Dear sir,

I was purchased new freez on February-2011 through Bajaj Finance. Here my ECS not deducted from my ICICI Bank account. I personally Met Mr. Mitesh in Vadodara, Fatehgunj Brach. And clear all my document.
He conform me that here technical fault from Bajaj finance side, so he resolve it and sent me MY NOC on my mail id i.e. brahmbhatt.[protected]@gmail.com. But still I was not received any inputs from him.

Even Bajaj Finance Bombay branch member continuously followup with me and even they put my detail in CIVIL.
If Here problem of Bajaj Finance that they are not submit my document in My bank than Wat customer can do...

Pl kindly look in this issue ASAP.

    This is to bring in the notice of top management of LG after sale services that the way customers are treated after sale is not only a total dissatisfaction but also putting a question mark of credibility of a brand name LG.

    I have bought one LG refregerator as per following details which has been attended four times on my complains since 18th November -2011 to till date but still my fridge is not working :- Complain Nos :-RNA[protected] dt-18/11/11,,RNA[protected] of dt-10/12/11 ( two more which i have no record),,RNA[protected] dt-7/1/12,

    LG - 2 Door Refrigerator — Bad Service and quality of Product

    Hi,
    I purchased a LG two door refrigerator in Jan 2009, and within 1.5 years it has started giving problems.
    Some of the times, there was no cooling in main body of refregerator and only freezer was working. This happened lot of times and finally it stopped cooling (only freezer was working).
    I registered a complaint, they committed me that the techincian will be availble within 24hrs for the repiar.
    However there was no one who attended the issue. After repeated calls to LG customer care a techincian arrived on the fifth day to repair.

    The main reason being the issue with the timer. Timer needs to be replaced. I asked them it shoudl be replaced free of cost. But they said no, since the warranty has expired. I said ok, lets replace it at the cost. But I asked whats the warranty of the timer. Technician said its only one month. I dont remember any high value product with so less warranty.

    I think LG itself is not confident about the quality of their products. I am spending Rs. 600 extra for the timer and LG is not ready to give good warranty. 1 month is a bull .

    I dont know how much replacements I have to do in future and how much I have to pay for it.

    We have also used other refrigerators like Godrej, Kelvinator but there was no issue for years together. Its almost 17 years we have purchased a Kelvinator, there was no issue till now (only we got the bulb replaced).

    This time i made a mistake by purchasing the LG refrigerator. For Others I seriously wont recommend LG products. Product quality and Service both are very bad.

    I totally agree about the services provided by LG is veryvery bad. . They are not responding clearly and quickly.. Simply they are forwarding the responses. They should improve the Customer SErvice area. Then only they can get good support from consumers. Otherwise they may lose their brand and services quality;

    I have also been facing problem with LG 308 VE 5 refrigerator since purchase in 2011. The dealer informs that LG is fully aware that the design has problems, They have replaced the fridge for several customers. At the same time, they did not see the need to inform other customers and replace their units.

    The concerned individuals have not acted in the best interest of the company and customers.

    Faulty design - No attempt to inform customers - No attempt to recall - the conduct befits only a small outfit in underdeveloped economy. LG brings bad name to all Korean products by irresponsible conduct.

      Putting this complaint here since the LG site that takes complaints does not work. -

      I am very sorry to write this feedback. This is regarding the washing machine i bought of LG. I have logged this complaint on 1st december. Even after considering 1st as an holiday, My machine is still not fixed. The Service center [protected] , the person Sameer, he is never actively gives any input no fix schedules nothing. After an hour of attempt to call the number, which is mostly busy. Once i get through unless i ask about the status , he would never tell me. He is good in talking i would suggest him to be proactive in letting me know the status. Plus comming back to complaint. My machine is broken since 1st december and today is 5th, they are still far away from fixing it. the technicians are never on there promised time, they dont even let us know if they will come late, Does LG expect the customer to sit at home just waiting for the technicians ?

      lastly I have faith in LG and will appreciate if someone looks into this.

      we brought freeze side by side 586 litrs bt frm starting your people not giving good sevice. nw its giving trouble by making noise n all ice choked up in freezer side. we want u to rectify the problem as soon as possible. our dealer is kohinoor dadar.purchase on 21.02.2012

        Burning smell from Fridge

        We have purchased this 320 Ltr - 02 Door fridge from LG show room in June 2011 and after six months o[censored]se "when you open fridge door - it gives very bad burning smell".

