I am Ramachandra Nadu,Add-RZ-10/11(861)Gali N0-5,Main Sagar Pur,New Delhi-110046.
I had registred a complain regds LG TV on 4th sep 2011(comp no-RNA[protected],but nobody should come only I got call from ur executive.After that I put anoter complain to LG care(Comp no-RNA[protected] on 15th sep 2011.Ur executive Mr.Anand came on 19th sep 2011 and recommended to repair at LG sevic center.but nobody came after make call they came on 22th sep 2011.They commeted the they should make call to me to deliver,no one make a call so that i ask to ur exeicutiv Mr.Anand he gave some mob numbers.when I am callig on these no no body pick the phone.I regularle call to ur Lg care and service center but i could not found any respons from ur side.On 29 th sep at 3.5pm I continously called to ur care after 45min,I got respond when i put my problem so that he has geven the branch head of service center Shova Panda's mob no.How ever i could not got any satisfacatry answer fome any o[censored]r executive so i request him to connect to me any of his seniors but the disconnect the phone after 19.5mins.Looking on above backdrop it seems to be how much responsive to meet the customer's complains.
After this On the same day i make call to Shova Panda but no one pick up call.
Now this is the finial request to lookafter this matter and please get back me with the statues om TV.

Finally with regreat i suggest that don't play with customers.Emotionally i had cross my tolerance level and putforth ur necessary action.

    Date of purchase : 28/9/2011

    I had bought an AC model no : LWA5ER3 .. cost : 17,978 from an authorized dealer named : Techno Electronics ( [protected]) in Ahmedabad through the Canteen Store Department.
    The delivery has been made but till now no one has come for the installation and demonstration of the AC. This is being highly inconvenient and now the dealer has also stopped attending to my calls.
    I would like the needful for the above situation to be done.

      had logged a compalint for my washing machine which was not working for drying processing. This complaint was closed on 18/9/11 but at the same time while working on this complaint 2nd problem arises that machine is not washing the cloths. On the next day itself I have informed the same to the executive of ritesh Electronics. After reminding him for 4 days from 19/9/11 I have logged a new complaint on 24/9/11 "RNA[protected]. Till date the issue is not resolved & no updates received from any person.
      As per the customer care executive the issue should be resolved within 48 hrs from the complaint date. but I am facing a proble from 19/9/11. I am in regularly calling the executive but not getting any solutions.
      This is my first time to deal with the LG for repair service which is very hectic & more disappointed about the company.Let me know if your are going to resolve the issue or should I resolve this from other sources.

        I HAVE A FRIGE MODEL NO. GL-181PM WHICH HAD STARTED GIVING PROBLEMS IN JANUARY AND ON MY SUSEQUENT COMPLAIN NO. RNA[protected] DT 3.1.11 A LOT OF PARTS WERE CHANGED AND I WAS BILLED FOR RS 5000/-.
        ON FURTHER DIS-SATISFACTION I HAD MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINS :-

        I WAS CHARGED FOR ALL THE VISITS AND A FEW MORE PARTS WERE CHANGED AND I WAS BILLED FOR ANOTHER 5000/-.
        AND NOW, WHEN ITS STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY, THE EXECUTIVES ARE TELLING THAT ITS IRREPAIRABLE.
        MY POINT IS THAT IF IT WAS IRREPAIRABLE THEN WHY WAS I HARASSED.
        THIS IS NEGLIGENCE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
        IF I WAS INFORMED ABOUT THE TRUTH IN THE FIRST CASE I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED A NEW ONE .

        This is to inform you about the bad service given by the Trivandrum LGcare. I have registered a complaint on door beedings for my refrigerator around one month back. I appreciate even after a week time they are attending the complaint, saying that in one week time the problem will be resolved, as it may take some time for the door beedings to get softer. They have replaced the door beedings two times, but still I am having the same problem. I feel pity on LG service & brand as my refrigerator is hardly two months old and you are not able to resolve a simple door beeding problem yet.I am afraid if anything happens on the internal parts in future.
        Please find below the problem on my refrigerator.
        1. Gap on door beedgins
        2. Replaced the same for two times.
        3. Forming moisture inside the refrigerator.
        I would really appreciate if you could do the needful in rectifying this problem.

          inspite of my two earlier complaints LG has not bothered to rectify either of them regarding cheating by LG dealer Abhi electronics,sector-10,faridabad for delivering lower model of doubledoor refrigerator.secondly its auto defrost is not working for which i want change of refrigerator as it is giving this problem time and again and LG engineers have already tried their best. i will appreciate an early and favourable response from trusted company like LG.

