i own a maruti suzuki wagon lxi duo since december 2006. during the 4th service, the dealer has faked and cheated me of rs 5149 when the vehicle was in actually good condition. after charging me so much now they are saying that the clutch plat is to be replaced and will cost me rs 4500 in addtn to what i have paid. the name of the sales agent is rajesh prasad and the dealer name is prakash auto pvt ltd ulhasnagar maharashtra. the job number is jco8004094 dt 24.1.09. action may be be iniated at the earliest against the dealer failing which i will go to the consumer court.

i truely agree with above comments, in chennai to really fed up with service centers they want to earn money by hacking money from customers . ABT GUINDY, POPULAR AUTOMOBILES, HERE PEOPLE ARE NOT WELL TRAINED, LACK OF KNOWLEDGE, ENGINEERS TOTALLY WASTE, I BOUGHT 2 CARS FROM MARUTHI ALTO AND SWIFT, IAM REALLY NOT STASIFIED WITH SERVICE, LOT OFF ISSUES BUT UN ATTEN, I WANT TO SAY ONLY THING ATLEAST WORK FOR SALARY WAT UR GETTING, MARUTHI EARNED MORE MONEY AND Y STILL NOT ENOUGH . MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY

    Problem in gear box of Wagon R LXI BS3 ( CAR NO - DL3CAD9980)
    I bought this car from Rohan Motors mathura road new delhi on 24th march 2007 and from the very first day their was a problem in shifing of gears in my car but every time thay do some thing or other and says that drive for some says and now the problem will be ractified but nothing had happned . So please help me as i am a salried person and i cant do anything about it.

    Even the person fm Maruti Udyog Ltd had also confirm the problem and kept my car in rohan moters service center for 2 days 8 month back but still the problem is their.

    So now what to do i really dont undrstand.

    Please somebody help me.

    maruti udyog/WagonR — problem un gear box

    dear sir,
    i have puchase WagonR from Anand Motoer Lucknow, & it always serviced by T.S.Motores (Mahanagar & Hazratganj).Sir my car having a gear noise problem while starting scince day one i have register a complain many time at T.S.Motoer & Regional Office to and they also did it but i yet not get good result and the problem yet not clear.So please guide me the better way how did i get rid from it.

    Maruti Wagon-R Lxi Aug 2007 — Transmission Noise & Gear Shifting not smooth

    My vehicle of Aug'07 has transmission noice & the gear-shifting is not smooth even after running of 25k KMS. Despite of my repeated complains to Dealer, MSM & Maruti Suzuki - this problem has still not fixed. It's been One and half year has elapsed & still the problem is there as it is.

    Please advise & help, thanks.

    my wagon r front glass had broken(scratch)...it occured due to some defect...and showroom officials said that cntct to cmpny you glass can be replaced...!!!

      I had purchased a brand new Maruti Suzuki Swift VXI from Magic Auto Karol Bagh on 30/12/2008.From the day one I am experiencing an irritating clicking sound from the rear left side of the car. For which I took my car first to the concerned dealer on 3/01/2009.I was told that hook of rear seat was broken. They replaced it but it did not help in removing that irritating clicking sound.
      Some friends told me to take up the car to Maruti Service Centre(Company owned Workshop at Naraina).I visited the workshop on 16/01/2009, the engineer after taking trial found that there is some defect in the rear left side safety belt. They replaced the whole unit of the belt. For distance up to my home that problem seemed to get solved .But unfortunately in the morning on my way to office I experience the same irritating clicking sound, which not only frustrated me but shaken my belief and confidence over Maruti Suzuki customer care services. I had sent this feedback to Mr. Pankaj Narula on a business reply envelop provided to me. But so far no reply has been received from that end.
      Again I visited Maruti Service Centre (Company owned Workshop at Naraina) on 22/01/2009.After spending full day at the workshop from 10 am to 7 pm the problem was not at all diagnosed by the engineers available there. After facing such a harassment and mental tortture I took my car back to my home without getting the problem solved.
      I feel very disheartened that within just a span of 15 days and mileage of just 200 Km I am facing such problems that even so called expert from your owned workshop could not able to even diagnose the problem in my car. I feel deceived that may be I was sold a defective car by the dealer.
      I wish & request to Mr Pankaj Narula CGM(Service) Maruti Suzuki to please look into the matter and help me out.

        Dear Mr. Bhargava,

        I behold a last ray of hope which is why I have finally decided to write to you after having begged before all officials of Maruti Suzuki to rectify the faults exhibited by ALTO I gifted to my wife on her birthday. Kindly ponder asymptotically the miseries I and my wife had to suffer by dint of negligence of service personnel of a multinational giant (Maruti Suzuki).

        1. I purchased Alto car for my wife Deepa Chopra from Bagga Link Motors Patparganj Industrial area Delhi on 20/09/2008 (Regd. No. DL7CH 4953). Three days after taking the delivery of the car I found huge vibrations and pulling in the car towards left side. I took the car to Bagga Link Workshop. The mechanic adjusted the steering wheel and did some alignment but all in vain.

        2. The mechanic (Mr. Jitendra) told me that the car was delivered to me without PDI. However, he assured me that the faults would be rectified at the time of first free service. I had no alternative except waiting till first free service. Meanwhile I reported the matter to the Maruti Suzuki regional office through e mail (also to Mr. Raghvan) but no action was taken.

