[Resolved]  LG Monitor TV — did not receive dth set top box from spectramind marketing pvt. ltd.

had purchased LG monitor tv (M197WA-PT) from udaipur and with that i get a coupon by which i get the DTH SET TOP BOX but acoording to the policy after receiving the claim voucher with in 14 days they will provide us the DTHN SET TOP BOX but it is almost 15 days i did not get it.I had full filled all the requirements of offer like original claim voucher, photocopy of purchase invoice, original barcode cutting from carton box and DD of Rs 99 in favour of spectramind marketing pvt. ltd.

Buy LG LCD TV monitor and Get Free DTH - A Cheating Promo with Indian Customers

Dear Members,

I bought LG 22" LCD TV monitor on 27/08/2009(Bill Attached B.jpg).
I bought seeing promos given by LG company (To see the promo see LG WEBSITE)

I completed all the formalities to get my DTH service according to the LG IT CLAIM FORM ( See A.jpg)

And couriered it to Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as mention in CLAIM FORM on 30th by Doc. No. 3137 through First Flight.

Now after a long time, i got a letter (c.jpg) stating that I have not attached Invoice Photocopy. Which is absolutely incorrect and I believe it’s a game played my LG company. As I have send all the documents as mention in "LG IT CLAIM FORM" and I also believe that there might be more customers cheated by LG Company.

As mention in (C.jpg) letter from Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd., I cannot even re-submit my CLAIM FORM.

Now what can I do to get my DTH Free service with 6 months subscription free.( as promised in the promos during that time)

I had received an call stating that " your form no : [protected] for the free gift SUN DTH (6 Months) in the scheme of Monitor TV LG on 20/10/2009. But the free gift not yet received till date. So kindly send me the present status of my application and do needful to send the same at the earliest.