            I had logged a complaint with the lg service care center in the 7th sept 2011, till date there is no repair done of the product. The service engineer mr kiran came the next day and before opening the product he said that one part has to be replaced and took Rs 200/- as service visit for which he did not give any receipt. tried taking the matter to his manager he gave me a number which does not exist. Again called the lg call center they gave me the number of MS service center, the person sitting at the center only knows how to put the phone on hold and no resolution received. Again i called the lg call center they gave me the number of mr sayyed(lg customer care engineer), this gentleman never picks up the call. Called the lg center again they shared me the number of mr swapnil(LG area sales manager), this gentleman also never picks up the phone. The call center was tired of giving me excuses and told me that they were unable to provide any further assistance of any seniors number. After all this one day the engineer mr kiran came home brought one part and then said this part is ok some other part has gone faulty and that need replacement. such a POOR and PATHETIC SERVICE.
            What kind of service is this? the sales team is not bothered of after sales, the service team is not owning responsibility for the servicing the product....consumer made the mistake of buying the product from LG. ALL FELLOW CONSUMERS ....BE CAUTION WHEN CHOOSING THE PRODUCT WITH POOR SERVICE.

            LG Microwave Oven — microwave not working (start & stop buttons not working)

            The start and stop/clear buttons of the LG Microwave (30 literes) are not working since 03/12/2010
            the stop/clear soft touch button is not workig in LG convection model and the part for replacement is not available with the company. it goes off in 2 yrs with min usage..DO NOT BUY LG MICROWAVE AS THEY DO NOT HAVE PARTS FOR REPLACEMENT !!!

              1. I am Anuj Sharma, a regular user of lg products.
              2. This with reference to my complaint made to your customer care center about 1 month back regarding the malfunctioning of my microwave.
              3. My microwave's (purchased in 2009) heating system is not working since about 1 month. I had registered my microwave in your Happy Living Plan and my microwave is covered in warranty till FEB 12.
              4. I was assured that the local LG customer center would be attending to my complaint within 24 hrs. They did contacted me after about 4-5 days but they refused to come to my home to repair it.
              5. It is not possible for me to go to the service center due to some unavoidable circumstances. therefore, i request you to direct your local service center to attend to my complaint at my place..

              My LG Microwave oven is not working since last 12.10.2009. I registered a complain with the service persons in the phone[protected] and talked to one lady and one gentleman by name Ms. Gayatri and Mr. Shahid respectively. Upon my complain, a person by name Sadiq came to my home for repair on 15.10.2009 and took out some parts from our Microwave -Oven stating that the said parts are not working and they need repair at Hospet(Dist. Bellary, Karnataka). The contact number of Mr. Sadiq is [protected]. Surprisingly, the man Mr. Sadiq is neither coming for repair nor attending the phone calls.                 I had purchased one LG 1.5 ton Split AC (5Star) at Rs. 30,000/- from Khosla Electronics, Beckbagan, Kolkata,Phone[protected],[protected] on 14/08/11.
                Due to delay in enhancement of my electric power by WBSEB I had contacted LG service at[protected] for installationon 24/09/11.The service engineer came on 26/08/11 from Midnapur service centre (phone no[protected] and found one 5/8 inches copper pipe missing as he opened the sealed
                pack of the outdoor unit (Sr. No-102NAVX009639 OF MODEL NO- LSA5DR5S)
                himself. He then acknowledged the defficiency in writting on the back of my buyer's invoice. Immediately I had reported that to Khosla Electronics (complain no-16122
                dt.26/9/11) who told that they had nothing to do except lodging a complain to LG customer service only. I had also complained to LG customer care (complain no-
                RNA[protected] WHO told to contact Midnapur service centre again.
                Midnapur service centre told that they can provide that pipe at an extra cost of Rs.180/- per foot approx.
                Now shall I pay for the pipe twice as I had already paid for the whole machine which should include that pipe automatically?

