LG — Manufacturing Defected TV

Dear Sir,

We have purchased a TV of LG company from Sri Sri Sales, Adipur before 15 days. After 2 days after purchase TV stopped. We call to service centre and dealer, they come and told us that there is need to change main cercuit board. And also told that this manufacturing defect. We will change board. We asked them to change TV. But till today no change. So finally we take TV to dealer.

Please do the needful.

LG / LCD TV — NO RESPONSE

i have loged comaplint regarding my lg make lcd tv on 1 june 10 compalint id is c[protected] .
techicain came on that day reported dispaly problem and after that no response .
on 7 june 10 i contacted by email n toll free number customer care reprenstative said that it will
done today . but neither company nor service center contacted .
yor slogan one call does it all
