[Resolved] LG Television — Faulty TV is not replaced | |
I bought 21" inches LG TV in Nov 2008. It was having big Red Dotted part on Left Top corner. I requested Company's customer care service for looking into it. I registered complaint for 4 times. ( Complaint Numbers: W8CB1701955, W8CB1706766, W8CB1901808, W8CB2000794, W8CB2202189) and their technician came on all request but without calling me in advance. Most irritating part of LG service. But when LG representative came at last visit, he told me that he needs to replace my TV as its having some major problem. I contacted my dealer for the same. Dealer: Snehanjali Electronic Store, Malad(W), Mumbai, India. ( Ph.: [protected]) Dealer told me that my TV will be replaced with in a week and after 2 weeks also my TV was not replaced. I cant even watch my TV after wasting 10, 000/- on such LG product. Now my dealer is saying that LG incharge is not picking up his phone. LG is having worst sales after service in india. Dear sir,
I am running a computer hardware peripherals shop in chandigarh
sir i have purchase 150 no, s of tft in the month of dec 2009. in 3 months
I have received 5 no, s of faulty tft and I am not satisfied with Lg services
I have submitted 2 Tft, s at uttam services sector 46 chandigarh dated:4/1/2009
it is more than 1 month due to bad services I am suppose not to purchase Lg

I bought a new 26" LED TV which has a problem that it get hang and teh volume goes to 0 and all the buttons of remote as well as all teh buttons of TV set stops working and finally i have to switch off the main power and then switch it on.
I have complaint for the same atleast 5 times and everytime Lg technician come and update the software but its of no use and still i am facing the same problem.
I requested many times to replace my TV but they say that it will be resolved once this new software will be updated.
Please help me to replace my LED Tv as i have wasted Rs 32000 in it.