                  I haveAMC of my top load washing machine. The machine was not working and have logged a ticket with call centre on Aug6,2011 and the Job Number was RNA[protected]. The engineer visited our home and told us that the machine need to be taken to workshop and will be picked within day or two. But was picked on Aug24,2011 after several followups. Since then we are following up on daily basis with call centre , Pooja Mathur ([protected]), Kapil ([protected]) , Deepak ([protected]) and service centre (4177550 , [protected]). Most of the times either the phone is not responded , told that we will get back to you or we have not received the parts.
                  With old parents at home and a two months old baby what is the use of taking the AMC . I request you to refund the amount of AMC and send my machine back immediately after getting the same repaired.

                    I have made a complaint on my LG Television which has a Power supply problem, on the 12th Sept 2011. They said a Part needs to be replaced and will be done within 3 days.

                    Complaint No. - RNA[protected].

                    The part is a common part which all technitians say goes Bad on the LG TV model 32LB9RA.

                    The LG Technitians nor their bosses have been able to give me a date and time by when they can fix this problem up as they say they dont have the part.

                    Today It is the 25th of september They havent reverted back and Whenever I call them they keep saying it will take 3 days more.

                    Should we still buy LG TVs when they cannot service their existing customer. How are they going to compensate for mistakes made to the consumer.

                    What would the damages bill that they would get if they were in the USA.

                    These Multinational Companies treat Indians like a pice of !!

                    I have Annual Maintenance Contract with L G Electronics. It has been over 2 months since our TV is not repaired. We have made repeated calls to various employees in the service centre and to call centre. Not only that we have also talked to many supervisors.                         i have brougt a dvd writer and from starting it was unable to write DVDs and some times properly to CD. It was also unable to read DVDs. I gone to nearest LG Service Centre at Lucknow at NAZA Market and thre I deposited my Device, after about 15 days when i contacted for my replacment of DVD writer they told that they have no stock, i returned and contacted them again after a week they repeated the same answer that they have no stock and told me to recover my DVD writer after calling them, I want to tell you that distance of LG service centre from my home is about 35Kms. and it is not possible to go there every day. when i requested them very much they gave me the same DVD writer without service and took my sign on letter of service satisfaction.i wondered when i connected the device at home with my computer the Disc which i left in the drive by mistake was till now there and problem was just before. I then brought a new DVD writer of ASUS. and after 20 days i again went to the service centre at Lucknow and told them my problem as described above. they again deposited my writer at 12 july 2011. I contacted them many times between 12 July 2011 to 12 August 2011, but they have no stock to replace my own CD writer. I told the receptionist at 12 August 2011 to sign my deposit letter of CD on that date. She dated it and told me to be in contact. at last at 15 or 16 September 2011 after 2 months they refund me my DVD writer. i came back and checked it problem was not solved as this can not even write CDs. i am very much disappointed with LG. If my problem is not solved i will take some legal action. My system have no infection as i have tried this writer on freshly formatted systems.

                          Hello Sir,

                          I am Sanjay Khurana.My Complain no. is RNA[protected].
                          I want to lodge a complain against LG electronics. I bought a LG 42PJ350R on 24th June 2010. It was under warranty for 12 Months.
                          Now what happened one day, I tried to switch on my Plasma TV , it gets switched on but with no screen there was only sound. I don't know what happened wrong.
                          After that I lodge a complain in LG electronics so that their repairman could come and rectify the issue. A person name KAMAL came a day after i.e on 18th September 2011, after checking he told us that they need to take it to the workshop and check it thoroughly. We followed him and after one day LG people came and took away the TV to the workshop.
                          We waited for their call about the issue and repair charges but no one called us for two days. We called them and we got a shock with their replies. They were saying that whole display is faulty and it will cost around
                          Rs 20000 to repair. (Rs 36000 thing need repair of Rs 20000 after 14 months.)

