I have booked one tatkal ticket from Banaras to Bhopal to day( 5.6.09)96ib7 by Kamayani Express . The ticket was booked and money was realised from the account. But the ticket has not been issued.The reference no of transaction is (reference no.[protected]).
Would railway minister who is said to be a person from common man see why the ticket has not been issued when money has been realised. Or every body has to be dependent on the "Railway Ticket Dalals" for getting the railway tickets.

Dear Sir,

This is the azhar khan, I am from sohagpur Dist hosangabad, Madhya Pradesh. I want to bring to you kind attention that
Sohagpur and its near village population are 3 lakh aprox. in recent assembly election it has more than 1 lakh voters.
There are only 12 trains are staying, 10 trains has a stoppage since 40 years, only two trains was increased last 40 year.
My complain is trains has not increased according the population increased according the public demand.
In spite of these huge population, there are only few trains stoppage. More than 500 students goes to Bhopal and indore as well but we don’t have sufficient trains for this station.
None of direct train for New Delhi inspite of trains goes same route.
I don’t have idea what is the criteria behind the stoppage of the trains. I would request you kindly provide us more than 5 trains stoppage that goes from sohagpur station.

To, the railway minister, I am very much dissappoited with the reservation system of india, today 26th august i and my family members got in queue at 4.30am to reserve 26 tickets for nagapattinam from ltt dated of 25th october 2014 which is 2months advace booking, before reaching the reservation counter around 8.07 minutes i got in touch with railway inquiry number 139 regarding the ststus i was told that there are 201 tickets available, but i was shocked that within 2minutes i am getting RAC and waiting tickets.my PNR numbers are[protected], [protected],[protected].[protected],[protected].but the agent after 9am gets confirmed tickets, is this is fair, common people has to stand for hours to hours to get confirm tickets, but get waiting tickets, my contact numbers are [protected], [protected].I hereby appeal to the railway minister to look into this matter seriously and act on it..KENNEDY DIAS
Dear Sir,
I regret to inform you that my parents who have travelled by Train No.12177/ Chambal Express along with their grandchild on 10/10/2014 from Howrah to Mathura. The E-Ticket PRN No. is [protected], it consists three passengers along with one infant and unfortunately one ticket got confirm and balance remain wait listed in Tatkal Quota after charting done. The penalty ticket vied challan no. 33177194/ 33177195 has been made by concern TTE as soon as they board the train in the name of Mrs. K Bisaws +1, F-58 and confirmed the sit no.

Afterwards, my father, Mr. Upen Biswas has requested him to make a Non Travel Certificate for the wait listed Tatkal Ticket, but he ignored and kept him wait for longer period till he got down at MUGHAL SARAI JN - MGS. Further notification has made by another TTE and ignored to do the corrective action despite a senior citizen folded his hand to get back his money and finally the station master of Mathura JN who shrugged his shoulder to make a written complaint.

I conveyed the massage to Customer Care and spoke to Mr. Sharvan Yadav and he stated that it can not be resolved until they prepare NTC by TTE during travel and same is to couriered to The GMM.

We do not have any other correct option to make an authenticate complaint report for further legal action for harassment and misguided a Senior Citizen. We do have all original documents and don't know right way to reach you in time. Hope you should not kept quite and mercy him without knowing the truth.

Pl let us know the next step to get the things done.

Respected sir,
Railway minister suresh prabhu, i request you to make the general boggie full ladies in maile train. It is very difficult for ladies to get seat over there. They face many problems. so this is an humble request to you sir to look after this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

Malfunctioning of fans at Sleeper Coach - Train no: 12624 - Triv - Chennai Mail- 17.07.2015- UTS No: C1XRBB3291

Dear Sir,
First of all, I would like to state that I tried lodging complaint throu your web portal and while uploading the attachments, it showed error and got disconnected promted me to type all my complaints again as follows:
I along with my wife and 2 small kids traveled in the above numbered train from Trivandrum Jn to Kayamkulam Jn on 17.07.2015. I have taken sleeper class tickets to have a comfortable journey. We sat at a sleeper class and the 3 no's fans were not working. When enquired, the co passengers mentioned that once the train starts moving, it may work and we sat there assuming the same will be functional soon. In contrary, the fans did not work and when the lady officer came to check the tickets, I informed her ( I think her name is Prameela or so), she looked at the fans and just walked away without even bothered to inform the crew or passifying us. Each one of us paid IRS 150 which is more than double for the normal trip to have a comfortable trip and end up smelling like pigs due to heavy sweating on that humid day.
I strongly request a 100% re-imbursement for the monies which we spent for the tickets ( IRS 600.00) with immediate effect. We are presently in Dubai[protected] and I request you to arrange to provide the monies to my father, Mr. C.G. Sukumaran Nair, addresss as mentioned below:

Note: Further, please note that I noticed frequent jerks ( from the engine) during my travel. At times, the jerk / missing effect was too much and I feel, there is some major defect in the system. When I checked with the co-passengers, they told me that the same is there for this particular train for quite some time. Please look into this matter urgently before it leads to other complications. The passengers are not having a comfortable travel due to this.

Late arrival and departure of train
Sir/Madam,

I am really very disappointed from Indian railways services and i would like to bring your kind notice that train no. 12818 Jharkhand Swarna Jayanti Express (via NDLS to KQR) is always late in both case arrival and departure. my sister was trailing Hazaribag, Jharkhand yesterday by this train and as per the scheduled time its departure time is 07:45 pm and as usual its late for the same @ 10:45 pm and still its running late and currently its 6 hour late. I am requesting you to kindly look into this matter. I know every passenger is facing problem because of this train or special girls who travel alone so for the safety and security of girls try to solve the this problem as soon as possible.
