LG Washing Machine — Not attend the demo

I have given complaint on 12.12.08 for demo, LG customer people registered the complaint and they are given their technician number. When we called that number they told that I am in leave, then I informed to LG customer care. Once again they are given same number. Till date no one attend the Demo. This worst service I am not seen before. If I know this type service I never purchase and never suggest to my friends & colleagues for this LG Product.
