I had bought a LG refrigerator in the month of May. It is a 350 L fridge. From day 1, there were dents & the piece had leveling issues. LG had told me that they would change the set. In the month of Sep, since they had no fridges, they had confirmed that they would pay me the money that they I had spent. Till Nov 4, despite making repeated calls, I have not received the money back. I would need a name from LG who can help me with this.

I am really worried about my Fridge...Can u Please send somebody and get the stuff repaired...There has been a leakage of gas, some coil problem...Kindly tell me the apx amount that will be cost ...How come a afridge just some 1yr old has so many prioblem and the company is not helping us in any way...how rude at ur part is this ...I thought L.G. is a good company and bought 2fridge, 1LCD T.V, and 1A.C of the same brand ...but if I dont get any help from ur end I may complaind the Consumer cort...My fridge is stinking ...please do the work on time
At least give me a number where I can contact onthis proble so that I get a solution...

    I have purchased one LG convention Microwave 26 Ltr MC-7687 from More Megastore, Manjalpur, Vadodara on 30.10.2011 and they promised me to give demo within 24 hours. Number of times I called the Service Centre and Toll Free numbers. But I regret to inform that now 6 days passed, nobody came to give the demo of the machine. Its a very shameful act of negligence and poor customer service. It is one kind of harrassment to customer. now let me inform by return mail that when the call will be attended.

      i have purchased LG washing Machine model no WF - N7549UR on date 25/10/2011...

      i am getting difficulties from LG Service Center as well as LG agency @ Bharuch named SHREE GANESH AGENCY, Super Market, Bharuch.....

      at first when we purchased LG WASHING MACHINE... the agency told us that they willprovide a free gift and register our product and demo engineer will come at your home....

      but after 5 days we got neither any gift nor demo engineer....

      then we called agency for demo engineer that no one is coming for demo....
      they tols us that you have to register on [protected] to register your product....
      it means that agency had not registered our product....

      after that we register our product on given number on 1-11-11....
      after one day i got call from LG SERVICE CENTER from BHARUCH....that they will come today to give us a demo.....
      but even till today no one is coming for demo.....


      i think buying LG product is best.. but you got response from its Service center is WORST

      so, i suggest not to purchase LG Products because no one is coming for demo and you cant use your purchased product....

      few points to note....

      (1) Demo engineer has not visited my home for demo of washing machine after so many days of registration....

      (2) agency has not give bill as well as free gift with machine.....

      (3) No Proper guidance given by the agency for registration...

      (4) Behavior of the representative of GANESH AGENCY was very bad....
      he told us that you purchased the product, now it is up to you....
      we are not responsible for any incontinence....
      you have to register your product your self, then why he give us promise that we will register your product......

        We have purchased one LG washing machine from Pune station road branch of Vijay sales in January 2011.Order NO 51-PST01-11SO302.Sales invoice no -51-PST01-11SIAO 157 dated 12.1.2011.
        Washing machine item code -WFT8519PR .Item name -LG WM WFT8519PR.Since beginning this is not working properly .It makes lot of noise,generates lot of vibration and often trips and goes back to previous program during operation .You can not call this machine as fully automatic.We have to stand near the machine and press from top to control the vibrations and avoid tripping .
        While the service engineers visited us twice ,we are not satisfied with this machine as it continues to perform as mentioned above.

        Requst you to look into the same and support in proper functioning of this machine .Suggest you to either take this piece to your service station ,observe the performance for few days and correct theefects .Alternately replace this machine with new one which performs well.

          Washing machine(front loading) — Requesting for installation

          I have purchased Samsung front loading washing machine on last saturday(15.10.2011),from that time they are assuring of giving installation but till now we didnt get.Washing machine is purchased and kept aside.So i request to do the installation as early as possible.With lots of expectation we have purchased Samsung Company machine than other companies.Pls dont dissappoint us because of your delayed service/Installation.

            dear sir,
            i want to register a complaint against poor service of your company & the irresponsible way my complaint had been dealt with. I have purchased a Lg Ctv 21 Fs4rge from Bajaj Electronics near lakdi ka pool hyderabad in june 2007 & i was approched by your company for enrolling in your Happy living plan valid from 15 june 2008 to 15 june 2012.,after the warranty period of one year. By the time of my making the contract i was told that it is valid allover india i was transferred to orissa in 2010 now recently the tv has developed a problem & i promptly called up yr call centre for lodging my complaint on 5 oct for which i got Rna [protected] which was not attended for 3 days so again i lodged another complaint no is RNA[protected] which was later attended by your company staff to whom my amc contract had been showed , but to my surprise i was told after repeated calls from my side that they are unable to trace the amc no so no service is provided to me till date after alot of frustuation i m sending you this mail hoping you ll take up necessary action. my AMC serial no705LPBL005653 . my HLP NO FC 20200 ( the form no) i can scan & send you the bill & amc form for yr action.