        3. On 12/10/2008 I drove the car to Bagga Link Workshop for first free service and had a horrible experience there. The car was delivered to me in the same condition as before. I penned down my remarks at the job card. The faults viz. pulling and the vibrations are still there which can be verified.

        4. On my perpetual complaints, an engineer Mr. Tikendra inspected the car along with Mr. Vijay of Bagga Link and returned the car back to my wife after deflating and then inflating the tyres. The workshop officials were primarily interested in getting the satisfaction report signed by my wife rather than correcting the faults in the car.

        5. My incessant calls to the regional office and the customer care resulted in a phone call I received from Mr. Siddharth on 08/12/2008. He assured that the car would be repaired to my satisfaction but when ‘Only God knows’.

        6. On intervention of Ms. Harpreet Kaur of Regional office, the vehicle was taken to MSSD Narayana by Mr. Vijay Of Bagga Link Services, but again the same old story, the leftward pulling in the car could not be solved however, the vehicle was supposed to be attended by the so called senior engineer Mr. Lalwani.


        6. Meanwhile my several telephonic complaints (phone[protected], and e-mails to the regional office were ignored as if I am an insane person. As a top official of this so called customer caring company kindly ponder asymptotically ‘why should I waste my time, energy and money if the vehicle I drive is in reasonably ok’ and if raising the voice against the wrongdoings of the officials at regional office is a crime than I shall keep on repeating it.

        8. On 20/01/2009 I took the car to MSSD Narayana for second free service, and the mechanic Mr. Devendra agreed that the leftward pulling was there even after the service was done. My written complaint in this connection was thrown by the G.M. service in presence of Ms. Meena Gulati.

        9..For your kind information I quote below the names of the officials I have contacted telephonically or otherwise (Bagga Link Service’s Mr.Vijay, Mr.Jitendra and Mr. Munjal; Regional Office Marti Suzuki’s Mr.Siddartha, Mr. Raghvan, Mr. Tikendra, Mr. Iqbal, and Ms. Harpreet Kaur; MSSD Narayana’s Mr.Lalwani, Mr. Sarkar, Ms. Meenu Nagpal, Mr.Devendra and G.M.Service; and innumerable complaints lodged through Maruti’s website

        Kindly intervene so that I may not be put into further hardship.

        I strongly agree that why people have to behold a last ray of hope for getting their problem rectified. We have two maruti cars in the family – (i) Maruti Swift (LXI Model) owned by me with registration no. DL 9C Y 4747 and (ii) Maruti Wagon R owned by my father.

        My car (Swift) met with an accident on 17th December 2010 – Friday at around 8.00 pm. I was on my way back to home in Dwarka from Bhikaji Camma Place. I was driving in the normal speed when suddenly a car smashed into my car from the back side and inturn my car got hit into car in front of mine. The back side was damaged severely and front side also got damaged. I took the car to Mayapuri Industrial Area, Phase II – New Delhi. I clearly outlined the damage to Mr. Vinod (the Body Shop representative from Mayapuri service station) that my car is damaged from back side, left and front side. I also highlighted him that during accident all the water was leaked from the front side and there might be damage in the radiator and requested to check engine also in order to get the car completely rectified, which I was assured also.

        On 24th evening I got a call that my car is ready and I can take the delivery. While driving my car back from Mayapuri to Dwarka, I observed huge noise from the engine. I took my car back to Mayapuri service station on 26th and I was told that clutch plates have been damaged due to which noise is coming and there is need to replace these clutch plates which shall also increase the fuel efficiency. I was not convinced at all and therefore I took the car to Motinagar service station where I met Mr. Paramjeet and he was able to understand the problem of engine knocking. He advised me to leave the car with them and also I agreed to get my car serviced from them. Subsequently, I got a call from Motinagar saying that my RADIATOR was damaged due to which coolant is getting leaked and hence due to overheating lot of noise is coming from the engine.

        I called back to Mayapuri service station enquiring that whether they have rectified the radiator or not. It was intimated to me there was no damage in the radiator and I might have damaged the radiator while driving my car back to home after delivery from Mayapuri. I got fair an idea that Mayapuri people have not rectified the radiator in the body shop and inturn accusing me that I have damaged the radiator.

        Now my car is stranded in the Motinagar service station from last Sunday (26th December 2010) and neither Motinagar station nor the Mayapuri is taking charge for getting car rectified. Request you to look into the matter and get the radiator rectified to get the delivery of the car. Kindly be intimated that I am also submitting the same complaint to Maruti Head Office.

          We are pleased to informe that we have purchase two maruti swift Lxi from T.R. Sahini Badli Industrial Area Show Room its no is DL 8C NB 1321, DL 8C NB 1324, we have also take 3rd year & 4th year extend warrenty after pay ammount on the purchasing time and we recieved extend warrenty book from them but now we check on your online system on maruti service master then we shocked after see that there showing only 3 years warrenty they are totaly cheater and there are totaly cheater, i consult there with mr vipin his no is [protected], he told me you have 4 year warrenty after check his office record but now they are avoiding this point that your warrenty is not applicable for 4th year i would like to request please take strong action about them becuase now we have purchase a swift desire its no is DL 8C NB 5021 on name Asin plastic before purchase this car we went to show room for enquires than we meet with mr jai he confirme me that they have stock swift desire white colour but after two hour they avoide this point or refusing for stock in evening they give me car after take 10000 premium by auto car kirti nagar we relise that they are frode or cheater

            We experienced your 24X7 hours service when my family was droved in the Brand New Wagon R which just completed 1000 km, on the way for the Ashtavinayaka Tour. When they were on the way to Daund (it’s near from Pune) on 17th January 2009, in the afternoon suddenly the new car got overheated & started showing the high temperature. While checking with the near by local workshop, the workshop person told that there is problem in the Engine Cylinder head gasket due to which the oil got mixed with the coolant.

