Dear Sir/Madam

I am continuously putting this below mentioned complaint, but did not get any reversal till date from LG care. When can i anticipate the solution.

"I purchased a LED model no. (LG LS3700) 32'' from delhi. i made a
request to install the tv at my home at meerut up. After the engineer
visit at home i found that screws given in the pack was not fitiing in
the table stand as said by lg service engineer. He was telling me that
he will collect the correct screws from local service centre at meerut
and fit it.
He did not come till date. I made a request again at call centre for
the same. today on 10 sep 2012 i received a call from the local
service centre, the person was telling me that you have to collect the
screws from delhi not from here and we will not send any service
engineer again. you may call to call centre. His way of talking was
not acceptable.
Can you please let me know for getting some screws i' ll have to visit
the delhi once again or it can be solved from the local service
centre. Pls provide me the solution asap and take necessary action
against the local service centre at meerut."

    I purchased LG refrigerator(190 L) just 1 day before in Pune. Before purchasing dealer was offering me all the facilities like home delivery, demo for refrigerator, conformation of delivery. But as soon as I paid the money just after a single day the dealer changed his language to deal with customer. Right now he is avoiding my call, saying we will not give you Demo, we don’t provide such service. So I have complaint on LG dealer and on company also if company is also offering same kind of service.
    Due to this and as I paid Rs.12,000/- My whole family is in tension, and if you are offering such bad service just after 1 day of purchase then I don’t want your service and product too.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I have a LG window AC 1.5 Ton, it is 4 years old now so i took a AMC for next 4 years from LG itself. i had a problem at the time of mid of May 12, Service center guys come and collect my AC and said that they will return after a week as its compressor is not workings, so that's why they have to change it, but after several reminders i got my AC after a one and half month after paying transportation charges for that, which is Rs. 250. Again I had sent a complaint on 9th Aug. 12 because it is not giving effective cooling and Ice is frosting behind filter, but that complaint is still showing pending and now after so many calls i had done another complaint to LG Service center on 20th Sep. 12, they are charging me again transportation charges fro taking my AC from home to his service center which is just 2.5 KM. In AMC document it is not mentioned that transportation is extra.

      I had been contacted and the people of him didn't able to rectify it, but they are able to completely ruin it . Now the condition of that Ac is completely dead. Now I shall not give any person to touch it, I want to get it changed it with new one.

      Hope you people will hurry up with your activities.

      Please rectify this problem as i already given AMC for my AC which is not giving proper cooling since last 5 months.

        CUSTOMER CASE OF L.G. COMPANY TECHNICIAL CAME AFTER 7 DAYS HE ONLY SEE THE LCD AND TOLD ME THAT SOME PARTS IS

        L.G — problem is not solved

        i have bought a new lg bl20 v chocolate mobile phone on 12/5/10. costing Rs. 10000
        IMEI Number is[protected] serial number is 003KPUU621150. from the date of buying this phone i m suffering from lots of the problems like hange up , battery back up , heat up of cell , automatic switch off and so on.
        when i make complain in service center they exchange my set after near about 30 days .
        and i got new hand set whose IMEI NO; IS[protected] Serial no :004KPGS632791
        but after few days the same problems are repeated again and i have made at least 100 times complain against it but my problem is haven't solve yet . my phone is in warranty period so please help me with this problem

        after compalaing my problem on this site i got the call from my local L.G care center office . and they ask me to deposit my phone thier for exchange it. i have deposited my phone their but nearly 1 month is have been passed but i havent get any phone in the exchange of my phone back till yet .

          FIRST THEY REFUSED TO TOUCH, AFTER SHOWING THE INVOICE, THEY SAID MODEL IS DISCTONUED AND THERE ARE NO SPARE PART IN INDIA.

            I have microwave oven from LG (so called renowned brand) .
            This instrument is not working for last 2 weeks .
            I made a complaint on LG customer care and my complaint registration no is "RNA[protected]" on 15th September 2012.
            Someone from the LG visited us on 17th September 2012 and said one part is faulty in the instrument and he will come back with thee part to be repaired on the same day. He did not revert back to us till date (i.e. 22nd September 2012).
            When we called the customer care again then representative (Prakash) there told us that your complaint (aforesaid) is cancelled as it was not resolved within 48 hours. He then asked to register a new complaint when we requested him to continue with old complaint as this got cancelled without resolving the problem and not for any valid reason . He said NO it and when we insisted on continuation of the old complaint then he said that we can go wherever we want but this is the rule of thee company (LG) that if any complaint is not resolved within 48 working hours then it gets cancelled automatically and customer has to make the fresh complaint . This is not understood to me. How can any complaint be cancelled if it is not resolved within 48 hours . Seems by doing so customer care division improves their own record internally for not sitting on complaints with UNRESOLVED status .
            I would further request to the concerned authority to take appropriate action against company for such bad practices.