            LG — poor network everywhere

            See everyday, from atleast one month network of rim is very weak. It even on terrace shows only one pole of network. And inside home or on road it was just no network.

            I have been asking for service of my 1.5 tone split AC from april. Their service agents GS engineering run by one mr Ganapathy [protected] and Mohammed jan[protected] says that they will not service non tamil speaking customers. Had raised the same with LG manager selva perumal [protected] but no respite till now. The complaint numbers given by LG call centre are s8c42000788, s8c40904742, s8c70700299
            Hi!

            I purchased an AC last year and they promised to give 3 services free during the warantee period which was for 1 year. But nobody turned up after the 1 service.

            The AC has started giving problem and i logged the complaint at the call centre, they guy at the other end promised to send someone across within 24 hours which was a fake statement.

            Please do something about it. Improve the after sale service.
            I Purchase a LG unit 2 ton from your authorised dealers (KINGS ELETRONIC Panvel) i m not satisfied with dealer because i faced lot of problem and your dealer not sopport us so can you solve my problem .
            We bough an AC from Kings Electronics. Panvel. Right from the installation itself the rude & incompetent so called service engineers from this dealer created problems with our brand new AC. The installation was too shabby & on first day itself the AC started giving problems. When we tried to complaint to this dealer, it's of no use. One of the worst dealers we have ever seen. It's a wonder that the electronic companies are still not taking firm action against such incompetent dealers. These type of dealers should be taken into the consumer court for harassing the customers.
            The service quality of LG India is the PITS. My 2 year old A.C. conked out one fine day. The A.C. was under AMC with the company. After lodging the complaint and daily follow ups, the engineer came to inspect the machine after 7 days. He said the motor needs to be replaced and would come after 5 days with a new motor. After 5 days when there was no message from LG, we called up and were told that if we arrange for the people to remove the A.C. from the fitting only then they would attend to it. This was absurd and unheard of. Again after atleast 8 - 10 calls the engineer changed the motor after another 2 days. The A.C. conked off again after 2 hours on the same day. We again called up the service centre and we were told that the condenser needs to be changed. The condenser was changed the same day. Althrough this experience the LG staff were extremely rude and uncooperative. In fact we had started pitying ourselves as to what we had become by using abusive language and shouting on the phone. We shared our experience with some cousins and freinds and realised that anyone who owned a LG product had gone through the same humiliating experience. We have now vowed to never buy any LG product in the future.
            I had bought an LG washing machine and a microwave about a couple of years ago. I had also signed up for the AMC. But no one has ever come over to service every six months as promised.
            My AMC money is down the drain.

            lg flatron television — NO-RESPONSE SIX DAYS

            say that very poor response from your service enineer my complaint is still pending, inspite of sevsral phone calls iam your
            service dept is not acting kindly do the need.
            I have a LG DVD Home Theatre System DV 55. This was bought three Years ago. I have had very bad experience with this product. The day I brought this system the DVD would not work. the engineer comes and sees the system and mentions the System needs to be changed. The Piece is changed the next day. the third day the system would not start. The Engineer again comes and changes the power relay. After six months the lens and infact the lens is changed thrice.

            Now on the 18th of October W8CA1800625 I have launched a complaint for the DVD not working the engineers visits and instructs the lens needs to be changed. He promises to come the next week however they donot turn up. After repeated followup I again LauncH a complaint W8CA2500034; again no response.
            I call up the service centre and they tell me that the part is not available. when asked to give it in writing they say they do not have the authority. The Service incharge mentions thet the system is 3 years old therefore no parts are available.

            I need to ask LG what is the parts support as a manufacturer they should provide. How can they not inform the customer of the same.
            rotten attuide to new time buys, my instaler was awful, botch job, look after your remotes well, they are very fragile and when they break a universal remote is no good, to replace the orginal is quite expensive, mine last 15 months,
            I don't know where to register my complain for my LG Microwave Oven Serial No. 602tadr00090 as your LG Service Center (Saddar Karachi, Pakistan ) Rcpt No. RNBB[protected] dated 21/02/2009 is not paying attention despite several intimations/ requests here in pakistan the said that the said part is not in stock and they have to import that and this will take 7 days. Now it has been more than 2 months and still I am not informed about the availability of that part. I have left my Microwave Oven on your LG Service Center for their convenience but they haven't bothered yet to take any action.Here I would like to mention that what apoor quality of customer service you are providing in Pakistan. I hope after this email you will take some action and my complain would be resolved. I am looking forward for your response and some better customer service in future.

            i purchased lg32" scarlet lcd in month of february and now in month of april it's not working.
            When we switch on lcd it automatically get off.

