I complained on 16th august11 towards the tampered door and turn table plate which is not revolving. Engineer Mr Amit visited on 17th, but till date i have not received any feedback.

I have spoken to customer care thrice and to Mr Amit but only promising anwers are the one we could get.
I also spoke to his senior but to no avial. Not only this i am communicating with lg service continously but they are not bothered....

I purchased a DVD player of LG from Z Square Mall, Kanpur on 26th July 2011. From 24th august 2011 this DVD player (Model no- DV H 426-P)is not working properly.
