Mechanic came and attend the machine but without restoring the fault left saying required parts is not available.

Since then no further care has been taken by the company in this regard in spite of several reminder from my end.

I have spoken to Mr.Sanjoy Lala & Mr.Subir Pal in this matter.

So please do the needful without further delay.

      I bought new LG optimus ME p-350 (IMEI NO.[protected]) bill no.-NCS-35845 , dated-28.1.2012 ,amount- Rs6700 from anmol watches and electronics pvt. ltd. From the very first day phone's back cover is not properly fitting on phone. I went to that shop from where i bought the phone and they said go to customer care center its not their fault and then customer care center executive said that its not their fault and said go to that shop only. One more problem, I told shopkeeper that i need a phone which can play hd(.mp4) video & he assured me that it supports hd format, i bought phone on his statement but it doesn't playing any hd video.Its kind of harassment.So i want you to take quick action as early as possible.I am waiting for your reply.

        Technical details of Plazma TV is, it like compressed Gas filled TV as picture tube and manufacturer
        claims expected life of 1,00,000 hours without any problem. But there is a technological problem for Plazama TV is remaining of ghost effect or burning of screen at the place where logo of DTH provider and Channel constantly remains as the particular location of the screen. This is due to inside layer of the panel which is coated with phosphorous get continuous bombardment which burn this phosphorous layer leaves such ghost effects seen even after you shut down your TV. So the Plazama TV is not recommended to use as Computer Monitor or to disable screensaver or donot freeze/pause the picture while watching through DVD.
        Manufacturer including LG claims that they have some type some of the arrangements by which the screen is continuously and slightly keep on moving so that the location of these logos gets changing which will avoid such ghost effect or burning of the screen. But it is not true in case of LG, or at least in my Plazama TV set as I observe such burning or ghost effect even the the Plazama TV is used only for about 8 months.
        Authorised service people of LG, are of that opinion that let the said company claims about their latest technology, but it just to misguide and to make the customer fool. Such ghost effect will always remain in all Plazama TV manufactured by LG but as the customer are not conscious about the issue, nothing has come up so far. When I become very hares with them, LG has taken the said Plazama TV to their authorised service station and return it with the making the said problem more complex. Although they claims that they have replaced the panel but now the picture quality is further detoriated and there are bright ghost effects which can be noticed even from 10 feet distance and even power supply is disconnected. I have all doubts that they have done anything. When I further contacted LG and their authorized service people, they have deliberatively continued to dilly-dally on the issue since last so many days.
        As the said Plazama TV is under warranty, they advise me that let your warranty period gets over, then they will solve my problem by charging handsome amount from me. I doubt that LG company is also supporting them for such strategy as nobody responsible from LG is ready to communicate with me in this regards. This may be the strategy of LG company prolong the issue so that the warranty period gets over and then raise their hands and let customer pay them for their fault. This becomes more believable when I kept on registering complaint through their telephonic helpline and to their mail id, I got no response.
        Present status of my defective Plazama TV lying LG's authorised service station awaiting for solution of the problem since last so many days and LG is consuming my warranty period.
        My friend got the Plazama TV of other reputed brand and he does not have such problem even after long period o[censored]se and happy with other companies response and service.

        there are various ways to avoid Plasma Burn in.. google it and look it up, blaming the manufacturer in this case will not help much because this is as per design.

          I purchased a 32 inch LCD TV from LG in 2009 September/ October. December 2011 it stopped working. I raised complaint and technician came and said will inform manager that LCD panel gone and will take 15000. 37000 paid for TV just 2 years back now they say I need ot pay 15000 more for their faulty bad quality product. I took this from my company allowance which says 5 years for TV now I need to pay my company if I have to replace product and also LG. The customer manager has no time to call or talk or resolve and the company has no shame about the faulty product which failed in 2 years. I suggest no one buy LG TV as its customer care and product quality is untrustworthy and poor customers are at loss. Better take cheaper products and even if damaged it will be less loss than so called branded products lie LG Pay high and suffer product failure and insult of customer "service" and unprofessional "management". I gave mail and contact also and no calls for a week now. my mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com and I already mailed 4 times to the customer service.

          I have bought 1 LCD TV from Mahajan Electronics. Its still under warranty. From 1st May 2009 onwards I am in constant touch with your helpline number and area service incharge. On 1st May, Mr. Shiv, LG India, Mobile No.[protected], visited my residence "33/11 Ashok Nagar, 1st Floor, Near Tilak Nagar, New Delhi - 110 018" and informed that the speakers are giving bad noise because some modificator (some part) is to be changed. He promised, that he will come and change it next day.

