i have purchsed one monitor from Alfa on 18/09/2009. as your requirement we sent you D.D. of 99/-and all documents with this courier. after 20 days i did not receive my free dth.

DearI have purchase one LCD TV MONITER whose Model No: M197WA ,for that I had got an coupon for DTH with 6 months subscription. I fill that coupon properly send it to given address. I will confirm it was reached on 02/09/2009 & it wasa passed.But after a 2 months they send back to LG for provide u DTH. i have send mail.LG & Spectra marketing, but didn't get reply..

I have purchased LG monitor TV 22" M227WA (908NLTR0G4697) from Soham Enterprises Nehru Place New Delhi on 10 nov 2009.
As per the Onnam offer I am eligible to get DTH set top box, connection+ installation + 6 months subsrciption free.
I have send all the details given below on 17 Nov 2009 to Spectramind's office
1. Completly filled DTH Claim vocher having spectramind original hologram.
2. Photocopy o fthe original invoce of purchase.
3. LG monitor TV serial No., model no. barcode cutting from the carton (original)
4. Demand draft of Rs 99 in favour of Spectramind marketing private Limited payebal at Delhi
But since today i have not received any information from them.
I think both LG and Spectramind are cheating customers. I have purchased this LG monitor TV only because of this offer.

Sir,I had sent all the relevent papers for obtaining the free DTH with 6 months subscription along with LG monitor TV. I had received an SMS on[protected] stating that the form no 326300 received on[protected]. But the DTH was not received yet. So kindly do needful to issue the same at the earliest.

Not received DTHI have purchased 22 inches LG MONITOR TV on 31 OCT 09,
I sent DTH coupon completing all the formalities to
spectramind marketing Noida.
Till date These gentleman didn't sent any updates on
despath of DTH.

LG monitor TV — inquiry about delay of delivering free DTH service
with due regards i want to inform you that, i have bought a new LG monitor TV AT 09/06/09 and a DTH connection was free with it.i fulfilledall the requirements and and attached a Demand draft of Rs.99.And i posted(speed post) it within the time specified but there is no response till now.i have also mailed many times but there was no reply.Onmaking a phone call they put you on hold..So i want you to help me with this..