            I have purchased a 1.5Ton window LG AC from Anandamela, gariahat, kolkata in Mar'07. This year I called LG service engineer for routine maintenance of AC in Mar'09. The service engineer came and informed for wet servicing I have to pay Rs 650/- whereas from LG customer care I came to know that the rate for servicing is Rs 350/- (approx). When I refused to pay Rs 650/- then the service engineer refused to carry on the servicing and till date no body turned up for servicing of my machine.             This is Shlok Jalan here and my washing maching needs to be repaired. I made request for repair on 13th Jan and was promised repair within 24 hours.             I am disgusted and irritated..with LG service. I have even spoken to ASM (+[protected] and another Guy Mr. Utsav whose response was since we have backlog we have not sent the technician.Not sure how to go about it becuase most of the people are rude, ignorant and outright liars who do not know even how to talk with their customer. Area Services manager (ASM) insists on calling me "Boss" inspite of being told repeateadly that my name is Shlok and not "BOSS".

            I bought LG LCD TV (42 inches) on thursday(17th feb 2011) from E-zone.
            LG people were supposed to deliver the product on the next day morning(18th feb 2011) and also they wer supposed to do wall mounting on the same day. They delivered the product on friday evening , but no one has still come for mounting it on the wall.
            I have been calling LG people since friday evening ,firstly they said it will be coming , and after waiting for the full saturday they said they don't have the bracket to mount , which they should have told me earlier , then they promised that they will definitely mount on sunday afternoon before 1 PM(20th feb 2011). Today since morning I have been calling those people they kept on saying they will come in 1 hour and finally at 3:45 PM they again asked me their address and the person who was to supposd to come and do wall mounting switched off his phone till 6:30 PM. At 6:30 PM when I tried his number it was ringing but he cut the phone twice and again switched off his phone.
            Supervisor has no clue , he is not able to reach the persona dn not even to his manager.

            I was supposed to but LG AC today , but after such type of service I would never ever buy any LG product.
            I can compromise with the quality but not the service.
            Full saturday and sunday I have wasted waiting for LG people without going anywhere sitting idle at my home ,a dn now from monday to friday I wont be available.

            This is the Poorest service I have ever faced.
            Its been two days I have registered a compliant against LG Washine machine.No one turned so far.
            we are fed up with LG service center. even after 6 days from our compliant no one is responding. pl remove from LG site 2-1-1 . do not give false promise .

            our compliant no: rna[protected]. dated 25th april. till now no response. we took extended warrantee that may be the reason no response. now your team will not get the revenue by attending the call.

            i am suggesting all my friends not to use lg products due to poor service
            Twice our engineer contacted on customers mobile no ( [protected] ) due to address not given properly. There was no response customer mobile, hence the delay is happened. After correcting the address at CIC again call was attended on 3rd May 2011 and closed the call. We have made happy call to customers mobile no.( [protected] ) on today ie., 5th May and customer also confirmed that set is working fine.
            LG -- Life's Good !!! I guess they need to rewrite their punch line... It has Not made my lfe good at all. .

            Just wanted to copy, paste my email exchanges with them which will make everyone here understand the agony which I went through:

            The tragedy is more!!! Two of your supermen came home today, perhaps after these emails!!! They were RUDE and CRUDE to the core!!!.. They ripped open the box as if they were in heights of anger!!!..

            They dirtied the entire living room with carton box pieces ( Very unlike of how they handled the firdge at the time of first delivery ) .. They just fixed the same on the wall and asked us to check !!! -- rudely ... as if they are instructing us ... Did we do any crime by purchasing LG and complaining about the defect ? and getting a replacement for it ????? Is this the way LG treats its customers? Is this the way LG service personnel treat customers ? Is this the way LG trains its customer service personnel ?

            To add to the agony of LG expereince, When my wife called up the LG customer service guy on enquiring about the technician who was supposed to appear within half an hour, she was answered that she should open the box and fix the same by hersel[censored] This is atrocious !!!

            I miss my interactions with Samsung whose products I had used earlier and the service was Par excellence !!! I guess I made a mistake by chosing to go for LG !!!


            I will never spare a chance to talk about these pathetic service philososphy that LG has...

            You need not feel sorry for the same. I feel SORRY for LG to have SUCH a POOR customer Service practice !!!. I called up Utsav and he has No idea about this. If you are quoting his number and name to me in your email, the least that you should have done is to keep him informed about the email and the complaint.

            Now the refrigerator is delivered and the old one is taken away by the delivery personnel. They metioned that someone fromLG will come in half an hour and open the box and ensure that the same is connected and working. Its been more than 2 hours and no one has come to us. All items in the refrigerator is kept out and we are waiting for the GOD from LG to arrive!!!.. Calling Utsav is of no use and he gets into a conversation in Hindi when I am speaking to him in English ( as my Hindi is not he right and correct one ). He needs me to explain the problem all over again... How may times do I need to explain the problem to LG personnel??

            Please get the damn thing fixed and allow me to live a life !!! for heaven's sake.

            I have decided to summarise these complaints and release the same to Press soon . and Never again an LG in my life...

