[Resolved] LG Flatron TV — Remote sensor in TV not working | |

My Aunt residing in Pune has a LG Flatron TV bought in 2000. The works fine but the only issue was with the remote sensor part inside the TV which has broken down. Complaint was made for the same with the dealer to which the engineer promply attended the complaint. On inspection he informed that the sensor inside the TV has been broken due to which the functing of remote was not happening. He said that he would have to take the part for repair and would be fixed in 2 days time. But it has been 3 weeks time the problem is not fixed. Repeated calls to LG call center and the dealer are been made to which the only answer we get is the engineer will come in tommorow. But as the saying goes Tommorow never comes. We are fed up with the service provided by LG. They do not have courtesy to call and inform what the problem is. DON'T BUY LG PRODUCTS.

LG Flatron TV — no positive response from the service center
my tv is dead since 11 June 2009, despite repeated complaints at the service center at renukut (dist.sonbhadra) i just get false explanations & a new waiting date. i would like to draw the attention of the company concerned that this kind of a response is going to take away your market share.lg flatron t.v — engineers are useless
dear sir i am sorry to say that your engineers are use less they are not able to solve my problem regarding my t.v after two month of time.they were very irresponsible and non co-operative with the customers.

dear sir,The sensor of my TV is not functional. Therefore we cant use the remote.