              my LG washing machine is under repair since 45 days and no action is taken as on date. As a matter of formality, Rep visited once and thereafter no action. Goa as such has a poor unqualified personnel and no proper idea. For this effect company SMS for confirmation/ satisfaction of services was sent as dis-satisfaction from me . Even then there is no follow up. My question is once customer has given reply as not satisfied and absolutely any action after that then why do they confirm about customer satisfaction , when there is no action. My all products of house hold are of LG, but now i am very dis-satisfied about services. Please kindly initiate necessary action on priority to restore my washing machine, and required action aganist poor services of vasco goa area.

              I have lodged a complaint (Complaint ID - N8CA3003494) with the customer care center on the Some date in OCTOBER, 2008.

              Since then, almost everyday I have been in contact with the customer care executives. Everyday it is the same story that I get to hear from them. All they say is that the service center representative will be sent over to my place the next day.

              I am still waiting for the complaint to be attended to.

              I just want my washing machine is fixed asap.

              i am on call as of now also and really frustrated with this, and if nothing happens ill move to consumer court next week.

                  I had logged a complaint (ref no:[protected] on 7th September 2012 and have repeatedly followed up with thier service centre here, but the complaint has not been attended till date ( 20.09.2012). When I check with thier toll free customer care number I am told that the service centre has advised that they need to reschedule the visit as I am not available, which is a lie as I am not only available but have been following up with their local serice centre who keep promising that person will come within 2 days but nobody has turned up till date.

                      I have made repeated service requests for my LG refrigerator for the past one and half month. I initially complained for loss of cooling for which engineer from We care services S7A Suraj Nagar, Azadpur Delhi came and reported gas leak. The gas was refilled and i was charged the full amount (1400/-) (receipt number 3689 ) visit charges and the gas charges and i was given a guarantee for 3 months against any gas leakage. However within a few days the fridge started malfunctioning again, i lodged the complaint and some minor repairs were carried out and was assured that it would work fine. Couple of weeks later it again reported loss of cooling to which i complaint to the LG service center and also the service provider. Its been 4 times that i had to complain for the same problem, but Lg technicians and engineers failed to stop the leak or understand the actual fault. My repeated requests and complaints have fallen on deaf ears, the service provider has stopped responding so much such that they have even stopped picking my calls. Even after paying the full amount as asked by the company i am being harasses unnecessarily. The company takes the responsibility to serve its clients against the errors in workmanship during the guarantee period which they have refused to acknowledge. Comp no. RNA[protected] on 13th Sept, RNA[protected] on 31 August, RNA[protected] on 16 August, RNA[protected] on 10 August, RNA[protected] on 1 August. Every time i am given repeated assurance for on time service. Its 5 days n the complaint is still not acknowledged. Please address the issue urgently as i am without a functional refrigerator for past 6 days.

                      Hope for early resolution of the complaint.

                      LG WILL Phone — LG Service Centre Refusing to repair phone

                      “Sabisu” B2, Golden Enclave N,275, O 184, Poonamallee High Road, Kilpauk, Chennai 600 010 LG Service centre refusing to repair the handset. On 22/04/2010 travelling 7-8 kilometers reached the service centre, a lady at the counter refused to receive the product claiming that the testing battery is not available and asked me to come again after making a phone call. When I requested her to receive the phone and take her own time to repair the handset fell on her deaf ears and she was adamant in her stand. Her acts amounts to unfair trade practice and deficiency of service.

I HAVE ALREADY 3-4 TIME GIVEN FOR SERVICE AT YOUR SERVICE CENTRE. I HAVE NO ANY DOCUMNETNS ACCEPT MANUAUL BOOK . BILLS AND WARRANTY CARDS MISPLACED . AND AFTER 6 YEARS THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE. YOUR TECHNICIANA AND SERVICE AGENTS WELL KNOWN ABOUT THE EXACTLY LG PRODUCT.

AND YOUR PEOPLE EASILY HARRASED ME AND TOLD GO OUT SIDE , IF BILL AVAILBLE HOW YOU REPAIR. THIS EXTREMELY INSULTED AND WROST SERVICE IN LG ELECTORNICS WROST SERVICE CENTRE THOSE WHO REFUSED ME THIS TYPE. YOU PEOPLE GIVE SLOGAN ONLY FOR 5 YEAR PRODUCT . AFTER THROW IN SCRAPPED.

