kept me hanging for at least 10 days.
Today I came to delhi and visited your LG Service centre in Nehru Place to get my phone repaired(which is still under warranty) and I was told that the earlier technician had made some fault in my phone and now it will take me Rs. 10,00 to get it repaired(I got the phone only 10 months back for around 18,000!!). Since my phone is still under warranty and the fault if any has been done either by the LG service centre in Allahabad or Delhi I refused to pay the amount and was told to talk to Mr. Vishal ([protected]) who is the branch manager for Delhi(I got the same response on talking to your ever helpful customer helpline ).
I have been trying to contact Mr. Vishal for the past 5 hrs during which he has not picked up and has actively disconnected many of my calls and not even responded to an SMS in this regard.
My phone is still at the Service Centre and I refuse to pay up Rs.10,000 for a phone still in warranty which I bought for 18000 for whatever LG has done to it .

I have been a avid promoter of LG products but this level of pathetic service experience has left me frustrated and angry.

    I have purchsed a Washing Machine of LG ( Through Invoice No SLF02A[protected] on 4th August from your Croma Store at Ansal's Plaza Greater Noida.

    During the visit at your store , your salesperson told us that they provide best services but till today no one has even contacted us for installation
    and demo.What type of services are you giving .we are feeling too much cheated ,we wait every day that some call might be coming regarding installation as said at your croma store . It is very depressing .we tried to call croma store but they are not even picking up phone .They are only
    interested in their sale and least worried about the services of the customer.

    Kindly take the matter seriously and get our washing machine installed today.

        I purchased LG ref. 195SADG5,P.RED UNDER DIWALI OFFER ON 16.10.09 VIDE PARADISE ELECTRONICS,KORBA INVOICE NO. 2664. MY FREEZE HAD LEAKAGE PROBLEM FROM THE UPPER/OUTER SIDE OF THE BODY. ACCORDINGLY CONSIDERING THE FACTS, THE ABOVE FRIDGE WAS[u1] REPLACED WITH MODEL NO. GL-195SADG5/2010 BY THE LG SERVICE CENTRE KORBA. AFTER ABOUT ONE YEAR, THE PROBLEM IS NOW EXISTING. I HAVE LODGED A COMPLIANT TO CUSTOMER CARE MANY TIMES SUCH AS COMPLAINT NO. RNA[protected] ETC. BUT SERVICE MAN COME TO MY HOUSE AND TOLD ME THAT THE PROBLEM WILL BE THERE BECAUSE IN LG FRIDGE LEAKAGE PROBLEM IS COMMON IN LG REFRIGRATOR.

        I HAVE REALLY SHOCKED TO HEAR SUCH TYPE OF IRRESPONSIBLE COMMENTS OF YOUR LG ENGINEERS .AS DURING PURCHASE NOBODY TOLD ME ABOUT THIS PROBLEM AND NEITHER IT HAS BEEN WRITTEN ON THE PROSPECTUS. NEITHER THEY PROPERLY RESPONSED NOR HE REPAIRED THE FRIDGE. I ALSO FELT THAT MY COMPLAINTS HAVE ALSO BEEN CLOSED BY THE LG SERVICE CENTRE, BHILAI (CHHATISGARH) WITHOUT ATTENDING THE COMPLAINT ALSO. THIS IS MAJOR PART OF CORRUPTION IN LG. KINDLY REQUEST TO DEPUTE A EXPERIENCED ENGINEER OF LG SO THAT PROBLEM COULD BE FIND OUT AND BE SOLVED AS I AM A PERMANENT AND VALUED CUSTOMER OF LG. KINDLY CO-OPERATE ME IN THIS REGARD. I AM HAVING 10 YEARS WARRANTY AND ALSO 02 YEARS EXTENDED WARRATY HAPPY LIVING PLAN.           sir i have a gd910 watch phone i bought it 1.5 year back but since that time i changed its charger two times but still it has problem. now i need a new one but mysore service center just playing with me (this is 3 month) and costumer care also keep giving mr.prasana's number but he answer my call only one time last month after that he never answer my phone at all. know what should i do about this matter you think better i go for another phone and forgetting the lg.please help me

            engineer came in and gone through over the fridge and came to conclusion that the base of the fridge is boken and said tht the fridge will be replaced as the fridge is in warranty period. sooner we got a call that the fridge could not be replaced as the model you are using is not available. later they called n said they will be refunding the money.
            after then they are not even responding the calls.
            if refunding what will happen to the amc we purchased.
            We purchased fridge through More mall, kirti nagar.