          Two days after, when I phoned him, he says, am on leave and I should contact Mr. Amit, Area Manager : [protected], Sanjeev Gautam :[protected]He is nasty character, his number is given by LG Helpline people, but I can challenge you I gave him almost 20 calls continuously but this guy never picks up, if picks up, keep it on speaker and then disconnect, then switch off, why such irresponsible guy's number is given from your helpline in case of emergency). Amit assured me that my LCD tv will be repaired at the earliest infact he told me that the set will be picked up from home.

          I am working in a high office, if I would have come to know about such a behavior by any of DLF employee to any customer, I would have taken strict action.

          When I bought this set, initially, I got so many calls from helpline, before and after registering the service call to know about my satisfaction from the service. Now its just been 7 months, LG is not bothered, I will never recommend your product to anybody.

          I have end number of reference number against my complaint but the recent one can be noted as N9C52102555.

          I got your email address thru LG website, if you are the concerned and can do something that will be appreciated otherwise I request you to please forward it to the concerned so that they should come to know that how your market reputation is on stake because of such fools, who are kept on such key positions. I cannot handle any more harassment from LG.

            Dear Sir,

            This is with regard to my complain for LG Microwave. I have been struggling with my LG Microwave and have contacted to their customer care centre 3-4 times. The complain no. is RNA1201200. The convection mode is not working so i called the LG people from Noida office. they visited and said that this need to be fixed at the workshop and the van will come to pick it up. After a week when i again contacted to the customer care office the person called me back saying that this model has been disconitnued and hence LG cannot provide any repair.

            My question is to the company that if this is the case that if LG is not able to provide any sales support and repair after 5 yrs of buying a product then they should inform this before sales. From this policy what does LG wants to say- that ppl should spend and expect the life only for 5 yrs and then throw it away and buy a new one. Doing this they are keeping the customers in dark and cheating the Indian public. For me its a lesson learnt and would not buy any LG product now onwards. B'coz we don't spend money to use it only for 5 yrs. After sales and repair is what every one needs.
            I am tired of complaining to LG but its falling on their deaf ears. So, as a hope i am writing it to you. Buying a new Microwave is not a issue for me but i want talk to LG ppl regarding this policy. For me its not a fair trade practice.

Naaptol must have imported from some other subsidiary, we have no control on these retailers, we advise you to exercise more caution when making such purchases by cross checking with our official website www.lg.com/in about models launched for Indian market.

              LG India Authorized Mobile Service centers can provide you with parts (if available) on chargeable basis, you can visit our service center nearest to your place and purchase the charger.

                I had bought a high end Refrigerator (GC-L217FLQ) from an authorized dealer of LG in April'11. The refrigerator stopped working on 30.12.2011. I lodged a complaint on the same day comp. no. RNA[protected] was given to me.
                Our misery started from that day, the first person who came said some part needs to be changed and that the same was not in stock and it would take a few days. After a good 5 days later the part was replaced but still the fridge would not work. I then had to follow up with them to get service refrigerator; as I was told that the 2 other parts would now need to be changed and which were also not in stock.After repeated calling up the service refrigerator was finally delivered. The parts required according to the service personnel were once again replaced yet the fridge would not work!
                More then 2 persons visited our house and none was able to resolve the issue.
                Finally I was told that a replacement fridge would be given, after waiting for a couple of days, when no replacement came I was told by their Manager; Mr. Sameer Saini ( [protected]) that the fridge model was discontinued and that they would refund my money.( This model still appears on thier web site by the way) When I insisted that he share with me the company policy and put me on to a senior person as I was not satisfied with his replies he point blank refused to do so. When told that the MRP of the fridge was more and moreover the prices had gone up since I brought the fridge they were escaping their liability of servicing for even the first year; they should either give me an equivalent model or refund the MRP price. He assured me he would call , but never got back to me.
                I request the senior management to look into the grievances and the relevant government authority to check this practice of palming of sub standard product(s) by such 'Goliath' MNC companies in India. I am sure in any other country they could not have got away with this daylight robbery.

                LG Refrigerator — No Post sale service

                I Unfortunately bought an LG refrigerator on 14 nov, 2010 on receval at home, i found a big dent on the door of it.... the company assured me that they will get the door changed within 24 hours....but it is more than 6 months,, the enginner visited us 3 tiomes,, every single day i call up their call center,,,they always keep on making one or thge other excuses... or pass on the number of the area managers ect,, which also give fake deadlines of 2 weeks,,, and then on the date of dead line.. when i call them up they do not respond or say,, it will take nore time to look into the matter.....

