I have purchases LG TFT 19" Wide Monitor I use this monitor for D.T.P. Works Iam facing problem is picture appearing wider but I need to appear the picture in normal view and also actual colors have not appearing.
Kindly give solutions for my problem I will thankful to you

LG Monitors — monitor not working

sir,
LG TFT monitor not working since 29th Oct 2010. i had launched a complaint with lg complaint no - C10A2924555 on 29th Oct. LG Reps attended on 02 Nov 10, But they couldn't rectify the problem and told that they are awaiting for spares. Again LG Reps attended on 12 Nov 10 with spare part (power package).....
they had replaced the defective part with the spare part.........
when they had given power supply the spare part had also burnt.
LG Reps again told that we ll come with a new part and left my place..

Consecutively this is the third time i am facing problem with this monitor during the warranty period.
i request to put some pressure on LG company to replace my monitor.
(the monitor which i m using was the flop model in the market - this matter is also known to the LG Company).

i request you to look into this matter for resolving soon

i purchased an LED monitor and developed a complaint on[protected].eventhough i had registered acomplaint with the authorised LG personnel my issue is not yet solved and today 13-08-14 it is still not resolved.they have reported that a CARD has tobe replaced and the same has to come ..god alone knows from where...but nothing has happened despite lapse of nearly 20 days.
imagine your plight when your PC is not working for such a LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLongggggggggggggg period!!!

LG peole .. please fine tune your activities otherwise the consumers will give you the go by.

      Dear Team,

      We bought 2 LG washing machines last year. However, all the clothes washed in used to get torn. We complained several times. Most of th times our complaint was cancelled. Finally once the technician visited our house and very smartly he refused to accept that the machine didnt work fine. instead he said that the cat in our house must have torn all the clothes.

      We are tired of this company. Non of the higher authorities is ready to speak to us Kindly help.

      I had purchased a wahing machine
      Model: TROMM. 6.5 kg
      Dealer : Jain Traders Pvt. Ltd. - Naupada - Thane
      Date : 14/11/2007

      The Delivery was taken on the same day, but the representative to give demo turned up 3 days later. He observed that the Mahine was not in working condition. This was the first SET BACK a customer can have, when on the first day he finds the machine given to him is a faulty one, rather a used one.

      Later after launching a lot of complains to both LG customer care and the Dealer, a representative from the dealer arrived (after a week). This further aggravated the situation. He has been promising for a replacement but without any results. Unfortunately the customer care representatives are also of no help. I have had n number of complains registered there.(Complaint ID- W7CB1405693).

      It is very sad to see that an MNC is treating its customers in such a shabby an unprofessional manner. Everytime we call the helpdesk they provide us an alternate number.

      Kindly look into this asap.
      I had purchased a washing machine before two years in December 4, 2006. The gurantee of two years has been completed in last month on 4 December 2008. I have taken an A.M.C. through your bill No. HLPNo. HC 18162 dated[protected] for two years. Sir before 3-4 days somehow machine is not working, I saw a bolt of excel was broken and I contact your Engg. Mr Vinod Kumar on his mobile directly to get the part removed. He said me to attend my complaint on his behalf. He promised me to come on that day but he did not come till date now. I am surprising that Mr. Vinod neither attend the complaint nor logging my complaint in the LG customer care.
      I have also reminded so many times to him today but he again and again promised and not attending my complaint. I am therefore reuest you to kindly logged my written complaint for the machine is now working till now.

