We purchased two 1.5 ton LG split AC on, 10th May 2011 from B.S.Enterprise, New Santoshpur, Kolkata - 700066. While selling the product they claimed themselves as authorized dealer of LG and convinced us that we will get all services perfectly from LG or themselves. Our AC worked for only 3 months and then started creating problem, but till now AC are not working properly due to lack of services from aforesaid company...
