dear sir,
i want to register a complaint against poor service of your company & the irresponsible way my complaint had been dealt with. I have purchased a Lg Ctv 21 Fs4rge from Bajaj Electronics near lakdi ka pool hyderabad in june 2007 & i was approched by your company for enrolling in your Happy living plan valid from 15 june 2008 to 15 june 2012.,after the warranty period of one year. By the time of my making the contract i was told that it is valid allover india i was transferred to orissa in 2010 now recently the tv has developed a problem & i promptly called up yr call centre for lodging my complaint on 5 oct for which i got Rna [protected] which was not attended for 3 days so again i lodged another complaint no is RNA[protected] which was later attended by your company staff to whom my amc contract had been showed , but to my surprise i was told after repeated calls from my side that they are unable to trace the amc no so no service is provided to me till date after alot of frustuation i m sending you this mail hoping you ll take up necessary action. my AMC serial no705LPBL005653 . my HLP NO FC 20200 ( the form no) i can scan & send you the bill & amc form for yr action.

LG — poor network everywhere

See everyday, from atleast one month network of rim is very weak. It even on terrace shows only one pole of network. And inside home or on road it was just no network.

I have been asking for service of my 1.5 tone split AC from april. Their service agents GS engineering run by one mr Ganapathy [protected] and Mohammed jan[protected] says that they will not service non tamil speaking customers. Had raised the same with LG manager selva perumal [protected] but no respite till now. The complaint numbers given by LG call centre are s8c42000788, s8c40904742, s8c70700299

I purchased an AC last year and they promised to give 3 services free during the warantee period which was for 1 year. But nobody turned up after the 1 service.

The AC has started giving problem and i logged the complaint at the call centre, they guy at the other end promised to send someone across within 24 hours which was a fake statement.

Please do something about it. Improve the after sale service.
I Purchase a LG unit 2 ton from your authorised dealers (KINGS ELETRONIC Panvel) i m not satisfied with dealer because i faced lot of problem and your dealer not sopport us so can you solve my problem .
We bough an AC from Kings Electronics. Panvel. Right from the installation itself the rude & incompetent so called service engineers from this dealer created problems with our brand new AC. The installation was too shabby & on first day itself the AC started giving problems. When we tried to complaint to this dealer, it's of no use. One of the worst dealers we have ever seen. It's a wonder that the electronic companies are still not taking firm action against such incompetent dealers. These type of dealers should be taken into the consumer court for harassing the customers.
The service quality of LG India is the PITS. My 2 year old A.C. conked out one fine day. The A.C. was under AMC with the company. After lodging the complaint and daily follow ups, the engineer came to inspect the machine after 7 days. He said the motor needs to be replaced and would come after 5 days with a new motor. After 5 days when there was no message from LG, we called up and were told that if we arrange for the people to remove the A.C. from the fitting only then they would attend to it. This was absurd and unheard of. Again after atleast 8 - 10 calls the engineer changed the motor after another 2 days. The A.C. conked off again after 2 hours on the same day. We again called up the service centre and we were told that the condenser needs to be changed. The condenser was changed the same day. Althrough this experience the LG staff were extremely rude and uncooperative. In fact we had started pitying ourselves as to what we had become by using abusive language and shouting on the phone. We shared our experience with some cousins and freinds and realised that anyone who owned a LG product had gone through the same humiliating experience. We have now vowed to never buy any LG product in the future.
I had bought an LG washing machine and a microwave about a couple of years ago. I had also signed up for the AMC. But no one has ever come over to service every six months as promised.
My AMC money is down the drain.

lg flatron television — NO-RESPONSE SIX DAYS

say that very poor response from your service enineer my complaint is still pending, inspite of sevsral phone calls iam your
service dept is not acting kindly do the need.
I have a LG DVD Home Theatre System DV 55. This was bought three Years ago. I have had very bad experience with this product. The day I brought this system the DVD would not work. the engineer comes and sees the system and mentions the System needs to be changed. The Piece is changed the next day. the third day the system would not start. The Engineer again comes and changes the power relay. After six months the lens and infact the lens is changed thrice.

Now on the 18th of October W8CA1800625 I have launched a complaint for the DVD not working the engineers visits and instructs the lens needs to be changed. He promises to come the next week however they donot turn up. After repeated followup I again LauncH a complaint W8CA2500034; again no response.
I call up the service centre and they tell me that the part is not available. when asked to give it in writing they say they do not have the authority. The Service incharge mentions thet the system is 3 years old therefore no parts are available.

I need to ask LG what is the parts support as a manufacturer they should provide. How can they not inform the customer of the same.
rotten attuide to new time buys, my instaler was awful, botch job, look after your remotes well, they are very fragile and when they break a universal remote is no good, to replace the orginal is quite expensive, mine last 15 months,
I don't know where to register my complain for my LG Microwave Oven Serial No. 602tadr00090 as your LG Service Center (Saddar Karachi, Pakistan ) Rcpt No. RNBB[protected] dated 21/02/2009 is not paying attention despite several intimations/ requests here in pakistan the said that the said part is not in stock and they have to import that and this will take 7 days. Now it has been more than 2 months and still I am not informed about the availability of that part. I have left my Microwave Oven on your LG Service Center for their convenience but they haven't bothered yet to take any action.Here I would like to mention that what apoor quality of customer service you are providing in Pakistan. I hope after this email you will take some action and my complain would be resolved. I am looking forward for your response and some better customer service in future.

i purchased lg32" scarlet lcd in month of february and now in month of april it's not working.
When we switch on lcd it automatically get off.
I sued complaint with LG customer care my complaint number is W9C41002700, customer care people said am again forwarding your mail to department.
Today it's 18th day and yet lcd is not working.

I have purchased a 1.5Ton window LG AC from Anandamela, gariahat, kolkata in Mar'07. This year I called LG service engineer for routine maintenance of AC in Mar'09. The service engineer came and informed for wet servicing I have to pay Rs 650/- whereas from LG customer care I came to know that the rate for servicing is Rs 350/- (approx). When I refused to pay Rs 650/- then the service engineer refused to carry on the servicing and till date no body turned up for servicing of my machine. I am not able to run the AC till date in this hot season. Now I am thinking to approach consumer forum for further necessary action. My contact no is[protected].

i purchased 280 lit refrigerator last year. i registered complaint of water coming out from refrigerator before warranty laps. they did not attended properly. the problem is still there. they are saying now again register the complaint but for that we will charge you. we talk to service center's manager, he said we will come to see your fridge.but no one came.and now he is also picking up ph.what should we do?

had purchase a refrigerator of double door refrigerator in Goa my complain was regarding the door had been Rusted after 8 month and i had registered my complain no C090C0205974 and the customer service that they will replace the door in 3 month time i was agree since 8 month passed nobody fixed my problem.the dealer told me to register another complain # C[protected] and know the customer service told me that the warranty had been expired .i had been very disappointed regarding this matter, though i had very bad experience about your LG product and in the future i will not buy or recommend LG product for my colleague or friends

My name is Pankaj Dhaigude, I have LG Flatron TV at home , which is causing some problems, but companies agent at concerned place who is supposed to provide service is not at all entertainig our calls, He do not receive calls & even if he receives, only promices to come but havn't shown his face till now. We have never expected this kind of service from LG, I want to raise this issue to higher level.And i am anticipating some kind of action.