      My LG washing machine quit working April 4, 2011. I contacted LG customer service right away and they assigned a case number and told me a repairman would be in contact. April 6, 2011 a repairman came from Allens Appliance Repair Blackville, South Carolina. He opened the door, spun the tub and said the tub and bearings were bad. The parts were to be gotten from LG. After several weeks and a bunch of phone calls later the repairman from Allens shows up with a new tub and bearings. He works on the machine for about 20 minutes, told me it's fixed and left. Tryed to wash a load of clothes and it does the same thing (makes a terrible noise). Called Allens Appliance and complained and the owner told me his repairman would NOT come back because I had harassed him. What a big lie.
      I called LG customer service about the problem I was having with Allens "Appliance Repair" and they told me they would get someone else to take a look at it.
      May 2, 2011 a repairman from Bailey's Appliance came, took the back off the machine and found a loose bolt that holds the rotor to the stator assembly. The rotor center spline was worn out (from the bolt being loose). He said he would get the part ordered.
      Talked to Bailey's May 11, 2011 and they told me the part still hasn't even boon ordered because LG's computers are down from a storm last week.
      I went down to my local parts store, bought a new rotor, installed it, and now the machine is working.
      Allens Appliance is a joke. I don't know how Roger stays in business. He charged me $75.00 diagnostic fee and didn't find or correct the problem. I don't know if they're a member of The Better Business Bureau or not; but i'll be filing a complaint. Not that it'll do any good.

      I have registered a complaint about my Fully Automatic LG Washing Machine of Model WF-F6627TD to their customer care Under Service Request No.RNA[protected] on 29/11/2014. But till date their any of Service person visited my house. He was telephoned me and enquire about the complaint of machine. After my conversation with him, he told me that it will be charged about Rs.3500 plus to & fro transportation charges.I informed them that this complaint was happened only after their Body Change service on 27/05/2014 by their Alleppey Service Centre. So I refuse to pay any further amount to them for this work.

      I have also received their Customer Service calls from Bangalore 2/3 times. But at last, today we have received an SMS message from them that my complaint is closed due to High Service Charge. What can I do? The complaint is due to their repairing of machine. Now they want Rs3500/- again.

      So please take necessary action for solve my complaint as soon as possible.

      I have made a complaint of washing machine on[protected] vide complaint no.RNA[protected] the eingineer (Mr.Parvesh)visited us and check the machine and told that the pcb has been dead and i will change pcb after receiving from the company after four days he came he told us that the machine has been out dated there is no parts available in the company.He told us that you will get the refund amount from the company, he has taken copy of bill and amc and cancelled cheque to refund of amount in account(Rs.11009).After 5 days i made a call to him he told that the amount will be transfered he told to me to go the market choice the machine you want i have selected the machine vide model no.6kg f1296wdl24 (32500/-)and 8kg f1496tdp23(37500/-)got the price from market and told the claim department they told me we can give 6kg(38000) and 8kg(42500) i told why i give extra money you give claim amount in my account i will buy myself from market they said this is not possible i again made a complaint on[protected] they have given me the number of Mr.Anuj singh([protected])area manager he told me to message all the details and i will look into this matter i again reminding him again and again he delaying this matter.today[protected]

        I brought an LG refrigerator last year and has been facing recurring problems with this refrigerator. I had contact customer service departments multiple times but with no resolution to the issues faced. Over the period of last three months, LG engineers had

        First, declared it as manufacturing defects and asked us to wait/try with a timer replacement
        Second time, declared that gasket needs to be placed as no Vaseline was applied to refrigerator lining (an eye opener for me)
        Lastly, when problem persisted asked us to allow them to take it for monitoring and wait for some kind of communication from them. As expected no one turned up for collectiin refrigerator.

        I am assuming they are waiting for warranty period to lapse so that they can start charging me for the services and part replacement.

        Refrigerator — defective piece

Suddenly, on 16th April, sticker had fallen as it might have lost the grip in view of lapse of time. I was shocked to notice that behind the sticker there was a 'dent' Immediately next day I phoned on 66950695 a person talked nicely and gave me above complaint number - MB[protected] Dt. 17.4.09 even your representative Mr. Ravi attended the complaint on the same day and noticed the dent behind the sticker. he said door will be replaced. I was impressed as complaint was attended quickly. on 18.4.2009 around 11.30 am Mr. Ravi rang and informed my residence that door can not be replaced as 15 days have passed. I have to talk to Mr. Yadav on tel no.26761695. I tried number of times for 30/40 minutes it was found ringing only. It is a fact that somebody affixed the Sticker to conceal the dent.The person affixing the sticker was aware about the dent before delivery. Now I can not dream what is behind the sticker. I was not aware that this type of faul play will be there and now I am told that 15 days have been passed and nothing can be done. This is really a shocking and cheating to the customer - supplying damaged and defective piece cunningly I would suggest some senior person should look into the matter to take care of customer and keep the image of the Company.           TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN.