            I am quite disappointed at the fact that:
            1. No one picks up your customer care number.
            2. Call to customer care number after pressing the right numbers on voice responses doesnt get connected rather I get to hear a commotion.
            3. Replacement of my refrigerator is STILL NOT DONE.
            4. One gentleman named Rajkumar from customer care was in touch with me : ( his number: [protected] ) and promised a replacement in 2 days
            time. He is now not reachable ove phone.

            I must say that LG service is extremely disappointing. I had a washing machine of Samsung and I remember how efficient their service was. I moved to LG for my refrigerator / AC / Washing machine now and I am beginning to feel that I have made a wrond decision.

            Mr. Rajkumar had taken the invoice copy of my refrigerator from the dealer and have promised to deliver the same in 2 days time. I also received a call asking me for some numbers written on the fridge and we have given that 2 days back... Now NO RESPONSE FROM LG ????

I noticed that there is a small blue color melted plastic in the fridge next to vegetable tray and inside the tray. Though there is nothing wrong with the working of fridge, this small defect which would have missed the notice of your quality check is bothering us.             The complaint reference is RNA[protected]. We have originally logged in the complain on 23rd June.

            The engineer visited our residence and identified Gas Leakage as the issue and committed to have the Gas filled by 24th June Morning

            Unfortunately nobody turned up. We have done multiple follow ups with customer care since then
            On 25th June we contacted your CCO Ms Nikita Lohia ([protected]) and was reassured that the gas will be filled on Sat

            We were also contacted by your head office on Sat 25th June by Mr Srikant[protected] reassuring that the gas will be filled on Sat itself
            Unfortunately nobody turned up.
            On 26th June we were contacted by Mr Pradeep ([protected]) assuring that the gas will be filled on 27th June between 11 to 12 in the morning

            Unfortunately nobody turned up. Finally when Mr Pradeep was contacted again he again took the details of the entire case and gave us the number of Mr Saifi( [protected]) for fixing up a time for filling the gas

            Now Mr Saifi says the gas will be filled up today 27th Junebetween 4 to 5 P.M
            God knows if it will happen today
            We have paid LG AMC charges and in return LG harasses us with the above experience.
            The refrigerator is hardly three years old and the gas leakage has occured thrice. LG is poor in products and customer service and our entire colony of Noida is ready to boycott them

            We are facing grave inconvenience just to get our LG Washing machine repaired. The initial call that we made was on 23rd August and today (6th Sept) there is still NO progress on the faulty part that was identified by the engineer on 24th August.

            Our Washing machine suddenly stopped working. I immediately dialled LG Customer care No. [protected]. Got connected to one of the agent after 13-14 minutes or so. I registered complain and was assured that an engineer will visit within 24 hours after taking an appointment. I requested the agent that I want machine to be cleaned, they said it will done by engineer.

            Engineer did come but without making any call. Anyways he checked the machine and said repairs cannot be made and part need to be replaced and it’ll take maximum two days. And by Saturday that is 27th August 2011, it’ll be done.As far as cleaning of machine is concerned he rudely said it is not our work. So, here I would like to know whom shall we contact for this service.

            After calling him for 5-6 times, he finally answered the call and said he has no information, hence he gave me number of Pune Service Centre No. [protected].

            Now we have to dial this number at least 25-30 times in order to talk to a human being; otherwise only machine sound comes which says NO RESPONSE or NUMBER BUSY.

            Anyways the customer service representative who picked the call said that part will be sent from Noida, so by Monday it’ll be done.

            Made numerous phone calls to the numbers which I had. Guess what got no response.

            Friday, 2nd September 2011

            Called LG Customer Care number to my surprised I was told that the part has been delivered at Pune Office and engineer will come fix it today. And commitment was given to me.

            But again there was NO communication what so ever from LG.



            Saturday, 3rd September 2011

            Called LG customer Care number again (didn’t call Mr Amol as he thinks he owns LG and to Pune Service centre number because I had no intention of getting another headache) & insisted that I want to talk to senior person who is more responsible and has authority.

            Then spoke to Mr JAGTAP the floor supervisor. After talking to him for 15 minutes he gave assurance that the matter will be solved by the end of the day and he’ll give call by 6pm.

            NO COMMUNICATION was done in the evening

            No respone till now. I would liketo ask some questions:

            · Is this the way LG company works?

            · Why it takes so long to deliver parts from Noida to the other parts of the city?

            · Will any action be taken against those who don’t perform their duties and harass customers?

            · And whether my machines problem will be solved and if yes how much time will be required?

            · Whom should I contact to get my machine cleaned?

            · Most importantly why there is no communication from LG side ever.

            Received disgusting service from LG. I logged a complain for our LG microwave to the customer care. The request id is RNA[protected]. An extremely incompetent person named Aditya Panja was sent to our home twice. The guy initially noted down the model number of the microwave and suggested some part needs to be replaced. After a few days he came back with some wrong parts and mentioned that he noted down the model number incorrectly in the first time and took down the model number again. After that he never informed us about the status. I called up the customer care and I was told that they will take action asap and will let us know within 24 hours. They never called us since then. I am really disgusted with the kind of service from such a reputed company. Now, the only way out for me is to dump the microwave and buy a new one, obviously from some another company.