            As there was no authorized Maruti dealer in Daund, through service book they contacted the Baramati Authorized dealer (M/S Mahalaxmi Auto). After ½ Hr. the dealer person came with the Service van & their technician, after checking told the same thing i.e. oil got mixed with the coolant due to defect in the head gasket & hence they towed the vehicle from Daund to Baramati (30 KM).

            There they told that, for the correct fault finding they required the time hence they called my family in the next day morning around 10 a.m. So all my family came to Baramati by Bus & wasted there night & the tour too at Baramati in the Lodge.

            As the next day was Sunday, all the maruti regional offices in Pune & Mumbai are on weekly leave (24X7 service) & hence we are not able to contact the correct person to talk or to inform. After one more failure test of Thermostat change (may be the service people don’t know that thermostat failure is not concern with the oil + coolant mixing) they told in the evening (4.30 p.m.) that the problem is in the cylinder head & for changing they don’t have spare part, hence it will take 4-5 days if they ordered it from Delhi (factory). Through my local dealer (Nashik) contact I told the Mahalaxmi dealer to collect the Cylinder head from the Nashik dealer but instead he told that he has to take permission from the maruti regional manager for changing the head (who was on leave that day). Hence my family left the vehicle to that dealership & started back to home in the evening by bus.

            This all I am stating here just to understand you the situation & the mental stress & excursions of my family due to the failure of the very new car & the unbelievable bad service of Maruti.

            Next day the Regional Service Engineer Mr. Ashutosh Sani who was busy in their own meeting told on the phone that they have to do more study on the defect & in the afternoon he told the same thing that the cylinder head has to be replaced & to arrange a part from the factory it will take more 2-3 days.

            Till today I have not received my vehicle (4 days are already over).
            I was extremely disappointed & unhappy with the service & the product which I received. If you would please address this issue with your Service team, I would greatly appreciate it. I enjoy being a part of maruti family, however if I receive this type of treatment again, I will take my business elsewhere.

              Respected Sir,
              I the undersigned dr divya nigam 31/fem an owner of maruti suzuki wagaon-R, would like to launch a complaint againste lovely automobiles official dealer and service giver for maruti suzuki india limited jalandhar punjab. We had given our car to lovely automobiles twice for service and had taken their service package during our stay in kapurthala.twicw the service provided to us was in appropriate sum times the car had a no vaccum cleaning done, sumtime the car engine had sum fault (missing due to moisture in the plugs cause by in appropriate cleaning after car wash).everytime we went the was sum or the other things missing in their service, we had informed the CEO once but the same type of service continued the next time.kindly see to it that my complaint is taken in to notice so that other people should not face the same problem as we have faced

              I gave my car(Wagon R) at Naraina Maruti sale & service station on[protected] six days have already gone but I have not received my car. When I call them there is a supervisor name( Mr. Narender) he is very arrogant, always speak rudely and misbehave with me.

                But I have not yet received the user

                address or himself will carry it to my elder sister's
                in-laws house as he(Mr.Debraj Saha)stays near. But he
                is showing too much laziness to do that.That is very
                much irritating to me because without this manual I
                can't take the proper maintainance of my car.It was
                promised that I will get the user manual within a week
                after the date of purchasing(14th december, 2008).But
                till now I have not received the manual.I am quite
                frustrated with the behavior of the sales person named
                Mr.Debraj Saha.As the days passes he is trying to
                de-touch himself from us by not receiving the phone
                calls.Infact the showroom DEWRAS GARAGE(from where I purchased my car)is so careless about the problem I am facing.I also wrote a mail to the customer care manager Ms.Rajni Khanna telling her about the same.He replied that I will get the manual by the next monday.But this promise also was not kept.

                So, I am feeling so helpless and requesting you to look after my problem so that I can get the user manual as soon as possible.

                Maruti Suzuki / Alto LXi — Unreasonable Charges

                Dear Sir,
                This is to inform you that G.L. AUTOMOBILE is an authorized maruti service station in Bahadurgarh, Haryana near Delhi. My Alto had trouble in its clutch plate & to rule the problem out i had the entire clutch plate kit changed after ruling out the problem the dealer charged a Rs.3200 only for clutch plate set. When we checked it with other maruti authorized agents they said the original charge is Rs.2000 on the higher side. We informed the Bahadurgarh dealer while billing immediately but he refused to listen us & charged us about Rs.1200 extra please take the matter in your kind consideration & make him pay for charging unreasonably from the public.