          I called LG customer care department[protected] yesterday by 7:51 PM to enquire about the warranty details of LG Geyser. First agent (North Indian from Gurgon) who attended my call did not respond properly. He is not aware of what is he going to address me on. Did not understand normal English which an Indian speak. Kept asking me to repeat things.

          On requesting his supervisor, he transferred me back to the customer care queue where another agent Renvijay (North Indian) took my call and asked freshly as a new agent, I am surprised. I informed that I was told that I will be transferred to Supervisor, but it did not happen. Such a worst LG service to its customers.

          Second agent kept asking for more details despite of me giving him my landline which was not given to the dealer (Jayam & Co). Later came to me and told that he could not pull any records from his database which I am aware of. He never cared about me asking him that I'll give the bill # or the model # of my LG geyser. He kept annoying me. When I asked for supervisor, he said that he will palce me on hold before transferring to supervisor which I finally waited for 25 mins and the call got disconnected. Never expected such a worst service and I never had so in my life. I would never like to go for another LG product anymore.

              I bought a front Loading washing Machine model no. 8066 on 26th of December,2009. I got delivery on 27th of December,2009. I am really sorry to say that I am experiencing one of the most worst days then, reason being even after 6 days gone and none of the person from your company has come for demo or installation. I bought the machine as it was from LG, but I am very sorry to say that I found LG service as one of the most ordinary services.
              I made lots of call to your customer care but in reply I always got the new complain ID. On 30th December, 2009 my complain ID was C09C3017950 and then on 2nd December, 2009 my new complain ID was C[protected] and in all the calls was was been told that the LG person will be visiting within 24 Hrs. but neither anybody visited nor I got the calls from any responsible person. All the time I am calling them but in response I always get a sweet commitments and nothing else. Now I am really affrid to buy anything from LG. Please check the complain else I have to return the product because I can't miss my office anymore or my hard money come cheap.

              LG Front Loading Washing Machine — Unreasonable without receipt charges by installation person

              I have bought a LG Front loading washing machine and the installation person who came suggested for some water softner to be attached. I thought it may be recomended by LG itself so I asked to go ahead ... he came with some local comapny Water softner and prior to that he asked to pay him 2500 advance (Without giving any receipt) anyway I gave a part of amount and after some time he took the part .. I guessed may be after fitting he will give the receipt for Water softner and stand but he he didn't gave me any receipt and simply charged the money 2500 for softner and 800 for stand. When I asked shopkeeper he said nothing extra is required as everything is in-built in these machines.. I tried to complaint but no one listening... where should I complaint?

              LG Front Loading Washing Machine — in capable company and abusive service representative

              let this be the 1001th complaint against LG electronics india.....

              i had purchased a washing machine and an additional 5yrs warranty along with that which is valid till 2015... the pot broke down, i registered a complaint and the sweet voice told that it would be resloved in 24 hrs... after 48 hrs, service guy comes home, he has no clue what the problem was... he told that he would come later but din say when that would be....he even abused my elderly parents who were alone at home ( swear i would have had his ribs for bbq if i was home )..

              now i've registered a second complaint...... i would tell everyone not to buy any of LG's products.... just fake stuff... PEOPLE OF INDIA BUY MADE IN CHINA STUFF INSTEAD OF LG. atleast u have value for money ..... all the fools of india are advised to pay a bomb and buy LG..

              did anyone see the ad with akshay kumar... the moral of the story is , "buy LG , get screwed".. looooooool

                I purchased an LG Tromm washing machine in Feb 2008 from Vijay Sales in Mumbai. After a while the machine stopped working. After I lodged a complaint, the service technician attended to it. The water pump had to be replaced. Shortly thereafter the motor had to be replaced. Soon after that the machine would not start and the problem was identified as a defective door latch. The technician claims he has ordered a new part which apparently is in short supply.
                Repeated attempts to contact their various customer services executives have yielded no results - no one picks up the phones at the numbers provided. Today I was promised that some one would call me within 1 hour - at 2 pm. No one has called back till 5 pm.
                My attempts to reach any senior functionary of the company were thwarted - no one would give me the contact numbers.
                Clearly LG has no intention of listening to the customer.
                I am most disappointed with this attitude of LG. Perhaps they are waiting for the guarantee period to expire which will happen in about a months time.
                If the defective machine is not replaced immediately I intend to complain to the consumer forum.

