why should i suffer 10 days without a fridge for which i have paid full amount in cash.

Hi,I have purchased a LG Refrigerator from Vijay Sales. Its been one week and no one has bothered to visit our place and give demonstartio of the product. due no no knowledge of how to use it its now not functioning properly. please take back your product i will never ever buy any product of LG nor recommend anyone for buying it. i called LG helpline several times plus vijay sales but all in vain.
Who ever reads this please for God sake do not buy any LG product henceforth.