                We have booked MARUTI ALTO LXI SILVER SILKY colour at AKANSHA AUTOMOBILES RUDRAPUR with Rs.60, 000 in cash under the scheme(Insurance worth Rs.9000 + 3rd year EW Rs.1800 + MGA worth Rs.4200) under the sales executive Mr. Mohsin on[protected] and hence the car was booked and the receipt was received by us.
                They promised us to deliever the car on[protected] but they didn't delievered us we made multiple calls but there was no positive response and then on[protected] they accepted the final payment additional with the booking scheme by saying that they would deliever the car on same day the DD no.222211 dated[protected] ALLAHABAD BANK KASHIPUR was accepted by them and the receipt was received by us and uptill now there is no response.
                Kindly help us regarding the matter and make the delievery of the car as soon as possible under the scheme because they accepted the final amount with the scheme that was prevailing at the time time of booking. Your DEALER and your MARUTI COMPANY would be responsible for all the promblems that we are facing...

                  THE PRODUCT QUALITY OF MARUTI SUZUKI IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN.

                  I have bought a Wagon R VXI on 31/12/2007, which makes it almost 16months old as of today. I have found that the SUZUKI logo both on the front & rear side has started rusting. Also the stainless steel extended rod filtted on the front along side the LOGO is also rusted.

                  I purchased Wagoner Duo from MY CAR - Pune - Wakad - Pune on 31st May 2008, CAR No. MH14 -BK 3206. ( My Conatact No. [protected]) I am facing problem since beginning - malfunctioning light is blowing in between. I raised this complaint to My Car lot of times & at a time of last two servicing also but they are not able to resolve this problem & they are saying we are not able to resolve this problem.I would be appreciated if you will help me in this matter.

I raised this complaint to My Car lot of times & at a time of last two servicing also but they are not able to resolve this problem & they are saying we are not able to resolve this problem.I would be appreciated if you will help me in this matter.

                    Hello Sir,

                    I am Kiran Patel form Ahmedabad Gujarat and this is regarding the Wagan R LX model No: GJ 2 AC 2059 car which I purchased in August 2005 runned till date 21, 000 km and thereafter firstly I faced problem of clutch which I shown to Popular Wheelers, Narol, Ahmedabad and I have replaced new clutch paid but after only 4000km again the same problem arised and then I showed to Kiran Motors-channi, Baroda and they said that nothing has happened and i continued to drive ahead and then 2nd problem which I faced was there was huge noice in front jumpers of the car and when I showed to Kiran motors during the service period they said that this problem will remain in wagon R and no solution has found till date...

                    I have approached 2 different dealers but nobody is concern about the solution and neither they give proper feedback to me..

                    I think I have paid full amount of my car and if they say that this is a problem in the model or car which is not digestable coz they have charged full.

                    So I request you to kindly lodge my problem and give me permanent solution fo my problem.

                    My father Mr. synavas m.k purchased one RITZ VDI KL-5 AH-7467 at Avg motors kottayam, Kerala on December 9th 2013. Settling full payment, after 200 meters driving this vehicle stop several times. We spoke with the sales executive mr.kishore he said one sensor is not working.                       Dear Sir / Madam,

                      I have sent the following email to DD motors about a couple of days back without any response from them. I tried to register a complaint on the website but was unable to locate the complaint registration on their website:



                      I got the service done from DD Motors Mayapuri Service centre (WHICHI HAVE BEEN DOING FROM MANY YEARS NOW as it is very near to my residence). I had given my vehicle for service/ repairs on 3rd January 2009 and was expecting the delivery at 3 pm. Instead, I got the car at about 7:30 pm.

                      Observations:
                      1. I was asked to make the payment at 6pm.
                      2. I was shown the car for test drive at 6:30 pm.
                      3. About 1 quarter of the fuel(petrol) was missing from the car.
                      4. The speedometer was not working. Both the things were informed to the service adviser as well as also informed the customer support manager, who had already left for the day. The speedometer wire was fixed later at about 7:15 pm. But nothing was done about the missing fuel. The fuel indicator was shown to the service advisor at the time of making the job card and specifically told that the take is full. While taking the delivery I had shown to the service advisor that the needle of the fuel indicator had come to 3 quarters leve. Which means that about 8-9 liters of petrol had been taken out of the car.

                      5. After driving the car for about 5-6 kilometers, I observed that the car has started giving vibrations (Missing probably) and the problem is still persisting.

                      6. Next day morning i.e. on 5th January 2009, I observed that the rubber bidding of the driving side door is sagging and is protruding out of the door while closing the door.

                      Even after paying an amount of Rs. 9475.00 for the service, the car is not serviced to my satisfaction. I expect a prompt action from your side at the earliest else I shall be constrained to lodge a formal complaint to the manufacturing company.

                      My swift VDi meet with an accident two moth, i repaired my car at rohan motors greater noida.

                      After repairing, my car is not running in the control (the stering wheel is hard) some time it goes left or right automatically, rohan motors charged me a lot of money again (after paid first repaired amount).

                      But the stering wheel is same as it is as before. i told them regarding this but no one is listening there.

                        This mail is just to bring to your notice about the service provided by Maruti.I am avid user of Maruti Cars since 10 years, 2 years back I bought a Maruti Esteem Vxi model.The problem started a month back, I gave my car for service to DD Motors, Mayapuri for service and problem with my power windows, since then my power windows have not been properly repaired .The car has gone thrice to the sevice centre ( DD Motors) with the same problem of Power Windows in the past month .God knows what do these guys do at the time of the delivery of the vehicle, the power windows at that point of time work excellently but in one or two weeks they are in the same old condition.