                          A plasma TV of a brand name LG which they were saying has a life of 60000 hours , cost Rs 36000 got faulty in 14 months. It is what we can expect from the LG.
                          I want to know that what is our fault...We did not evetn touch the TV ( It is hanging on the wall ). Is it we are on the client side??
                          When I called to Mr Amit ( [protected]) , he told me in general way (Electronics item hai kabhi bhi kharab ho jaate hai ). After that he told me to talk to workshop person. His name was Girish.
                          Girish was also saying the same thing and in a very absurd way. After that he gave me a number of Mr Amit ( [protected]) and told me he is a manager and will be available next day. Today ( 22 Sept 2011),
                          I called him and tell the whole story and asked him what is the commitment of a brand company that its product did not last for 14 months. He took my complain no. and told me that Mr. Gautam will call me shortly (in 10 min). After that, I am still waiting for his call. I tried Mr. Amit no. again and again but he is not picking my call. What a non -acceptable behavior from the company. They are just transferring me to one person to another making fool of me (client..some person says client is god).
                          I really don't know what to do now....how to deal with this particular problem. I got fully frustrated now. One thing for sure, I am not going to pay them a single penny whether I get my TV back or not.

                          One thing more, I searched on the net about the particular problem in LG plasma TV. This problem has come in many of the pieces, it means this is the problem with their technology part not with client side. They are still making the same and selling it (making fool of the people).Below is the link for the same page

                          I could not expect this kind of behavior from LG people. I want you to take any action against them so that they cannot make fool of the public which they used to. Below are the no. of the persons to which I contacted

                          LG Television — poor customer service

                          I have LG television in my house. Recently my lg was not functioning properly. i complained to lg service on 9.12.2010. they replied that the tv will be serviced by 48 hours. but no response from lg service so far. i once again complained but no reply. i am sorry to say that i feel deceived by Lg service. by mahalingam. erode. tamilnadu

                            SIR,

                            I HAVE PURCHASED THE ABOVE MOBILE ON.20.4.2011 IN PARI ELECTRRONICS, KORBA FOR RS.4700/-. BUT SINCE A LAST FEW DAYS,IT IS NOT SWITCHING ON DUE TO SOME INTERNAL PROBLEM. SO I WENT TO THE LG AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER IN GHANTA GHAR, KORBA, C.G.STATE.THEY CHECKED UP AND SUGGESTED THAT IT CAN BE REPAIRED SINCE IT IS UNDER WARRANTY BUT IT WILL TAKE 40 DAYS TIME AND IT MAY BE A FAILURE MODEL. HE SHOWN ME MANY WITH THE SAME MODEL WITH HIM AND EVEN HE WAS NOT READY TO RECEIVE MY MOBILE FOR SERVICE.

                            AFTER MANY TRAILS I GOT THE MOBILE NO OF MR.SEKHAR, AUTHORIZED LG PERSON AS [protected] THROUGH THE LG CALL CENTER. BUT NO RESPONSE.

                            SO, WHAT'S THE SOLUTION....?

                            lg dual sim mobile — poor response

                            dear sir,
                            i bought one lg mobile from kargil mobiles kongad during onam period.from your ernakulam office,informed me that i got one microwave oven in scratch&win offer.As per their instruction i sent all the relavent documents to your ekm office.till today i didnt get the oven.it is very unfortunate that a international company behaves in this manner.expecting a positive response

                              I have registered a complain that my LG refrigerator GR332SV is not cooling.

                              On 26th July, personnel's named (Sonu kumar- Ph:[protected]) from H159,Sector-63 noida visited our house and he changed the compressor.

                              After changing the compressor, the cooling problem was not resolved as there was some problem in closing of the refrigerator door

                              Even after that they didn't take the compressor back and said that they would send some body to fix the door problem. They billed us Rs5285.00

                              After multiple reminder, they sent another person named as Kartar singh([protected]) and he said that the fridge can not be repaired.

                              Then I contested that if it was not repairable, then why did they charge for the compressor as the whole issue of cooling is not resolved.

                              After this, Kartar singh told me to talk to Mr Bhasin([protected]) who said that he would be refunding the whole money back and there would be no issue in that. For the same purpose he sent one person to collect the xerox copy of the bill.

                              After some time, Mr bhasin called on my cell and asked me to call Sameer Dewan([protected]) as he was responsible for issuing of check.

                              Earlier, Sameer dewan accepted that money would be refunded and then he declined stating that money refund cannot happen after 2 months. we have from our side initiated the process from the very next day(27th July,2011) when they confirmed that the fridge is not repairable and 2 months time had not lapsed.