        We have contacted the LG care center - they have sent the technician - as per him the fan winding might be burnt. Then next day other technician visited and he is saying there is no issue.

        When i did the search in google - I see similar...

        I have a LG washing machine (fully auotmatic, front load) It was bought in Feb2008. On 22Dec it stopped working, so i registerd my complaint with LG cust care (RNA no[protected] They sent a technician 2 days later, who went away saying that the PCB board needs replacing. I agreed to pay for it. After that another technician came with a PCB board, which he said is defective, so he will come back later with a 'good' one. This was on 25Dec. Since then I have stopped getting any communication frm LG. I have been calling Cust care, the Service Centre as well as the technician. Let me stress here that it is near impossible to get thru to any of the above. it requires a lot of time n patience. What is frustrating is that NOBODY can tell me what or when this will get resolved. I bought this machine fr over Rs40000/.....they told me this was one of their top line products. Anybody who runs a home with 2 school going children can understand my trauma...not to mention, unnecessary laundry bills!! CAN ANYTHING BE DONE???

          sir,

          I purchased 6.5kg LG washing machine model no WF-T7519PV from LG shoppe,Ashwani Electro world,236-Harjinder nagar,Kanpur, with festive offer of steam iron worth Rs.899 on 25-10-11. I was promised to get the steam iron a few days later. Inspite of repeated requests, i could not get the promised item even after 2 months and has to return with humiliation. I felt cheated. Please advice.

            LG/ — Touch Pad not working

              I have bought LG COLOR TV from LG authorized delear in renukoot after 10 months its making unnecessary noise even i mute the TV .I Concern with my friend the he facing same problem which he bought different product from same delear.the Delar name "Raja Ram vinod kumar" near to renukoot sabji mandi.when we complain against this thing he is not giving any response any product.All people are very worred from

              LG color TV — Registered service complaint not resolved

              I have purchased LG color TV from Kaydee Audia Vision (P) Ltd, Sector 18, NOIDA, as on 13/09/2008 and Invoice No: 1567. I have display problem from 14/06/2009 and I contacted the LG customer care on the same day.
              The service engineer Shafiqe Rain (Mobile no: [protected]) came to my house and without doing anything (just on/off the TV two time) he tells that transformer of the TV needs to change and he asked wait for one week. Then after several call to him and to customer care finally he comes on 20/06/2009 and again he tells transformer is fine the problem is in the picture tube. And he took the TV to Workshop (Phone: [protected]) on 21/06/2009 and assured me next day i.e. 22/06/2009 he bring back the TV.
              After that no information about my TV and I called several time to customer care, workshop and service engg. nothing will happed. At the end of 5th day the customer care persons asked me to file my complained to [protected]@lgindia.com and after that also nothing has happed.
              Subsequently 27/06/2009 to 10/06/2009 I was out of station due to my professional commitment. After coming back I stared call customer care, workshop and service engg. and again they dragging me and TV wont return till today. Almost one month my TV is in the LG workshop my requests are
              1. Please return my TV even though the problem is not solved. I will take care of it personally. Already I
              wasted around one month and Rs.200 by calling customer care, workshop and service engg.
              2. Every time I talk to customer care they sending remainder to service engineering and assigning
              request ID. So for I got three request IDs for the same complained they are N9C61400564,
              N9C62515626 and N9C71101997. The service engineering and workshop people are not care about
              this and then what is the use of these IDs.
              3. During service engineer's two visits to my house he won't ask any signature from me
              as a proof of attending/satisfaction to his visits. Weather your system wont required this documents.
              4. The service engineering in charge of Mayur Vihar Phase – III, New Delhi Mr Shafiqe Rain (Mobile no:
              [protected]) service is very poor. If he continue like this definitely you going to lose many more LG
              regular customer like me. Take action against him.
              I am requesting you to return my TV immediately.