                        Sir, this is not expected from a quality company like Maruti and is this the way you provide TRUE VALUE Experience to customers?


                        Please help in getting my problem resolved from concerned person in the organisation.

                          I purchased my Zen Estilo vxi ( Regn. No. DL3CAZ 1395 ) in August 2007 from Maruti authorized dealer M/s Rohan Motors Ltd., Mathura Road, New Delhi-44 vide Inv. No. VSL07001699 dtd. 10/08/2007. All three free Services were got carried out at same outlet’s workshop. The vehicle’s faulty clutch-set was replaced by them free of cost, under the Warranty.

                          For the first Paid service, in October’08, I turned to Maruti Service Masters at their G.T. Karnal Road, Delhi-33 workshop ( Invoice no. BRO8001041 dtd. 03/10/2008 ), explaining to them the following specific problems with the vehicle’s performance:

                          (1). The clutch operation was still rough/noisy and intermittently scratchy.
                          (2). A throbbing hum was being experienced constantly during the vehicle running.

                          The response of the service personnel was, to put it mildly, rather amazing and a typically inventive ploy in order to escape responsibility.

                          RESPONSE
                          (1). That ‘replacement’ clutch-sets are, in general, prone to produce noises that defy any attempts at their rectification.

                          (2). That the throbbing hum was probably due to the uneven wearing-off of the tyres due to inaccurate wheel balancing/alignment of the wheels.

                          Of course my protestations on both the counts as also the fact that the vehicle’s service had remained all through with Maruti’s own Service Network, including the PAID wheel alignment, did not count for much.

                          Now, I ask whether the company should justifiably expect its unsuspecting customers to put up with such high-end product as a Zen Estilo providing less-than-satisfactory experience? Will some higher-up in Maruti-Suzuki stir to take notice and do their bit required to address the issues pointed out above, if only to live up to the glorious name of the company built so assiduously over past 25 years?

                          ( Note: Tyre Make is MRF-zv2k ).

                          Incidently, the vehicle’s warranty is valid upto 09/08/2009.

                            I am disappointed because your dealer M/s Jai Krishna Auto Sales Private Limited, Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu) has not delivered Swift Dzire Car within the promised period.


                            1. As I have paid an advance amount to him, and he is not delivering a car, its’ a interest loss and during April 2008 Vehicle was priced at Rs.463000 but now it is increased to Rs.491000/, why should I bear increased cost of the vehicle? And there is a news, all cars are going be more costlier from January. Who is responsible for the deficiency and negligence of service
                            2. He shouldn’t have promised me a car on[protected] when he couldn’t deliver it.

                            3. He doesn’t keep me updated on my status of the car. I always have to call them back and he kept on postponing the date of delivery on every time.

                            4. Even though for my place nearby Maruti showroom is at Tiruppur, Due to his promise only I booked the car with Coimbatore dealer. But he has not maintained his promise. This is in breach of trust and breach of our contract and also shows the negligency and deficiency in service and cheating and harassing the customer.

                            5. During this December end season, all car companies/dealers are offering huge discount/cash back offers. Mahindra Logans' offer is Rs.60000, Huyndai & Chevrolet Company offering nearly Rs.50000. I lost these opportunities also.

                            It seems that the reply and hehavior and the irresponsible attitude shown and expressed by the executives of the show room apprehends me that they have sold my booked car at a premium to others as there is a much demand for Swift Desirs. Inspite of my repeated request till date they have not bothered to resolve the issue nor they have interested to issue any allotment letter or any correspondence from your dealer. 'I TRUSTED MARUTI BUT IT IS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MARUTI…!!!'

                            sir, i had purchased maruti swift on 31st dec 07 from BRIGHT 4 WHEELS Lucknow (U.P.) but the distributor is not giving me the number of my vehichle after all the formalites have been handed over to him.

Maruti is a system driven company with clear cut communication on tentative date of delivery on all models under allocation. Mr. Senthil Kumar V should sit in front, face to face, to understand and resolve the issue. No need to pull .

                            STRANGE DONT' JOKE IN THIS SITE. First you search how many complaints posted in this site. Dont defend them.

                            For his deficiency service now Sales Manager of Jaikrishnaa Autosales person tlephoned me offered Rs.2000 (Two thousand only) worth accessories as a compensation...!!

                            Mr. Kishore From 14.04.2008 till 29.12.2008, I have contacted them over telephone 43 times from mobile phone. Thrice visited personally.

                            If you want decisions against these type of dealers and Maruti company before Consumer redressal forum, I will provide you JUdgement copy. Let us know your requirement.

                            I HAVE PURCHASED A NEW DZIRE FROM DEWARS GARAGE KOLKATA (C - BEIGE : PETROL) AFTER MAKING FULL ADVANCE DOWNPAYMENT . TO MY HORROR ON INSPECTION I FIND THE CAR IN TOTALLY BAD CONDITION . THE CAR WAS FULL OF DIRT . THE TYRES WERE MUDDY . THE BODY HAD VARIOUS SCRATCH MARKS ON DOORS & BUMPERS( NAIL TYPE) . THE GLASSES ON REAR LIGHTS WERE SCRATCHED . THE OUTER BODY OF THE ENGINE INSIDE HAS RUSTED ALONGWITH SOME PIPES . THE INTERIOR WAS ALL DIRTY (SEATS & OTHER THINGS WERE NOT PLASTIC WRAPPED). WHEN I DENIED TO TAKE DELIVERY OF THIS 2ND HAD TYPE VEHICLE THEY INFORM ME THAT IT IS REGISTERED IN MY NAME & THEY WILL DEDUCT REGN. CHARGES.