                In this case i have already spoken to Mr. Amit the Area manager of East Delhi Area, also the senior associates of so called LG ( I call it as the most bad brand) i.e. Mr Abhigyan, Mr. Abhishek, Mr. Adutya, Mr. Gagandeep.. all befool you on making calls at there call centre...

                I hereby request every body ... please you can opt for a local brand over LG, atleast you can get hold of the dealers in case of any problemm,,,

                LG is just making money but assembling the China kits,, n using their Brand logo... save your money

                LG India — no after sale services

                I had purchased an lg air conditioner on 23 april 2010.As per the services I was suppose to get 3 free services,however I could avail only 01 service as I am in the army & have to move for temporary duties off and on .
                I contacted the lg customer care on 06 may 2011 which means only a delay of 12 days , which I suppose is not a major isuue.
                I was flately refused by the executive, saying that I have overshooted the period.
                I told him that if I cannot get my free service ,I am ready to pay the required amount but please send the engineer at the earliest.
                I was promised that the person would come to me within 24 hours.
                No budy has turned up till date despite of repeated reminders.

                My ac is now not functioning and I am facing problems because of that. Please hlp me out .

                I had complained to lg call centre on 3rd june ar 9 am. I was told that a service engg. Would talk to me within 2 hrs and someone would come to visit us within 24hrs.it is the 5th of june ,9 am,no one has come inspite of many reminders.is this the kind of after sales service that lg provides?

                No resolution of my complaint till today. No one has got in touch with me also.
                Can you let me have the name and number of some senior person in Customer care ?
                I agree with the above and now I am facing the problem in getting the Service for my Split AC which is located out of Hyderabad.
                They are not attending the complaints even after talking to and escalating the issue. They are guiding to unauthorised local mechanics to service my AC.

                  .No person has got in touch with me till today and the complaint remains unresolved till now. So much for the LG CARE!

                        I HAD PURCHASED LG MICRO OVEN IN THE YEAR 2007 BY SPENDING RS. 10000/- + FGROM M/S NEXT, G.T. ROAD, (S) HOWRAH TILL DECEMBER, 2011 IT WAS OK BUT SUDDENLY IT BECOME USELESS WITHOUT HAVING ANY RESONABLE CAUSE. I LODGED A COMPLAINT IMMEDIATELY WITH THE COMPANY (LG) SERVICE CENTRE, AT HOWRAH THEY SENT ONE MECHANIC AFTER 2 DAYS FROM LODGEMENT OF COMPLAINT. AFTER VARIOUS EXAMINATION HE HAD CERTAINLY REPAIRED THE SAME AND ASKED SERVICE CHARGE RS. 271/- WHICH WAS PAID IMMEDIATELY. UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS AGAIN BECOME USELESS AFTER 40 TO 45 MINUTES OF HIS DEPARTURE WHEN WE TAKE THE MATTER INTO THE NOTICE OF THE MECHANIC OVER MOBILE HE ADVISED TO LODGE A COMPLAINT ONCE AGAIN AND I ALSO DO THE SAME ON THE VERY NEXT DAY. BUT AFTER WAITING FOR 7/8 DAYS WHEN WE CONTACTED THE SERVICE CENTRE, HOWRAH THEY EXPRESSED THEIR ENABILITY TO REPAIR THE SAME AS THE SPARE PARTS IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET - COMPANY HAS NOT SUPPLY THE SPARE PARTS AS SUCH IT IS NOT REPAIRABLE .etc...etc......                           I am D.S.Murty. I have purchased a LCD TV at from Reliance Digital at Hyderabad on[protected]. In the scratch card, i won LG Mobile. They asked me to submit the scratch card (code : 542494), address proof etc. at their office at Secunderabad. I personally went there and submitted the required forms and got the acknowledgement too. They told me that i would receive the gift in three weeks to my address. I waited for about 8 weeks. Later i called customer care people. They gave me a number. I spoke to that person. He said he would get back with details. I waited for about a week for him to get back to me with details. Again I called. Then he gave me another number. The new executive told me that he would get back. another week passed. I called again. He told me that he would get back in few minutes. I waited for a day and called him again. Then he told that the gifts are being processed from Delhi and i will receive it soon. I waited for about one month and yesterday (17th January 2012). He told me that i should call the next morning (today, 18th Jan 2012). I called him. He said he was in a meeting and "get back to me in 5 minutes"... the prototype dialogue. I only called him after about two hours at around 12 PM . Then he told me that the gift has been "delivered" to me.....! I asked him when and through which courier service, so that i can track it locally. He said that he is a "marketing manager" and not concerned with dispatching section (how do I know it anyway..) and "get back" to me with details in a day or so....i felt very bad. When submitting the scratch card, those people ask for every particular and proof ; but when it comes to dispatching the gifts, they behave so irresponsibly. How shall I proceed ? How many times i should be calling them ? ( I dont mind naming the LG people with whom I spoke, but i dont know whether we can do it or not).