              Dear Sir,


              I had purchased a LG 1.5 Tons Split Air Conditioner model NO:LSA5AR3T through your authorized dealer, i.e,LG Showroom J-678 sector-18 Noida Uttar Pradesh(UP) phone no:[protected], mo:[protected] with Invoice No.NORI00811 on 27.05.2012.

              In These 2 months I have faced the following issues with the AC.

              1. Water leakage inside the room

              2. Sound problem both indoor and outdoor

              3. Air swing problem

              4. Cooling is also not at desired level

              I called in customer care to report the same multiple times after which Junior and senior Engineers visited my place. But the problem still remains.

              Since the AC is in warranty period, I have requested for the replacement of the same but there has been no response even from the senior management.

              Therefore, after having gone through a lot of mental stress and financial loss, I have decided to raise it as a concern with your reputed office. Kindly register this as my compliant against LG Electronics Pvt. Ltd.

                I have logged a complaing Number RNA[protected], in April 2012 regarding Noise problem in my split AC. But the same is cosed without any action, I logged another complaint in May 2012 and same is also closed without any Action, Now I again logged a complaint Yesterday RNA[protected], But no action or Response so far, LG claim to response any Issue or complaint in 24 hrs, But I am unable to get any response form customer care despite several call.
                Can you please let me know what to do? I sufferening from last 3 months in Summer due to Poor service of LG,

                  My Name Atul Giri a customer of LG washing machine top loading model no. WF-6836 is not working. I purchased it on[protected] invoice no. 2057 from electronic plaza, scf-7, sec-34, opp.- kanishka tower, ashoka enclave-1, faridabad. it did not perform well from the very first time and I logged many complaints, the mechanic came , but only tested. after that i went to the showroom from where i purchased it, but he also did not respond. After being irritated i packed the machine and put it in the store. Still i went to complaint at the show room but I am not able to get a proper feed back / responds from the service center also. Did i make mistake by choosing your product? 11500 bucks is a big amount. please provide me justice.

                    This is regarding the complaints lodged for repair of LG AC i bought which has not been attended from 30 days.I had bought 1.5 ton split AC through invoice no. - dtd .After some days of installation the pipe for outlet of water started leaking and the water was coming out on wall not in droplets but in large quantity.Due to this i lodged complaint and after some days your service representative repaired it assuring us of no problem regarding this in future.After this repair , some days later the problem of leakage started again.We were not able to use AC as whenever we started it,the water leakage started.I then lodged the complaint(DETAILS OF COMPLAINT BELOW) again and " i was assured by your service centre that you would recieve a call in 2 hrs and visit would be done in 24 hrs ".I waited for 5 days but neither any call came not the service person.Then i lodged the complaint again but still of no use as the same thing happened.In the mean time our TV set that was placed below the AC got short circuited due to water leakage.I had bought LG AC just to check its performence and service so that i can install the same in other 4 rooms.But after this attitude by you,I bought two AC of other make and got it installed so that we can atleast not get sleepless nights in LG AC.i had to ignore sleeping in my room just because of the problem that remain unattended by you.
                    Further to this i lodged the complaint again hoping for some action this time but the same thing happened.NO ONE ATTENDED THE COMPLAINT AND THIS TIME EVEN COMPLAINT NUMBER WAS NOT PROVIDED TO ME. IS THIS HOW YOU PROVIDE AFTER SALES SERVICE. I GAVE UP AFTER THIS COMPLAINT AND REALLY GOT WARNED BEFORE BUYING ANY LG PRODUCT IN FUTURE.
                    I TRIED FOR THE LAST TIME THEN THINKING THAT MAY BE YOUR SERVICE PEOPLE WAKE UP THIS TIME.I LODGED THE COMPLAINT AGAIN AND GOT THE NUMBER OF Mr.IQBAL(DISTT PANCHKULA SERVICE CENTRE),BUT ADDING TO MY WOES WHEN I EXPLAINED HIM THE PROBLEM AND CALLED AGAIN IN THE MORNING 10 AM HIS REPLY WAS " O HO , HO JAEGA YAR ITNI TENSION MAT LO SONE DO"
                    SO I THINK I WAS RIGHT WHEN I SAID THAT YOUR SERVICE PEOPLE MAY WAKE UP THIS TIME AND ATTEND THE COMPLAINT.