                            I FEEL LIKE CHEATED & MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE SHOWROOM & ITS STAFF HAS BEEN VERY PAINFULL & APPALING . I HAVE LOST ALL CONFIDENCE IN MARUTI NOW.

                            I HOPE THEY REFUND MY FULL MONEY OR CHANGE THE CAR OTHERWISE I HAVE TO GO FOR COURTS & OTHER FORUMS FOR REDRESSAL.
                            YES, I also have bad expereince from them.i ever never had such bad experience before in my life.I booked for wagnor duo.so many problems in the car .no water wash, no maintenace for this new car.
                            I would not recommend jaikrishnnaa auto coimbatore for anybody.Csutomer service sales are harassing, their attitude are like forcing customers to buy their car.

                            Maruti Suzuki Cars — Very criitical car faults

                            Sir,

                            I bought Maruti VDzire on 10th Oct 2008. since the 1st day itself i am facing so many problems which i told to the dealer during the first 2 free services but they have did nothing about it. When the problems became life threatening i contacted maruti on 22/04/09. But i have been getting just emails from them with no action.Post my complaint to maruti i got a call from the dealer (Pasco in gurgaon) to check what complaints i have. They kept the car with them for 2 days but most of the problems still persist.I again complained Maruti regional office but nothing happened & they said they are reopening the case. Post that nothing has happened. The list of my problems are endless with the 1st being life threatening & i have been saved from accidents 5 times just by God's grace. The problems are :
                            1.) While driving the car just shutss off & i loose all controls. The car just stops in the middle of the road. This happens everyday & i just drive in constant fear. This is very dangerous as there is no control on the car inlcuding break as everything is controlled electronically.
                            2.) Nagging sound from Dashboard
                            3.) Very hard Gears
                            4.) While changing gears there is a very loud noise
                            5.) The boot lid makes a big noise while closing
                            6.) When we use vipers the water come on the driver's side window.

                            Would request you to kindly look into the matter & take corrective actions.

                            It is unacceptable reception i had received with JAIKRISHNAA maruti dealer in coimbatore on 26th Sep 09. Myself, wife and my kid visited the showroom to enquire and exchange my wagon-R with Swift or Swift Dzire or SX7. No one shown their interest to explain models and no one attended our self even the show room manager. Finally we got fedup exchanged our at ABT with really very good reception and their team is very keen to the customers satisfaction.

                            It's shame to Maruti having this type of Dealer in coimbatore

                            This is not only my experience with JAIKRISHNAA, the same day there are 3 customers faced the same experience with JAIKRISHNAA and turned to ABT
                            It is a fact that the staff and sales manager of the show room shows no respect to the customers, instead they indulge to cheat them by giving false promises regarding allotment of cars at the time of booking.
                            I too received a similar type of bitter experience with them.When I approached them to just enquire about 800 Duo, they told me that I should pay some thousands immediately towards booking a particular colour (i-e)BLUE BLAZE, (which was available then)otherwise I could not get the same.So, I handed over my used 800 car in exchange and paid Rs.45000/= immediately on[protected]. Actually, I wished to go for 800 Duo considering the fuel charge which lesser than petrol car.
                            Now, they have given the particular colour car to their "dear ones" and now the manager asking me to take another colour or go for Petrol model or I should wait for another 20 days.
                            Is it not a mere cheating by giving False Promise to run their business ?
                            Who will pay me the interest for the amount I paid to them for all these waiting period?
                            More over I have to pay for taxi a huge amount in the absence of my car.
                            I seek a suitable compensation from concerned authorities for the loss and inconvenience caused by them.

                            I am surprised by his reply it says that, he is not liable and also that reply is just like threatening style. It seems that Administration staff dont have adequate knowledge, careless, all lagy fellows of Coimbatore are recruited here. In their reply he says my cheque was dishonoured due to insufficient funds, and I have issued cheque of kotak mahindra likewise he went on for 4 pages. My cheque was presented through clearing and it was paid also. Even they have not choosen right advocate to defend themselves. This advocate dont know how to scrutinise documents. I am going to file case before consumer forum and also decided to file defamation against this dealer.

                            Swift dzire silver colour,petrol version — unable to get car even after 3 months

                            I am working as a Professor at gujarat cancer and research institute,Ahmedabad.

                            I booked one swift desire model ,pertol version,silver colour car on 19 th Sept .2009.My dealer is Kataria automobiles ,Dariapur Ahmedabad.I made full payment by taking loan of 3 lack Rs. from Bank of patiala as suggested by the daeler.
                            He promised to provide car at the last week of December 2009, which i accepted.
                            Now I am yet to get car.I visited many times to showroom but person dealing is not sure when car will be made available to me.I am not at all happy with the attitude of the person.
                            I request you to provide booked car as early as possible.

                            I've booked swift zxi at jaikr auto cbe, they asked me to pay an advance of 50000, I did & they promised to to deliver car within 1month but 5 months gone still they tell some exuses & postpone the delivery I've lost hope & interest on my new swift.
                            I have similar experience with maruti ritz vxi that was purchased on 12th feb 2010 from M/S Madhusudan motors, agra.. Within 2 weeks of purchase it had three breakdowns and these were to short circuiting. The battery got discharged due to drainage of this current. The company do not has trained electric engineers who can correctly localize the fault. We have apprehension that it can catch fire any time due to short circuiting.