            My LG Washing Machine stopped working on 21st dec 2011. I logged a Complaint at the Toll Free Number[protected] and got a Complaint Reference Number RNA[protected]. Repeated calls to service engineer yield a standard reply "I will come soon with parts", but no sign of resolution.             I have purvhased a LG LCD TV Model 42 LK 450 on 16th Feb 2012 , and with in 6 months i found my TV touch panel is not working any more,

            i raised a complaint with LG Service Center in the month of september and the complaint number is RNA[protected] , an engineer droped into my home in 2 days and checked the TV and informed me that TV Touch Panel got mal functioned and he is raising for new touch panel.


            After that till today there is no intimation nor any solution was provided by local service people nor the dealer Relaince Degital where i bought the TV. If i call the customer care they say that they have to raise a new compalint , i ask what is the need for a new comaplint when the prior was not solved. I want to track on the same compalint number and highlight the delayed response by the the LG guys are working to solve the issue, I paid nearly 47000INR and the kind of service/response i am getting from LG is very dissapointment.


            With the highest hope i am sending this last remider email notification, and urge to Solve my issue ASAP and improve the service for customer i also want necessary actions should be taken on the persons behind the delay.


            FYI,

            The Local Service Center never respond to calls and very irresponsible.

            I tried calling the Regional Manager but there is no response from him- , Vara Prasad, Vijayawada

            Also, There is no escalation matrix for LG electronics on there website.

            I have been calling lg customer care people from 13th May 2014 for an air condition at my place which has some problems

            I am from Kolkata. A person visited on 14th May 2014, he checked and cleaned the ac but again the same problem we faced on 15th May 2014 morning i again called up the customer care for the same problem.same fellow called up asking that what is the problem.I told him it is the same as before. he visited around 6:00-6:30pm and said that without checking that because of heat this is happening but without checking.He simply went away.Again the same thing happened at 9:00 pm after which ac at my place is not working.

            Tried speaking to him at 8 in the morning on his personal number given by him he said he will visit soon.After that from 9:45 am i have been calling people in your company telling them to send somebody at the earliest.Tried speaking to people in Kolkata office number was provided by customer care.But as of now no response.

            People are just rude here no decency to speak to a client.It is just because of your company&#039;s carelessness we are suffering.No body has visited.This was actually not expected.I always use to think that lg is a good company but now it has changed.

            Lets see if you can do something
            I booked a complaint with LG costumer care about my washing
            machine on 31st Aug 2014- not working properly. The complaint no is RNA[protected]. After two days two
            people came to my house wearing shirts with LG logo, checked the machine by
            switching it on and putting a small load of some cloths in it and saying the
            machine was working properly and perfect, though it was making noise and
            running slow. They advised my wife to put less loads and left. When I called
            back the same technician and asked for the improper working and noise of
            machine, he said the machine was all right. I disagreed with him and requested for
            recheck, to my surprise he said to send the machine to workshop. When I asked
            him why it is to be sent- his answer was “our madam said”. Neither the technician
            knows the machine status as he didn’t open the back cover nor the “madam”.
            After two days they called my home and asked “why the machine was not sent to
            workshop”. My wife disagreed and asked for recheck which was never done. After
            that I received a SMS stating that our complaint is under process (reason:
            parts have been ordered), this was on 4th Sep 2014. On 13th
            Sep 2014 I received a call from a man saying that he is from LG and my machine’s
            clutch assembly was damaged, upon ordering they received it. He added if “you
            send your machine to our workshop we will fix it” and as I was left with no
            option, I send the machine to the workshop with my own expense. On its return,
            I found the back cover was not even fixed with a single screw.

            When I track the complaint on website I found the repair
            status as “in house repair”, but my machine was repaired at workshop.

            When all other companies are able to do all types of repair
            including drum changing at doorstep, why LG cannot do it!!! Even my car is being serviced at my doorstep
            why LG cannot do a washing machine repair at doorstep!!!

            People who don’t know how to drain water from a fully
            automatic washing machine are coming as LG engineers and they are incapable of assessing
            the problem. I could not understand without knowing the problem why am I asked to
            send the machine to workshop or otherwise if they know the problem why it was
            not told to the customer before!!! More over the total episode is not
            fair and clear.

