I have bought 20" Colour TV in 2006. Now there is some sound problem in it. I have made several times complaint in customer care but there is no proper resopnse got. Every time i came to know that it will be repaired within 24 hours but it is 10 days past....

I have placed an order Order No.270026 with bestdaam.com for LG Microwave Oven Model MC 2841 SPS and have even made payment Rs.150.00 as mentioned in their website. Delivery time mentioned was 2-3 days. I have even received from them payment received confirmation. 9 days have passed by and I have no clue or any information regarding when the Microwave Oven will reach me. I feel sad to say that the response which we received from LG service centre is really of poor quality. There is no real responsible person or department who can handle complaints in their office. When ever we call, they divert to another phone number and ends with a person saying either to call back after 10minutes or telling that they will check and call back. But no results always and no body knows the status...

Customer care number extremely rude and unconcerned about complaint. AC not working for more than 10 days now. After calling 3-4 different numbers, they say they will come to collect the unit only when they have another work to do in the same area and they cannot come just to collect my unit. Sir, It was horrible experience with LG since the day I purchased your product (LG TV 21 FU6RG3T8 now under AMC)till date, I thought a big band like you must believe in fair customer services but my Experience were completely wrong.
It is very much annoying that every time I had to lodge a complain for same fault and your attended technician could not detect the cause of the fault. Although they tried their best and replaced / repaired...

My LG Refrigerator is not working since 20.08.2012 as gas is discharged . I lodged my compint no. RMA[protected] on 22.08.2012 with LG Cutomer care at Noida. But till date no body has turned up for attending the complaint despite assurances every day from Mr. Sameer Dewan, Ms. Alka, Ms. Kiran of LG that they will come tomorrow.