                            Maruti Suzuki/ Ritz Lxi — Dealer Negligence...

                            I bought an vehicle from Modren Automobiles (Ambala) on 2 nd march but still not received the documents of the car. They charged me for 3rd year warrenty but not proivde and receipt or booklet for the same.
                            i am Surprised that in todays time that type of dealers are still available in the market. typically Govt. office.
                            Sales Manager also have no commitment of words. they offer something and at the time of delivery refuse to give complimentey accessories,

                            still 16th march not got the documents of the car.
                            Zero Customer Value for them and after sales service is pathetic.

                            I Purchaged an alto l x i car from your dealer Ms Amit deep Moters Allahabad Uttar Pradesh (code 2901) on 28.10.2010 (.chassis no. is 1741344 and engine no. is 4504505 ) I deposited Rs 299674.00 through Cheque as asked by him but in invoice no.71604 issued by him it is mention clearly that actual cost of car with all taxes and accessories is 277507.75 and also said that my excess deposit balance Rs 22166.25 will be returned soon with in ten days but not till date .
                            I send a letter to Amit deep Moters with request to return my balance Rs 22166.25 as per invoice on 8.11.2010 and also to Mr Pankaj Naroola Exicutive officer (service ) to direct to Amit deep Moters for the same but no action is taken by both .
                            i request you to take an appropriate action for refunding my balance.

                            I feel very bad about Jaikrishna Auto Pvt Ltd, I brought a new Bajaj Discover150 from Jaikrishna by last December. I gave my bike for free service by January(1st), April(2nd), June(3rd) complained that my horn is not functioning properly in three free services. But they didnt serviced it Properly. When I inquired about this I was informed to bring it later for tuning the horn, but I said that this problem is in battery only.
                            Still they dint give any response. I was very much frustrated regarding this issue. And I am going to write this complaint to Main Bajaj.

                            New Swift Booking and No Delivery Promise
                            I have booked a swift petrol Vxi, under my mothers name, she is working in state bank of Mysore, Coimbatore. Myself working with Robert Bosch.
                            I had booked the car on 25th Dec, 2011, under the assurance that I'll get delivery in the first week of January. But later the sales rep informed me that he will give me a 2012 swift instead of the old for the same price but on or before 12th Janaury 2012.

                            I am now not getting any committed dates for the delivery of the car, whereas I had put a clause that I need the car before 12th of this month. He too assured the same, stating that he will deliver the car before 12th January.

                            I had choices of competitor companies (VW, Hyundai, Fiat) as well as other Suzuki dealers(ABT), but I chose your dealership due to the good values your concern has.

                            But now I'm terribly disappointed with this kind of response I'm getting.I have to undergo terrible torment and mental tension due to this.

                            I working in the automotive field know all kind of supply chain and logistics issues, but would appreciate if your people are honest with me.

                            An jaykrishna maruthi salse man came to my home and asked my old car for exchange, the nxt day i went to the showroom and the said me about thr RITZ (vdi). I was impressed by that car's interior and i ask suggestion frm my relatives they said RITZ IS THE BEST so till that i don't hav a plan to buy a car. And I booked ritz silver gray and i'm gonna get delivery of that car next wednesday!! I FEEL HAPPY even their service is good
                            I took a WAGON R, before delivery of vehicle I Opted for bumper to bumper Zero Depreciation Insurance Policy to sales representative, and they confirmed to me nearly more than 10 times that the Insurance policy as like my request, after one year on renewal of current policy I came to know that the policy I got was a w wrong one and they are not ready to accept their fault by cheating me by giving a wrong out put from the dealers side, so everyone take care on taking new cars from Jaikrishna Autosales Pvt Ltd, they are very good cheaters, on insurance policies, and Jaikrishna service is bit poor sometimes also...

                            This is the worst service centre in coimbatore.
                            I own a shift dezire TN 37 CF 9958, my vehicle got accident before two months and they quated 170, 000. they said apart from insurance i have to pay 20, 000 in approx and finally they make me to pay 42, 000.
                            Even the work are very poor, some of the parts they haven't painted just fitted the stock (EX. inner bonnet, engine guard...).
                            Fittings are worst, dikki door light sensors are not working.
                            I told my vehicle drifted for 200 to 300 mts while getting accident so my rims may be damaged ' but they haven't checked. now i am filling air for my two tyres for every 2 days.
                            There is a big comedy in that, i haven't fount a stump guard in my vehicle after repaired. i asked with the service manager, he replied that the stump guard will be fitted only in new vehicles. even my vehicle is 2013 model and in stock guards are available.

                            I am working in TATA Coffee Ltd, we have booked a DZIRE LXI + car on 20.08.2016 at M/s.Jaikrishnanaa Auto sales, Coimbatore, and the full payment was made by TATA coffee Ltd against the proforma invoice and purchase order on 24.08.16, Due to the negligence of the staff involved in the sales made a wrong address in the invoice .As the car is buying the company name and the same is clearly mentioned in purchase order the invoice also shuld be raised in the name of company .The mistake was noticed by me and I informed them for getting amended invoice by changing the address .The personals assured me that the address will be corrected and issue the new Invoice with in two days.But when ever after repeated requests the issue is still in pending .It is very disappointing from a Maruti dealer .Kindly note that I have bought two cars from ABT, Pollachi and I was 100% satisfied about their cooperation .I have tried the number [protected] so many times but no body is attending the call .Kindly do a root cause analysis and regularize the issues at the earliest.