                    I have a LGE C-2500 mobile handset which is showing invalid IMEI no. registration since the time govt. has banned the chinese handsets having Invalid IMEI no.

                    I bought this handset in Kurukshtetra with an authorised retailer... its really shameful that the reputed companies like LGE are having this type of behaviour towards the customers...

                    The main point to be noted here is that my handset is showing different results for IMEI when checked via *#06# and when checked on the back panel...

                      Hi,
                      I have purchased a LCD television cum monitor from LG dealer Techguide (Shop 1 & 2, Aradhana Bldg., M.V.Road, Near Vishal Hall, Andheri East, Tel[protected], on 25th August 2009.

                      There was an offer with this purchase offering a free DTH connection. Have filled all the requisite forms and sent alongwith a DD to the concerned address. Was supposed to receive the connection in 4 weeks.It has been more than 4 months now and still have not received the same. Been continuously following up with the dealer who in turn has directed me to a certain Mr.Dharmendra from LG (Tel - [protected]). Mr.Dharmendra has been giving vague responses and of late has been completely avoiding my calls. Have called up Mr.Dharmendra nearly 50-60 times.

                      Have also sent a mail through the LG website around two weeks back, to which have still not received any kind of response.

Which i Bought a LG LCD 32 Inch TV. From Ammini Traders Tripunithura .P.O , Ernakuilam Dist. Invoice no :03225 Dt 15-Aug-09 .They has informed me to send the above amount Draft to your account along with the card and I take a Draft of the above amount from SBT .Mulanthuruthy on 29 Aug -09 and I send in registered post the same day. But still today no any information from your side.

                        And I make a call on 8 th Sep 09 .and your Office people informed me it will take 10 days to 25 day. and later many time I call to your office but no use. Because your customer care line Busy and I lost a lot of money for this call.

                        i was promised a dth connection with in 4 weeks of sending required documents by lg but there has been no correspondense as well as no commiment by lg
                        I purchased a LG 22'' LCD tv on 27 july 2009 from DEEP ELECTRONICS TRADING AND SERVICES( B-7, KHAKIDAS BABA MATH, LALTAKI ROAD, AHMEDNAGAR-414001. INVOICE NUMBER IS 449) We have sent a cheque drawn on Union Bank Of India, Savedi Branch, Ahmednagar for Rs99. Chq.no. 002523/ 27 july 2009. Till date we havent received the dish and set top box.

                          i have a lg rd 6600 with rim connection, i can't recv any video in my phone through bluetooth, so pls send me the solution which is very important for us, also i failed to transfer a document from PC or LAPTOP to my phone throughbluetooth.

                          LG RD 6600 — POOR SIGNAL LEVEL

                          RELIANCE CDMA SIGNAL LEVEL HAS CHANGED FORNTHE WORST. i HAVE SEEN THIS IN MANY AREAS i MOVE AROUND. TILL COULE OF MONTHS AGO I NEVER HAD PROBLEM IN MY RESIDENCE AREA OF G BLOCK KALKAJI NEW DELHI. NOW SIGNAL LEVEL IS VERY LOW. SIMILARLY IN THE NATIONAL PARK AREA LEVEL IS EXTREMELY LOW. I KNOW MY RELATIONS HAVE MIGRATED TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS AND IF THIS CONTINUES I SHALL HAVE TO DO THE SAME. THIS TRUE OF SOME OTHER AREAS OUTSIDE DELHI WHERE I FREQUENTLY VISIT. I WONDER WHY THE SERVICE IS BECOMING POOR INSTAED OF GETTING BETTER.