                  I Karan Arora having the trust and confidence in one of the best and leading consumer electronics company i.e. LG have purchased my home appliances like FRIDGE Model no:GL-245TM,S.no:605nlus00707,WASHING MACHINE Model no: VP-9241-AGGP,S.no:607NUH7028273 AIRCONDITIONER Model no:LWA18GIRSAI AP33DMI(IN), S.no:605PGHT001833 and recommend many others to buy LG products as I never came across any issue related to performance, quality and service and termed my experience satisfactory .But till few months back in order to have a LED monitor for my computer system I trust and prefer my tried and trusted brand LG.I bought a LG LED model no:E2040T-PN.BTR,s.no:103PMXY007050 in april last week year2011.I buy this from M/s SHRI SUDERSHAN COMPUTERS ,G-9,SATYA BHAWAN,WAZIRPUR COMMERCIAL COMPLEX,WAZIRPUR,NORTHWEST DELHI,INVOICE NO:SSC/10011/0161.From day one I noticed a bright spot on extreme right side of the led and I took it as a setting problem and continue with it for some months but after having my doubts cleared I got it replaced through complaint no:RNA[protected] dated 5dec2011.But as soon as I got the replacement I got my view restricted by few inches on the right side of the led as it gives a shadow image from that side .Since then I made a number of complaints reference no RNA[protected];RNA[protected];RNA[protected] ;and only two times from your service dealer/s CYBER DIGITAL SOLUTIONS,WAZIRPUR, a executive came and told me to don’t make it an issue as it will not be rectified as it is not that much a problem and his senior MR.LALLAN also spoke to me the same. I had a talk with MsSHOBHA PANDEY on your customer helpline no[protected] who in turn told me to get in touch with the technical department. I again complained the same on the helpline no; but received no response till date. So please don’t make my decision to buy LG products and experience such a disaster. Please do the needful as I am tired calling the helpline no so often and not getting any response.

                  I bought my LG LED LCD monitor E2040T-PN.BTR. S.NO: 105PMSA069958 on 09-jul-2011 and i found bright spot on left side of my display after 2 month's of the purchase. As day's goes on the bright spot become enlarging on left side of my display then i registered complaint in LG service center regarding the bright spot on 22-dec-2011 (At first complaint they wrongly understood my complaint and they register that complaint for TV even i given my display model number and serial number, then after i called to LG service about more than six times but they not given correct answer to me. Atlast i got the direct service center number from them and i called to them, they said that they won't do service for monitors because they given serivce center number of LG TV. After this once again i registered my complaint, this they correctly registered my complaint respect LG monitors ). Technician from LG solution came to my to attend for my registered problem on 28-dec-2011, at first instance he said that he can't able to take my problem in account then i argued with him for 15min. after few min he called to his senior, and his senior officer asked to take my problem into account, then the technician registered my complaint and he said that, he will reply for this complaint within 2 days but no reply came from LG side till 12-feb-2012 but i called to LG service center from 02-jan-2012 about to ask my complaint progress. No valid answer i got expect your complaint on progress and new panel for your display is been ordered, i got the same answer for all 13 calls from 02-jan-2012. Finally technician from LG service center came to my home with new display panel on 13-feb-2012 and he replaced my old display panel with the new panel which he brings for me. Then after i not found the bright spot problem in my new display panel but i found another new problem on same evening. The new problem is i'm getting negative image kind of display problem when slightly i sit on my right side of my display, in earlier display this is not there, in earlier display gives good image quality and don't show negative kind image problem whatever side i may sit with respect to display position.                     I have bought LG LCD 32" on 26th Oct 2011 in Pai International Showroom, Maratahalli,Bangalore. and in the scratch card offer i got LG Mobile phone as the gift.the showroom people said that as the gift has to be delivered by the LG Company itself and it might take time(upto 1 week). i was keep on calling to the LG People, everytime i get the answer "it will take another 4 days to deliver". in the meanwhile 10 days back i got a call saying that the mobile phone is delivered to the showroom i can go and collect it.(the guy asked me to go and collect it to the Indira Nagar branch showroom of Pai International but i said i have purchased the TV from Maratahalli Branch so i said i will be collecting it from the same branch then the guy said Ok). When i went to the Pai Showroom to collect the Gift the showroom manager said to me that no one from his side has called me ... Immediately i called one of the LG Customer Care guy(Mob No:+91 [protected]) even these people said that none of the had called me... The same thing repeated for 3 times....
                    Everyone (Pai Showroom and the LG Customer Care ) are asking me to give the phone number from which i got the call...but i didn't save the number or i didn't remember the name of the person who has called me....Both (Pai Showroom and the LG Customer Care)are showing negligence when ever i give a call or visit the showrooom.