                    I WOULD GIVE YOU A SMALL SUGGESTION BECAUSE I MYSELF HAS BEEN SERVICE HEAD IN GUJRAT FOR AN AUTOMOBILE COMPANY THAT AFTER SALES SERVICE IS AS IMPORTANT AS SALES.

                      i have a LG doubledoor refrigerator since 2005 in 2009 it got faulty & your 123 service helped us in time to restore the product. but this time i am disappointed with the service. on 31 July 2012 i had registered a complaint vide RNA[protected] and the service engr reported on 01 Aug, he told that the compressor has got faulty and it has to come from Gwahati and he will have it replaced by 03 Aug2012.Today morning by 11 Am i checked up with him and he confirmed that the compressor has come and by the evening it will be fitted .But to my surprise nobody has come to do the needful. please help as till this time no one has come despite of repeated requests they say nothing regarding restoration of complaint and harrass the customer. even today morning when contacted the service engr he gave another number to contact .Again we contacted the new number but the same disintrested reply was recd .again we contacted the customer care and they in turn gave another number of some Mr Mohanta. we contacted Mr mohanta but the phone was picked up by some Female and she in turn told to contact area manager and gave another number. Now i am fed up with Lg and their products and would recommend to my family and friends not to go for LG products. I have two small kids and elderly parents to take care of and such irresponsible attitude from customercare executives and their team is not warrented
                      I have purchased LG Double door refrigerator on 5th August 2010 from Gopalan Mall , Mysore road Bangalore. After one hour of delivery I noticed that the ice tray was broken and there was a big dent in the top left corner. Immediately I called customer care and lodged a complaint on that and the complaint reference number is [protected]. After four follow up, after a week , an LG customer care agent visited our house for inspection and given report to the company for "Replacement" of refrigerator.
                      Today (31st Aug 2010), I received a message saying that the "Your Service request C[protected] is Closed" and the reason was "Customer will call again" (My concern is why should I call again when I have already raised the issue once). When I called customer care regarding the same I got the information that it is closed because I have not submitted the bill(But I have submitted the required documents when the person from LG came for inspection).
                      When I called the person who visited for inspection (Number [protected]), he spoke to me very rudely and told me that the issue is still in PENDING , and also he told me that "THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO TALK", but according to my knowledge customer care should be 24/7. and that is not the way to talk to customer.
                      Because of all this above experience I just want to get rid of all my LG products (TV, Washing Machine , and Refrigerator etc) and go for some othere brand which provides the proper customer care and service .
                      Hi...I had bought a 480 l double door refrigerator from LG in Jun'12. The product has started giving problem since last one month. I have repeatedly submitted complaints but LG technicians have not been able to resolve the issue as the product has developed serious internal defects which is beyond repair.

                      This has caused mental harassment and agony as I am without fridge for last one month as LG has made a product using below standard parts which cannot be repaired. Now they are ready to Buy Back the fridge but want me to pay the bal amount summing up to Rs 54, 000.

                      Is this new form of extortion where u want your customers ( who reposed faith in your products) to pay for your poor standard of service and support. I always had high regard for your company and thought that LG stood for its customers but this experience has proved otherwise.

                      A company like LG should walk extra mile to ensure that its customers are fully satisfied, yet here is an incident when you guys are trying to make money from innocent customers.

                      May I kindly request the management to look into my case and the least I expect is that some one sitting in a responsible position speaks to me.

                        I recently purchased LG Split Air Conditioner (1.5 tn, Model: LSA5AR3T) on 30th July from Croma, Megamall Gurgaon. It was delivered the next day on 31st July and we were expecting the service engineers to come and install it the next day.

                        However no one turned up and I had to log a call at LG Service Center for the installation. Two service engineers turned up today (2nd Aug) at around 11AM at my house.

                        Their names are Maqsood and Sahil - I would like to log a formal complaint against these two for absolute lack of competence, and no inclination to work.

                        From the starting they were not keen on working. Apart from the installation charge of 1500, they said that for breaking the wall they would have to get someone to break it and additional charge of 500 would have to be borne by us. This is absolutely unheard of.

                        Couple of months back I had purchased Whirlpoor Split AC, and got it installed within 1500 with no issues at all. The engineers were well trained and no additional wires etc charges had to be borne by us. The room sizes are similar and the walls are similar. When those engineers could install it, how come LG engineers cannot break the wall in a similar fashion?

