Dear Sir/Madam, This complaint is with respect to the LG split AC in one of my offices, please see below the relevant details: Model Number: 2 ton split - LG LSA862 0145 / LSA6zp2 Vendor: Rahul Electronic Private Limited Bill date: April 28,2010 Warranty: (5 years - compressor) First Complaint date: November 6, 2012 for compressor fault. Complaint number:[protected]. LG replaced the compressor Second Complaint date (in less than 6 months of the new compressor): March 6, 2013. Complaint number[protected]. No response from LG Third Complaint date: March 21, 2013. Complaint number[protected] LG changed compressor yet again. Fourth complaint date: May 3,2013 (in less than 3 months of the new compressor). Complaint number[protected]. No response from LG Fifth Complaint date: May 9,2013 - Complaint number[protected] In a little more than a year my compressor has been spoilt thrice and replaced twice. This is highly annoying as my staff's work is affected. I request LG to take action by replacing my AC right away and request them to provide me an explanation in writing. we purchased 2 LG split ac's 1.5 and 2 tons.we got them installed by lg only for which we paid a hefty amount.Those people were too much in a hurry to install them properly and the gas and oil of one of them leaked within two days.LG assured us of replacing the outdoor piece quickly but more than 12 days have passed n we r suffering everyday in this heat after spending more than 70, 000/-Rs. please tell us whether we should file a complaint in consumer forum.

LG AC — Worst product
By mistake I have purchased LG AC 1Ton on 24th of January 2009. Since first day there were issues with the product. Many LG service engineer visited and unable to resolve the issues. I have sent mail to LG Reginal manager and Head for Thane region. I am going to throw this unit back to the dealer if the issues are not sresolved within 2 days.LG split AC 2 ton — no response

R/o dabua pali road. chungi no.17, gao nawada.Ranvir Thekedar, NIT FBD. my ple. is that i took a 2 ton split Ac on 2jun 2008, in im having a comp. regarding that. the first comp. done by me was on sept. 2010 got no responce. i did another complaint on 31.03.11 and got a comp' no. RNA[protected]. the asked for 24 hr ..and still no responce..again i called up 3 to 4 time they again said for 24 hr..the kept on rolling words.I request the authority to kindly look into the matter and help me out and do the need full.