            This made me to take a decision to not to purchase any LG
            product in future which has such an unfair and incapable service team.
            I BOUGHT LG TOP LOADING WASHING MACHINE FROM SALES CORNER, VADODARA ON DATED :[protected]. ON[protected], MACHINE WAS SUDDENLY STOP. I TRIED TOO MANY TIME TO START BUT COULD NOT START. THEN I LAUNCH THE COMPLAINT TO LG ONLINE( NO. RNA[protected]. NEXT DAY, SERVICE BOY CAME AND SAW THE MACHINE AND ADVICE TO BRING MACHINE AT WORKSHOP FOR REPAIRING. ON[protected], THE WASHING MACHINE SENT TO WORKSHOP AND AFTER THAT NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE SERVICE CENTER NEXT 15 DAYS. IN BETWEEN, I TRIED TO CALL SO MANY TIME BUT NO REPLY FROM SERVICE CENTER.SO, I CALL TO REGINOAL MANAGER AND VERY NEXT DAY SERVICE CENTER CALL ME AND TOLD ME THAT MACHINE WIRING WAS DAMAGED BY SHORT CIRCUIT AND ALL PARTS TO BE REPLACED SO I CALL BACK MY MACHINE AS IT WAS ON FRIDAY[protected]. SERVICE CENTER TOLD ME THAT TOMORROW WE WILL DELIVER YOUR MACHINE BUT TILL DATE[protected] UPTO I WRITE THIS COMPLAINT I AM NOT GETTING MY MACHINE BACK. I TRIED SO MANY TIMES TO CALL AND ASKING.             I had purchased L.G Double door refrigerator 240 ltr mez 65071802 on 03/12/2014.but i open it 27april 2015 . Till inhalation cooling is not proper. When I contact to customer care for demo and rectification of problems, he booked complaint and ensured me within 24 hr.i have complaint 3 times but 2 times engineer visit but no solutions our engineer will contact and within 48 houre issue will closed. but now more than 80 Hr. over.When I call further customer care every time different persons replying, every time I am explaning the same . every time customer care executive ensuring me withie 24 hr. problems will resolved but nothing happend.I am sorry to say that I have no other option except to move the issue through consumer court. if not rectify the problem as soon as possible .

            Complain Number RNA[protected]:- I had reported insufficient cooling by the AC. I was informed that the AC will be picked up at around 10:00 AM on 15 Jun 15 and delivered the next day morning. Accordingly on the morning of 16 Jun 15 I did receive an sms stating that an invoice of Rs 2367.78 has been raised which indicated that the work was completed. Since then, the LG reps are refusing to deliver the AC - at times stating the reason that they do not have a delivery vehicle. One of the employees bluntly told me that it will take another day before the AC could be delivered. This lead to argument and counter arguments and LG reps in a nonchalant manner informed me that I may do whatever I could for all they cared. I have reported the matter on telephone to the higher officials of LG, but the comedy is the state of affairs in a brand which claims that &quot;Life is Good&quot; and promises prompt customer care.
            i have some issue with my nexus 5 speaker. i have already submitted my complain twice but no respond came from your side. on 22nd of may my nexus 5 speaker stop working so i took it to lg service centre and they fix it within an hour after 2 days again my phones speaker stop working again i took it to service centre they again fix it in 15 mins. after 2 days again my speaker stop working due to loose connection so i again took it to service centre this time they put it for 3 days but again my phone speaker stop working and now i going to consumer forum for this

              Sir,
              I brought a LG refrigerator 275VM4 (260 Ltr) double door on 13 Jun 2009. Within 8 months the cooling droped and after complaint the same was attended immediately and was told that the gas has leaked and refilled the gas and told that sometime this type of fault might happen and assured me that the same would not happen again. However, on 10 Jul 11, the same happened and again the same was complained and was attended. It was told that the gas has leaked and told since the 1 year warranty is completed you have to pay and charged Rs 1895/- for filling and replacement of parts. However, on 25 Aug 11 within a period of one month the same problem started. The same was repaired free of cost. But on 24 Oct 11 again the cooling has gone down.

              It may be noted that the compressor has a warranty of 5 years. I feel cheated since after paying Rs 1895/- and replacing of parts and filling of gas the refrigerator is still not working properly. It is now known that the servicing personnel has not changed a defective part and is just bluffing or might have changed a part that was serviceable.

              I therefore, request that the refrigerator be changed considering that the same piece was defective even before completing of its one year warranty.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                This is to bring to your notice that we had purchased a LG refrigerator (Model No. GL368YVQG5) from Adishwar India Limited at branch of Dilsukh Nagar on[protected] under finance of Bajaj. They promised us that the refrigerator will be delivered to us the very next day after completing of processing of loan procedures. but they are unable to complete finance procedure in time and said that product will be deliver after the confirmation of loan approval. So we agreed to wait up to completion of procedure but suddenly delivery boy called me and said that product is delivering now at deliver address, so i accept to take the deliver the product, they came to delivering place and delivered the product, in the same time they demanding me to pay remaining amount, i said them that i have taken the product in finance and i have already paid the down payment at the time of booking the product, finally i hear that product is not booked under the finance. In the same time i called to Deliver Manager & Branch/Store Manager for the issue, they asked me to pay the amount for the deliver product otherwise product will be taken back, i requested them to not to take the product back and enquirer the loan approval status but they didn't able to accept my request, at the same time delivery boy taken back the product.