                        My washing machine (LG-WP 9031) broken down on 4/09/2012. I called the customer service on [protected] on 5/09/12 for a technician to fix it (Ref No- RNA[protected]. I was told that a technician is booked to attend in the next 24hours.

                        I waited for 24 hours and no one contacted me. I called the customer service again on 6/09/12 and being told that an urgent reminder is sent to the technician and will attend in the next 24 hours (Ref No. RNA[protected]. I waited again for 24 hours again and nothing has happened. I contacted the customer service again on 07/09/12, on 09/09/12 and on 10/09/12. Every time I was being told that an urgent reminder is sent and to wait for 24 hours. I hope you can imagine how much every household depends on Washing machines especially the big families like mine with lot of children.

                        I complained this matter to LG and they emailed me that they will forward it to the branch office in order to take immediate step in this matter on 11/09/2011. nothing happened until 13/09/12. somebody called from LG to say they are waiting for a spare part to be available and it is going to take two weeks for that to arrive. I emailed LG expressing my dis-satisfaction again and got a reply saying they have forwarded my issue to concerned Area Service Manager so that an immediate step can be taken and ask me to contact the Area Service Manger Mr Rajesh P on his
                        mobile number [protected]. I called this number many times but the call is not being answered. I emailed LG again on 15/09/12 and got another reply that the issue is forwarded to concerned Branch Service Manager so that an immediate step can be taken in this regard and don't to hesitate to contact the Branch Service Manger Mr. Shinu S Kottaram on his Contact number [protected]. i tried on this number but nobody is picking up or returning the call. Again I emailed LG on 18/09/12 asking the complaints procedure. no reply received yet.

                        I am embarrassed of being ignored. I have my limitations as being a house wife and mother of 4 little children whose clothes are already piled up in a room for washing. please do the needful.

                          NO ACTION / MISBEHAVIOR BY LG REP.
                          1. I bought an LG WASHING MACHINE, Make : WD10490TP, Dated : 10 June 2009, from Pathankot, Punjab.
                          2. Presently i am at Meerut for the last one year. Recently my washing machine stooped working on 30 Aug 12.
                          3. A complaint was launched on 1 Sep 12 ( Rna No[protected] on helpline no [protected]. No engineer rep came for 2 day.
                          4. Again a complaint was launched on 4 Sep 12 (Rna No[protected] on helpline no [protected]. Next day an Engineer rep came (Mr Imran) who without looking or checking the machine said that the washing machine has to be sent to service center. when my wife insisted that you please at least check the machine physically he started arguing and said that the only way is to send it to service center. To our horror the man was very rude and refused to check the washing machine physically.
                          5. Again a complaint was launched at helpline no, where they promised to send another rep after info the incident that took place. After two days another engineer came( Ph No [protected]) who opened the washing machine and said that the motor has gone and need to be replaced. He took 100/- Rs and assured that he will replace the morter here. Well it has been 10 days plus and still no action has been taken, furthermore the individual or the company has not bothered to inform us about the status of mortar. The Engineer has stopped picking our phone also.
                          6. Even the area office (Ph No: [protected]) has been uncooperative and is not sharing any info or assurance to help.
                          7. Its been almost one month of suffering , numerous calls and holds with absolutely no help or assurance from LG Care from Meerut. On top of that the Engineeer rep are rude and and misbehaving with lady.
                          8. Hoping for favourable response.

                          LG — No action on complaint

                          I called LG service center, Chandigarh[protected] on thursday(27.08.09) regarding my LG window AC. They issued a complaint number 1421 and said they'll send their engineer by evening. But nobody came and we called 4-5 times within 2 days, but every time they gave some or other reason of no action. Till date their has been no call or person to check the AC.
                          I cant imagine LG is providing this type of service.i have so many home appliance of LG company, but i was not expecting this type of service from a renowed company like LG.