                        Their attitude clearly showed that they werent willing to work, and were not well trained as well to carry out the installation. I called the Service Center again, and took the number for Area Service Center and those numbers turned out to be switche off / not working!!!

                        Those workers have now gone back as they cant install. I am left with half broken walls, dirt in the room, and the AC lying all around.

                        The reason I went for LG this time was that LG service would be far better. It turned out to be far worse. I am deeply disappointed and troubled. Please get this rectified immediately.

                            LG Service is very bad in Sector 14 Gurgaon. I have LG flat tv and before six months I faced a problem in the start of Lg TV.
                            My TV has a problem that while doing switch on TV is not starting. It take 45 minutes to show the screen after starting TV and take another 15 minutes to speak (till now tv was running without sound).
                            I logged multiple service tickets to LG Customer care. Every time engineer visited at my home and after spending some time they told me that now my TV is fine. But from the next day onwards same problem arise in every visit of engineer. This I am facing since six month. Mr. Sanjay Verma, Mr. RishiKant, Mr. Randheer are the engineers who have claimed that they have fixed it but still my TV had a problem. Now I again raised a call at 23 july. and its number is: RNA[protected]. Again same case happen with me. So the next day I again called to LG customer care and then they re-opened that case. For that day no body visited to my house for 3 days. Then I have gone to LG service centre and asked the reason then they have not given any valid reason and told to me tomorrow an engineer will visit my house. Since two days my tv is in LG service centre and today 4 pm was delivery. I called then at 4 pm then they told me that they were unable to arrange damaged part of my TV and unable to deliver.

                            Since 5 days my tv in not working and I don't know when it will be working. This is my worst experience and from this day I shall never purchase any lg product.

                            Please take some strict action about this type of misbehaviour. LG engineer's know very well what is the issue but they have not changed the damaged part of my TV till now. Even their manager Mr. Munna also not helped me after doing complaint against the LG engineer.

                            I am living in sector 17A, Gurgoan and LG service center is in Sector 14, Gurgoan.

                            LGe — VERY BAD customer service

                            Had bought an optimus one handset on 7 3 11. got a problem with it in just two weeks!! Kept restarting itself when i tried to switch it on. had given it to the LG service center. They have it with them for about two weeks and are still not returning it. They wont even say when they would!! Their service is very POOR!!

                              I have LG split AC 1ton in my house. In May month there is some issue with the AC and not functioning at all.We complained to the LG customer care. They checked and said that there is some fault with the compressor. Again after 1 week compressor technicians came home and taken up for service in June 14 2012. After that there is no response from the person. More than 45 days gone but still the issue has not been fixed by the team.

                              When i talked with phone after trying 4 or times he will pick the phone and tell that they will come within 2 days and cut the call immediately.
                              We request you to take immediate action on this since we are badly affected for choosing LG AC service. Please maintain the trust which the customers have with you.

                              LG - Split AC — No Cooling- Compressor Faulty

                              I have purchased a Spilt A/c Model No. LSN5CG3VF6 with 1.5 Ton Capacity on 18th April, 2010 from E-Zone Electronics Paschim Vihar and the same was installed on 19th April, 2010. Just 2 months have passed and from 21st June the AC was not cooling and a Complaint was lodged on 22nd June, 2010 morning at 8.00 A.M. vide Complaint Number C[protected] vide which we were informed that the Engineer will visit within 24 hours But after repeated reminders with no sight of Engineer coming to inspect I called Ms. Shobha Pandey on 24th June, 2010 by 2:00 pm who promised that by evening some engineer will definitely visit, but that also went in vain no one visited our house to inspect the problem in the Air Conditioner. Nearly we would have made 100 calls to the customer care number and also to Unique Aircon at last the engineer visited on 25th evening at around 6.00 pm and told that there is no gas and next day morning he will fill it up.

                              But again the same problem happened till evening 5.00 clock no Engineer visited and after repeated calls the engineer came at 6.00 pm on 26th June, 2010 and started filling the gas after 10 minutes he told that there is leakage problem so he will ask the office to lift the outdoor unit and after repair he will install the same on Monday evening. I argued and informed them, within 2 months if there is leakage problem, I want a new one to be replaced and not repaired. They said it is not possible, and I need to contact the dealer from whom I purchased the AC. On Visiting the dealer he called some Parvesh and told that the Compressor part will be changed to new one and then will be delivered to us latest by Monday

                              Till 7.00 pm on Sunday i.e. 27th June, 2010 no one visited us to lift the compressor which was dismantled by the Engineer and after repeated 5 calls to various people at last took the ac for repair.