                For the above matter i felt very bad & sad about their services to customer & i thought that they cheated me, as per my concern if they make mistake why i bare punishment? No one seems to be taking the responsibility or the ownership to help us resolve this issue. so how can they satisfy to customer? it's prestige issue, all surrounding neighbors watching me and i felt sad, how can justify me in society? i loss my prestige & importance in my neighborhood.

                This has become a pain in the wrong place as we have to keep calling them, visit the branch where we purchased the refrigerator from and keep reminding them of their false promises.

                      Case against M/S LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd

                      In the month of October year 2009 we purchased 32'' LCD LG80FR from "Croma Showroom" Indrapuram, Gaziabad, Uttar Pradesh during festive season of Diwali.
                      Though we were happy and enjoying the screening on new LCD but our happiness lived very short and within the year in the month of september 2010 it was giving trouble. We made complaints regarding the product and an engineer visited us after a long wait. He checked all part e.g PCB, mother board ,chip set and display set and after visiting 3-4 times finally he replaced all major part. Though the company didn't charge any thing from us b'cos we had our warranty period. But we were unassured and ask the engineer that if the part damaged or malfunction agian then what we would do, to whom we approach. At this he assured us that we need not to worry about that as the goodwill of the company is very good in Market and also the engineer gave us the option of AMC (Annual maintenance Charge) but we didn't bother about the thing as we thought that now damaged parts has been replaced and would not give any troube for few years.

                      But again in the year 2011 mid of september our LG LCD Tv didn't work and giving problem. Though it has completed 2years but we are very much in mental pressure that the company has given ur wrong or malfunctioning product that's why it is giving trouble again and again.

                      Through this forum I would like to fill the complaints against "LG Electronic India Pvt Ltd" for selling us wrong or defected product worth Rs 35000 INR and betraying us.

                      Either they replace the product with new one or compensate us.

                          Please find my attached service call logs details which i logged when i faced problems with my handset, apart from that i went to service center so many times and was given temporary solution every time. Most of the times, when I approached them, instead of logging a complaint, they use to provide me solution and the service was not documented. Inspite of many visits to the service centre, my problem still presist.



                          The warranty of the handset is about to expire and I am helpless.



                          I didn't expect such unprofessional behavior from a reputed company like LG.

                            I have registered for a complaint happened to my television (Flatron 21 Inch) on 27th of September 2011. The complaint no: is RMA[protected]. Frankly speaking even after 27 days, nobody has attended the complaint. I used to get a call from some lady, which I think it is customer service representative once in every week stating that the engineer will visit that day. But there is no engineer visit happened or even any call / response from the so called imaginary engineer till date (that is as on 20th Oct 2011).

                            Finally, I have taken the help of some local engineer and got the same repaired within no time. That also, not even costs the service charge or visit charge that LG charges.

                            This is RIDICULOUS SERVICE FROM LG. THE CITY I AM LIVING IS COCHIN, WHICH IS THE HEART OF THE STATE KERALA WITH PROPER NETWORK. STILL THIS IS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE FROM YOUR COMPANY. SO I REALLY WONDER WHAT WOULD BE THE FATE OF CUSTOMERS AT FAR / REMOTE PLACES?

                            I WOULD LIKE TO WARN ALL CUSTOMERS FROM BUYING THE PRODUCTS OF LG. THEY ARE CHEATING CUSTOMERS BY NOT PROVISING ANY AFTER SALES SERVICE SUPPORT.

                              We had some problems in our LG Semi Automatic Washing Machine [Model No : WD9003] for which we had called the authorized representative from the company itself. Mr. Vinod had attended the case vide complaint No RNA[protected] and has suggested to take the machine at the service station for change of parts which would cost aroung 1500/-. He had collected Rs. 280/- as communicated earlier and had asked that their representatice from M/s Krishna Services will come and collect the machine from our residence. The machine was collected with procedure and on 17.10.2011 we received a call from service station that the machine is ready for delivery and the chages were said to be Rs. 1775/- which was later ratified to Rs. 1495/-. As per the representative Mr Vinodbhai the tranportation will be at the cost of company but now they have levied Rs. 250/- as transportation in my bill. When enquired some Mr. Prakashbhai who did not even provide with his full name said that if you want the machine you have to pay the transportation charges in a rude language. When we visited the service centre the rate chart for services was displaying Rs. 150/- as transportation charges.

                              Out concern here is not Rs. 250/-, Our concern is that the charges were earlier not communicated and later we come to know that the charges are different as per the schedule displayed in the service centre.

                              In this case we fear that in case if we do not agree to their terms and condition they would install inferior quality parts in the machine which might be harmful in longer run.

