I, Francis Eapen, had bought an AC from LG on 10/9/2011. Product name - LG AC 5KR3A. Invoice no - KTP/ca11/1775. After the gas was refilled in Sept-2012, the AC didn't work for more than 2 days due to gas leak. Till date, the AC was repaired several times by the authorized service providers of LG and still the AC isn't working. We spent more than Rs 10000/- When we consulted another Mechanic, he pointed out that the company instead of replacing the parts had simply repaired it but we had paid the price of new parts. I request the authorities to look into this matter really soon.

sir...me got call letter fr interview from LG industrial in coimbatore...i heard tat cmpny is fraud...plz gve me information abt tat company....its my life....

LG service is very very bad .

if you cal you will get a service after you became short tempered

than only you pay more.

now you paid more ... next time they will not less for you.

service people also have spares and service target.

if he asks 10000 rs . you say

company just show some 2, 000 rs .

i will pay you 2, 000 extra just service and give me.

he will dedicate and work that is indian LG service ..

AC daal ke cool ho jane ka

for that 2000 rs extra while paying record with hidden cam.

he wil dedicate his life for you...

Yes. Even for a small service, We have to call them and wait for their 24 hours, which in reality is more than 2 weeks