                              Poor Service

                              I had purchased Swift VXI in December 2007 from ABT Maruti, Chennai. I had done all routine maintenance services as per schedule. However, on 1st Aug 2008, when i was travelling from Bangalore to Chennai, my vehicle met with an accident. This was caused due to the sudden failure of the brakes and the locking of the steering wheel because of that. I have still not been given any explanation as to why the brakes failed. The Maruti officials...

                              average problem

                              i purchased Suzuki access 125 on march 6th 08.It was promised by company(broshure and booklet) and dealer that it will give the average of atleast 50-55 kms/ltr.I purchased it from Gennext autos MP nagar Bhopal
                              but even after so many servicings it is still giving the average of 30-35 kms/ltr.
                              So it has been and is costing more ....

                              Dear Sir
                              I would like to bring to your notice that something is seriously wrong with the accessories sale in Maruti Showroom, Magic Auto, Sec-23, Dwarka. I have a puchased a Swift Vxi (DL 9C K 9212) from there last year. Incidentally the same showroom has a sony outlet also from where I purchased a stereo system for my car. 3 months back, I had a problem with the stereo; its FM was not working properly. I went to the showroom and told them about that. What they did was they changed the speaker set and said the problem was there with the speaker and it has been replaced. They played a cd and demonstarted that the problem has been taken care of. When I insisted upon, only then did they play the FM and to everybody's notice, the problem was still persisting. Then they said that problem could be with the antenna, and they asked me to come next week as the new antenna set was not available with them. Next week when I visited them, they changed the antenna, but the problem was still there. Then they took the stereo out of my car and said that they would send it to service centre for FM tuner kit replacement. They made me wait for two weeks to get the kit repleced, and charged me Rs.850/- for that. The new kit started giving the same problem in 2 weeks. When I informed the concerned person in the showroom, Mr. Shyam, he requested me to visit him again, as if I dont have anything else to do, except for doing the rounds of the showroom. I was so very frustrated with all this and particularly with that person, I went to one of the accessories shop in Gurgaon and got that replaced. They took one day to replace it and it is running alright. Last week I happened to be in Dwarka, and I made a visit to the showroom asking me to return me the amount they had charged, which of course they didnt agree to. I have had good interaction with Maruti staffs, as far as the car is concerned, but the sony/accessories outlet there is truly disgusting and calls for immediate review as far the quality of spare parts is concerned, and unnecessarily causing damage to Maruti showrrom's reputation.
                              Hope you will take this feedback in good stead, and will ensure that these kind of harassment to the customers dont recur for some small accessories outlets.

                                As per the latest advertisement from cosumer court on telivision, saying false costs & discounts of a product with a ' * ' at the bottom is a crime.

                                This is an experience i got from Maruti Suzuki. They have placed the advertisement for their product Wagon R-DUO(LPG) in the newspaper Daily news & Analysys(Pune edition) dated December 20, 2008. The ad says "WagonR now @ 2.78 Lakh".
                                When i actually visited the showroom Kothari Wheels, Viman Nagar, Pune on Dec 25, 2008 i came to know that exact price of the car is Rs 4, 05, 052/- causing a difference of Rs 1, 27, 052/- between quoted & actual price.
                                As per the rules of consumer court, this is a punishable offense. Please look at this issue seriously, as this fools the consumer.

It is intimated that I have purchased a Maruti car (Zen Estilo VXI model) having engine no. 3237387, chassis no. 115089 on 21 Feb 2007 from Prem Motors Pvt Ltd Gwalior and all services are done by the Prem motors in time and car is under extended warranty till 2011. Since 6 months, Many times I have told that center locking is not working properly and technician of Nippon has checked and told that motor assembly is not working properly and that should be replaced, but they are doing oiling, greasing and the problem is still there. I have also complaint to Mr Rahul Gupta (Regional Manager - Indore) regarding this problem many times, but no any positive action has been taken by Prem Motors till date. I am feeling very bad to complaint you.

                                  I am a College Lecturer. I brought the above car from ABT Maruthi Show room at Guindy, Chennai during March2005, till today the km run is just above 8000(Eight Thousand). Me and my husband use it. My vehicle had problem o[censored]n-Smooth braking problem, ratling inside dash, etc for which we had sent it ti ABT, Guindy during 1st week of March-2009 for which I paid Rs 9, 500/-( Nine Thousand Five Hundred Only), the problem was not rectified, again I spoke to Shri Srinivasan, GM, ABT, Guindy and again it was picked for for service in a couple of days. The problem was not attended to and it persists. Today I again spoke to GM, ABT, Guindy and they arrange to take it once again. hene I request to kindlt advice concerned officials of ABT, Guindy to take care of the problems. We are very disappointed and sad that inspite of spending around Rs 10, 0000/- ( Ten Thousand)towards it, the problems very not rectified, which reflects very bad on the entire Maruthi Services. We hope that you will definately take care of our vehicle brought with our hard earned money. thanks.