I have given the phone for repair to their service center in Lucknow for the last one week but they say that the company is not having spares of this model. Road Grasim Gwalior,Mardia Plaza Ahmedabad vide Invoice No.[protected] Dtd. 15/05/2009 amounting Rs.5089/-.In this regard I would like to inform you that when I visit their shop on 2/09/09 regarding the problem of mobile that its numeric pad is not working their behave was so rude and first told me that it was not purchased from our shop and the Lg Cpmpany has been discontinued this product due to complain in this model.When I show them the Bill they change their statement that we cant do anything and you go the LG service Centre for this problem.When i go LG service Centre for repair the mobile, they also behave very rudely and told that we cant do anything.If any key pad will come we shall inform you.After that I visited 3 times in their Service Centre but their reply was same and did not repair till date.They did not want to hear anything from customer.

                          The keypad of LG model 6600 is not available at all service centres. This model have problem with faulty. I am searching for this keypad from last one month but still they are telling next Monday .

                            I have purchased lg monitor tv M197WA-PT on 19.09.2009 from "COMPUTER GALLERY" with free dth offer. My "LG It Claim Form No" is 321240. I have send all the documents to claim my free dth connection on 24.09.2009 via DTDC courier. The documents received by "SPECTRAMIND" with company seal on 26.09.2009. But till now I have not received my free dth set top box. I send a email to spectramind, but they do not reply and they also not receiving my phone calls.                                 GOOD DAY! With reference to the above we are forced to approach you for improper service even in warranty period. We have purchased a LG LCD TV Model : 32lG80FR 3729 from M/s.Gujarat Radio Service, 40, Stadium Road, Valsad 396 001 vide their retail invoice No.1833 dt.05.02.2009.

                                After installation of 4-5 months we started facing problems as under :

                                The LCD TV did not start whenever we put on the switch. Suddenly it starts and switches off. We tried to get is repaired from the dealer and the details are as under :

                                We approached the dealer for repairing on 13.11.2009. Complain No.C09B1321061. The technician visited my residence to check the TV. He observed the problem. In his presence also the TV did not work properly. Also he tried for Factory Reset setting. But it did not work, hence he called the unit at your Vapi Service center and we sent the same their. After calling on next day to your service center we were informed that the TV is repaired and is in working condition by the receptionist. We went their to pick the unit to your service center but were surprised and shocked to note that the TV set was kept open un-repaired. We were informed by the service center in-charge that they have not repaired the unit and it is in working condition though it was kept open in front o[censored]s. We requested them to provide the report of repairing work they have done or the TV set is in ok working condition, but they refused to provide the same. We brought the TV set back. Also, he instructed us to install stabilizer to avoid power fluctuation problem.

                                Again on 24.11.2009 it stopped working. The same problem started again. We again launched complain vide Complain No.C09B2419244 dt.24.11.2009. Technician visited again and just tried factory reset setting and went away. Also did not provide any report of what repair he has done.

                                Again on 25.11.2009 the same problem occurred and again we launched the complain vide Complain No.C09B2511797 dt.25.11.2009. The technician visited again and just replaced the stabilizer. But, it did not work.

                                The problem was as it is. We were tired of following with service center and the dealer. However, lastly we lodged the complain vide Complain No.C09C1820188 dtd.18.12.2009 but nobody turned up. We specially visited your Surat Regional Sales Office as we were not getting proper response nor solution. After following up with your Regional Office, the technician was deputed. Also, we had a talk in conference with your regional office, and Vapi service center and it was very much shocking to have their statement that they did not open the TV set though it was lying open in front of me during my visit to their service center. Also, during the first complain it was opened in my residence too.

                                As regards power fluctuation, please be informed that we are using below electronic instruments :

                                1) Dish Washer
                                2) Washing Machine,
                                3) Refrigerator.
                                4) Home Flour meel.
                                5) Mixture.
                                6) Juicer.
                                7) Computer with LCD
                                8) Samsung LCD TV

                                We have never faced any problem in above electronic items since the day they are installed. Also, we would like to add that till date we have never even replaced any lamp or tube light since last 2-3 years.