                              On 28th June, 2010 without any calls from the engineers, we called the customer care and spoke to Mr. Ashish who told that by evening the outdoor unit will be despatched and by morning the engineer will visit to install the same.

                              After 30 minutes Mr. Malhotra called and told that the Outdoor Unit is not repairable and will be replaced and it will take 10 days. After which I called the customer care number[protected] where Mr. Sushil spoke to me and then escalated the call to Mr. Navin who in turn asked me to speak to Ms. Shobha Pandey , FYI she does not pick up the phone at all. whenever we call just the caller tone is set and it gets disconnected. Mr. Navin told that within 45 minutes he will call back, now the time I am writing this is to you is 10:45 pm till now no call has been received.

                              Kindly let me know why should the customer face problem after paying an amount of Rs. 25000 ?
                              What is the fault of customer ?
                              Is it buying LG Ac is blender mistake of the customer?
                              First impression is the best impression. Is this the kind of service provided by LG to their valued customer?

                              I need the replacement latest by 29th June, 2010 evening at 5.00 P.M. and the installation has to be done on the same day.

                                  I Adhiraj Dutta, had purchased a LG Android Phone (P970) from "The Mobile Store Ltd. Anand Bhavan, Lachit Nagar, G.S. Road, Guwahati, Assam - 781007. on 1st Aug'11. But on 16th Jun'12 my phone was suddenly stop working the screen touch. So I gave my phone in the service center on 18th Jun'12 (Pragati Services). My Report No/Job No is RNA[protected]. On that time the service center says that it will take 7 to 10 working days to repair.

                                  1month left, now the service center says that still the parts is not coming from LG, so my phone is still not repair.

                                  This is very poor service, now i want to know when i'll get back my phone.

                                  we purchase LG handset from subhiksha Baroda samta for purpose of GPRS internet connection they told use it was good for net connection with computer, but that mobile can not be conected with net n computer they told us to meet AIRTEL operator for settings but they also told us this phone can not be conected with GPRS computer. even than subhiksha staff told us to go to LG service station for check the inst.we suffer 20 days and still no solution

                                  I have purchased LG GB 165 from Mobile Store from Star Bazaar at Andheri west on 26th March 2010.

                                  In 15 mins i went back to them saying that mobile not working and they wiill change it on monday.

                                  Today they are mentioning that mobile has to be sent to lg do for service form .... etc... etc

                                  They are sheer cheaters and give fake talks at the time of purchase.

                                  LG mobile phone — WORKING PERSON VERY RUDE & NO FRIENDLY

                                  on 2/12/2010 i bring my phone (km 900) for services, cause the screen sometime the sensor no good & can't answer call. (i already mention my phone problem and did't scrap my phone to the lady staff & she also mention on the letter of collection)

                                  after 10 day, they sms me mention the phone is ready to collect. so i collect on next day, the phone was scrap, so i reject 1st time collection. your staff is no responsibility say maybe when you send for services that time already scrap. i show her the letter of collection mention that my phone is not scrap. (so she like no happy then say will change the cover for me)

                                  after 10 day, they sms me again mention the phone is ready for 2nd collection, so i collect on next day and try the phone, when i call out , the phone screen totally no sensor at all. your staff 2nd no responsibility say maybe is problem of low battery,
                                  so i mention to your staff, can your check properly the phone is 100% done then call me, cause i stay at jurong and need all the way down to coastway point just for the collection the phone (and my expired date on 02/05/2011. they say is technical problem, not they problem, anything just call the technical and also ask me personal go to alexander to repair the phone. ( this is my 2nd time to reject the collection.) (they say will double check the phone problem)

                                  (after that i call the technical ask about my phone wats going on, they say will change one more time the screen for me and inform the phone is 10% done, so yesterday i go for 3rd time collection,
                                  after check the sensor is very good (thank you so much) , but the phone more scrap (top & below) ,your another male staff very no responsibility & very rude say your phone brough from 2/5/2010 how can totally no scrap , (so i collected the phone and try to send to alexander to change the screen)

                                  its your staff very responsibility????? if this is your phone ,did you will say like this.