                    The same case with me too. I have purchased a LG LCD TV from Reliance Digital at Hyderabad on[protected]. In the scratch card, i won LG Mobile. They asked me to submit the scratch card, address proof etc. at their office at Secunderabad. I personally went there and submitted the required forms and got the acknowledgement too. They told me that i would receive the gift in three weeks to my address. I waited for 8 weeks. Later i called customer care people. They gave me a number. I spoke to him. He said he would get back with details. I waited for about a week for him to get back to me with details. Again I called. Then he gave me another number. The new executive told me that he would get back. another week passed. I called again. He told me that he would get back in few minutes. I waited for a day and called him again. Then (in Dec 1st week, 2011), he told that the gifts are being processed from Delhi and i will receive it soon. I waited for about one month and yesterday (17th January 2012). He told me that i should call the next morning (today, 18th Jan 2012). I called him. He said he was in a meeting and "get back to me in 5 minutes"... the prototype dialogue. I only called him after about two hours at around 12 PM . Then he told me that the gift has been "delivered" to me...! I asked him when and through which courier service, so that i can track it locally. He said that he is a "marketing manager" and not concerned with dispatching gifts and "get back" to me with details in a day or so...-D S Murty

                    PAI Electronics, Indira Nagar, Bangalore — Customer service - NIL

                    Hello,

                    We bought a Butterfly Power Hob on May 5th, 2012 at PAI Electronics in Indra Nagar Bangalore for Rs/- 3000.00. It stopped working after a week and we took it back to the shop to test/replace. Unfortunately when they tried it was working during testing and so we took it back. We used it for 2 more days and then it stopped working again. We checked manual and followed instructions with no luck. We took the appliance again back to Pai Electronics asking them to replace the unit or to credit the amount so we can use a regular stove.

                    Here is where we encountered that a horrendous customer service that you get knots in your stomach. First of all PAI electronics people don't know how to talk to a customer. All they are interested in money. When we were asked to talk to store manager, they made us go up & down the stairs and finally a floor person took us to a person claiming to be a manager. This manager, his name is Imran, without even understanding the issue, says they can’t replace. He was talking about utensils while we were saying about Power Hob. He is clueless. At one point he doesn’t want to talk to us, a customer.

                    Hope someone higher-up in PAI Electronics management chain sees this and takes appropriate action. At least for now, they lost a customer forever and few more. I won’t recommend anyone to PAI electronics anymore.

                      The LG service for the customer is very pathetic it is mental torture if your music system has any problem or not working properly.The reasons for the above condition are as follows:-

                      I Mr.Balaji.Naidu always have purchased LG product but after the below incident I have taken oath not to but LG products in future & if any of my friends inquire about LG, I am definitely going to tell the below problem.

                      * On 13th of December 2011 I lodged a complaint ( complaint no.:-RNA[protected] the said call was attended on 15th of December by service engg Sarvash,the call should be attended within 2 hrs or 24 hrs which was not done as per the LG policy,secondly the said service engg was going to my house to check the music system was very busy on other call .I followed up & he said that at 16.30 hrs he will be at house ,he never turned up & the call was closed without my knowledge, saying that the customer has agreed to bring the music system to the service center & i was not aware of it .I came to know about it on 19th of December 2011 when I asked why the delay in attending the call .Again a new complaint was lodged the complaint no (RNA[protected].