                              It is the total fault of LG who had replaced the compressor which didn't solve the cooling problem as they were problem in door and other areas which they should have identified before changing the compressor.

                              This is a big loss to us financially.

                              I would request LG india to do the needful and refund the money back. They should take the compressor back as it is of no use to me.

                              Hi,

                              I have spoken to Atul Wadha and he in turn handed the phone to Sameer Dhiman.

                              The response by Sameer Dhiman has been pathetic to say the least. I am sorry to say that he should not be a part of service industry. He doesn't have courtesy to speak to the customer.He had assured that he would be sending the service engineer (Sonu kumar and Kartar Singh) yesterday and none of them turned up.

                              The issue still remains unresolved despited despite Atul Wadha intervention.

                              This is fraud from LG and I being a part of IT service industry will spread this word that LG is no-no product to buy.

                                Dear Company,

                                I bought LG-microwave in April,2011. After a week, the" start" button of the microwave stopped working. After lodging complain twice an executive came and did something and start button started working. Again after 3months down the line, the "start" button again stop working. After lodging 4 complains, finally some executive of LG finds time to visit. Post verifying he finds some strip of "star"t button has broken and need to be replaced. He said it is currently out of stock and he will attend us back as soon as the strip is available. On asking, he provided his boss contact number(Mahavir in malad office) and also provided his office number.

                                We have been calling him from last 3 weeks, his(executive) phone is going switched off. Then we tried calling his boss(Mahavir). He has listened to our problem once and after then his phone is also going switched off.

                                I completely fail to understand, that such big branded company is having out of stock one small "start" button strip. Is this all LG giantness and customer service.?? shall customer understand that LG only burdens its customer with its product.!!!!!!!!

                                    I purchased a LED TV from the on 9/9/2011 from a LG exclusive showroom in Vasundhara sector 12 (Bhardwaj Gallery). On 17th the TV developed some snag and stopped performing , I registered the complaint (complaint No[protected]on the Toll free No of the company on 18/9/2011 and a service representative came from the company the next day. He said the adopter was faulty and would be replaced the same day by evening. he did not show up till evening , when I called him in the evening he said it will be replace when they get the adopter in the stock and suggested I should speak with his senior Dilip Sharma whose No was [protected]. When I called up Dilip Sharma he said he cant assure when can he replace the part and when i insisted that he commit a timeline by which it will be replace he turned abusive and used absolutely unprofessional and filthy language.It is the third day I have registered several complaints but neither any action has been taken nor anybody has called up from the company. There is no respite in sight as the customer care of the company keeps giving the standard response . The customer care also gave me the No of the Customer care representative , Puja Mathur's phone (ph No:[protected]) who either does not pick up the phone or her phone goes switched off.

                                      I was using single door Fridge from LG. The cover got burned. I raised a ticket for replacing the part at my 'own' cost. LG told after 15 days of followup that they doint have parts of that fridge now.

                                      Mr Shah from Pune office told me that LG will provide me depreciated value, therefore I submitted copy of purchase invoice. It has been more than 20 days but there is no response from LG.

                                      LG call centre[protected] agent have no clue , they say , they cant help in this case, check with Pune office.

                                      Pune office phone number is always busy, I tried for 4 days and after that they told me they dont know about the status, check with call centre or LG head office will call you.. I aksed them When?? they said they dont know

                                      MR CEO of LG INDIA, Can you please tell me as a consumer do you expect me to come and do the tasks of your company which LG should be doing?
                                      Whom should I contact to know latest status of my case. ???

                                      I am seriously thinking to take LG to consumer court if I dont get an early response.

                                        I have an LG mobile Handset Model - KP119 from last 2 years...
                                        now on[protected] it displays an error "Invalid sim card" Automatically...
                                        and My all contact list & SMS are washed out.. and now my handset is not working...

                                        when I visit on LG service of Bhopal center they checked it and said - Now IMEI No of your handset is got invalid and nothing can be done..... and they send back mobile to me...

                                        Now i want to know that, LG is a branded company then how an IMEI NO of any mob h/s should be lapsed automatically while it is working fine till day before.

                                        when Ive asked to the executive that now what should i do fo this handset , should I threw it then she said Itz your wish.... These kind of executives are appointed in the service center of LG....

                                        Plz tell me what should I do.... & main thing how can I get back My very Important Data ..