                              LG Semi automatic Washing Machine — Deceitful dealings/procedures and No response after

                              I have visisted relainace dgital store at ambi mall, gurgaon for a LG semi automatic washing machine, On 7th Oct 2008, as i have decided to go with LG SA 1022M and i have paid through cash, they commited to send me the machine next day.

                              They send the machine as usual on time, till now the things are going ok.
                              but when i opened the cover of it, a Dent was there. So i called up to the reliance digital on their provided no.

                              they promised me to send an engineer next day, to check the where dent is their in actual or not, I was waitng for the engineer to come on 8th whole day but no response from their, in the mean time i called back to customer care several times, and every time i called up their new face appear, and after teeling whole story to him he said ok sir i will call back to you.

                              and after that all got blank, i was so much depressed with this kind of response. then finaly at 6 o clock everning when i called up their they expressed sir our engineer is on leave and cant come today so i will definitly send him at ur desired time.

                              i ask him to come at 6 O' clock on 9th OCT 2008, but whole day their is no response. and when time goes above than 6, i was eager whether he will come today or not as well.

                              So i called at least 25 times on reliance digital customer care, but every times some one pick up the phone and cut it, no body is ready to talk even.

                              i think they got caller id and after seeing the number they cut it.

                              then i got a call from engineer that I would like to come to yours place at 7:30 PM evening, then he came finally.

                              He prepare a report and took my bill for replacement of the piece then he said it took another 2 days to replace the machine, and i feel helplees as today is the 2nd day but no response, from their side, and as i called them they said ok sir i will let u know, or call back to you, and till now today is 12 Oct 2008 i couldnt get my Machine.

                              I never expect such kind of Service.

                              once i complained either engineer should come with the new piece if machine and replace it, they should respect the time of customers as its not the case if i purchased the machine i m the biggest fool and now what ever they want it on their hand.
                              I m really feeling helpless and dont wish to call again to customer care. bcaz they just said i dont have information or divert it to another person, and keep doing it till the customer got fade,

                              the commitment should be proper and customer need to keep informed, if they simply make a call sir ur machine wil rach at this time, so that i can do some other work in th mean time and reach at home, but i have to wait whole day like this as i m alone at my home, like tehy can come anytime.
                              thats really suffocating.

                                i had purchased a LG ac one and half years back, i faced more problem with AC and the service they are providing, as of now i had raised so many complaints more than 5, when they came for service , they temporarily resolved the issue and go back and close the complaints, as of now i had changed the gas for 2 times...and cooling is not proper for 1.5 ton.. service executive is not more experienced...
                                And now, i raised a compaling three weeks back, one executive came two weeks and told that..problem with the indoor they will take the indoor within in 3days....but no one yet come to my home...

                                WORST and POOR Service by LG

                                    Inspite of complaining number of times i regret to say LG has not bothered to respond positively. instead of accepting the fraud done by its dealer,LG is protecting ABHI ELECTRONICS,sector-10, faridabad by offering me the difference in sale price of the two refrigerators.furthermore the defective refrigerator they have delivered to me,LG is reluctant to replace it by a new one.though LG has not been able to repair it even after my six complaints to LG consumer care. Local engg. use to visit and make it functional but that last maximum for 30 days again problem same repeated. this is now on LG AMC contract up to 2013. Pl send some one to find out the real problem, I become fed up with this refrigerator. I shall never advice and recommend any one to go for LG product at least for refrigerator.

                                        At the time of delivery on 3rd of Oct 2011 his men committed to deliver up to 7.00 PM but failed to deliver, all family members are waiting up to 12.00 Am next day as no phone call from delivery men that they cancelled their delivery at my home.on that day.How ridiculous that one of the Branded Dealer One of the Branded LG product not deliver on time as per their commitment ,If you said us about your delivery and you not then you must be defaulter.You must take your time.

                                        But I forget to complain such type of silly complaints to dealer owner, I thing dealer doesn't known about these things why we going to disturb.Dealers sales person then committed us to send Demo person urgently on next day 5th Oct 2011 instead of delivery on same date but now today is 13th of Oct 2011 your demo person is not reached up to us.
                                        This type of mistakes is not calibrated in market you must go through these and try to sort out it.If at the time of starting if we not going to satisfy your customer then what will be guaranty in service days that your servicemen's will going to entertained us.
                                        I don't want to claim anything against you but this gets down your reputation in market.calibrate your dealers literate them regarding on time delivery,follow their commitments any and how.Your product if Life's Good so please go like slogan.
                                        I think be half of this complaint on the next day may be your Demo person will be at our door step.

                                        Hello,
                                        Had registered a complaint of my lg screen-Complaint no.:RNA[protected].
                                        this complaint was registered on the 5th of october 2014. its almost a month now .
                                        They followed up only for coming and checking the screen but later no call back or response fro the lg side. I had to call them up time and again further hearing new reasons for the complaint to be delayed.Pathetic experience of lg service.The authorised person also blocks my call or doesn&#039;t receive them. Lg its better if you&#039;l shut down your service.
