I have a LG window AC 1.5 Ton, it is 4 years old now so i took a AMC for next 4 years from LG itself. i had a problem at the time of mid of May 12, Service center guys come and collect my AC and said that they will return after a week as its compressor is not workings, so that's why they have to change it, but after several reminders i got my AC after a one and half month after paying transportation charges for that, which is Rs. 250. Again I had sent a complaint on 9th Aug. 12 because it is not giving effective cooling and Ice is frosting behind filter, but that complaint is still showing pending and now after so many calls i had done another complaint to LG Service center on 20th Sep. 12, they are charging me again transportation charges fro taking my AC from home to his service center which is just 2.5 KM. In AMC document it is not mentioned that transportation is extra.
I had been contacted and the people of him didn't able to rectify it, but they are able to completely ruin it . Now the condition of that Ac is completely dead. Now I shall not give any person to touch it, I want to get it changed it with new one.
Hope you people will hurry up with your activities.
Please rectify this problem as i already given AMC for my AC which is not giving proper cooling since last 5 months.