                          LG Refrigerator — Not received the free gifts with LG Refrigerator

                          I purchased LG 245 Litres single door fridge on 1st October 2011. The dealer "Rajendra Electronics" informed that there is a gift with the product, but while purchasing they said it will be received in 3-4 days.

                          Today is 19th October, its been 19 days that I have not received the gifts.

                          When I called the LG Consumer support, they asked me to callback again so that they can launch a complaint. Which is pathetic. This is the 2nd time that I purchased the LG product and the experience was PATHETIC.

                          I will suggest everyone to think twice before buying any LG product. And hopefully I will get my free gift someday.
                          Same was the case with me, They are pathetic, I think pathetic is a small word for them, Bloody cheats ... Don't ever fall in to their false promotional advertisements, LG sucks big time ...

                          The list of three people i have contacted in the last two months- for your reference only:
                          1. LG Customer care number[protected] : thrice - and they directed me the second number
                          2. Mr. Ravindra Reddy ([protected]) - thrice - later he directed me to the third number
                          3. Mr. Shekhar Sane ([protected]) - several times since Mid-December - each time i get a promise that he would "get back"... he never did. I only initiated subsequent calls after waiting for days (in December 2011) or hours (in January2012). Yesterday also i got the same promise from him, that he would "get back"... and I am still waiting..hoping that he would keep the promise in this new year...!

                          I don't know whether it is the policy of LG to benefit the telephone operators so that the customer should pay a telephone bill equivalent of the gift he (..hopefully) receives from LG.

                          Any way, I want to reiterate that I am a regular user of LG products for more than 10 years (LG refrigerator, LG washing machine, LG mobile.. and so on. Now LG LCD TV too). I appreciate the quality of your products. And I hope the issue will be resolved in a responsible way.

                          I mentioned the behavouor of LG team -- promising to call back or get back--- and never doing it again and again in a recurrent fashion. I hoped atleast, this open promise on net will be kept.
                          Please let me know the status.

My wife was alone and after seeing his ID card she allowed him to do. But sir soory to say that my refrigerator was working perfectly all right before it but after doing that it is not cooling. I have made several complaint to ur service centers but nobody have come yet .. They say our representative will contact u within an hour or two.. but it passes more than 48 hours..                               I feel it obligatory on my part, as a consumer, to bring to your notice the following facts.

                              My son purchased a Mobile handset on 27.06.2008 at Bhubaneswar vide Model No: LG-RD 6100 / RSN: RLGHS [protected]. In the first week of this month it developed a problem – when switched on, the light with the word LG appeared on the screen and it disappeared with in a fraction of a second and again automatically appeared and went off. This ON/OFF continues until disconnected from the battery. When approached your service centre, they said there is problem with the Mother Board which needs replacement and it will cost more than `700.00. As stated by you the self protection function of the battery cuts power of the phone when its operation is in an abnormal state. If your claim is correct then there should not be any damage to the components inside the handset. Any way I am not an Engineer or Electronic expert but the durability of the equipment is under question as you also state “ LG creates handsets that provide an optimized mobile experience to customers around the world, with cutting-edge technology & innovative handset design capabilities, with advanced wireless solutions.”

                              I am sure while designing this set your R & D people must have kept in mind the durability or the life span of the components fitted inside the handset which can never be two & half years. I feel there must be some assembling or manufacturing error in this handset which needs to be investigated by you though the warranty period is over.