                                  i don't know how come the staff want to say untill like this (like i perpersly to find the problem for them and scold them , i'm the customer to buy the phone,i check properly my phone after services also wrong, why they need so rude talk to me. .

                                  i very disappointed to buy LG phone and nobody inform me the battery is expired on 1/2 year when i brough the phone.

                                  I have a gd 510 phone and now having a problem of pcb.The pcb is not available with any of these service centres and they are making me run allover delhi.My phone is running still in warranty period.So I desperately want to inform the company that some one should help me by doing this favour by changing the pcb ..So i hope a reply from the authourised people.

                                    Hi,

                                    I bought a 1.5 Ton Window AC on 29th April 2008. It worked just fine for 4 yrs. Got it serviced every year to keep it in a good condition. This year in June 2012, we had called LG Care to get it serviced again as it was not cooling properly. (Job No. RNA[protected]

                                    Our AC was sent to Prime Services (Main Pankha Road), authorized service center of LG. They gave us back the AC on 26th June 2012 (Rs 5360 bill).

                                    Since that day we are having a nightmare dealing with Prime services. The AC cooling issue was fixed. BUT now the AC is making a huge vibrating noise. The walls of the entire house are vibrating. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS AND HAZARDOUS. The AC is fitted on the first floor AND the vibration can be HEARD and FELT in the ground floor and on the 2nd floor. The AC has been sent to service center for this same issue 3 times, BUT the problem is still there. We are very tired now and feel like registering a case against prime service as they have been unable to fix the problem since 1 month.

                                    We have spoken to Rajesh (Supervisor), Shekhar, Shailender, Vinod etc from Prime Services BUT still no help.

                                    They have fitted paper between the frames in the window. They have inserted rubber plugs saying that the compressor is loose. RECENTLY, they have replaced the entire compressor. THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS. NONE OF THE TECHNICIANS SEEM TO FIND A SOLUTION FOR THE PROBLEM.

                                    We have used this AC for 4 yrs without any issue. This time when we had sent the AC for servicing, it was not cooling, that's all. It never made such vibration.

                                    I can very convincingly say that the vibration is there due to the technicians fault or improper knowledge. WHY SHOULD A CONSUMER SUFFER FOR THE FAULT OF SOME IRRESPONSIBLE TECHNICIAN?

                                    I am looking forward some sort of solution for my problem.

                                      I purchased on 10 Oct 2006 a Fully Automatic Washing Machine Model: WF-T7512HS from LG at JAIPUR. On 29 June 2012 its Spin Drive failed to operate. On 30th June 2012 I lodged a complain with their Consumer Service Center. They registered my complain vide their No RNA[protected]. Their technician visited me on 2nd July 2012. He removed some Calcium Deposit from the exhaust and the Spin started working but he cautioned me that the machine needs scaling and for it has to be taken to their workshop. I gave him my consent. he duly charged 340 as service charges.But again on 13 July, the spin drive failed and I lodged another complain on 13 July and LGs technician visited on 16th July and replaced the Drain Motor and billed 1650 for it. After the replacement of the Drain Motor, a new problem started and that is the water started leaking from the drain. on 22 July 2012 I again complained about this new problem consequent to the replacement of the drain motor but till to date despite repeated reminders LG has taken no action. At this stage, I feel that possibly the drain motor was unnecessarily removed. Probably the problem lies in scaling as suggested by the first technician. But at this all I want that kindly persuade LG to carryout repair work.

                                        L.G Air Conditioning was patronized and recommended to all friends and nears dears because of its Excellent After Sales Services, but know since last year your services have
                                        become Pathetic and terrible.
                                        Three years back there was CNBC Coverage of our house we advocated L.G products and that we were totally only using their appliances.
                                        For my house I am as usual doing AMC for the Air conditioners as compared to last year when a Complaint would be attended in 24 hrs today no one bothers for 2 to 3 days for Complaint Diagnosis and then finally repaired in a weeks time that even after making calls which are largely un attended to supervisor , head .
                                        There is a limit of begging, we feel we should approach CONSUMER COURT for Remedial measures and for Harassment.
                                        But sir I promise you that we have so much negativity about LG today and if you carry on like this God be with you, you and your Company will suffer.
                                        I think you have to do some thinking and stop this Attitude of LG people.
                                        My Complaint may fall on deaf ears but I am frustrated and very angry at you because you have really spoilt the image of LG in our Minds.