                            The Microwave mc 8089PRR was purchased on[protected] from ezone Chinchwad Pune at Rs.13868/- The Co warranty was o one year & the option of extended warranty could not opt due to incomplete information
                            provided by dealer/company. For one year no complaint about functioning of product. Immediately after expiry of warranty period the product stopped working in Dec.2010. The technician attended & advised to replace the spares for which I paid Rs.2600/- besides his visit charges. Again as per his suggestion I opted the extended warranty for two years with additional payment of Rs.2000/- Thereafter up to Sept 2013 the product functioned without any problem. Again in Sept.2013 immediately few days after expiry of extended warranty period trouble started & it stopped working. The technician as usual attended & changed spares i.e. Maghtron & Transformer costing Rs.2100/- in addition to visit fees Rs.300/-
                            Now from Dec.16, 2014 the product is not working. From above chain of complaints it is clear that your product can not work continuously for more than one or two years without putting the customer into loss financially as well as mentally every year. You will appreciate that no common man can afford such recurring losses. It was expected from the reputed companies like you to take the corrective steps for quality of product on the basis of feedback from your authorised (?) Technicians. The reason for the trouble all the time is given about crocroaches.We took all the steps & actions to control the interference of crocroaches & also followed the instructions given by the Techniciaans. But in the world no house is totally free from nuisance of these insects. Our strong feeling is that your products are faulty we have been put in loss all the time. This time we resist to pay any charges including visit fees as a result complaint remains unresolved.The complaint No RNA [protected] is still unattended.You are requested to take the issue seriously & give the services good quality to the customers. More over I raise my the claim of Rs. 21000/- totally spend on this faulty product with in short period o 3-4 years or provide guaranteed services forthwith without any charges.

                              I am a retired Senior Citizen . I purchased this lg oven and a fully automatic top loadin lg washing machine a few years ago. I had faith in your service and thought this is a good buy for 25000 rs. (both together). Recently this oven started working the moment I switch on the plug. I registered a complaint at your customer service and a technician came and checked and said that the front control panel has to be changed. Today I was disappointed to get a phone call from the same technician that the panel is no more available as the model is no more now.

                              I have an Aqaguard water purifier from Eureka Forbes. I would like to mention that though it is a very old machine, they have changed the parts into the new type without incurring any expenses from my side. When they make new products, the parts are suitable for the old ones as well. I will appreciate if all companies can learn this and help senior citizens like us who cannot afford to buy new types every time something goes wrong with some small parts.

                                I have entered into an Annual Maintenance contract with LG Electronics for 3 years in respect of refrigerator purchased from them. I submitted one compalint with the company under No: RNA[protected] dt. 31.07.2012, with regard to problem regarding the vegetables stored in the fridge getting spoiled due to excess moisture and the bulb not working. The technician of the company after checking the fridge informed me that the plastic out let pipe of the fridge needs replacement. He further informed that he will be making a requisition to the company for supply of the pipe and bulb at the earliest. After hearing nothing from the company for long time, I took up the matter with the customer care of the comapny. I was informed that the parts needed to be replaced are in the transit. This happened 4 times. However on 01.09.2012, I was informed by the Service Engineer of the Company in Ahmedabad that they have received the parts to be replaced. Since I was moving out of Ahmedabad ,I requested him to do the needful after my return.

                                Today I made a call to the customer care centre on telephone No:[protected], and I was informed by the Customer care Officer to Contact Customer care centre, Ahmedabad on Telephone No"s: [protected] & [protected]. Inspite of my best efforts I have failed to have any response on these No's. I tried to contact Service engineer on his personal Mobile No. He suhheted for re-lodging the complaint. This is really frustrating. Kindly help.

                                LG Electronics — Delay in attending complain

                                Dear Sir / Madam

                                This is with respect to complain we need to make against LG electronics.

                                We had bought an Home Theatre ( DVD player ) some 7 months back in Mar 2010 with a gurantee of 2 years. Almost 30 days back, we had a problem with the DVD, as the sound card was not working. Same has been complained to LG office ( complain no C10A3104586 dated 31st october 2010 )

                                Since then we are continuously following with various officers at LG, but then we get same reply everytime that the part is not available in market and same will be rectified in 2-3 days time.

                                We are facing a big problem, as we are not getting any clear answer from LG India

                                      We had registered a complaint on Sep. 5th for the Microwave which had stopped functioning. Accordingly, we were alloted servicing no. RNA[protected]. Your technician Mr. Diwakar ([protected]) visited our house and and on inspecting the microwave, he informed us that there was an issue with the PCB & Control Pannel and told us that the same will be replaced within 2 days.

                                      After continuous follow-ups with him for 10 days, your technician Mr. Omkar ([protected]) came with a Control Pannel which we suspect was not a our microwave parts. After another couple of days, he brought a Control Panel. At this point he told us that the microwave control panel will need to be taken to the service centre and the same will be repaired there. We had no choice but to hand over the microwave control panel. It was clear that your technicians had no idea what was wrong with it.

                                      We are not getting any response or update from them & He never informed to Head office. We having doubt he changed our control panel from other old one, please arrange verification for our microwave parts.

                                        My LG refrigerator model number is GL258VE5. This is less than a two years old and now cooling is not working. Already complained but no result. Please take this product and refund my money. Very bad product and very poor service.