                                Sub: Unscrupulous elements in LG after sales service network

                                Dear Sir,

                                I would like to bring to you kind notice the following facts :
                                1. Our washing machine make LG (Tromm) went out of order. Please note that it is out of service warranty.
                                2. We made a complaint through your call center toll free no.[protected] on Sunday 8th Jan 2012 08:50 AM. The person attended the call given us the complaint no. RNA[protected] and assured for early rectification.
                                3. We again reminded your call center on Monday 9th Jan 2012 when no one turned up.
                                4. On 11th Jan 2012, a person from your authorized service center (as told by him) A-One Services, 56, Double Rd, Indira Nagar, Bangalore – 560038 attended the complain of washing machine. After checking he informed that drain Motor/pump of machine has gone out of order. He told us that he will come next day with Drain motor after taking spare from service center stores.
                                5. Accordingly the same person come on Thursday, 12th Jan 2012 and replaced the Drain motor / pump. He charged us Rs 1540/- as cost of Drain motor and Rs 386 as service charges vide bill no 107 dated 12/01/2012. He then informed us that machines is ready and can be operated. And he left our premises.
                                6. When we operated the washing machines we found unusual loud sound when water got drained.
                                7. Then we again lodged the complaint through your call center on Thursday 12th Jan 2012 (same day) regarding the unusual sound of newly replaced Drain motor vide complaint no. RNA[protected] dated 12th Jan 2012.
                                8. On Friday 13th Jan 2012 another technician came and noted the unusual sound. But after checking the bill he informed that the before said person was not from LG Service Center.
                                9. After taking the telephone no. of local service center we reported the matter to Mr. Shareef. Tel no. [protected]. And he assured us to investigate the matter but not committed to replace the Drain motor. He perhaps need the permission of seniors.
                                10. In light of above events it appears the same illegal service centers are operating in Bangalore with the connivance of your call center for cheating the customers and spoil name of your esteem organization. As we tried the tel no. given on the bill (landline as well as mobile) in presence of your technician. But all are found out of order.

                                You are therefore requested to investigate the whole matter in details how the call center has forwarded the complaint to said service center to attend the job. Perhaps the person generated complaint no. RNA[protected] at your call center has forwarded the complaint ti said service center. Or may be the technician whom this call got assigned from service center have passed the information to fake person misrepresenting LG. Please do investigation to find real person behind the racket. We further request your legal service center over here to replace the Drain motor free of charge and investigate matter in details to avoid cheating of other customers and daming repute of LG.

                                Hoping an early action in this regard. I will appreciate if you respond to this mail for acknowledgement.

                                LG — The customer care of LG company are cheater

                                I am pankaj bhardwaj living in Greater Noida my mobile no [protected]. I have bought two LG ac (split ac and window ac) in 2010 . These both ac was not working properly from the time of purchase .
                                we have made so many complain and lots of calls to LG customer care but there is no response from there side .
                                The LG customer care has been committed that the LG service representative will call you in four hour and LG service engineer will reach you in 24 hour, but there is no response since last year. Than finally, I lose all the Hope.

                                The customer care of LG company are cheater.
                                I am very unsatisfied to buy LG product . I will never suggest to anybody to purchase any product of LG ,

                                Because this is fraud and cheater company.
                                After all i made a fresh complain in 25/4/2011. Complained no is [protected] for window ac and[protected] for split ac After calling lots of time to repair my both ac, But they are not responding, they are such a very big cheater. LG use my hard earn money,
                                but give not proper services.

                                I am not using the ac in these hottest days May and June.

                                Can some body help me out of this trap.

                                  I have purchased a direct drive Lg washing machine model number 1256 qdp ..7 kgs , from Pai Electronics Udupi on 22nd dec 2011.
                                  there is a lot of vibration especially when the machine is in the dryer mode .The Lg service men came in two times , both the times after repeated calls , and the reason they give for the vibration is that the floor is uneven !!! This is India , and quality control is pretty poor here and hence the floors in most of the building are uneven , I guess i should have asked them about this before purchasing machine worth 35,000.....where in I could get the same product by IFB for 10,000 less??? What I am asking is that wouldn't you have any method of correcting the unevenness by adjusting the legs??? I went in for this machine ,my first LG product ,since i have heard of a very efficient after sales service by LG ....but I am surely unsatisfied ! I hope my complaint will be attended shortly and the issue be resolved . Otherwise , I am very satisfied with the machine , its an excellent one ...on par with the Frigidaire machine I was using abroad...This is a small problem ,which can be fixed by an efficient technician ...please read between the lines!

                                        I bought an LCD on dated 22/09/2011 of L.G. (Model no.- W2043C-PF-BTRVAPL ; Serial No. - 105PMKT016349) from Kalyan computer, Jalandhar through E Work Point, Kartarpur. It came out to be defective after 10 days o[censored]se. A distinctive yellow vertical line began to appear in the middle of the screen. I filed a complaint on the same day to the company (L.G Support service). After around 10 days, an agent from L.G visited my place to have a look at the issue with the LCD. He replied back that the LCD was being covered with rust at certain points from within and he further suggested to bring the LCD to their service center at Jalnadhar so as to talk with senior authorities. When I took that to there, they declared that It was a physical damage issue (rust) and they cannot deal with it (Dated : 24/10/2011)
                                        There was not any physical damage done by me to the LCD. Moreover, I used the LCD for just 10 days, so there is no chance of any such damage.