                                As we are now totally exhausted of following up with your regional office, service center and dealer. We request your goodself to replace the unit atleast within a period of 10 days. Failing which, we request to have appointment with Mr. Moon B. Shin – MD – LG in press conference to discuss the issue and present him the said TV set and enforce thrust in LG’s Valued customers.

                                We await your reply per return with appropriate response or appointment date with your MD.

                                  I had sent all the necessary documents for caliming free DTH along with LG Monitor TV to M/s SMPL. I had received an sms stating that " your form no : 326300 for the free gift SUN DTH (6 Months) in the scheme of Monitor TV LG on 20/10/2009. But the free gift not yet received till date. So kindly send me the present status of my application and do needful to send the same at the earliest.

                                    i purchased LG tv ready 22' monitor, i was told to send DD worth rs199, for which i was suppossed to get DTH connection of airtel with three months of subscription. it has been more than 2 months since i sent the required DD of 199, and whenever i make any call on the no[protected] , i m told the airtel ppl must have called you for installation, and they are unable to comment except telling me wait andwatch.my no is DTHBOKA2010092.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam
                                      Complaint No: C09C0501003 Dated On 05.12.2009

                                      With Refference to the above complaint number i have been mentally harrashed by LG product and Customer Care Service for Repairing the LG Product ( LCD 19" Flatron 1941WS). I purchsed this product in February,2009 along with my Assembeled PC from a vendor in Faridabad. After using the same for 9 Months LCD shown a colour Problem. So i lodged a complaint as mentioned above. Some how LG Executive came at my home and identified the problem as some hardware malfuntioning so he qouted for three to four working days to resolve the problem. After 5 days he visited once again with hardware, but this time also problem could not be solved. He told that the hardware what he brought with him is not compatible so he once again qouted for 3 to 5 days to solve the same. After few (3 to 4) days once again he came with relevant hardware but still problem could not be solved. Again with same kind of fake commitment of 3 to 4 days resolution of the pertaining problem he went back. But this time he brought my LCD to his service Centre ( Parth Technical Services, Sec-16 Faridabad ).
                                      Sir after that i asked to (Parth Technical Services, Sec-16 Faridabad) for LCD replacement or Standby. First he denied to provide the standby LCD or monitor, but after a long argument (Mr. Rajneesh Chawla) he told that you come to our office and collect the CRT monitor. I requested that you please send the same at my home, so he denied to provide the same.
                                      So once again after (9 to 10 days) i reminded to LG care regarding the same so LG care asked me to wait for 24hrs to resolve the problem. But no resolution i recieved from LG side.
                                      Once again after (2 days) i reminded to LG care regarding the same, so LG care asked me to wait for 2hrs to resolve the problem. But no resolution i recieved from LG side.
                                      I repeated the same problem to LG care by today itself to solve the problem but this time also they were asking to wait for another 24hrs. It was very surprise to see that my complaint was get cloed from LG side wthout any prior confirm information. This kind of poor care service i have recieved from LG while still i have not recieved my LCD to me for my use.
                                      Once again LG has Generated the Complaint Number: C09C1810643 dated on 18.12.2009. Even today also LG Customer Care Executive has asked me to that he will let me know for resolution in 2hrs, but still no call has come from LG side to solve the problem.
                                      Sir one thing more, LG Execute (Mr. Dhyan Singh [protected]) has given a SMS (SMS Recieved on 16.12.2009) at my number [protected] to solve the problem by friday (i.e. Today) but this gentleman not responding after vmy several calls. Now you please take the appropriate legal action for this kind of poor service from LG side and let me know also.

                                        I bought LG 29 CTV, on 06/10/2009, model no-29FU6RGE from Sangeeth Electronics& Home Appliances. Accured picture tube problem in the TV within 20days from purchased date. I rased a complient in the CS of LG. Problem solved by the Techinical people. again with in the 5 days same problem happend. this time they taken away the tv with them within 6 days they delivered at the residence.That time I find many scraches on the TV. again same problem was happend like 4 times. I asked for the replacement of the tv. but the people are not cooperating. by the time of purchse they promised me for replacement If repaire will accored 4 time. last complient date is 9/12/2009. till tv with service people only.