                      2. the engg Sartvash was to visit on the same day he did not come. The next day he said that the system to be send to the Lg service store.

                      3. On 21st -11-2011 I had taken music system to LG store ,till date I have not received any call .Again after my call they are saying they will look into the matter casually.

                      4. I have given them a list of what is to be checked of my system


                      5. I was also given contact number of Head LG Survan Sawant but she never picks up t he phone


                      Such mental torture to the customer .The service & staff are not sincere in work,due to which I have not desire to buy LG product.

                      Your statement LG " life good" does not seem to be good.

                      I know that they will be no response for this mail but it for my satisfaction I have addressed my problem ,now it up to LG to decide.

                      LG MUSIC SYSTEM — not deleverd even after nerly 70 days

                      hello sir,
                      i have given the music system for servicing, problem was cd was not getting detected i have given the system for the 3rd time for same problem,now its been nearly 3 months its not yet delevered and aslo some parts are missing we had no complaint about the cassette player when visited last time to the service center cassette player was not woking and drive belts were missing i have spoken to area manager hubli even he did'nt care about it,so i thought of giving complaint to you so please contact the concerned people and clear my case,

                      Our 4 year old LG music system was giving problem. Only DVD player was not working. When we made complaint in March-08, one of their officials took it to their workshop at PEERAGARI for repairing and reported that lens is damaged. Estimation given by him for repair was only Rs.2500/-.we gave him the permission to repair it. After several reminders they returned the system with damaging the whole system. They informed that their workshop is shifting from present location to another which they themselves didn’t know. They told that the workshop will attend it and they will collect the system from the residence. Again after several reminders it was taken to new workshop with complaint no. NBC71802674 dated 18-7-08. They collected the system on 7-8-2008 in HI END SOLUTIONS(Auhorised Service Centre) B-7/7, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-110027, Phones:[protected] Mobile: [protected]-121 with repeated reminders and told the estimation around 3000/-. Now again when we asked them the progress of our music system, they gave us the new complaint no. N8C82305036 dated 23-8-08 and nobody was in a position for proper reply. When we told them that we will go to complaint in consumer court then immediately they called back and told that if you are ready to pay 5000/- Rs the system is ready with us. Now we request to kindly look after the matter on priority and guide us what to do.

                        one first day there no belt inside in the product.
                        Company service center is agreeing for the same but are not ready for REPLACEMENT and they calling many time doing my mental harassment and pressurizing us to take their diffected product.my complaint number is RNA[protected].

                            LG — Manufacturing Defected TV

                            We have purchased a TV of LG company from Sri Sri Sales, Adipur before 15 days. After 2 days after purchase TV stopped. We call to service centre and dealer, they come and told us that there is need to change main cercuit board. And also told that this manufacturing defect. We will change board.                               I am writing to you with regard to the complain made to your service center about the non functioning of the Micro wave oven we just bought. I had made two complains with complain numbers RNA[protected] on 28th Dec 2011 and again on 2nd Jan 2012 for which the complain number is RNA[protected], but sorry to say no result the micro wave is still lying not usable.
                              A representative visited took photographs and assured that either the door will be replaced or the micro wave will be replaced but after that no one visited and we got no revert from the company. Now when we try to make a complain on the tool free number without listing to us either they place the call on hold or try and forward the call to other person
                              I request you to please look into to the matter and solve the problem on urgent basis.

                                I want to complaint that your customer executives always activate direct services and refuse to return balance by giving bladdey reasons so i want strict action against them and stop them basters my point of view tata docomo is very bad service only disturb customers you says docomo simplycity but i think very fast balance dedecter bladey suck....reply my no [protected]. And once call attain again try to call then call will not cinnect
                                Strick action and send my balance back it might occur many a times...
